Germany is again becoming notorious for human rights violations. The district prosecutor of Nuremberg, Petra Strohbach, was considering prosecuting Holocaust Survivor Vera Sharav, for comparing modern Germany with nazi Germany, after she delivered a powerful speech condemning Germany for medical experimentation without informed consent, and warning of a resurgence of totalitarianism and genocidal policies in Germany. Today German doctors are mercilessly defamed, hunted, threatened, and punished with imprisonment by the German nasty socialist state. Double prosecution became the norm, in some cases resulting in the revocation of medical licenses. The courts are deaf to scientific and medical facts, and issued politically compliant judgements in line with nasty socialist ideology. So on January 10, 2026, U.S. Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. sent a message to Reich Health Minister, Nina Warken, telling her that “Reports from Germany show that the government is disregarding the autonomy of patients and restricting people’s ability to make medical decisions based on their own beliefs.” “I have learned that more than 1,000 German doctors and thousands of their patients are currently being prosecuted and punished for issuing exemptions from wearing masks or COVID-19 vaccinations during the pandemic.” “When a government criminalizes doctors for advising their patients, it crosses a line that free societies have always considered sacrosanct.” The United States demands that the German Reich decriminalise doctors who respect the Nuremberg Code, Informed Consent, the Geneva Oath, Free Speech, Popular Democracy and the Hippocratic Oath, or else Trump will remind the German Reich that the United States has 35,068 active-duty U.S. troops stationed in Germany, which can quickly be increased to over 80,000 military personnel, in any operation needed to restore freedom to Germany: https://youtu.be/lo8VOjbxLE0

There is a view that the tide has turned in Germany, and that what you have presented here is the dying throes of the Beast.
This is perhaps something that ought to be welcomed by all free people, or at least those who remember what freedom was.
The case is presented eloquently and accurately, quoting the relevant history , in these two links.
The rise of One Nation in Oz, and NZFirst in Godzone, indicate a slow awakening.
Taken to its conclusion , it means the end of colonialism , and The Firm as the oppressor of all humanity under the guise of globalism.

        farmerbraun,

The case is presented eloquently and accurately, quoting the relevant history , in these two links.

Hmmm. Your “eloquently and accurately” is my “kookily and incoherently”.

The secret codes: “ernie” == British Empire, “The Firm” == Britain — have you ever seen these used? I remember ERNIE was the name of random number generator used in the British Premium Bonds lottery. Ominous…

Her reasoning strikes me as similar to the creationists. Where they say how could a universe so orderly and intricate come together by chance, she has come up with her own theory of The Firm, etc., to explain why nice people like her aren’t rich like Bill Gates. It’s the evil British (just like in 1776).

In my lifetime , Brit royalty has always been referred to as The Firm Robert.
          You haven’t noticed?
But that is not in itself a criticism of the article.
But clearly your takeaway from the article was completely your own: I didn’t get anything like that.
Nothing about getting rich or emulating Bill Gates that I could see.
Always good to be sceptical though:-)

The United States demands that the Australian Govt decriminalise people’s speech or else Trump will remind them that the United States has 35,068 active-duty U.S. troops stationed in Darwin, which can quickly be increased to over 80,000 military personnel, in any operation needed to restore freedom to Australia.

They are not there for R&R.. They will ‘help’ Govts to restore law and order in most Western countries, plus the conquered ones of Japan and South Korea.

I posted on here a while back about the 6 weeks’ wait on death certificates in Queensland.

To report that actual performance is only four weeks and we received my Mum’s death certificate this week.

Maybe there are some important people that read this blog and started kicking off?

Although I was surprised to get an actual time frame indicated for a backlog, normally it is just ‘we have a backlog’. So maybe underreporting the backlog is just a good strategy so that when people get their document earlier, they are surprised and delighted so forget about a backlog.

Well, that beats my 13month wait for a pension card so far, I’ve just paid the second car rego that I shouldn’t have had to. Seems there are far too many people retiring for the work rate of our bureaurats, although its a gain for them when they back-pay you a lump sum as its been devalued by the 15% inflation.

Not that Canberra will pay me any money, and if they did they would claim it off the NZ Govt, but one is means tested and the other is universal.

