They have scrapped categories for best dressed men and women in the Melbourne Cup in favour of gender neutral categories. Perhaps even species neutral… Maybe you just have to be a carbon-based life form.

Hmm, does it BEG the question: “Who is the left ? ” In the Olden Days, we mainly saw Men as leaders of the left. … Stop the world – my head is spinning, or is that relative motion ? Which side of a Door do you put the Hinge ? ( and if the answer is INSIDE, it proves there are more than 2 sides to a story ). Nescafe’s no’ the same as it used to be. … Honestly that’s all I’ve had so far!

In more wise countries than Australia, older men can be given testosterone supplements to restore the level to normal if it’s too low. It’s equivalent to hormone replacement therapy in women.

Arguably it can improve the health and well being in a deficient male, although that ought to be a private decision between patient and doctor, the government should not be involved.

It is illegal in Australia with few exceptions, only for true hypogonadism.

And yet, if a 16 year old* girl is told she is really a boy, she can go to a “gender clinic” and almost without question get the same testosterone…

Clearly, something is not quite right…

But you can also self prescribe as many soy lattes as you wish if you want to transition male to female.

And you wonder why the boys are now sporting man buns, cry at the movies and wobble like Bill Shorten…..

Anyone want a soy latte? I dares y’all.

Some expecting and breast feeding mothers [shoot me!] drink soy milk because it is “healthy” and vegan. For the foetus/babe? Not so much.

It would not need more’n a few percent of mums to do this to dramatically increase the number of gender dysphoric children which was, historically, three firths of five eights of bugger all.

There is a fundamental difference between treating low T in men and “hormone replacement” in postmenopausal women. The level of estrogen in the latter is at the nadir of a young woman’s cycle: it provides a minimal level to maintain bone health and in some women it it not enough to suppress all menopausal symptoms.

Androgen replacement aims to restore normal function. Aside from issues like libido, one of the most debilitating symptoms of low T is increasing somnolence. Inability to maintain attention is disasterous for both work and social performance. Another important effect is to maintain musculature which in turn prevents strain on joints. Men on replacement have told me that it quickly alleviates knee and ankle pain.

After the menopause the primary source of T for women is the adrenal glands. This varies from woman to woman, and some women have cognitive issues (felling of brain fog). A trial of 1/20 th a male dose of testosterone can determine if this is due to low T.

I have never understood the fuss about T treatments and prostate pathology. Prostate enlargement is correlated with falling T. A German 5 year trial of T replacement withdrew the T for 2 years in the middle in one group of men. These men experienced rapid onset of prostate issues, some of them catastrophic requiring emergency surgery to permit urination.

Germany to Burn Almost 800 Million Unused Covid Masks.

Germany is set to burn almost 800 million unused face masks purchased in the first months of the pandemic because they have passed their sell-by date.

Initial calls for tenders have been issued for candidates to “thermally dispose” of about 730 million surgical and 60 million FFP-2 expired medical face covers, the health ministry’s press service said on Friday, confirming an earlier report by Der Spiegel magazine. In addition, about 20% of masks procured since March 2020 were deemed to have quality defects, the ministry said.

Germany spent €6 billion ($5.9 billion) on face covers at the start of the pandemic, according to Spiegel. Former Health Minister Jens Spahn was criticized at the time for excessive procurement and for using personal connections to buy masks, steps he defended by citing major supply shortages and a desperation to obtain protective coverings swiftly.

I doubt there is anything wrong with them in any case. They are not perishable and nothing magical happens at the sell-buy date.

At least in Europe, they are allowed to burn rubbish to generate electricity in special incinerators, unlike Australia.

And by all means, distribute them to the proles to burn. They will provide some warmth and might save a few forests and artworks being destroyed for lack of fuel to burn.

Those 800 Million “date-expired” masks are likely REJECT ones, hastily bought from the same people who STARTED this entire rock-show and which said masks were SUBSTANDARD as delivered..

If it were possible to dial up and ideal climate for Australia, what would it mostly be – droughts or flooding rains?

My better 2/3rds says flooding rains. You are better able to predict where the problems are going to be ahead of time. Droughts are a bit more random in their distribution and duration.

During the LIA it was mostly wet in south east Australia, La Nina like conditions prevailed.

‘At centennial scales, high rainfall characterised the Little Ice Age (~1450–1850 CE) in subtropical eastern Australia, contrasting with oceanic proxies that suggest El Niño-like conditions prevail during this period.’ (Barr et al 2019)

I think that regular cycling from one multi year extreme to another needs to continue in order to stop nature from destroying itself. If the climate were to ever cease long period oscillating and unpredictable change but were to stabilise then it would be the end of all life as we know it. Both irregular and regular change is needed. Just as many plant and animal species need the annual cycles to continue and would quickly become extinct without them, without the long period cycles and random change only doom awaits.

    Meet Omicron subvariant BQ1.1

According to the Ministry of Lies Health, ESR confirmed it has sequenced New Zealand’s first case of Omicron subvariant BQ.1.1 in a person who tested positive for Covid-19.
BQ1.1 was also detected in South Island wastewater samples.

‘The list of new subvariants appearing within New Zealand is lengthy and growing’, said the Ministry in a statement today.

‘Many of these new subvariants are identified by their mutations, many of which are shared across several subvariants, but it can take weeks or months to determine whether these mutations will allow a subvariant to out-compete others circulating in the community. At the early stage of a new variant being identified in New Zealand, it is difficult to predict whether and when it will become established in the community.

‘So far, most Omicron variants have not demonstrated a change in severity of the disease. Early evidence overseas suggests the BQ.1.1 has a growth advantage relative to BA.5, the dominant variant currently circulating in New Zealand. In recent weeks in the Northern Hemisphere the colder weather, waning immunity, timing of last vaccinations and other behavioural factors, are likely to have contributed to an increase in BQ.1.1 cases. Evidence is still evolving as to how BQ.1.1 would compete against BA.5 in a New Zealand context and whether this could affect the level of COVID-19 circulating in the community in the coming months.’

