Michigan votes un-certified, back in play, after harassment and threats against children

Two Republican canvassers wouldn’t certify the dubious votes in Wayne County, Michigan. Then for two hours they were worked on, and their families and children were threatened, they agreed to certify under duress, and only with the condition of a full audit. But the audit idea was dropped, just another lie. The two canvassers then decided to rescind their votes, and wrote and signed affidavits.

The vote in Michigan remains uncertified. If the electoral college votes are not certified before December 14 and no candidate gets 270 votes the election goes to the House in January, as voted on by State representatives, not Congressional members. Republicans control that House.

Flood of evidence of Voter Fraud coming in the next two weeks…

Powell: “we will start putting documents online this week”

So many American patriots have come forward Sidney Powell, one of Trumps senior legal team, can’t even put a number on the affidavits.

Glen Beck asks: If 25% of what you guys said yesterday turn out to be true, this is the biggest crime in American history. And you don’t put this together in two weeks.

Powell describes something that is a global criminal conspiracy of “mind blowing” proportions. It’s not just the Democrats and Dominion and Smartmatic that don’t want the word to get out, but all the State and Federal governments around the world who were elected with the help of them — who also have to cover this up, plus the institutions of the US that should have stopped this and didn’t — or who should have reported on it, but covered it up. Then there are all the vested interests who were expecting a seat at the table with a Biden win, not to mention China. Witnesses are being put under protection.  There are trillions of dollars at stake. Whole industries and careers will flourish or fail depending on the outcome.

It’s a fight to the death. If the evidence can be presented and win the day, there will be no recovering for the Democrats in their current form, for the Legacy Fake News and for many careers. But if witnesses get intimidated, lawyers flee, the cases aren’t framed correctly, or the outcomes too late and the mass media censorship rules the day there will be no recovering for the idea of free and fair elections in the US of A.

Powell confirmed the rumours that someone had seized the servers in Germany that hold voting records of many US States. Yesterday alarmingly she wasn’t sure if it was the work of “the good guys or the bad guys”. Bad guys, presumably, might well be hiding the evidence to protect their own necks.  If it were the Good guys, we’d assume they’d be in touch with the Trump team. Sidney Powell now says she “hears” it was “our forces”.  Be nice if that was a little less ambiguous.

Dominion, by the way, the honest upstanding voting machine company with nothing to hide has suddenly closed offices, and 40% of their employees have deleted their linked in accounts, their social media records. Oddly, their software engineers are located in Serbia.

Over 40% of Dominion’s employees with profiles on LinkedIn have eliminated their profiles from the social media giant after the Election Day in the US (November 3rd).

Mosher calls it a 100% win for Trump

This is the same Steven Mosher who is a long time commenter on the climate debate who is a China expert (and who I’ve quoted before on Covid). (UPDATE:  There are two Steve Moshers. This is the China and Covid commentator, not the climate one). Steven W Mosher is 100% confident Trump won, and will be seen to win. h/t Roger Knight, Tomamason, Chris

Top Trump lawyer foretells huge new evidence dump in 2020 vote fraud case

Steven Mosher

November 20, 2020 (LifeSiteNews) — I believe, as someone who has been “on the calls,” that Trump’s legal team will easily be able to prove in court that massive voter fraud has occurred and that the president actually won re-election. I say this with 100 percent confidence.

Most movies don’t have a script this good:

Giuliani tore into the media for claiming that there is “no evidence” of fraud, saying: “Do you know how many affidavits we have in the Michigan case? Two hundred and twenty affidavits. What they swear to is that at 4:30 in the morning, a truck pulled up to the Detroit center where they were counting ballots. The people thought it was food so they all ran to the truck. It wasn’t food, it was thousands and thousands of ballots, and the ballots were in garbage cans, they were in paper bags, they were cardboard boxes and they were taken into the center. They were put on a number of tables.”

“At that time,” Giuliani continued, “they thought all of the Republican inspectors had left, all but two had. Here’s what they jointly swear to: that every ballot that they could see, everything that they could hear, these were ballots for Biden. When they saw a ballot, these were ballots only for Biden, nothing down ticket. Many of them were triple-counted.”

This takes us back to Sidney Powell’s interview with Glenn Beck, which suggested to me that we may soon learn more about how computerized voting systems in the U.S. and overseas were used in the election heist.

Glen Beck interviews Sidney Powell

Powell drops another bombshell on Lou Dobbs:

Mosher:

We know that the Dominion Voting Systems machines used in dozens of states were connected to the internet, even when they should not have been. It would be surprising if there were not a master server or servers where all — and I do mean all — of the voting data are sent and stored in real time.

And here’s where the story gets really, really interesting.

For several days there have been reports that U.S. forces carried out a raid on a facility in Frankfurt, Germany, run by a company called ScytI that was involved in storing, counting, and perhaps manipulating U.S. voter data, and that its computer servers had been seized. (It is too complicated to explain here, but all of the companies involved in computerized voting, with names like Smartmatic and Dominion, seem to all be connected in some way and to all use the same software.)

Mosher:

Interesting, too, is that the main Dominion office in Toronto has closed along with the Dominion office in Denver. Hundreds of Dominion employees have deleted their LinkedIn accounts and other social media profiles. And, just this morning, Dominion representatives didn’t show up for an oversight hearing of the Pennsylvania Assembly at which they were scheduled to appear. These are not the actions of a company that has nothing to hide.

Democrat asks “How do you deprogram 75 million people” Re-education camp?

A Democrats Regional Director suggested that Trump supporters should be deprogrammed in similar ways to post World War II tactics.