If I’m still alive when I finally get it I’ll let you know…

    What are the odds? https://www.abc.net.au/news/2026-01-23/climate-change-increased-australian-heatwave-january-study/106253192

The link in the ABC article doesn’t work, but I found the organisation anyway: https://www.worldweatherattribution.org/faqs/

Following an extreme weather event, people often ask: is climate change to blame?

Rapid attribution studies are carried out to give a robust, scientific answer to this question.

The results are published days or weeks after the event to inform discussions about climate change, mitigation and adaptation, while the impacts of the extreme weather event are still fresh in the minds of the public and policymakers, and decisions about rebuilding are being made.

The immediate aftermath of weather events can offer a unique window of opportunity to spark new conversations about the future, particularly for events that occur infrequently.

While climate change is worsening many extreme weather events around the world, WWA studies occasionally find that climate change did not increase the likelihood and intensity of an event.

These findings are important – they highlight places where disaster risk reduction measures should be improved to increase resilience to extreme weather, regardless of climate change. (So, the inverse being, where they attribute a problem to climate change, no need to bother about whether the emergency response was adequate and you should just make sure the Net Zero resources aren’t diverted to unnecessary spending on fire engines and the like).

    On Trump and Greenland…
    .
Step 1 – make an ambit claim
Step 2 – make an outrageous offer
Step 3 – identify outrageous consequences
Step 4 – watch people get outraged
Step 5 – settle the claim for your strategic interests
    .
Somebody should write a book and call it “The ART of the Deal”.

Solid article by ElGatoMalo on immigration enforcement, but really, you can just watch the videos and get the gist of it without having to read. It’s incredible how the same politicians that today are decrying Trump’s immigration enforcement as a human rights abuse were singing from the same hymnal as Trump until he got elected. That first video is a who’s who of Democrat heavyweights (both Clintons, Obama, Schumer) saying they would implement the EXACT SAME immigration enforcement policies as Trump. Then they did a complete 180 in 2015 because Orange Man Bad, and now it is a human rights catastrophe to do the things they endorsed just over a decade ago.

Secretary Lutnick: . . . and that is why the transatlantic economic relationship is undergoing a fundamental . . .

    (unknown voice): Boooooooo!

Lutnick: Sorry? Please quiet down, I was speaking.

(unknown voice): I said boo! It is a colloquial way to show disapproval! Boo!

    Lutnick: Is that . . . is that . . . Al Gore?

    Gore: F*ck you Howard!

Lutnick: Al. Come on. You’re embarrassing yourself.

    Gore: F*ck you!

Surely it doesn’t take a lot of science to realise all plastic disintergrates, its a very loosely attached molecule at the best of times.

Its not hard to realise all synthetic carbon molecules are bad for us, there will be some molecule in our bodies that they interact with, whether they are drugs, food additives, or packaging, the whole organic chemical industry. However it will be like mobile phones, we will all know they are killing us, but no-one will want to give up the lifestyle.

Seems encouraging people to learn to shoot guns is now like ‘Orange man bad’- not illegal but horrifies the main-stream media.

“A CSIRO PhD candidate allegedly planned to lead a riot on Australia Day with Molotov cocktails, while also encouraging people to learn to shoot guns.”

As someone said yesterday, look what happens in the countries where only the Police and military have guns.. We would be best to have every Australian a gun owner, trained and ready to defend the country, or themselves, to help the fight against feral animals or just put food on the table. Removing despotic rulers is also a plus.

The 2nd Amendment was never about the Empire. It was about the potential for tyranny to arise at home. It was about government by and for ‘we the people’, and ‘we the people’ having the tools to bring down the government if it ever forgot that. The 2nd Amendment exists to provide ‘we the people’ with the ability to enforce the 1st Amendment (and all the others) if necessary.

            Ben Franklin’s quote

A Republic, if you can keep it.

wasn’t about foreign powers overthrowing the Republic. It was about the tendency of historical democracies to devolve into tyrannies of the majority, and the need for citizens to remain vigilant about their own government.

