According to Dr Phil Jones when researching the very warm English 1730’s decade brought to a halt by one of our coldest ever winters in 1740; Natural variability is much greater than we (scientists) had hitherto realised.

Jones, together with his mentor Hubert Lamb at UEA were probably two of the best researchers of the historic climate and wrote many good books.

First, you would have to demonstrate that there IS a limit. Nature is wild and free, doesn’t take to taming.

There is no limit to natural variability, its chaotic.

In each epoch the average temperature of the planet varied, for example, the Minoan warm period was four degrees warmer than present.

As we are at the end of the Holocene Interglacial we can only hope that CO2 is all its cracked up to be.

      But gee Gee,
we do have an obvious evolutionary limit.
Nature has finally produced a creature capable of taking over the management of the weather.
      Through enlightened public policy.
      A natural phenomenon without limit.

Nature is getting impatient waiting for us to legally enforce surface temp, humidity, atmospheric composition, and fire suppression.
(Solar management, deep ocean physics, plate tectonics and geothermic temp regulatory limits may have to be left for nature’s next evolutionary progeny.)

Unless they’re already divining those out in Davos.
I think Bill Gates is working on a plan to capture and terminally sequester unvaccinated, non-compliant, anti-science carbon in volcanic magma.
Have you heard him and that Klaus guy speak?
      Visionary.

There is no limit to natural variation.

The idea of a static, unchanging world is obsolete and has been for a long time, certainly since the 1700’s and early 1800’s when the existence of former extensive glaciation of Europe came to be suspected, suggesting a changing climate and then following that, the discovery of plate tectonics.

There is no limit. There is a strong tendency toward an equilibrium average surface temperature close to the middle of the ocean extremes from -1.7C to 30C but there is an unlimited number of events that can perturbate from the equilibrium. Things like an asteroid hit, a tidal surge from an under ocean subsidence, a volcano erupting sending huge mass of ash and reactive gasses into the atmosphere, an under ocean volcano with surface expression sending massive volume of water into the stratosphere, solar disturbance and whatever anyone cares to dream up of natural origin.

What we do know is that Earth has tremendous capacity to restore to an habitable state.

On the cold side we can easily have 5,000′ thick ice in New York, with the continental shelves above water. On the hot side the Earth’s crust is a thin film on a 8,000 mile molten ball so boiling the oceans off is at least possible. A supernova shock wave might obliterate the Earth.

      Next question?

Hardly likely from year to year let alone in a month. My question pertained to month to month which I thought was obvious since the link was about August 2023. We are unlikely to see New York covered in ice by the end of September.

Define ‘natural variation’ and then you’ll have a better idea of what the limits are.
If we’re talking about the climate of the Earth, then we must include temperature and humidity at least. Because the Earth is a planet then we can look at the other planets in our solar system to see what the extremes could be, Mars vs Venus, as an example.
What does it all mean ? Could we do anything about it ? Doubtful.
It’s all a politically motivated scam to transfer our wealth and happiness into the hands of the WEF/Davos Nazis. That’s all you need to know.

It was peer reviewed, but overwhelming criticism from zealots forced the publishers to eradicate.

The paper has merit, looking back to the Medieval warm period to understand what global warming really means.

They say if world temperature surpasses the 1.5C threshold we are all doomed.

‘The Medieval Warm Period (MWP) just 1000 years ago was 2°C warmer than today. The public is told that a similar warming will be catastrophic.’ (Tim Ball)

Trevor Lounden explained how the BLM movement was organised out of the Chinese Consulate in San Franciso. Two of the organisers were in China and flew back to Ferguson, Missouri to continue the riots and mayhem on behalf of the CCP.

Did you know that the Aboriginal Activist movement here was modelled on US Black Panther movement 1960s onwards, via Aboriginal university students?

Aboriginal activism was part of the Australian Communist Party’s agenda.See Geoff McDonald’s book “Red over Black”. Black Panther would have come from the American Communist Party. Their guidance came from Joseph Stalin’s book “The National Question”

And therefore, see Thomas Mayo video about Uluru Statement, thanking the Communist Elders for their advice.

Also consider that Anthony Albanese is a follower of the late Leon Trotsky, Russian revolutionary Marxist.

