Vaccine news is so good that California State bans doctors from saying what they think

Doctor logo. Cadeceus.Always get medical advice, but be aware, if your doctor wanted to say something different from what you hear in adverts on TV, they may lose their job, their business, their marriage and their house. Adjust your filters accordingly. Especially if you live in Australia or California.*

Presumably Californians are still able to phone up doctors in other states. Soon, they may be able to phone their own doctor who moved to another state.

How long before doctors in El Salvador start offering telehealth consultations to Californians? (If only our Covid healthcare was as good as El Salvador‘s).

How bad must the vaccine news have to be if they need to write special legislation so doctors can’t tell you what they really think?

California’s Legislature Votes to Ban All COVID-19 Vaccine Dissent by Doctors

James Breslo, The Epoch Times

…the one-party state’s lawmakers voted to suppress all dissent by doctors when it comes to COVID-19. Assembly Bill 2098 effectively creates a “Ministry of Truth” that assures all information disseminated by doctors in the state conforms with the opinion of the ruling party. It directs the state’s medical board to take action against any doctor who spreads misinformation or disinformation about COVID-19. Under the legislation, it’s “unprofessional conduct” to spread such information regarding “the nature and risks of the virus; COVID-19 prevention and treatment; and the development, safety, and effectiveness of COVID-19 vaccines.”

The legislation is on California Gov. Gavin Newsom’s desk for his signature. The breadth of the proposal is astounding: It bans both misinformation and disinformation. In case you don’t know the difference, the legislation defines each. The ruling party stated that “misinformation” means “false information that is contradicted by contemporary scientific consensus contrary to the standard of care.” “Disinformation” means “misinformation that the licensee deliberately disseminated with malicious intent or an intent to mislead.”

The law would turn the state’s medical board into a Ministry of Truth, designed to prohibit any dissent from the ruling party’s position on COVID-19.

We’re taught to always seek a second opinion on serious medical issues. California is seeking to ban second opinions. If Newsom signs the legislation, there will be only one approved opinion, that of the state.

James Breslo is a civil rights attorney and host of the “Hidden Truth Show” podcast on TuneIn.

Pray that the 1st Amendment still means something and this legislation can be overturned.

Otherwise when talking to doctors in semi-communist states, patients learn to look for hints and clues and to read between the lines.

Perhaps bring some tea leaves that docs can interpret for you. They may be trying to send a message.

Hard to believe the once vaunted professions are rolling over for this.
One lesson for from COVID, is the ease with which the educated classes are manipulated, or intimidated, or exhibit blind obedience.
    Not usually attributes of professionals.

If you are in medicine, who is your customer? I’ll give you hint, it’s the party paying the bill, not the party you treat. The Feds pay for almost half the healthcare in the country and a combination of patients and private insurers pay (an inflated price) for the other half. The customer is always right.

This is new. We haven’t seen it before. Not from governments. From trade organisations maybe.

So how did it happen? Where and what are its origins? Who is in control?

And why does anybody want mandated vaccination when the “vaccines” are far from efficacious?

The prohibition on treatment with legacy drugs was in my view criminal. Indemnification does not extend to that.

      So who instigated those prohibitions?

The only fail safe beneficiaries from both the prohibitions and the mandated “vaccinations” are the pharmaceutical firms.

California is my home state. I grew up there (born 1951) and it was the most wonderful place to live!

But due to the overbearing state governors and and the one-party legislature (democrats in both houses…been that way since God knows when) I packed up and moved to Arizona about 7 years ago. And I love it here!

It’s by far the most beautiful state in my nation. But the demonrats have absolutely ruined every part of it.

I weep for my state and the good folk that liver there.

Oh, one more thing…in the Epoch Times piece…a slight correction…

      They Still Believe…

Steve Kirsch says that according to his CDC source, the bureaucrats at the CDC still genuinely believe the vaxx is safe and effective:

He believes that everyone at the CDC is drinking the Kool-Aid. In other words, as far as he knows, they all truly believe the vaccines are safe and effective, just like my blue-pilled friends. Even the top people. If there are any dissenters, they aren’t speaking up internally. How does this happen? It’s group-think. What happens to critical thinkers? They leave. I thought for sure people like Tom Shimabukuro and John Su knew what they were doing, but they are clueless. They are just like my academic doctor friends: they truly believe that vaccines are safe and I’m nuts. Wow. Just wow. I still don’t know (yet) how they can just brush off my point that they never point out the VAERS under-reporting factor during their presentations. However, it’s true they really believe there is no corruption and no need to protect whistleblowers.