A new COVID surge could hit the US soon following European wave

Europe is already entering a new wave of COVID-19, according to a joint statement released on Wednesday from the World Health Organization and the European Centre for Disease Control.

“We are unfortunately seeing indicators rising again in Europe, suggesting that another wave of infections has begun,” Dr. Hans Kluge, WHO regional director for Europe, and Dr. Andrea Ammon, director of the ECDC, wrote.

Weekly reported cases in Europe started to rise in September, according to the most recent regional data for Europe from the WHO’s COVID-19 dashboard. During the week ending on Sep. 4, Europe recorded 1.14 million new cases and during the week ending on Oct. 2, weekly cases were just over 1.79 million.

It will continue until those globalist delinquents of the WHO will “declare” that it is no longer needed to C-19 test everyone with a cold, and that their created “pandemic” is over.
It will continue while the governments will sustain and not revoke all the legislation that limits the scientific freedom of GP doctors to let them free to apply what they have learned in their studies and from their clinical experience.

It will continue until WE THE PEOPLE will tolerate, and stupidly re-elect, the criminals-by-ignorance (or otherwise) that took over the political decision-making in almost all western countries.

European Parliament MEP calls EU Covid vaccine purchases “biggest CORRUPTION SCANDAL in history”

Mislav Kolakusic of the European Parliament took to Twitter on Wednesday, October 12 to announce that the EU’s purchase of too many ‘unproven’ Covid vaccines equates to the “biggest CORRUPTION SCANDAL in the history of mankind.”

Mislav Kolakusic of the European Parliament said: “the purchase of 4.5 billion doses of the Covid-19 vaccine for 450 million EU residents is the biggest corruption scandal in the history of mankind.”

In the video, Kolakusic said: Mrs von der Leyen, President of the European Commission, known as Mrs 4.5 billion doses.

“Today, 10 of us MEPs asked her the following question: Why will she present to us, the members of the European Parliament, as well as the EU citizens whom she supposedly represents, the communication she had with Pfizer during the procurement of 4.5 billion doses of vaccines at a time when there was absolutely no proof of the effectiveness, and especially not of the harmfulness of that product.”

He added: “Imagine, 4 and a half billion doses for 450 million people.

“Great Britain is no longer with us, so there are quite a few of us.

“Based on that calculation, each child, newly born, should receive ten doses of something that no one in the world except maybe two or three people, knows what it contains.

Tropical SST cooled during LIA, but El Nino seemed to be operating normally.

‘The New Caledonia corals have, however, recorded a much more pronounced interdecadal oscillation (a period of 15 to 20 years) than is now observed.

‘In 1720, 1730 and 1748 in particular decreases in annual average SSTs exceeded 1°C. This is an important result. The scientific community is now considering if there is interaction between El Niño (which recurs every 2 to 7 years) and lower-frequency climatic phenomena (recurrence every 10 to 60 years). Over the past couple of months, I have been wondering what a nuclear war would look like. There are a few simulations around. This one is under 5 minutes to give almost a year into the simulation:
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dxJHecyYBno

I expect Australia would look a reasonable destination should either of the two very stable leaders of the countries with the largest nuclear arsenals decide to stop tap dancing and get down to it. In that event, Australia would likely be the battle ground for China and anyone will to protect Australia’s resources.

The Google search “nuclear war” had a peak back in March but is now steadily rising again.

How do Australians prepare for the aftermath of a nuclear war? Who will supply fuel and the gadgets that consume energy if China is not producing or hostile to Australia?

Why would it be any different to “On the Beach”?

We have 13,000 nuclear warheads in the world, generally considerably bigger than those used on the Japanese and easily enough to sterilise the world. There are 200cities bigger than Stockholm, say over 1million people, so that’s 65 atom bombs for each city..

If people are making simulations it means they are contemplating getting involved in one… and there will only be one.

China won’t be involved in Armageddon, its not their religion. The chance of a nuclear holocaust is unlikely, but if it happened the Northern Hemisphere would be plunged into darkness for many years and temperatures would fall dramatically.

On another matter, what is wrong with Javier’s hypothesis?

‘The search for a solar-climate effect has had the unexpected result of showing that modern climate theory is missing a crucial component. Changes in the poleward transport of energy cause the planet to change its climate state. It appears to be the main climate change driver.’

    Only in Victoriastan.
Last year was wet, wetter than average and all water supply catchments rose substantially. This stored water level was boosted with billions of litres of desalinated water being pumped up hill into Cardinia Reservoir.
This year also had very high rain fall, the BoM predicted a wetter than average spring and summer. La Nina was declared and weather watchers all had eyes on the development of rain filled lows that kept building and generaly moving west to east. Prior to this, the east coast of Australia was inundated with very significant floods.
Soooo, Victoria has just competed the September order for desalinated water. 2,482,000,000 litres of water was desalinated with fossil fuel, pumped up hill to Cardinia with fossil fuel, all the while being TOTALLY unrequired. To say this beggars belief is just not forceful enough. How the hell can these decisions be made, and of course, for what purpose. To say that the whole desal situation stinks of political corruption somehow is also inadequate. People in Victoria who notice, will have observed that not a peep was heard from the opposition on what could only be a spectacular waste of tax payer money, but apparently “nothing to see here”.
I did get a begging letter from the supposed Liberal party asking me to donate , oh , and also a note telling me that under a Matthew Guy government public transport would only cost $2.00 per day. Terrific here in North Central Victoria where I live there is no public transport. What a joke both this incumbent government and incompitent opposion are. Who the hell do I vote for!