‘How *Do* You Deprogram 75 Million People?’ —

Mary Margaret Olohan, Daily Caller

“No seriously…how *do* you deprogram 75 million people,” California Democrats  regional director and Democratic National Convention member David Atkins tweeted Wednesday. “Where do you start? Fox? Facebook? We have to start thinking in terms of post-WWII Germany or Japan. Or the failures of Reconstruction in the South.”

Alternately, they could try the old fashioned way: Talk to people. Investigate the fears of election fraud and do honest actual recounts where signatures are checked. Stop trying to dox, harass and intimidate lawyers so the Trump camp gets a fair hearing.

The Democrats can’t lose unless they were traitorous corruptocrats reliant on rampant ballot fraud.

There is always a way to rationalize anything, especially if you project your own flaws onto opponents:

“This is not your standard partisan policy disagreement,” he continued. “This is a conspiracy theory fueled belligerent death cult against reality & basic decency. The only actual policy debates of note are happening within the dem coalition between left and center left.”

Basic decency starts with a conversation, not a “reeducation camp”. Death threats are not OK?

There are no policy debates between the far left and anyone else because the national conversation has been destroyed. The losing left use pointless namecalling to hide an abject failure to reason.  Which racist bigot is next on the cancel culture list?

The battle for the Republic: “This is the 1775 of our generation”

History in the making.

“This has been a massive attack on the greatest democracy on Earth”

Breitbart has the 9 key points from this press conference:

  1. Observers were allegedly prevented from watching mail-in ballots being opened.
  2. Allegedly unequal application of the law in Democratic counties
  3. Voters allegedly arrived at the polls to discover other people had voted for them.
  4. Election officials were allegedly told not to look for defects in ballots, and to backdate ballots.
  5. Ballots casting votes for Joe Biden and no other candidates were allegedly run several times through machines.
  6. Absentee ballots were accepted in Wisconsin without being applied for first.
  7. There were allegedly “overvotes,” with some precincts allegedly recording more voters than residents, among other problems.
  8. Voting machines and software are allegedly owned by companies with ties to the Venezuelan regime and to left-wing donor George Soros.
  9. The Constitution provides a process for electing a president if the vote is corrupted.

There is an open battle between the media and the Trump team, and the FBI — the gloves are off:

To paraphrase the last hostile twenty minutes.

1:10: Rudy: I can prove to you 18 different ways. …   Our role here is to go around the iron curtain, it’s to get the message out to the people. It’s to do your (the media’s) job, because you won’t do it.

On the FBI: They (hillary and co) made up the Russian Collusion plot. They (the FBI) withheld that for four years. What do we have to do to get the FBI to wake up? Maybe we need a whole new agency to protect us?

1:16  Sidney Powell: We have no idea how many Democrat or Republicans have paid to  have the system rigged to work for them. This is a massive, well coordinated effort to deprive the people of their most basic right. It is the 1775 of our generation and beyond.

Sidney Powell: It’s true, (the computer servers were seized in Germany)  but we don’t know if the good guys or the bad guys got it.

1:30 Rudy Giuliani is asked about the multiple cases being dismissed. Rudy replies that they only have 3 lawsuits, and the lawsuits that have been dropped have been put in by private entities. The only case they have dismissed is the one in Michigan because they got the outcome they wanted.

The only lawyers that have left have left because they and their family have been threatened, their children have been threatened. We have a little difficulty getting lawyers because they are being threatened with being killed. Because of the ridiculous way you’ve covered this.

Rudy: We’re not dragging it out. Al Gore had a lot more time that we did. Our witnesses don’t want to be exposed to the tender mercies of a vicious press. I have great difficulty getting witnesses to speak publicly. They don’t trust you (the media), they don’t like you, and they think you put their lives in jeopardy.

That comes about because of the hysterical way you have covered this (he says talking to the media).

Rudy G: “The censorship by Big Tech and our media is almost as dangerous — maybe just as dangerous as the election fraud we are revealing. We’re headed for a very bad place. “

“It is not appropriate that a Venezuelan company counted our votes”

Big Tech is a censorship cartel — tracking you across the internet and sharing it with each other

by Jo Nova

Whistleblowers reveal just how well coordinated Big Tech collusion is at the Senate Judiciary Committee

Ted Cruz and Josh Hawley (a new Republican Senator) were on fire today at the Senate Committee hearing titled “Breaking the News: Censorship, Suppression, and the 2020 Election,” Insiders had leaked information about two programs of the most insidious kinds.

Facebook has a program called Centra, which tracks the pages people visit, the links, and not just in Facebook, but across the entire internet. (Tucker Carlson wonders, if it’s even legal). Mark Zuckerberg says he’s not familiar with it. Hawley grilled Zuckerberg. When pressed to say whether there is some program that can do that, Zuckerberg evades answering. Apparently, Centra is run in order to spot “coordinated inauthentic behaviour” or astroturfing.

The second program is called Tasks, and Twitter, Google and Facebook use it which helps them coordinate their censorship. That way they can exile people together. Handy, eh?

Zuckerberg said they are just checking in with their peers. Josh Hawley got Zuckerberg to admit under oath that Facebook does have tools to track users, across platforms and accounts, all without their knowledge. Hawley pushed Zuckerberg to say how many times this tool had been used against Americans.

Josh Hawley Tweets at @HawleyMO:

Whistleblower says @Twitter and @Google routinely suggest censorship topics – hashtags, individuals, websites, many of them conservative – and @Facebook logs them for follow-up on Tasks. But Zuck REFUSES under oath to turn over list of @Twitter or @Google mentions on Tasks

Tucker Carlson wonders how is that different from what happens in China.

