Decertify the Arizona Election: A million files deleted, 280,000 ballot images corrupted

US FlagPatrick Byrne sums up the latest in the Maricopa County Audit.  We knew it was bad, but it’s like the election was run by the underage mafia branch of activist dropouts. The leadership of the most powerful nation in the world depended on it, but no one had updated the software in two years, a twelve year old must have been in charge of printing and a million files, a whole million, were deleted the day before the subpoena deadline. The day before.

A quarter of a million early votes have no custody trail, just magically appearing. And while most people could sign their names before the election, everyone who was illiterate in Maricopa found a way to vote in bins and buckets that would only be counted after election day. What were the odds?

The printing calibration was off, the ink bled through the paper, which was suspiciously low quality, and the votes were certified before people voted, indeed before the ballot papers were even printed.  It’s like someone committed a crime, but didn’t even try to cover it up.

Patrick Byrne:

The Maricopa election should not have been certified, and the reported results are not reliable

  • The day before complying with the subpoena, Maricopa deleted > 1 million election files (each deletion carries 1 federal and state charge);
  • What remained did not reconcile;
  • 255,326 Early Votes have no provenance (they just “appeared”) and another 284,412 have digital images that have been corrupted (with no viable explanation for how that might have happened);
  • There are at least 57,734 ballots with sourcing that is illegal (they were mailed to someone who actually moved out of state 10 years ago, but were voted anyway);
  • There are over 17,000 ballots which are simply photocopies (which is unambiguously illegal);
  • There were 15 other felonies whose impact on the ballots is impossible to quantify;
  • If we turn a blind eye to all that, Biden wins by 10,800 votes.

Centipede Nation

..Ben Cotton described massive IT and Cybersecurity Issues.

  1. 865 directories and 85,673 Election related files were deleted between 10/20/2020 and 11/05/2020.
  2. 1,064,746 Election related files were deleted. Many of them contained scanned ballots.
  3. The files were deleted the DAY before the audit began.
  4. Cyber ninjas have screenshots of the people who deleted logs. Unnamed suspects illegally accessed the computer system just before the audit. They were identified by video capture recorded at the time of the breach.
  5. 284,412 Ballot images on the EMS were corrupt or missing.
  6. After election day, 95% of signatures are illegible (versus 5% in early voting).

Votes were “Certified and Approved” before they were even printed.

Note the words going under the arrow….?

US election ballot papers printed "pre approved"

Who needs voters when you have a printing press…?

The are prodigious ten year olds with better tech management skills:

  1. No security patches were done in 2 years since purchase.
  2. No anti-virus definitions were updated in 2 years since purchase.
  3. .exe files were found all over the server hard drives with modifications done.
  4. The same name and password with Administrator privileges was the same for ALL machines in the county.

Ben Cotton also confirmed the Maricopa County election system was breached during the 2020 election.

“1) Military and overseas voters can cast a “federal only ballot” despite living outside the U.S. The address tied to their ballot would be their prior address in AZ.”

Military can vote from new state. If they are overseas, auditors wouldn’t know that.

“2) People are allowed to move from one house to another (or even one state to another) in October and November of an election year (yes, shocking!). If the driver’s license address matches the voter registration address, they are still allowed to vote.”

Admitting that they can vote TWICE if they also registered to vote in new state with new address.

“3) For the November General Election Maricopa County had 20,933 one-time temporary address requests. In addition, snowbirds and college students tend to have forwarding addresses when they are out of the county.”

Again, so you can vote twice.

That’s why other county audits are necessary.

      “20,933 one-time temporary address requests.”

This is actually funny. This can be read as:

People requested Maricopa to provide them with fake temporary addresses they can use.

Military and overseas voters can cast a “federal only ballot” despite living outside the U.S. The address tied to their ballot would be their prior address in AZ

There are 165 000 army personnel who are overseas. And 23 000 come from Arizona?

The election officials claim CN are “staggeringly ignorant” because there are reasons a handful of them could be legitimate.

Surely they outed themselves as untrustworthy?

Simon >”Those numbers don’t tally with the ‘Cyber Ninjas’ report.”

You are making an extremely bland allegation here.

      What numbers, specifically?
      And why just Cyber Ninjas?
      And why just numbers?

The Centipede Nation article has 2 sections:
1 Dr. Shiva [Ayyadurai] explains…, and
2 Doug Logan From Cyber Ninjas explains…

The Deep Capture article by Patrick Byrne adds:

      3 Ben Cotton described…

These speakers were presenting independent reports to the Arizona Audit Senate Hearing. Cyber Ninjas was but 1 of 3 reports presented.

Here are the details of that hearing:

‘Arizona Senate Announce Details of Audit Result Hearing’ – 4pm EST Friday September 24th

      Doug Logan, Cyber Ninjas CEO
      Ben Cotton, CyFIR Founder
      Dr Shiva Ayyadurai

3 separate, independently damning reports and not necessarily numerical issues.