Apparently, according to the minister, only $10.00 per household. Its a bit like anything bought with money you don’t have, just one easy payment of $10.00. plus one easy payment for the credit card, the hardware store purchase, a bit off the mortgage and etc. The monthly payments add up to more than income, but hey just keep sliding them forward, don’t worry about the interest.

    Startng my COP27 coverage:

COP27 — Hopeless hopeful money will dominate the discussion
    By David Wojick

The beginning: “The UN’s annual climate change global negotiating festival — in this case COP27 in Egypt — is less than a month away. This one could be a real hoot to watch because there is only one big issue left on the table and that is MONEY.

Lots of money, many trillions by the wishes, all flowing from the developed world to the “developing” world. (Since the so-called developing world still includes the super economy of China the word has lost all meaning.)

The money hopes are spectacular but also hopeless, hence the show. How this immense absurdity will emerge during the lucky 13 days of negotiations between the rich countries and the we-want-your-riches countries should be fun to watch.

Here is a simple scorecard so you can follow the action. First and foremost the code word is “finance”. This is not foreign aid and you will never hear that term used. The deliberately vague understanding is that the developed countries caused the climate crisis so they are obligated to somehow help the developing countries deal with it.”

Lots more in the article. Please share it.

Nascent nuclear rays of reform for green Greta?

    https://au.news.yahoo.com/coal-worse-nuclear-plants-thunberg-182729371.html

Asked whether it would be better for the planet for Germany to keep its three remaining nuclear plants going, Thunberg responded: “It depends. If we have them already running, I feel that it’s a mistake to close them down in order to focus on coal.”

    https://www.skynews.com.au/opinion/greta-thunberg-joins-scandinavian-greenie-counterparts-to-support-nuclear-in-germany/video/250647e32e75a6c8f337240a94e6b419

“All of sudden, as power prices hurt all Europeans, and blackouts begin, Thunberg now wants Germany’s nuclear plants to keep pumping out the power,” Mr Smith said.
“The logical arguments on clean nuclear energy, especially cheaper modular reactors, have caused Greta to see the light, literally.
“If Greta can wake up, surely this mob can too.”

This is especially significant as the reactors she refers to are still Gen 3 uranium fission plants and so do not have the weapons non-proliferation, hazardous waste reduction, and longer term fuel supply of the thorium-based reactors that have been proposed more recently as inherently safer alternatives. The risk of older nuclear designs has not given Greta cause to pause for cleaner nukes, their energy need is too urgent.

What is the chance we can import the new improved GammaGreta™ into Australia to talk some pro-nuclear sense into our politicians?

    Amerikan horror

    Some excerpts…

Is this America? Gateway Pundit recently published a letter to Gestapo chief Merrick Garland from 34 of the prisoners who are being held under inhuman conditions in the District of Columbia Jail because of their role in the Jan. 6 “insurrection.” But can these unfortunate prisoners really expect any justice from Garland, a rabid partisan and sinister authoritarian who has sicced the FBI on parents protesting the woke agenda at school board meetings? He is virtually certain to ignore the letter and allow the heartless treatment it describes to continue. In reading their description of their treatment, the question is inescapable: How can this be happening in what was once known as the Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave?

These Americans, whose most serious crime for the most part is trespassing, state that they “have and will continue to endure” a long list of horrors, including “Begging for Help / Water / Medical Aid / Mercy through a 4 inch by 10 inch window of cold metal doors”; “No Visitations”; “No Religious Services”; “No Attorney Access”; and “Mail delayed 3-4 months prior to delivery.” Their laundry is returned “with brown stains, pubic hair, and or reeking of ripe urine.” They have found worms in their salads at mealtime, and the food is so poor that many are now suffering from a variety of ailments. In their cells, they endure black mold, cockroaches, and mice, and are denied “basic cleaning equipment to sanitize Living Space.” They have been “Stuck in Cells for 9 days without shower.”

That isn’t even close to all of it; the prisoners even charge physical and sexual assault by the guards. They accordingly ask Garland: “We hereby request to spend our precious and limited days, should the government continue to insist on holding us captive unconstitutionally as pre-trial detainees, to be transferred and reside at Guantanamo Bay, a detention facility that actually provides nutritional meals, routine sunlight exposure, top notch medical care, is respectful of religious requirements, has centers for exercise/entertainment for its detainees despite the fact that those residents are malicious terrorists, real members of the Taliban, and few are United States Citizens, instead of remaining trapped within the wretched confines of cruel and unusual punishment of the DC jail.”

Soros Admits Responsibility for Coup and Mass Murder in Ukraine

    Some excerpts….

George Soros told CNN’s Fareed Zakaria over the weekend he is responsible for establishing a foundation in Ukraine that ultimately contributed to the overthrow of the country’s elected leader and the installation of a junta handpicked by the State Department. [That is the US State Department, BTW…]

“First on Ukraine, one of the things that many people recognized about you was that you during the revolutions of 1989 funded a lot of dissident activities, civil society groups in eastern Europe and Poland, the Czech Republic. Are you doing similar things in Ukraine?” Zakaria asked Soros.

“Well, I set up a foundation in Ukraine before Ukraine became independent of Russia. And the foundation has been functioning ever since and played an important part in events now,” Soros responded.

It is well-known, although forbidden for the establishment media to mention, that Soros worked closely with USAID, the National Endowment for Democracy (now doing work formerly assigned to the CIA), the International Republican Institute, the National Democratic Institute for International Affairs, the Freedom House, and the Albert Einstein Institute to initiate a series of color revolutions in Eastern Europe and Central Asia following the engineered collapse of the Soviet Union.