Ted Cruz grills Jack Dorsey, CEO of Twitter

This is worth watching. Cruz is relentless saying that Congress is effectively subsidizing Big Tech. They get a free pass through Section 230 — a special immunity from liability because they are defined as a platform, and not a publisher. Cruz drills down on the difference between a publisher and a platform.

Cruz: Was Twitter being a publisher when it censored the New York Post.

Dorsey: No. We have very clear policies on conduct on the platform. People choose to commit to our policies.

Cruz: Except your policies are applied in a partisan and selective manner. Did you block the release of Trumps tax material.

Dorsey tries to weasel out of the New York Post censorship by saying that they put a block on but then took it back when they realized they made an error. (Two weeks later!)

Cruz is savage on Dorsey and the idea that Twitter is not being a publisher.”. Twitter’s political position is that Voter fraud doesn’t exist.” At once point he baits Dorsey with quotes from President Carter and reports outcomes of legal cases asking whether Twitter would permit these or add a warning.

Dorsey claims he wants to embrace transparency. But Cruz wants to know how many times Twitter has blocked Republican and Democrat candidates in 2016, 2018, and 2020, and he wants the numbers in writing. Dorsey dodges the question, repeatedly, but Cruz keeps returning to it.

Excuses, excuses

Jack Dorsey says Twitter’s policies are designed to encourage “more speech”

Tom Parker, ReclaimTheNet:

Dorsey, throughout the hearing, claimed that Twitter’s controversial policies weed out abusive and misleading content from the platform, creating a safer space to express themselves, which according to him, promotes free speech. Yet, Dorsey didn’t address the danger in allowing Big Tech platforms to decide what is and what isn’t “misinformation” which is where the problem lies.

“What we saw and what the market told us was that people would not put up with abuse, harassment, and misleading information that would cause off-line harm and they would leave out service because of it. So our intention is to create clear policy, clear enforcement that enables people to feel that they can express themselves on our service and ultimately trust it,” said Dorsey.

“All of our policies are focused on encouraging more speech,” he went on to say.

Democrats wonder why Twitter lets conservatives speak at all

Chris Coons, US Senator for Delaware (D), wants even more censorship — specifically on climate change misinformation. He wonders why Jack Dorsey doesn’t have a policy on silencing climate skeptics.

Rudy Guliani, we have more than enough illegal ballots to overturn the results

Several people have sent me these videos – and I wonder if everyone has seen them already. But where are they in The Media? History is unfolding and hardly any news service wants to mention The Biggest Story — the American Coup? In any normal year, interviews like these with key Trump players would be getting non-stop Prime time coverage.

Rudy Guliani: ” we have more than enough illegal ballots to overturn the results”

Rudy Giuliani With Maria Bartiromo

A description of the interview from The Nation

Trump’s attorneys said the Smartmatic software used in the Dominion voting machines – which ‘flipped’ 6,000 votes cast for President Donald Trump to rival Joe Biden in one Michigan county alone – had ‘back doors’ allowing corrupt officials to rig elections.

Bartiromo quoted a “senior intelligence official” as saying Smartmatic’s software has a “back door” that allows it to be “mirrored and monitored” to give an “intervening party a real-time understanding of how many votes will be needed to gain an electoral advantage.”

“I can prove that they did it in Michigan, I can prove it with witnesses,” Giuliani said. “We’re investigating the rest. In every one of those states though, we have more than enough illegal ballots, already documented, to overturn the result in that state.”

Asked if he needed the Dominion hardware or Smartmatic software to prove his case, Giuliani said he had witnesses who “can describe the hardware in great detail,” along with government employees and others who “were there at the creation of Smartmatic. They can describe it, they can draw it, they can show it.”

“Beyond this election, this whole thing has to be examined as a national security matter,” Giuliani stressed. “The governors who gave contracts to this company never bothered to do any due diligence.”

In other news, Georgia’s recount is a whitewash because no one is allowed to check signatures. (We’ve seen the same process of so many times in the Climate Wars). Wisconsin wants to charge $7 million to recount the votes, far more than in previous elections.

Sidney Powell With Maria Bartiromo: “Evidence is coming in through a fire hose…”

“President Trump won by not just hundreds of thousands of votes, but by millions of votes that were shifted by this software that was designed expressly for that purpose.”

Retired Admiral Peter Neffenger is on the board of Smartmatic and on Joe Bidens presumptuous President Elect transition team.

According to Sidney Powell “Millions of Americans have written in” to tell them about election fraud. Boiled down, the software was the problem, and it’s also used on other brand’s voting machines.

Every state that bought Dominion should have a serious criminal investigation. There may have been kickbacks. Substantial sums of money may have been given to family members.

I can’t tell you how livid I am to our government  not paying attention to the warnings about this…

Dominion was that bad. And yet red flags are piling on red flags.

…”hundreds of thousands of votes at a ratio of 67% for  Biden and 23%  for Trump were loaded into the system and multiple times.”

Strange voting patterns those.

And then there’s the incredible organic growth of a movement

See the video.

The only thing Climate Change is destroying is science — Join us at the AEF Webinar

The Reef is fine, the Forests are overgrown, and the River will keep flowing. Science, though is a disaster. What can we do?

Help figure out how to get science working again for the people and the environment, instead of the crisis industry and bureaucrats.

Peter Ridd, Jo Nova, Alan Moran.