      Check out this comment;

My Substack is blocked at the CDC. It is considered “unsafe”.

I’m certain it was U.S. biowarfare and that Joe Biden will push the Ukraine-thing to full-blown WWIII rather than have anyone push them to say mea culpa, or “Sorry, we were wrong. This new ‘vaccine’ technology doesn’t work.”

Especially with the Russians now maintaining that they have proof that it was biowarfare and wanting to share that proof in an open forum.

Don’t underestimate how nasty this could all become. And it all can be laid at Anthony Fauci’s feet, I’m certain. The genesis of it was his 2000 paper, articulating a vision to be able to go from “bug to drug” within 20 year’s time. The question needs to be asked whether this whole thing was engineered in order to test that premise.

There is nothing to be concerned about with the BA5 “vaccine”, now approved by the FDA.

It was tested on *eight* mice. (Not a typo. Not eight thousand, not eighty thousand, but *eight*.)

They do the same with your flu vaccines nowadays. 15 years ago they still had to do a human trial when new strains were loaded onto an existing vaccine platform, but that is not a requirement any more. If you use the same platform as last year, only with new strains, no human trials needed any more.

There are numerous Australian medical doctors that have either been (1) reprimanded by medical boards or others, (2) deregistered or remain silent out of fear of those two although they do in fact know the truth.

I even know a GP (family doctor) who was brought before the medical board because of something his *wife* said on social media, even though what she said was itself, quite innocent and truth-based.

They have doctors living in terror, just how they want it.

      I highly recommend that book.

It’s very hard to put down.

It is extremely readable and very densely packed with information and hundreds of references.

You won’t come away with any good impressions of Fauci or “the system” he created and controls, and no doubt will continue to control after his “retirement”. All revelations about him are solidly documented.

Huge numbers of people have died unnecessarily due to policies such as approving dangerous drugs (e.g. AZT), or refusing to approve or promote “off label” uses for safe, useful, off-patent drugs (e.g. IVM, HCQ), all documented in the book. A familiar story with covid, huh?

In the book, it is even mentioned how NIAID, Fauci and other organisations he controls refused to mention evidence of the beneficial effect of Vitamin D in preventing or reducing the severity of covid in the deficient. Many or most people in temperate climates are now deficient in Vitamin D, even in summer.

And yes, as Roger said, you will be angry after reading this book. VERY angry.

I concur with the recommendation of that book. Another book well worth reading is “Empire of Pain”. It is about the Sackler family over three generations. One of the “achievements” of the first generation was to be a leader in the promotion/advertising of modern medicines.
(they made a very shrewd deal with the producers of valium and that lead to the foundation of their fortunes). The second and third generations were leaders in the development and marketing of opioids through their company, Purdue Pharma.

Ditto to that Roger. Also, if you can, try watching a drama called “Dopesick”. Its on the Disney channel (subscription) unfortunately but you may be able to pick it up somewhere else. I say drama, but in reality almost all depicted is actual truth. It’s the sad story of Oxycontin and Purdue Pharmaceutical. The bumbling of the FDA, the influence of Big Pharma and the capture of the medical industry. The best bit – in order to reduce the addiction of oxycontin, Purdue had this great idea. The idea was to double the dose!!! All approved by the FDA.

Californian politicians are obviously ignorant concerning the data that shows the RNA covid vaccines have two serious problems: 1) Repeat first release RNA vaccination interferes with the human immune system, causing negative effectiveness against Omicron and 2) damage to the patient’s immune system by repeat first release RNA vaccination, increases the patient’s ‘risk’ of getting neurological diseases and cancer.

80% of serious COVID cases are fully vaccinated’ says Ichilov hospital director. Vaccine has “no significance regarding severe illness,” says Prof. Jacob Giris.

Increasing SARS-CoV2 cases, hospitalizations and deaths among the vaccinated elderly populations during the Omicron (B.1.1.529) variant surge in UK.