“Many of the participants in Kiev’s ‘EuroMaidan’ demonstrations were members of Soros-funded NGOs and/or were trained by the same NGOs in the many workshops and conferences sponsored by Soros’ International Renaissance Foundation (IRF), and his various Open Society institutes and foundations. The IRF, founded and funded by Soros, boasts that it has given ‘more than any other donor organization’ to ‘democratic transformation’ of Ukraine,” writes William F. Jasper.

This transformation led to fascist ultra-nationalists controlling Ukraine’s security services. In April it was announced Andriy Parubiy and other coup leaders were working with the FBI and CIA to defeat and murder separatists opposed to the junta government installed by Victoria Nuland and the State Department. Parubiy is the founder of a national socialist party in Ukraine and currently the boss of the country’s National Security and Defense Council.

Following the murder and expulsion of those opposed to the IMF lording over the government and the people of Ukraine, Russia can expect further provocation, especially now that it has stepped away from supporting the resistance. The financial elite and their EU collaborators are determined to diminish and ultimately eliminate any challenge by Russia and the BRICS as these countries move to counter the neoliberal financial agenda.

‘Why Are You Banging on My Door With a Gun?’ 11 More Pro-Life Activists Targeted by the Biden “Justice” department…

Last week, the U.S. Justice Department indicted 11 more pro-life activists after alleging they “blocked access” to an abortion clinic in Tennessee as part of a protest last spring.

Video footage that recently surfaced on social media shows multiple heavily armed agents purportedly hauling away Paul Vaughn, a 55-year-old man charged in relation to the protests. In the video, a woman can be heard pleading with the agents to answer her questions, which included a query about why the agents were “banging on my door with a gun.”

One of the pro-life leaders targeted by Biden’s DOJ sent me footage of the early morning FBI raid on his family home. Paul Vaughn was placed in handcuffs by armed FBI agents in front of his children just before school drop-off. — Mia Cathell (@MiaCathell) October 7, 2022

Just last month, a 48-year-old Pennsylvania man was raided by 15-20 heavily armed FBI agents while his terrified wife and seven children watched on in horror.

Mark Houck, the Pennsylvania native, is also facing FACE Act violations, which stem from an incident that happened last year in Philadelphia. Houck maintains he was defending his 12-year-old son when he pushed a Planned Parenthood volunteer, who fell down and suffered only a “minor” scrape on his arm, according to authorities. No evidence has been presented showing Houck, at any time, prevented an employee or patient from accessing the facility.

A tangled web: 42% of Americans ignored COVID precautions or lied about taking them | [Count me in with these good people!!]

During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, 4 of 10 Americans didn’t follow public health measures or lied about being compliant, mostly because they wanted life to feel normal and exercise their personal freedoms, reveals a survey published yesterday in JAMA Network Open.

A team led by researchers from Middlesex Community College in Connecticut and the University of Utah analyzed the responses of 1,733 adult Americans to an online survey fielded from Dec 8 to 23, 2021.
Questions assessed rates of nine different kinds of misrepresentation and lack of adherence to COVID-prevention measures, virus-related beliefs, and demographic factors. Screening questions allowed an even distribution of participants who had been infected with COVID-19, were not infected but were at least partially vaccinated, and were not infected and were unvaccinated.

Average participant age was 41 years, 66.0% were women, 66.4% were White, and 27.1% had at least a bachelor’s degree.

Youth, greater distrust of science as factors

A total of 41.6% of respondents said they misrepresented or didn’t following at least one public health measure, while 24.3% told someone they were with or about to be with that they were taking more COVID-19 precautions than they were, 22.5% broke quarantine rules, 21.5% avoided getting tested when they thought they might be infected, and 20.4% didn’t disclose suspected or confirmed infection when entering a doctor’s office.

The most common reasons for ignoring guidelines were wanting life to feel normal and desiring to exercise personal freedom. Other reasons cited include thinking COVID-19 was a hoax or not a major issue, believing that their behavior was no one else’s concern, not having symptoms, following the advice of a celebrity or other public figure, not wanting to miss work to quarantine, and not wanting someone to judge or think badly of them.

Poll: Nearly 40 Percent of GOP Voters Likely to Blame Fraud If Party Loses Midterms [IOW, Massive Numbers!!]

Nearly 40% of Republicans are likely to blame voter fraud if the GOP doesn’t win control of Congress in the midterms, according to a new Axios-Ipsos survey.

When asked “If your party does not win control of Congress, how likely are you to blame election fraud?” Republicans and Democrats offered very different responses in the Axios-Ipsos Two Americas Index Poll.
A total of 39% of Republican respondents say they likely will blame voter fraud, 36% say they are unlikely, and 26% do not know.

Among Democrats, 25% said it’s likely they’ll blame voter fraud, 60% say it’s unlikely, and 15% do not know.
Voters will go to the polls on Nov. 8 to decide which major party will control the House and Senate.
Republicans have been favored to regain control of the House, with Politico on Sunday reporting that a tight race exists for winning a Senate majority. [For Dems, that’s a huge number!]

Well, who can blame them. The Biden “rallies” were so small the participants could have fitted in a phone booth, literally. Whereas Trumps rallies were huge.

Seeing this huge difference and yet Diden is elected?

Over a thousand people come forward from across the country prepared to make sworn statements and take huge risks themselves to present evidence of ballot rigging and troubling situations, and no court will even hear of issues or allow the cases to proceed.

Again people see this and wonder why?

Then over the last almost 2 years we have had the worst presidency in US history attacking normal Americans ceaselessly.

Again, who would blame people for seeing issues with election results if the Democrats romp it in…

Logistics is beating Russia in Ukraine and it will beat the dems this time.

Last time they were unable to make the late dumps credible, just unquestioned. This time the problem will be even bigger. Some of the states have been brought back to normal re drop boxes and mail-in and the GOP has mobilised thousands of poll watchers who will NOT be told to sit down and shut up by poll workers.

Not sure if it was a pollster or a careful poll observer who mentioned a 50+ swing based on them.