Same goes for Thomas Jefferson’s quote

the tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants

    How the game works

“The Stupidity of Davos Explained Using an Example of Their Own Creation
    January 22, 2026 | Sundance | 187 Comments”

“Put this context to the recent announcement by Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney about his new trade deal with China to accept 49,000 EVs this year.

Prime Minister Carney bragged about getting the Chinese to agree to only super low prices for the Canadian market. Mark Carney was very proud of his accomplishment to get much lower priced vehicles for Canadian EV purchasers. No doubt Big Panda left the room laughing as soon as Carney made his grand announcement.

    1. China sells EV’s in Canada, creating credits available on the carbon exchange scheme. Europe et al will purchase the carbon credits because Bussels has fines against EU car companies.

    2. With a foothold already established in Europe, China will then take the money generated by the carbon credit purchases and lower the prices of the Chinese EV cars sold in Canada.

    It’s gets funnier.

    3. Carney bragged about forcing China to only sell low price EV’s as part of the trade agreement. The low price of the EV’s in Canada will be subsidized by Europe. China doesn’t pay or lose a dime.

    But wait….

“It’s Time to Call The Baby Ugly – Someone Needs to Tell President Donald Trump
    January 22, 2026 | Sundance | 147 Comments”

“As most of you know for several years, I have been on the trail of the intelligence community role in the targeting of President Trump. Part of that research involved locating evidence to show exactly who was inside the intelligence apparatus and what they were doing.

Simultaneous to my effort, I notice there has been growing frustration over the fact that none of the participants in the “Spygate” or “Russiagate” construct have been brought to justice.

I’m going to explain as best I can why accountability is not happening, while disclosing the latest information I have to share.”

” France warns of ‘masculinist threat’ from US. More than 80% of French women have experienced sexism, and Donald Trump might be to blame, the High Council for Equality has asserted…The French government is failing to tackle masculinism, which has become the core element of the “international reactionary movement” led by the US under President Donald Trump, the High Council for Equality (HCE) has claimed.”

A survey of over 3000 Frenchmen, representing different groups within society.

“Some 23% of respondents exhibited “paternalistic” sexist views, including 27% of men and 18% of women, including such beliefs as that women should be “protected and loved” or are “naturally gentler…The HCE warned about a particularly “troubling overlap between hostile sexism and masculinist radicalization”

Of course its all the fault of Trump and the Far Right-

“Masculinism appears as a central element of an international reactionary movement, which is currently driven by the United States and represents a threat to equality and social justice,”

Fancy thinking women were different to men and should be treated accordingly. I figure averaging the results of the real French and the immigrants muddies the statistics considerably.

      Sure.

It’s Trump’s fault, and not all the patriarchal fundamental Islamists they let in who believe their own women are property and western women are whores who the Koran gives them the right to enslave or use as they see fit.

    Alien marriages in Thailand

Mongkolkit Suksintharanon, the prime ministerial candidate of the New Alternative Party, has boldly introduced a stunning “interplanetary marriage” policy for the upcoming Thai election on February 8. This controversial proposal allows Thai men to legally marry extraterrestrials, suggesting marriages could include partners from the Moon or Mars. The announcement has sparked widespread astonishment, with legal recognition of these unions potentially lasting two to five years.

Yesterday I came across a number of links to dramatic stories about business failures in California, but they seemed so formulaic that I dismissed them as AI generated scams.

Just now I came across this link which seems to be a genuine and valuable evaluation of the situation, examining Tesla’s move from California to Texas to explain what’s happening there. 17 mins.

“British Climate Crusade Creates Economic Disaster”

    Concludes

“Apologists for this British collapse point to anything but the truth. They blame Brexit and the Russia-Ukraine war. They blame a “global recession,” pretending that the U.K.’s de-industrialization isn’t an outlier. But the fundamental reason for the collapse is the “green” agenda espoused by the political establishment for 20 years.

It has been a bipartisan failure. Tories chased the “green vote” by banning fracking and demonizing diesel. The Labour party doubled down with net-zero mandates that defy the laws of physics and economics. They built a grid fragile to the weather and expensive to the user.

A crusade to avoid an imaginary climate catastrophe of the future has created a very real economic disaster in the present.”