Science has been turned in to a fundraising activity rather than a quest for the truth. Instead of helping the Reef, the Forests and the River, scientists use them as perpetual cash cows. They don’t have incentives to solve problems, only to highlight them. No one is paid to find that Nature is doing OK or that Solar cycles drive the climate. So billions of dollars may be thrown away on fashionable but irrelevant quests — money which could be put to much better use.

We’ll discuss how Australia’s three big environmental issues are stuck in scientific ruts and discuss what can be done to get science back on track. Would some kind of official watchdog help, or will any formal unit be captured by the some process that strangled peer review and scientific associations? Can incentives be changed to align scientists with a quest for truth and better predictions?

Peter Ridd will talk about the spectacular health and resilience of the Great Barrier Reef. It’s one of the most pristine ecosystems on earth yet scientists have persuaded everyone that climate change and pollution from farms has almost killed it.  Corals appear to be growing faster than they were one hundred years ago. Bleaching has always happened, and corals always grow back.

Jo Nova will explain how our pyroclastic wildfires are made worse by Green land management practices, and these preventable disasters are then used as fearful marketing ploy to promote carbon reduction. The Black Summer Fires have almost nothing to do with climate change, and everything to do with megatons of fuel left untended and droughts which have always come and gone.

It took a half century to turn Australia’s largest river system from an arid zone to one that makes 40% of Australia’s entire farm output. About one third to half of all the water was going into irrigation, but as the inevitable cycle of droughts returned, people panicked about salinity and wildlife and worried about the health of the Fake Lake that had sprung up at the end of the Murray River. So the Government spent nearly $7 billion dollars to buy back a quarter of the irrigators water.

Australian Environment Foundation

The Australian Environment Foundation (AEF) and the UK Global Warming Policy Forum (GWPF) are jointly hosting this webinar. It will focus on how to reform the quality assurance (QA) systems and practices currently used in the environmental research that underpins environmental policy in Australia, with particular reference to the Great Barrier Reef, bushfire prevention and management, and the Murray-Darling Basin.

Can your bank delete you? It’s almost like the start of an American social credit system.

Imagine Laura was a candidate for a major political party and had 150 million impressions a month on her twitter account. What happens if her bank and then Twitter delete her accounts. They give no real reason. She’s stranded, and spends a month writing letters and making phone calls, and setting up alternatives. After a month, the bank gives her a cheque for her savings. She got her money, but she lost a month.

Imagine accidents like these happen a lot more often to people on one side of politics — people who want to break the Tech Giants up?

h/t David E

How corporations can delete your existence, by Gavin Haynes.

Let’s call her Laura. In September, Laura was out in Leeds City Centre, buying some bits, when her card was declined. Funny, she thought. She definitely wasn’t in the red. But these things happen, so she left the shop, tinting crimson, and dashed towards the nearest cashpoint.

But her card wouldn’t work at the cashpoint either. She tried another one. With the same result.

Laura opened the banking app on her phone. It said only ‘error’, then automatically closed.

She finally abandoned her shopping and went into the nearest branch of Santander. There, the counter assistant seemed just as mystified. After about an hour of waiting, though, Laura was called through into the manager’s office.

“I’m going to read a statement out for you,” the manager said. “But I’m not going to be able to answer any of your questions after that.”

He read out: “We have locked your bank account. We can’t give you any more information. We might be in touch in future with more information. But we don’t know when that might be.”

Could she have her money? No.

But how was she supposed to get home? After all, she lived eight miles outside of Leeds, and now she had no bus fare. Apparently, this was not the bank’s business.

Sadly, that story is true. It happened, and is increasingly happening to people who annoy the elites.

Laura Loomer, USA

Laura Loomer, Republican candidate

‘Laura’ could be any of us. But she is also Laura Towler, one of the founders of Patriotic Alternative. Towler is a sort of next-gen BNP type, a net-savvy white identitarian who campaigns against mass-migration, and occasionally winks to her Telegram followers about ‘you know who’ (they know alright: The Jews). It would seem that Towler had been expelled from Santander for her views. But in line with the bank’s conditions, this has not been made clear.

By a strange coincidence, in the same month, the same thing happened to Mark Collett, her Patriotic Alternative co-founder. Only, Collett doesn’t bank with Santander — he is with HSBC. Somehow, the same thing also happened, in different countries, to Europe’s leading young white identitarians: Brittany Pettibone and Martin Sellner.

Coincidence abounds in the modern world. Last year, on the other side of the Atlantic, various alt-ish-Right figures who banked with JP Morgan Chase woke up on the same morning to find that they no longer banked with JP Morgan Chase. They included the chair of the Proud Boys Enrique Tarrio, former InfoWars staffer Joe Biggs, Project Veritas associate Laura Loomer, and Martina Markota, a Trump-supporting performance artist.

The Tech giants have a conflict of interest with democracy:

When Laura won preselection for the Republicans she applied to get reinstated on Twitter like “every candidate” running for office:

No dice. She can’t get on Big Social, the broadcast networks are ignoring her, and her opponent, Lois Frankel, won’t even say her name, let alone debate her.

Should she win — still a long shot — Loomer has sworn to spend her time on Capitol Hill breaking up the tech giants’ monopoly. So couldn’t it be said that they’re acting to titrate their own legislative environment?

Rod Dreher says “pay attention”

We had all better pay attention to this. If you think that the banks and other gatekeepers of the financial system are going to stop with far-right political extremists, you are deluded. ..

Having a bank account is required to participate in the economy in more than a primitive way. To deny someone that is to exile them from modern life. Moreover, the more our economies move to the cashless model, the more difficult it will be for those without a bank account (and a debit card that goes with it) to participate at all in the economy.