It is obvious to me that Albanese has Thomas Mayo lined up to lead The Voice together with his Communist cohort. The Voice will then demand that the Federal Government accept regulations leading to Australia becoming a Communist state instead of a democratic nation. Hence the implementation of Net Zero and Misinformation censorship as ordered by Antonio Gueterres, head of the UN but formerly head of Socialist International, ie a Communist.
Net Zero has evolved from CO2 induced global warming, a policy from the UN IPCC set up by Maurice Strong, Canadian representative to the UN, a millionaire, comrade of the Rockefeller’s, a member of the WEF and an avowed Communist. The fact is that climate date shows that temperature determines the rate of generation of CO2 whence temperature maxima correspond to CO2 rate maxima which of mathematical necessity must precede maxima in the CO2 concentration which thus must always follow after temperature maxima. Hence it is impossible for the later CO2 maxima to be the cause of the earlier temperature maxima. This has been known for many decades but never revealed in the WEF controlled Main Stream Media. The name of the WEF is supposed to fool the public into thinking it is there for the public good when policy statements such as “You will own nothing and be happy” and “One World Government” are simply Communism with the WEF at the top of the heap.

Always interests me that Shakespeare never lived under a democracy, but under monarchy, and a very strong one at that, Queen Elizabeth 1. That the greatest playwright ever didn’t come from a meritocratic liberal democracy, with a unionised public education system in place where nearly everyone gets a university degree?

      Well! Surely just an anomaly.

Mr Lowe added that while inflation has passed its peak in Australia, it still remains too high and is expected to be the case until 2025.

“While goods price inflation has eased, the prices of many services are rising briskly. Rent inflation is also elevated,” he said.

“SMART” MONEY HAS LEFT THE BUILDING

“Investors”, also known as the Wall Street scumbags who are connected to the Fed, always exit stage left before the unconnected ignorant masses. It’s investors on Wall Street who drove prices to sky high levels, as they constricted supply, while the Fed kept rates at zero for years. While the clueless dupes continue to participate in bidding wars on houses that were selling for 50% less four years ago, they fail to notice the party is over. Housing collapses don’t happen quickly. They are slow, methodical, and painful for those who aren’t good at maff or risk management. This collapse has only just begun, and the smart money has left the building.

Real Estate Industry in Panic Mode:

45% Drop in Home Purchases – Bigger Than ’08! Home sales are now down 31% in 2023.
Without transactions, many jobs that are commission oriented are seeing huge declines in incomes. Real estate agents, mortgage brokers, title insurance, home inspectors. All of the various categories are entering a depressions from lack of transactions.

      Canada – no better, ditto China’s mega-bubble.
Australia – reality has bitten a lot of people, but the lemmings do not change course willingly, still piling into overvalued real estate at the peak of the bubble, taking out almost unaffordable mortgages for 20-30 years, when the end date is 2032 and a bigger reality 5 years before that.
There comes a time where one has to abandon trying to wake up those who have no intention of listening, and that time is now.

The crafty Mrs Y had a craze buliding flower pot based figures a while ago. We have a rather large Winnie the Pooh figure on our front deck, with two smaller figures.

The Google Streetview mapping/sensing car came around a month or so ago updating us after 13 years or so.

We looked at the images today and it was great that they had blurred out the faces of Winnie and his little mates. Winnie is very private and keeps himself to himself.

I guess this function must be mandated for legal compliace but it seems funny coming from a company whose core business is intrusiveness, monitoring and tracking.

Ah well, don’t get too complacent. Google does have the originals for the later social credit rating of Mr Pooh and his undoubtedly nefarious mates.

    Sent recently to me.

Australian Energy employees’ 6th month work appraisal. June 2023.

Cole Power: The mainstay, a hard worker, can cycle with associated fatigue, yet many are uncomfortable with his farts.
Nat Gaz: Is hard to find today, but will work if the government allows him to do.
Wynd Farmer: Promises much but is very erratic in work output
Sol A. Panel: Presents well, yet Sol will not work after dark
Nuke Clear: Misaligned, as customers have a predujuce against him and will ban him from working.
Hyde Rowe: Clean poster child, but not able to take the full workload.
Snowy “2”: Produces nothing. Promises salvation, yet continually gets stuck in a morass of his own fault and asks for full pay.

Kim Iverson interviewing a Dr Epstein, who is working on search engine algorithms. He has found Google is able to swing undecided voters from 50/50 to 90/10 in the direction they want, (which is left) by manipulating search results. And ie just a simple trick, they have been sending reminders to vote, or postal vote, overwhelmingly to registered Dems, bringing out an extra 2+million votes. This guy has developed a system to monitor thousands of peoples searches, (with their permission) so he is able to nail what results are being sent to them. It’s a 1.20.00 video, but start from 0.30.00 and you’re into the good stuff. If he can get his system up and working totally, it will change things.

I recently stumbled upon information about bladder pumps while browsing the web, and I must say, I am impressed by their versatility and precision in fluid management. It is remarkable how these pumps have applications in various industries, from environmental monitoring to chemical processing. Learning about bladder pumps has certainly expanded my understanding of fluid handling technologies. A big shoutout to the innovators behind these impressive devices!