The GOP starts behind in the Senate and have more of their seats being voted on and it seems the senate seats are NON-volatile but should pick up the required few [for safety, they don’t “pair”] seats. I heard the outrageous suggestion that in 2024 when so many dem senate seats will be up for grabs the GOP could go close to a super majority.

    You Can Always Dream…

    Some excerpts…

Last night I had a dream. In the dream I woke up to the banner headline: BIDEN ARRESTED. It was only a dream, but was most satisfying, as it made vivid and emphatic what must happen to correct the dreadful tendings of the criminally psychopathic enterprise that our government has become.

The gang behind the shabby and absurd pretend-president — a figure as comically macabre as the plastic effigies of the undead who crowd American front yards this time of year — is not content with running the country into a ditch. Lately these rogues and degenerates are making noises about blowing up the world.

Forgive me for repeating what I’ve written more than once before: Russia will not benefit from having a broken, failed state on its doorstep. Such a situation would clearly just invite more international hugger-mugger. Rather, Russia will benefit hugely from having a neutral, functioning Ukraine next door, a state with ample agricultural resources that could plausibly feed its people and live in peace, perhaps even enjoy special trade privileges with its bigger neighbor to the east… a Ukraine that would be a geographical buffer between Russia and what is apt to be a very disorderly and distressed Western Europe on the other side.

This Is the Way the World Ends [excerpts below…]

This is the way the world ends for the hapless phantom known as “Joe Biden” the child-sniffing ectoplasm that haunts the White House these days of late empire. Somehow, the bamboozled nation has so far passively accepted the pranks and punishments laid on them by the backstage managers behind the Figment-in-Chief. Eight-plus percent inflation? No problemo, right? Eighty-five thousand new IRS agents on-board to drive you batshit while destroying your household and your posterity (ha!)? Half the population of South America flooding across  the border? (The vibrancy! You no like?) A hundred dollar fill-up at the gas pump, and no heat for you this winter? (But… Netflix!) Drag queens to amuse and edify your children about the delirious realm of sexual pathology. All that…and how about a Russian hypersonic nuclear missile up your ass if the preceding somehow failed to move you? (Because: Russia, Russia, Russia…!)

The aforementioned Party of Chaos, the gang that queered the last big election, is surely gearing up to run a whole lot of work-arounds for massaging the November 8 midterm vote in their direction. Nothing is beyond them. One of their avatars, the podcaster Sam Harris, said it out loud a month ago: that lying and cheating is perfectly ethical in service to the Left’s being able to continue imposing its will upon all of us. Whoops! He let Schrodinger’s cat out of its hypothetical sack. The punishments must continue until morale improves! (Hope you enjoyed your career, Sam.)

    November Surprise…

Welcome to the season of chaos, sponsored by the Party of Chaos, America’s Democratic Party, owner and operator of the shadowy “Joe Biden” regime, dedicated to wrecking what’s left of the country — and the rest of Western Civ with it. Do you think I exaggerate? Consider for a moment that your personal ruin — the loss of your freedoms, your livelihoods, and your posterity — is at stake behind the more general demolition of our society.

We are barreling into an election that will determine the composition of Congress. There is much chatter about whether this election will be allowed to happen. Signs and portents point to a grievous loss of power for the Party of Chaos. Power is all they care about — certainly not the public interest or the common good — and a particular sort of power: the power to coerce, persecute, and punish.

How did that happen? If the Party of Chaos loses control of its Congressional majority, Mr. Durham may have to answer that question. And until he does, American justice will remain a deeply broken institution that citizens can’t trust. In that light, how is our country any better than the most overt petty despotisms around the world? How does it deserve the citizens’ respect or even compliance?

The stakes in the midterm elections are huge for the Party of Chaos, and its worker bees may be capable of any duplicity to throw it off the rails.

    Terraforming Earth

Before team Einstein had forced upon us their ridiculous “solution” for Mercury’s orbit, others had actually found the right answer. They had figured out the right answer even before they had the variable solar rotation which proved this answer completely. They suggested an inner ocean. The sun never lost its oceans, and the rotation pattern of the suns outer atmosphere proves it. For someone living in 2022 the mind is repelled by this. Why would not the water all boil off? But some contemplation tells you that it definitely would not boil off. Because thermal energy joules travel overwhelmingly in the opposite direction to gravity. And those joules have tens of thousands of miles to travel. A lot further at the poles since the inner ocean is far more oblate then the suns outer gaseous outline. And also because of the magic of enthalpy when it comes to water phase change. We also there have a ready answer to the volatility of the sun.

So this is well over 100 years of damage and misinformation that using hard core media brute force and other elements of power have done. They have given us warped and wrong notions about every aspect of our universe. Astronomers tell us that the really big stars are the younger ones. No they are older. Moons grow to planets grow to gas giants grow to stars grow to bigger stars. Big stars do not become that way through hydrogen self-isolation and hydrogen self-compression. Going against team Einsteins dictates would get you sent to an insane asylum in the Soviet Union. In the West they would undermine your career. Such is the power of these techniques that astronomers look at what floats all the way to the top and they then interpret that hydrogen goes all the way down. Hydrogen and helium are located at the far edge of every large body because they are lifting gasses. They are gasses we use for lighter than air vessels. It would be like looking at a field of grass and concluding it was grass all the way down.

So really we have a problem that enforced dictates make you stupid. Our view of the universe is built on these lies, ruthlessly enforced. Aether-denial, conservation laws, and team Einstein nonsense are among them. If matter was conserved there could be no matter ever. But aether-denial makes this total rebellion against logic seem plausible. Since the mind is repelled by the idea that matter can be created out of nothing. I would agree. Its created out of aether. The hydrogen all the way down stupidity only goes back to the explosion of the hydrogen bomb. It was lifted from a young graduate students paper and has been followed vigorously ever since. Even though it requires all these origin myths when it comes to solar systems.