If lawmakers don’t use the power of the state to keep access to the economy open to individuals that the ruling class finds deplorable, then we should understand that we are well on our way to allowing Woke Capitalism to create an American social credit system.

Some will call her a fringe nutter (or some other variation). But underlying that is someone making excuses to forgive predatory unfair behavior, or someone trying to find a reason this couldn’t happen to themselves.

The purge begins: WordPress kicks off ConservativeTreehouse because of “the content”

The information war escalates

Conservative Treehouse reaches 500,000 to one million readers each day and has run for ten years on WordPress. But now they are suddenly being given two weeks notice to get out. They are being “Deplatformed” and there is not even any reason given:

…”given the incompatibility between your site’s content and our terms, you need to find a new hosting provider and must migrate the site by Wednesday, December 2nd.

If the Hunter Biden scandal can be cleansed from the media. If the US election can be brazenly stolen by stopping vote counting at 2am and starting it at 4am with huge dumps of Biden votes, by kicking out Republican observers, and backdating postmarks — what can’t be hidden? All previous “lines in the sand” have been crossed. In the new order what pushback will there be for attacks on free speech?

Corruption emboldens the corrupt. Even the minor totalitarians, the weak minded — have been fed testosterone sandwiches by the success of rampant brazen fraud.

They think there will be no consequences:

What does this mean?  It means CTH is being kicked-off the WordPress website hosting platform because the content of our research and discussion does not align with the ideology of those who define what is acceptable speech and what is not.

What was our violation?  After ten years of brutally honest discussion, opinion, deep research and crowdsourcing work -with undeniable citations on the events we outline- there is no cited violation of any term of service because CTH has never violated one.

The WordPress company is not explaining the reason for deplatforming because there is no justifiable reason for it.  At the same time, they are bold in their position. Perhaps this is the most alarming part; and everyone should pay attention. They don’t care.

The consequences though will be that right now any non-left WordPress hosted site must surely be making a back up plan or getting out while they still can. Why wait to be pushed? Smart sites will leave in protest.

This site here does not run on a WordPress hosted platform. I was never confident that WordPress would not go the way of all the TechGiants. Though self-hosting this site has extra costs and management issues and right now the technical help is working solve the slow delivery of posts and comments and to accommodate the post election surge in traffic.

If for some reason you can’t see new posts, please try to click through on “Recent comments” or with a different browser (Firefox seems to work?). I will add links to new posts on Gab (@JoNova) and Twitter (@JoanneNova). So people can find new posts there. Thanks for your patience.

Swamp is terrified of Trump’s legal cases. Resorting to Big Dollar ostracism, cancel culture to drive out lawyers

Bullying works. Time to fight back:

Humans are a gregarious species. Never underestimate how powerful bullying and social ostracism  can be — even on adults — especially on smart and wealthy adults near the top of the pecking order. Indeed, the pecking order position is the problem. Those with something to lose, who are trained in universities in everything but how to stand up for themselves, fold faster than the truck drivers and steel workers Donald Trump represents. Those who don’t care about the pecking order, because they are far from the top, also don’t care if uppity legal circles ridicule them. But those inside the elite circles of power do.

The Swamp is terrified of Trump’s legal challenges

Trump is so dangerous to the Swamp they are prepared to spend big money to target anyone who helps him. Once upon a time, representing a President would be great for advertising and gaining new clients. The Swamp bluster is trying to reverse that.

One of Saul Alinsky’s rules for radicals (to win by destroying civil debate) is to isolate “the target”. In this case Trump is “the Target” and activists have managed to isolate him from one or two of his long standing legal teams. Trump has worked with some of these legal firms for years, and they’ve earned more than $20 million from working with the President. But when an activist group puts up half a million dollars to tar their name with advertising and put their clients on the spot, the clients then lean on the legal firms.

If Media Didn’t Think Trump Could Win, It Wouldn’t be Targeting his Lawyers

Daniel Greenfield

Why go all-out, launching a boycott campaign targeting Jones Day, and doxxing lawyers, if the whole thing is futile? If Trump can’t win, then conservatives are just wasting money that won’t be spent on protecting the Senate majority in Georgia?

What’s behind all the hollow slogans about “protecting democracy”?

The obvious answer is two admissions.

1. President Trump has a case. Enough of one for Democrats, and their media and legal allies to be worried.

2. The Democrats have something to hide.

Fight back against this ostracism and cancel culture — stand up against it

Forget the popcorn and get to work. All the people on Trump’s team need moral, social and financial support. They need a river of positive emails telling them how brave they are, and how useful their work is. They need people actively defending them in the public sphere. We’re in an information war, so even just passing on news to get around the censorship is useful.

Bullies are stopped sometimes when just one impartial onlooker speaks and pops the bubble. It’s all front. Their smug toxic bluff will fold if it meets resistance. Indeed (see below) one legal firm hasn’t pulled out. They are representing the GOP, not Trump, but the media are still pretending they’ve declared they aren’t supporting Trump.

Turn the tables:

  1. Those who won’t support due legal process support electoral fraud.
  2. Those who won’t support a legal challenge against the Biden win don’t think Biden won legally.
  3. If Biden won by legal votes, no one would object to a full audited recount.
  4. Healing means showing Trump voters that Biden won legally. Those who don’t support the legal battles feed the anger and division.
  5. All sides of legal battles deserve legal representation. Why are the Biden team so frightened they want to stop that?
  6. Pursuing election challenges is not “undermining the rule of law,” but an exercise in law, as attorneys should especially know.
  7. The true undermining of the rule of law is the hounding of lawyers based on the clients they accept.