“The vaccine effectiveness (VE) for the third dose was in negative since December 20, 2021, with a significantly increased proportion of SARS-CoV2 cases hospitalizations and deaths among the vaccinated; and a decreased proportion of cases, hospitalizations, and deaths among the unvaccinated. The pre-existing conditions were present in 95.6% of all COVID-19 deaths and we also observed various ethnic, deprivation score and vaccination rate disparities that can adversely affect hospitalization and deaths among the compared groups based on the vaccination status.”

There is no discernable optimal vaccine effectiveness among ≥18 years of age, vaccinated third dose population since December 20, 2021 during the beginning of the Omicron variant surge. ….”

Innate Immune Suppression by SARS-CoV-2 mRNA Vaccinations

“In this paper, we present the evidence that vaccination, unlike natural infection, induces a profound impairment in type I interferon signaling, which has diverse adverse consequences to human health.

…We also identify potential profound disturbances in regulatory control of protein synthesis and cancer surveillance. These disturbances are shown to have a potentially direct causal link to neurodegenerative disease, myocarditis, immune thrombocytopenia, Bell’s palsy, liver disease, impaired adaptive immunity, increased tumorigenesis, and DNA damage. We show evidence from adverse event reports in the VAERS database supporting our hypothesis. We believe a comprehensive risk/benefit assessment of the mRNA vaccines excludes them as positive contributors to public health, even in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic.”

This is how Marxism starts. Unless there is push back, this state control will move to encompass opinion on all issues, such as climate change, gender, race, religion, etc. Let’s hope there is a serious challenge to this ruling and some public outcry. What this does demonstrate are the clear Marxist intentions of the progressives. The gloves are now off and they can smell an opportunity for victory and have tested the legislative waters.

People talk about the growing divide within society between the left and right of politics and this policy is a good example of why that’s happening. Two decades ago, we were divided by the smaller differences of how we wanted our capitalist democracy to operate. Today, we are divided by those who want full blown Marxism and by those that wish to retain the old system. It’s why we can’t find any middle ground, because none exists. The scary part is that all young children coming through the education system are indoctrinated to embrace Marxism and reject the current system. Time is now the enemy and we need to act fast to save our freedom.

I agree in essence that it is as bad as you say. I also believe it is too late for the reasons you imply – daily those who believe in freedom meet their maker while the “education” machine grinds out ready-made automatons prepared for the Brave New World. Civil War is sometimes mentioned, but unlike the US, here the general population is unarmed, cowed and ready for its daily dose of soma. The soma precedes the mandatory euthanasia. This sounds hyperbolic I know, but such a dystopian outlook matches the facts better than any other.

California, like states in Australia can be split up politically. Post Brexit, Nigel Farage was consulting to a group of “Northern’ Californians who wanted to split from Southern California. The only way the political rulers of California would approve of a split would be into 3 parts – the LA part, the SF part, and the lesser CA parts. Also, they want Wash. D.C. as a state and Puerto Rico, too. That would produce a net gain of 6 senators in the big house.

If doctors continue to remain silent and subservient then this will continue. I realise its difficult and there is risk, but if all doctors said as one “get stuffed” then this would go nowhere and end. But due to continuing silence they have surrendered their rights to an out of control govt. I have a number of friends who lost jobs and income due to not taking the vaxx, and we see some great doctors like William Bay, but far too few as far as I am concerned.

Australia has a very large problem with authority. One needs to question, then, if all is ok obey. Not obey and then question later, or not at all.

“So lacking ‘fully approved’ vaccines, you happily started stabbing the community with a ‘provisionally approved’ version? Did you even inform them that was the case?

Seriously, two peak professional bodies for the healthcare sector weren’t au fait with the approval process the vaccines were going though? No wonder I had stand up fights with several GPs who continued to insist they were ‘fully approved’. Does such advice from a practitioner constitute informed consent?”

Right on “Q”. QLD public health emergency power provision expires on 22 September soooo time to get them extended.

Cue “Q” disease. Seems a large area not too far from Brisbane is experiencing a dramatic increase in “Q fever” cases which is available from cattle, sheep, goats and kangaroos. You can even throw in your pet dog or cat. Strange dog/cat invection is “less common”.

Maybe the next variant of covid has been delayed so Q will have to suffice. After all the current outbreak includes the Noosa area – and we know that everyone in Brisbane goes to Noosa on the weekends.