Not sure what you are driving at. But the solar business is settled. The evidence is absolutely clear. Thats not the topic. The topic is about how effectively top-down manipulation can hide the absolutely obvious. That the sun had an inner ocean was already inferred over a century ago by Mercury’s orbit. Then the Einstein idiocy rolled into the scene like a bulldozer. Smashing everything already known. No serious person believed this stuff. It had to be pummelled into the culture by brute force. Now the technological progress that fooled everyone into believing that science was on the level is beginning to wind down.

          01

      • #
        Terraforming Earth

Have no idea what that means. But the idea that the hydrogen goes all the way down in giant stars has absolutely no evidence in its favour. It was merely part of a doctoral thesis by a 25 year old girl in 1925, and has only been adopted as holy writ since 1950. This theory is refuted, if it needed to be refuted, by the suns (outer atmosphere’s) variable rotation, which is faster at the equator than at the poles. It is refuted by the suns variable activity and volatility. Since energy created at the core would make a random walk to the outer atmosphere so the sun would be stable. And this idea, spurious that it was, was only accepted as holy writ in 1950. Civilians don’t even have evidence of fusion being a viable energy source for anything, let alone stars. No civilian can test the idea that fusion is exo-thermic. We just have to gullibly accept what the public servants tell us. We can’t audit their ideas to do with fusion. All attempts to harness that alleged energy have been a failure and always will be. Of course the Einstein formula is just nonsense. No nucleons are ever destroyed to make energy.

See this is the public service. Useless in all things. And directed by the oligarchs. And this is how they control things. They lock certain strategic stipulations in. And force all players to at least pretend to believe them. So if you are a physicist and you don’t believe in hydrogen self-compression and self-segregation, you are going to have to keep it to yourself.

Go ahead and defend the hydrogen sun model. So how do we get coronal mass ejections? I think they start as planetary sized water phase change explosions. Water under extreme atmospheric pressure. blows up in the mid latitudes. Not on the equator since the persistent counter-rotational winds leads to consistent evaporation. But its the second phase of the coronal mass ejection which is the strongest. Since after the planetary sized water phase change explosion there is a time period of lower pressure. That reduces greatly the water boiling point, which leads to a second even larger explosion.

So you see how this can be so easily explained under the oceanic sun model. Now your turn.

“Go ahead and defend the hydrogen sun model.” He isn’t and I’m sure he can’t.. Like the rest of us, he’s thoroughly imbued with the Einstein model and has never seen any options.

Have you got a link for an explanation of all this TE? What happens to water at sun-sized pressures and temperatures.

Its easy (and lazy) to just accept what we were taught at school, but no real reason to think its right. Yesterday there was the post about the sub-crust oceans in Earth…

              • #
                Terraforming Earth

You can find a very nice graph of the three phases of water with pressure versus temperature. Enthalpy in water phase change is greater at greater pressures and this is what holds this story together. Our minds are tuned for stability, so it’s difficult to think this way. But for an earthling the sun is fabulously unstable and the instability can only be explained by the most powerful force we have ever identified fully. That same force that causes super-volcanoes. That is to say water phase change under pressure.

Of course by the time it bursts out of the photosphere, all the oxygen atoms will be stripped away, and electrical effects will be in play. But only planet-sized water phase change could hope to explain that kind of volatility. That kind of sudden energy release.

We think of it as dual-phased but that’s just what we can observe. Really one might expect multiple explosions, since after each one you get that low-pressure region jus like after an atomic bomb. Think about that while looking at the phases of water graph. The story tells itself.

Also try and get a nice graphic of solar rotation. Then try and imagine an alternative explanation than a faster-rotating inner more oblate object. But don’t try and imagine it too long because you could set traps everywhere to find 1000 guys with IQ’s over 150 and pay them good money for ten years to find a credible alternative and it will all be wasted effort aside from the benefits of bringing smart people together.

Electric Vehicles: The New Horse And Buggy

A comparison and contrast between (believe it or not) the Amish and regular folk.

    A few excerpts…..

One of the marvels of White civilization that we take for granted is how easily one can travel enormous distances in a relatively short amount of time. I am not talking about air travel, that is a whole different beast also resulting from White ingenuity, but rather travel by car.

For example, if I wanted to hop in the car and go see Big Country Expat in Florida I could get there is just over 16 hours, travelling a little over 1,100 miles. Let’s call it 17.5 hours to account for stopping for gas. That means that every hour I would go 62 miles. Back in the pioneer days, going 15 miles via covered wagon in a day was a solid day so I can basically cover the equivalent of four days of wagon travel every hour. For contrast, for me to walk to nearby Toledo, Ohio would take over a day on non-stop walking while I can drive it in about an hour and a half. Riding a bike, something I haven’t done since the 1980s, would take around 7 hours.

Automobiles, cheap gas, the intricate highway system and our travel infrastructure which includes gas stations every few miles on most highways make travelling across our nation a breeze. With a credit card and a reliable vehicle you can go anywhere in the continental U.S. of A in just a few days, even from Bangor, Maine to San Diego in just 48 hours of driving. Add in a built in GPS included with most phones and if you give me an address, I can hop in the car and land right at that doorstep with no preparation.

Given all of the issues with EVs, from the issue of getting rare earth elements to disposing of old batteries to generating the electricity to power them, it is clear that the “environment” isn’t one of the factors behind the push to transition to EVs (see John Wilder’s excellent post: The One Where I Prove Electric Cars Are A Lie where he dismembers the EV myth like Jeffrey Dahmer).

What is the point then, why this insane move to get us away from the internal combustion engine that has made life so much easier for almost everyone in the world, and pushing us to EVs that don’t really do anything to “save the environment”? The answer is one word and it is the same word that explains almost everything They are doing:

    Control

Of course the more “connected” your vehicle, the easier it is for it to be turned off by Them.