So the cancel culture ad money falls on an unprepared target, and gets leveraged by clients afraid they will be isolated and targeted next. It’s all so predictable. The Alinsky crowd don’t attack Trump directly because he is prepared. Strategically, they push two-degrees of separation out on an open door, and the peripheral easy targets put the pressure on the first degree of separation:

Blowback against Trump campaign law firm targets clients, recruiting

Reuters: On Tuesday, The Lincoln Project, a group of anti-Trump Republicans, said it will spend $500,000 on ads targeting Jones Day and a smaller law firm working for Trump, following a Monday New York Times report citing dissent among Jones Day’s senior attorneys over its election work for Republicans.

In tweets online, the group, co-founded by conservative lawyer George Conway, who is the husband of former Trump counselor Kellyanne Conway, has encouraged lawyers and clients to abandon Jones Day.

One law firm recruiter, who asked not to be named for fear of exposing the identities of clients, said three Jones Day attorneys were, as of Wednesday, looking to leave because their clients do not want to be associated with the firm.

Law students are easy meat because they haven’t been taught the things that matter:

Law students from U.S. schools including Harvard and the flagship university for Jones Day’s home state Ohio are also mobilizing against the firm. Some are considering a boycott, said Molly Coleman, a 2020 Harvard Law School graduate and executive director of the law student and attorney network People’s Parity Project.

Jones Day gets a revenue of $2 billion a year and employs 2,500 attorneys. It’s the fifth largest firm in the USA.

While many have claimed it has said they won’t represent Donald Trump, the firm actually said “Jones Day is representing the Pennsylvania GOP “:

The Republican Party of Pennsylvania, through Jones Day, has sought review in the United States Supreme Court on the ground that the order is unconstitutional because it usurped the Pennsylvania General Assembly’s plenary authority to determine election procedures including the deadline for absentee ballots. The United States Supreme Court is currently deciding whether to grant certiorari. Four justices agreed with our client’s position, and voted to grant a stay, indicating that they believed there was a fair prospect of review and reversal by the Court. Three justices have issued a statement that there is “a strong likelihood that the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s order violates the U.S. Constitution.” On November 6, Justice Alito ordered Pennsylvania election officials to segregate ballots arriving after the statutory deadline to preserve the issue and to have a record of the vote with and without the segregated ballots.

This case presents an important and recurring rule-of-law question under the U.S. Constitution. Indeed, on November 9, 17 states filed amicus briefs supporting this cert petition and asking the U.S. Supreme Court to grant review.

Jones Day will not withdraw from that representation.

Jones Day expects that the media will correct the numerous false reports given the facts set forth above, all of which were readily verifiable in the public record.

There is huge pressure on some of the USA’s top legal firms to pull out of defending Donald Trump:

Porter Wright Morris & Arthur, the law firm leading the Trump campaign’s efforts to challenge the presidential election results in Pennsylvania, abruptly withdrew from a federal lawsuit that it had filed on behalf of the campaign. That followed a similar move by an Arizona law firm that was representing the Republican Party as it challenged that state’s results.

And on Friday, a top lawyer at Jones Day, which has represented Mr. Trump’s campaigns for more than four years, told colleagues during a video conference call that Jones Day would not get involved in additional litigation in this election.

The moves by the law firms are the latest blows to Mr. Trump’s efforts to use a barrage of litigation to challenge the integrity of the election results. Some lawyers at Porter Wright and Jones Day had become increasingly vocal about their concerns that the work their firms were doing was helping to legitimize the president’s arguments. One Porter Wright lawyer resigned in protest over the summer.

The law firms found many excuses:

Some senior lawyers at Jones Day, one of the country’s largest law firms, are worried that it is advancing arguments that lack evidence and may be helping Mr. Trump and his allies undermine the integrity of American elections, according to interviews with nine partners and associates, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to protect their jobs.

Heckling is more important than millions of dollars:

Money is money, but lawyers are human and being disinvited to dinner parties, excised from social events, and losing customers is a major and real threat.

Ed Morrisey: Jones Day has earned more than $20 million doing business with Trump, his campaigns, and the RNC over the last five years, $4 million in this year alone. That’s a lot of income, and it pays more than a few salaries. Yet this seems to be the bigger concern among some of its attorneys:

In recent days, two Jones Day lawyers said they had faced heckling from friends and others on social media about working at a firm that is supporting Mr. Trump’s efforts.

A lawyer in Jones Day’s Washington office felt that the firm risked hurting itself by taking on work that undermined the rule of law. “To me, it seems extremely shortsighted,” the lawyer said.

Ed Morrisey: That in itself is nonsense. Pursuing election challenges is not “undermining the rule of law,” but an exercise in law, as attorneys should especially know.  The true undermining of the rule of law is the hounding of lawyers based on the clients they accept.

A lot of what is going on now is pure Psy Ops. It’s an information war for the moral high ground. Don’t underestimate how important it is for the people on the Good side to get in this battle, rather than just be a spectator. The moral high ground matters — there are real consequences. If people feel dejected they are less likely to fight back, less likely to donate, and less likely to attend a mass protest. If 70 million Americans wear a MAGA hat every day until the final result was called, it matters.

“I am going to release the Kraken” — Trump won in a landslide says Sidney Powell

Sidney Powell:  “This is essentially a new American Revolution”

The mood change that started yesterday is accelerating. Sidney Powell looks– in a legal sense — armed and dangerous. She says:  “I can hardly wait to put forward all the evidence we have on Dominion”. “We have staggering statistical evidence, and staggering testimony from witnesses”.