Just as omicron ironically spelt moronic I wonder what “Q” might stand for, thinks hard, I know Queensland. Quick pass the legislation extend the health emergency.

I’ve had Q-fever. I didnt realise I had it at the time, but I was working for the Dep. of Ag and they tested everyone for it. I had antibodies for in my blood. The only one at the whole research station, bonus was I didn’t require vaccinating.

The Doctor described symptoms and I thought, oh yeah, Ive had that. Tired, sore muscles, colds, lost weight. I just thought I was a lazy student, but no. To think of the exams I could have got out of. BUt I carried on, it was bad come to think of it, but it wasn’t that bad.

Ive heard people with it speak, and I think they’re a bit hyperbolic. Though could be just the variation, or if I knew I had it, it might have played on my mind more.

We have to be honest with ourselves. Obviously the government does not represent working people and corporations have too much power. However we have sovereign inalienable rights and in the end it is our choice to give those rights away, regardless of the coercion, lies and manipulation from govt and corporations. People have paid dearly to maintain their individual rights and freedoms throughout the ages.

In some way this is a big fail on the people who succumbed to the coercion. If that had not happened how different would things be now?

We don’t want to steal your freedom and seize power, but that is “science™” – we must!

Where does the “science™” come from? “scientists”

Where do the “scientists” get their information? from us.

That is illogical. Doesn’t sound right at all. Racist! Denier! Anti-vaxxer! Granny-Killer! Domestic Terrorist! Reeeeee!

‘Nature Human Behaviour, considered a prestigious journal,’took the position that truth in science
should defer to politics in an editorial that states that science must respect the dignity and rights
of all humans. This has generated push-back from academics like Steven Pinkner.

Seems Lamarkian ‘Science’ is the next Socialist outcome for our declining Western Civilisation.

California was a place of hope and longing when Al Jolson, in 1924, along with Bud DeSylva & Joseph Meyer, wrote the lyrics below . A sad contrast with the has-been state of California today.

    California Here I Come

When the wintry winds starts blowing
And the snow is starting in the fall
Then my eyes went westward knowing
That’s the place that I love best of all
    California i’ve been blue
Since i’ve been away from you
    I can’t wait ’till i get going
Even now i’m starting in a call

    California, Here I Come
Right back where I started from
    Where bowers of flowers
    Bloom in the spring
    Each morning at dawning
    Birdies sing at everything
A sunkissed miss said, “Don’t be late!”
That’s why I can hardly wait
    Open up that golden gate
    California, Here I Come
    California, Here I Come (yeaaaaaah!)
Right back where I started from
    Where bowers of flowers
    Bloom in the spring
    Each morning at dawning
    Birdies sing at everything
A sunkissed miss said, “Don’t be late!”
That’s why I can hardly wait (come on!)
Open up (open up! open up!) that golden gate
    California, Here I Come

Well yes but unfortunately the “science” RgTM can’t explain why Victoria has a 27% increase excess mortality for August and a 20% increase in trend over the past 6 months.

The science also can’t explain why the most common cause of death is “died suddenly”.

I wish all those who took the mRNA shots all the best for the future

Wow, is Victoria really 27% for August? I had read 16% for Australia (first 6 months of 2022) but that’s incredible. Compared to other states, that has to be the lag effect of stupid Dan and Brett’s lockdowns.

It should be obvious to nearly everyone that “healthcare” has very little to do with health and much to do with money and profit for the industry participants, from doctors to administrators to pharma. Despite the trillions of dollars spent (mostly misspent) the general populace keeps getting sicker.

    What a dysfunctional business.

I can remember when butter was bad and colored animal fat** was suggested. Then there was warm milk for stomach ulcers until Barry Marshall of AU made hash of the stress cause. He ran an experiment on the only human patient he could ethically recruit: himself, showing mainstream gastroenterologists were preaching nonsense.

[**It came in tough plastic pouches with a small bright yellow dab of yellow dye. We pressed on the little yellow bit and worked it into the fat. Yum – just like butter.]

      Hi, John.

I don’t remember the animal fat alternative to butter, which is itself an animal fat. What i do remember is margarine, which is partially hydrogenated (partially plasticized) vegetable oil. It’s terrible for us, and known to be so since at least the 1970’s – I remember a conversation I had back then with my undergrad advisor about an article on it that I read in the NYTimes.