My point being that this whole thing seems to be mostly about pushing people into vehicles that can’t travel very far and are a pain in the ass to recharge, not to mention that a replacement battery is hugely expensive so when they wear out, you have a vehicle with almost no resale value. Or better yet, forcing people to cram into cities to use public transportation as they flat out cannot afford any private transportation.

This is something I frequently bring up, the idea of forcing rural Americans to move into the cities where they can be monitored, controlled and become reliant on government services. De-ruralfication has been a major push of the Chinese Communists, getting peasants and farmers out of the countryside and into virtual slavery making widgets for American consumers, working by the hundreds of millions for a pittance while a small Chinese oligarchy becomes insanely wealthy.

I accept everything you say here. But we need to go further and figure out how to overcome the logic of that economic law which states that the average commute tends towards about an hour per day. Its not some kind of iron law, its just a tendency. I think the British may be up around an hour forty. The Dutch should be a lot lower but not when you factor in changing out of your sweaty biking clothes. The awesome power of the combustion engine is being wasted by poor thinking to do with living arrangements. I like these batteries. If its just for scooters and a few rich enthusiasts. What one of the fellows the other day said about battery fires. That would seem to me to be a decisive thumbs down for the Lithium fetish, even before taking into the consideration the energy density of a tank of diesel or petrol.

Big Pharma CEOs To Be Called To Testify Before Congress Over Pfizer Exec’s Bombshell ‘Big Lie’ Confession

U.S. senators are preparing to call Big Pharma bosses to testify before Congress after a senior Pfizer executive admitted under oath that COVID-19 vaccines were not tested against transmission before the mass vaccination drive in 2021.

Republican senators are now publicly agreeing with the call to hold Big Pharma executives accountable for misleading the public at enormous personal cost to their lives and livelihoods.

MEP Roos appeared on “Tucker Carlson Tonight” on Tuesday and elaborated further on “one of the biggest scandals of our time.”

“This has massive implications,” he said.

“Governments pushed millions of people worldwide to get vaccinated by telling them, telling you, to do it for your grandmother.

“Perfectly healthy young people [compelled] into taking this jab using false arguments.”

“Our government loves to talk about institutional discrimination,” Roos added.

“But this was real institutional discrimination. In many countries, like the U.S. And Italy, vaccine mandates were introduced for certain professions.

“Many people lost their job, their livelihood, their business because they stood by their principles.

“Austria even had a locked down for the unvaccinated because of this reason.

“The government literally imprisoned people within their own homes.

“All of this was based on the idea that vaccination helped prevent the spread of the virus.

“Otherwise, why should people [be] out of society?”

“This has now proven to be a big lie,” he said.

“Even the president – for international development market of Pfizer admits there was no scientific basis to say vaccination would stop the transmission of the virus.

“And I find this one of the biggest scandals of our time.

“The politicians responsible for this will be angry that people are looking back at this time, but I won’t forget what they did to millions of people, and if we are a democracy, we should have accountability, and that’s what I’m calling for.”

In London, more attacks on property by Just Stop Oil, young people who really think the world will end due to Climate Change.

“New oil and gas will lead to crop failure, food shortages and the collapse of law and order. Human civilization as we know it is on the verge of collapse”

This is not a law and order issue. Why isn’t the Government stating that it’s not true?

There are so few politicians who are prepared to say, as did Tony Abbott, that Climate Change is Crap.

Or do the politicians actually believe it?

In which case the real problem is the suppression of the truth by the EU/UN and those profit mad businesses we call universities who prosecute their own staff for telling the truth, as proven by the firing and prosecution of Professor Peter Ridd, who was totally vindicated by the truth after he lost everything.

And like Cardinal Pell who was locked up in jail for a year in solitary confinement for an impossible crime without evidence, Ridd has still lost his superannuation and his job for telling the truth. The Australian media are out of control using the courts to persecute and prosecute the innocent.

Where are the apologies from the ABC as the witch hunt continue on conservatives and Climate Deniers? And Captain James Cook is being written from history. Winston Churchill is next.

Science has been suppressed. And still governments say nothing and bring in Nett Zero, fart taxes, stop fracking, dams, power stations.

We are heading into another Dark Ages and science is heading towards the Inquisition, persecution of Conservatives and truth tellers.

They dont believe it, unless they are really stupid (which I have to admit seems to be a requisite to be a green politician), They know that if the truth comes out, the super funds that have all invested in renewables will all go bust. You can see Sir Humphrey now “to remove renewable subsidies would be a very courageous decision Prime minister” ” Ten Million workers will lose 95% of their super savings and they will all blame you” Also the WEF machine will cancel their chances of some cushy quango headship on retirement so dont say anything, just smile and nod.

Pfizer Insists They Did Test The Vaccine

    Oct 13, 2022 · BabylonBee.com

BRUSSELS — Despite the uproar caused by revelations at a European Union hearing that the pharmaceutical giant rushed the COVID-19 vaccine out into use without testing it for preventing transmission, Pfizer executives were quick to backtrack and point out that they did, in fact, test the vaccine — on over five billion people.

“While there were no widespread, controlled tests of the vaccine in the clinical sense, to say we didn’t have any guinea pigs to try our vaccine on wouldn’t be the truth,” said Janine Small, Pfizer’s president of international developed markets said at the hearing. “We didn’t really know what would happen when we shot human beings up with this stuff, so we decided to test it in the most widespread way possible — by injecting it into over five billion people.

Of course they tested them. Thats how they knew they worked …. At reducing population via more deaths and less births. This idea that they weren’t properly tested is a plea bargain. They had to test them ahead of the announcement of the breathing problems.