Dominion denies all allegations of fraud. Will that change under oath?

A bitchute video. If you have problems (they are moving servers) watch the youtube below.

Lou Dobbs: “This is an extraordinary and dangerous moment for the country”

Lou Dobbs interviews Sidney Powell, attorney on Trumps team. She is implacably confident (though, that is her job).

Her answers essentially:

  • Dominion was created to created to alter results in Venezuela for Hugo Chavez.
  • It was funded by Venezuela and Cuba and China is involved too. Let’s talk about foreign interference…
  •  As soon as states shut down and stopped counting — those states are the most egregious.

Dobbs: How critical are the December deadlines? (For the electoral college vote)

  • For fraud this serious, even if the states are stupid enough to certify electors they will be set aside also.
  • We are talking about hundreds of thousands of votes.
  • President Trump won this election in a landslide.
  • Patriots are coming forward every day and are willing to testify under oath.
  • There needs to be a massive criminal investigation.

Dobbs: Is the FBI already carrying out an investigation? Tell us where the DoJ is on all this.

  • “I wish I knew”
  • The people in homeland security need to be fired yesterday.
  • The only FBI involvement appears to be to try to intimidate a witness to try to get him to change his testimony.

Sidney Powell:

This is essentially a new American Revolution. These are federal felonies. People need to come forward.

I’m going to release the Kraken.

It’s a foul mess, it’s further, wider and deeper than any of us ever thought, and I’m going to expose every one of them.

The battle for the Whitehouse

Lou Dobbs: We have reached the endgame, the four year efforts to remove Donald Trump.

In an extraordinary move, Facebook and Twitter have decided they will not treat the President of the United States as the President.

Kayleigh McEnamy on Pennsylvania: it looks like if you were in a Democrat county you got to cast a ballot and then fix that ballot if they were flaws. The city would notify Democrats, but not Republicans.  It’s a violation of the Equal Protection Clause. We believe we will prevail.

2.7 million votes switched and hints Dominion Whistleblowers came forward?

Is that mood shift I see?

Suddenly the Trump team is ramping up the claims and the confidence. Donald Trump has declared  that 2.7 million votes were switched by Dominion electronic machines and Rudy Guliani has hinted that there are whistleblowers coming forward from Dominion. If so, that changes everything. But at this stage, they are just hints.

EverylegalVote now tallies Trump at 232, Biden at 214

North Carolina has been added to the Trump Tally.

Huge claims being made about massive electronic voter fraud.

@Donald Trump: “REPORT: Dominion deleted 2.7 million Trump Votes nationwide. Data analysis finds 221,000 Pennsylvania votes switched from President Trump to Biden. 941,000 Trump votes delted. States using Dominion voting systems switched 435,000 votes from Trump to Biden.””

@SidneyPowell: This is massive voter fraud. It is a feature built into the system by the companies that own the machines and software. This was a deliberate attack on our country and the most important of rights held by citizens in our Republic.
@RudyGiuliani:  The evidence of fraud is pouring in at an overwhelming pac’e. This was a massive effort by Crooked Democrats to wipe out the vote of those they believe are inferior to them….DEPLORABLES , CHUMPS.

@Donald J Trump Jnr:   I guess Stalin was right… it’s who counts the votes that matters.

NaturalNews has most of the links and details related to the claim of 2.7 (now 2.8 million votes being switched or stolen). Also American Thinker.

But even the ordinary garden variety counts of fraud are spectacular:

11,000 reports of election incidents of voter fraud, Meh?

On Sean Hannity’s show, Kayleigh McEnany says she has 234 pages of sworn affidavits from just one country — Wayne County, Michigan — alleging that in one batch of ballots 60% had the same signature, 35 ballots had no voter record but they were counted anyway,  and 50 ballots were run multiple times through the voting machines. All this in a county where Republican observers were barred from access, and Democrat challengers were handing out training documents on how to distract GOP challengers…

See the video in the Tweet

It’s just a Glitch, another electronic switch?

@Geo Check  has a 43 second video on election day where the vote tally swaps 19,958 up for Biden and 19,958 down for Trump. The announcer doesn’t notice and keeps calling the race for Trump … Little did he know.

It’s worth listening to the 43 seconds just to be reminded of what it was like on the last day in the West when people still thought elections were decided by voters.

Claim: Dominion Electronic Voting machines can change the ballot later

Georgia is counting the paper votes by hand. But even then, the Dominion voting machines may already have compromised that count too. Does a paper ballot printed by a Dominion machine mean anything at all? Georgia has more Dominion machines than anywhere else.

Professor Andrew Appel, an election security expert explains  “The image cast evolution (ICE) voting machine has the physical ability to to mark votes onto the Ballot AFTER the last time the voter sees the ballot and that’s a DISASTER”. The machine both marks the ballot and then scans it.

“If the machine is hacked, they can install softwere that marks votes on the ballot after the last time the voter see’s it,… the whole paper trail can be compromised.

Watch the video here.

There’s a lot of Dominion voting machines out there:

Were the Dems shocked by Trumps lead, and panicked and made mistakes?

On election night the hardest thing to believe about the dumps and step jumps in Michigan and Wisconsin was that they were so transparently inept. Would they seriously drop 138,000 votes and 200,000 votes, that were nearly 100% for Biden?

Michigan Wisconsin voting

It makes sense if the Democrats hadn’t counted on Trump being ahead by such a large margin — like 700,000 votes in Pennsylvania. People make mistaken when in a panic.