Most vegetable oils are also bad all by themselves, of course, and only made worse by turning them into soft plastic.

Using the term “Oleomargarine” both for a text search and an image search finds history and images.
I remember in the late 1940s sitting at the kitchen table and kneading the package to make the pale white stuff turn yellow.
I do not recall when the companies were allowed to sell it already colored. I am sure that information is on the web, but I don’t have it.

The worst of all this is, the left are taking mind control of the children and youths through the education system, and throughout the West we see supposedly Democratic governments trying to control adult free speech by socially applied force. This utilises a weakness in democratic systems which allow cover for the election of politicians seeking total command over us and alsmost regardless of the side of politics they say they represent. I would point out again that even Abbott and Morrison decided free speech is a third order matter which certainly wasn’t Abbott’s view pre election and probably – too late – isn’t now. I wonder about Morrison’s value system re politics and whether any of our politicians have the guts and wherewith all to fight for our free speech now. Moderate Liberals I see as just another leftist group closer to the Greens than to anything the Party of Menzies once considered it stood for.m

50+% of our populations think this is a good thing, have their minds blanketed by fear campaigns camouflaging government statements that don’t stand up to facts. They don’t recognise the almost total control over themselves they are handing those they elect. They may wake up a little at the next election time when it’s all too late.

We are voting ourselves into extreme autocratic governance disguised as democracy, and it seems it doesn’t matter which side of politics we think we prefer.

The UK Bans Covid Jabs (so called vaccines) for the Under 12 Year Olds

“Big Pharma is continually pushing these vaccinations onto every member of the global population. Yet, the data coming out (eventually) cannot be ignored. UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) claims that “the offer of Covid jabs to healthy five to 11-year-olds was always meant to be temporary.” How can a gene-modifying mRNA vaccine be temporary?

This “safe and effective” vaccine has ruined lives. The CDC reported 54,697 adverse side effects in children ranging from 6 months to 17 years of age, including “death, life-threatening illness, hospitalization or prolongation of hospitalization, permanent disability, congenital anomaly or birth defect.” This is only what has been reported as the long-term consequences are now coming to light.

Dr. Robert Malone, who has been shunned from social media, has long warned of these “adverse side effects.” Dr. Malone noted more children had been harmed from the COVID vaccination than from COVID itself. “The UK, Sweden, Poland, and many other nations have it right. They stopped vaccinating babies and children. Parents have it right. The vast majority aren’t vaccinating babies and children,” Malone stated. “It is time that the US government to face facts. It is time to stop vaccinating babies and children.”

Sadly, this data is not new. Countries are QUIETLY eliminating childhood vaccinations, and pharmaceutical companies remain immune to any liability for the damage they have caused and the lives they have ruined. Yet, here in America, some schools are still demanding children receive the jab to attend class. It is time that we protect our children from this mass experiment.”

I have always read between the lines of what a doctor tells you. Not that I dismiss them of course, but I don’t have that god like adoration of them that many have.

One recent time I went to emergency because I needed pain killers for some serious nerve pain in my neck and shoulder that became intolerable. An on-duty doctor, 28 years old at the most, told me it should fix itself, nothing to worry about and gave me a handful of good drugs – and a lecture on why I should be vaccinated for covid.

I’ve never been a fan of the drug cure philosophy and wasn’t comforted by the dismissive analysis. The only drug that worked was a double dose of the codeine one. As the pain persisted I was recommended a good chiropractor by someone who had previously had the same thing. The chiropractor gave me an x-ray immediately and found two crushed discs, a moderate but serious condition that needed attending to. He explained everything and fixed me up with a course of visits and exercises I still do daily.

Compare and contrast. Always read between the lines of the doctor. Even without restrictive legislation.

In Ontario, Canada, we have had this medical censorship for a good couple of years now. No dissenting opinions from doctors are allowed by their medical association (College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario) at risk of disciplinary action up to and including revocation of license to practice medicine.

A quote from the article above – “contemporary scientific consensus”. There is no such thing as “consensus” in Science. If the evidence contradicts your theory then your HYPTHESIS is wrong. The ‘hypothesis’ that the purported vaccine is effective has been demonstrated very effectively by the results revealed. The vaccines do NOT work as suggested.