Time to make these people go broke. Interest rate caps, and cutting off their central bank subsidies. Then we can slowly renationalise them one district operating system at a time, at bargain base prices. We need a bank that will lend strictly for sole traders to gear up production. We could interview executives to do with how they feel about thorium and what is their view of the diesel engine. And if they can’t talk about diesel in florid poetic tones of thankfulness and wonder, their banking days ought to be over. Since we all ought to be grateful for the magnificent diesel engine.

But as so often happens when a new paper appears in the literature that solves a political problem for the IPCC, they pounce on it before experts in the field have had a chance to check the numbers — which is what a new paper in the peer-reviewed journal Climate Dynamics by U.K. mathematician Nicholas Lewis does.

How about a special holiday called “diesel engine gratitude day”. Even proposing such an idea would put the greens into a kind of anger fatigue. They would burn through what little testosterone they still had being triggered. Then with them left so moribund and unable to pursue deep state agenda’s, the fight-back towards local sovereignty could begin.

Due to recent precipitation much of the Shire I live in is flooded or at a minimum very soggy. There are many road closures but sadly the main highway down to Melbourne remains open. Despite all that has gone on the suburban dimwits were still loading their SUVs and 4WD with camping gear and heading on up yesterday. To where I know not.

As all the road closures herd to them final road closure on the highway at the Goulburn River they come to the realization that the VicTraffic app is correct and you really cant get there from here, then they head home, burning fossil fuels just for fun.

Could be fun getting deliveries into our local town in the next couple of days.

Would be nice, but it would take a regime change the weather. Central England mean temperature is still on course to be the warmest in 360 odd years by a fair margin.
Some days are still pushing near 20C max in the south of England, I’m still picking cucumbers off an outdoor plant. Every single month so far this year has been warmer than average, some by more than 3C.

Devastating doco on life in Vancouver 2022. And this is a culture that gives support to the homeless, and has healthcare, so the argument that the problem is not free drugs becomes rather questionable? Something to look forward to in Canberra!

Some of you might have had the great benefit of watching the chemist James Tour beat up on the current set of abiogenesis happy-talkers. What happened is that an experiment in the 1950’s was extremely devastating for the theists. Because it looked like it showed that amino acids could be synthesised accidentally on the surface of planets. So we were all confident that perhaps that could be extrapolated to cellular life evolving on the surface of planets. Tours has shown that this is simply not possible. What happened after the 1950’s is that ……. nothing happened. It started out with a band and then no further progress was made.

So am I running off to make Jesus my personal saviour? No I agree that life couldn’t start on the surface of planets. I say that life started elsewhere. If you had a dog in this fight, then taking on Tours head on is a losing proposition. Try doing a better job then Laughton playing the hunchback. Sing a better version for a Stylistics song. Take on Marciano in a bare knuckles fight. You have to know when you have lost the argument. I don’t have a dog in that fight and I want Tours to stay Christian because I like him punching holes in these losers. So under planet surface chemistry abiogenesis isn’t possible.

So lets take it away from the surface of the planet. There has to be a different type of chemistry, deep inside planets, out in the boondocks.

Wasn’t it suggested that comets are the place, a mix of water and organics getting heated and cooled repeatedly on its trip to the sun and back?

The orbit of the Earth takes us through different dust and bacteria/viruses every year and we leave ours behind as we move forwards, I expect we will find the galaxy is teeming with life at that level.

Comets create hydrocarbons out of the proton wind, so you could look there for some kind of molecule building going on. If there is a form of life that could survive a planet exploding and somehow be transported in a comet to another planet that might be a possibility. Like a tardigrade. I don’t know if much has come of that form of panspermia. I know that Fred Hoyle was interested in that possibility. But I don’t know if anything more complex then hydrocarbons have been found in the tail in practice. The problem is that NASA will only tell you interesting stuff by accident and they’ll quickly shut down the information afterward. So Fred could have been onto something and we wouldn’t necessarily find out.

If we think of the centre of a planet as being a place where there is strong negative electrical charge it could be so strong that all the molecules act like noble gasses. As if their outer “electron shell” was full. I don’t think it works quite like that but its a good enough model to work with. This could be a place where fusion and nucleus-building is easy but chemistry doesn’t really happen. But moving closer to the surface it might be that you get to a region where there is a different type of chemistry that could overcome the sort of objections that we see from James Tour. Forget about it being on the surface though. The original 1950’s experiment had all these hydrogen heavy “reducing” gasses that can’t stay put on the surface of any planet. You needed an electron rich reducing environment. Reducing being the opposite of oxidation where oxidation doesn’t necessarily mean oxygen but instead electron-thieving.

In our planet right now that kind of deep earth innovation is probably a non-starter because it would be too hot. But before the Cambrian explosion we went through periods of snowball earth. Where we were more like Europa. We might have been in a different orbit. During the Cambrian explosion you had all these branches of life arrive seemingly out of nowhere and not in keeping with Darwin’s version of evolution. But if the basic complexity had been achieved deep in this much smaller colder planet, then the Cambrian explosion was just that complexity emerging on the surface and quickly filling all available niches.

A bottle shop in a small regional town near me does (at this time of year) about $3-4k of sales Mon-Thurs and about $8k on Fri and Sat.

This week after Diktator Dan announced the impending rain apocalypse they did $12k just on Wednesday. People have priorities in the face of impending doom.

Smallpox was proven to be air born in the 1950’s when patients isolated on a ward in Germany infected the ward below. Extensive investigation indicated the open window on the infected ward was above the open window in the ward that became infected.

Sounds like they are really just guessing. Despite the history lesson we see the writers with a smug, predetermined conclusion and not much in the way of arguing in favour of the conclusion or against it. More shooting the breeze then any kind of science, yet still they have the favoured conclusion sitting there the whole time. Probably without justification.