Rudy Guliani below — makes that claim, and asks us also to wonder if polling site managers all woke up on November 4 and decided independently to put Republican observers  behind barricades  in Philadelphia, Pittsburg Detroit, Flint, Milwalkee, Las Vegas , Reno, and Pheonix, but not in the rest of the nation. Only in Swing States.

Conveniently the number of votes in Philadelphia that don’t have a chain of custody is about the same as the number of votes Biden was behind. Likewise Michigan.

There are now 50 to 60 witnesses with affadavits. In Michigan one whistleblower has come forward from the Democrat team, who has described the long preparation and training for cheating as well as the last night misadventures. But the scale of the fraud got to her.

There is still a path to victory

As Rudy says this was “The Voter Fraud theft of the century”:

Guliani doesn’t even mention electronic cheating. How far was Biden really behind?
The Trump team have set up — and the real count.

Electronic vote fraud equation revealed: In Michigan in 4 counties 138,000 Fake votes for Biden

A “Transistor Function” algorithm has been used to alter voting patterns in Michigan. It has a “Weighted Race” feature.

Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai, an MIT engineer and Fulbright Scholar, with Phil Evans B.S.E.E. and Benny Smith (election commissioner and data analyst) have back-analyzed the pattern of voting in Michigan and figured out the electronic algorithm used to alter votes. Voting patterns are distorted in a way that can only be explained by a linear transformation (an algebraic equation) and he can approximate that equation and slope of the line. This means he can calculate how many votes were flipped and he does, and it’s massive.

This one form of fraud alone is enough to flip the election to Biden. That’s without all the postal vote backdating, the dead people voting, the out of state votes, the discarded ballots, the crooked media coverups, the pollsters fakery and the Pfizer hiding of the Covid Vaccine news. Trump won the election despite all the other trickery. If there had been real media coverage, honest vaccine headlines, exposure of Hunter Biden and honest polling the election probably could have been called by 8pm on Election day.

The action analysis starts at 13:30 minutes.

In disconcerting news, votes are stored as a decimal fraction. They are not even trying to record votes as whole numbers, as individual choices.

If the video goes missing, look here

What does it mean to be a citizen if the voting inputs and outputs are unverifiable.

It reads as rather melodramatic, but in a factual sense, if we accept rule by unverifiable and unaudited mechanisms, we are accepting that someone else has the power to chose who rules, not us. So when he says “It’s time people got educated or they will be enslaved.” It is merely an academic and obvious corollary.

The title of the presentation: A Mathematical Analysis of Trump-Biden 2020Election Vote Counts in Four Counties in the State of Michigan.

As I understand it, his analysis looks at the “down ticket” voting patterns in individual precincts of four counties in Michigan. The unnatural pattern is that the more Republican the precinct, the less likely they were to vote for Trump. Thousands of Trump votes were given to Biden in strongly Republican precincts. It’s possible that Republican voters could be fed up with Trump and choose to vote Biden for President, and the Engineering trio consider that. The red flag that is unarguable is that the ratio of Republican voters who chose Biden over Trump should be the same across precincts, and  it is in precincts which are predominantly Democrat. But these engineers found a “transistor function”. After the percentage of Republicans rise in a precinct beyond a “cut off” point, this ratio changes, but it changes in a perfect and predictable linear way. The ratio depends on the percentage of Republican voters in a precinct. The more Republicans there are, the more likely they are to abandon Trump and vote a Biden-then-Republican ticket.

The dashed orange line should be a flat line, instead the downward slope “cuts in” and votes are increasingly distorted in precincts where more Republicans vote.

Oakland County, Voter tally manipulation, Electronic voting.

Adapted from the video presentation above.

The slope of that line is “too perfect” — it’s almost perfectly linear. The transistor effect kicks in and shows that the same algorithm was used in different counties across all precincts. The pattern is non-random. Even if you wanted to believe that Rep voters were tired of Trump it would not happen in a perfect line that depended on the number of Rep voters around you. (45 mins.)

So most of the votes were stolen from strongly Republican areas and flipped for Biden. Unless this is fixed, in future elections, they (whoever they are) will just change the algorithm to alter down ticket votes too.

I’ve only watched this once. If I have misunderstood any part of this, please correct me in comments and I’ll update the post.

There is a “too perfect” decline — that is linear. It suggests electronic manipulation — the only thing that can create the artificially, improbable pattern.

The same slope occurs in Early voting patters as well as Election Day voting patterns.

Trump in Macomb County is 12% to 22% more popular than the Republican party candidates in predominantly Democratic areas. In Republican dominant areas this effect reverses.

In WAyne County there was no cheating and there the pattern is totally different. Trump is universally more popular than his Rep colleagues, not less. Trump is leading people to vote Republican who otherwise chose non-Rep candidates.

Questions:

Are both parties are aware of these features? Are both Reps and Dems supporting the algorithm?

  • Is a coup underway?
  • Who is behind the coup?
  • Did Biden win?

50 How do we get out of this (for future elections)?

To be a democracy, certain minimum standards must apply to elections:

  • A Voter Registration card
  • Open source software.
  • Hand marked paper ballots records. The vote intent is obvious.
  • The inputs must be verifiable.
  • The ballot images must be stored for the long term in a legal format. These must be saved. (Some states are throwing the files away.)
  • All elections should be audited automatically. Not just disputed elections.

The man is a hero who has been battling for fair elections. For asking where the ballot images were in previous elections he was taken off Twitter. No lawyers would defend him. He had to go to court and defend himself. The Federal statute was created saying that States must store the images.