      But hey, what numbers?

‘Arizona Audit: Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai Found 17,126 DUPLICATE Envelopes Returned’

“The first presenter at todays Arizona Audit Senate Hearing was Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai. He didn’t waste time before dropping the first bombshell revelation: Despite Maricopa County claiming there were zero duplicate envelopes, Dr. Shiva found 17,126.

That’s not just a significant discrepancy. It’s an important note because the margin of victory was so small, far below the number of duplicate envelopes found by Dr. Shiva, that this finding alone could account for a fraudulent election. If nothing else comes from the audit report, this could be grounds to decertify the 2020 presidential election.”

        And,

“Liz Harrington noted that 1/4th of the duplicate envelopes came in AFTER they knew how many ballots they needed in order to win

        >”3 separate, independently damning reports and not necessarily numerical issues.”

There were also an estimated 270,000 ballots with issues identified in the canvassing work done outside the audit i.e. major issues in a 4th report:

‘Full Report from Canvassing Work Completed in Arizona’s Maricopa County’

        173,104 lost votes
        96,389 ghost votes

Lost votes are those votes where people voted but their votes were discarded.

Ghost votes are those votes cast by someone other than the voter assigned to the vote.

Dead voters accounted for a significant number of these anomalies.

Generally 80% of people, Democrat, Republican or other are decent, upright & patriotic Americans.

It will be interesting now to see how they react to a political party behaving like criminals & sinking to levels of morality never before seen in the USA. A political party which has proven itself to be a danger to the existence of their beloved land of the free, their Republic. Not only have the Democrats proved to be all the above, but their President has demonstrated his inept attempts at governance sending the country into an economic, military & moral tail spin.
The next election, the mid terms, will be the test of where the nation is headed. The Democrats are in for a nasty surprise In my opinion!

The Deep State Won – Now Deal With It!

What this means is no matter how much evidence is uncovered to prove the election was a fraud, the POTUS will not be changed with peaceful means. The only way it may be changed is for a civil war to happen, and even then there is no guarantee. Only time will tell if that does happen. We also have to presume that they will do everything and anything to prevent Trump from ever being elected, and I mean everything! That’s how desperate and evil the deep state is. That should not be a surprise to anyone given what has happened over the past few decades, and in particular over the past few years.

Yep. The numbers voting greater than the previous election correlated well with the votes that Trump got in many states. Pretty sure many democrats registered as Republicans to get what they thought would be a less electable candidate through. It wouldn’t be an issue except for the large numbers and he got significantly fewer votes than you would have expected considering he got 74 M in 2020 compared to 63 M in 2016. I really doubt that it was many conservative voters wanting someone other than Cruz, for example. George Bush III, maybe but he was up against Cruz.

Forrest >”Is that Jovan Pulizer’s analysis or something else?”

No and yes. It’s Doug Logan’s Cyber Ninja’s report but that is incomplete – more to come:

‘Cyber Ninjas Report: 255,326 Ballots Cast, No Record Of Receipt’

“Doug Logan, CEO of Cyber Ninjas, was responsible for overseeing the granular, forensic audit of the 2.1 million paper ballots in Maricopa County. His presentation is shown in five parts and refers to his team’s physical examination of the physical evidence—the ballots and the boxes containing them. Logan’s report mentions the paper stock used and the investigation of kinematic artifacts. On multiple occasions, he says a full report on the paper is coming.”

        Re Jovan Pulitzer:

Cyber Ninjas are using some of Pulitzer’s techniques but again, they have more to come. Pulitzer has drip-fed some pointers about that but to my knowledge has done no audit himself and therefore has no report (could be wrong).

Presentation Two, also presented in PowerPoint format, refers to his team’s recommendations for legislative reforms based on his findings. (downloadable PowerPoint file.

That is indeed correct as I posted earlier. One must understand most Republicans don’t want Trump back either. He still might end up being the Republican candidate at the next election but it will only be due to his popularity by the public, not due to the support of other Republican politicians. Failing that he could run as an independent. Now that would be interesting. It would not be the first time an independent was elected as POTUS; Millard Fillmore, a member of the Whig party, was the 13th President of the United States (1850-1853) and the last President not to be affiliated with either the Democratic or Republican parties.

Thinking people wonder why the Left hate Trump so much because he is obviously not the sexist, racist misogynist etc. they say he is. So what is it?

It’s not really Trump they mostly hate, he is just the visible target of their hate (although they do irrationally hate him as well, it’s called Trump Derangement Syndrome).

The essence of what the Left hates is America itself and its core values of freedom of religion and other beliefs, freedom of enterprise, freedom of association, freedom of movement without being asked “papiere, bitte” as in Australia, and freedom in general as long as you don’t infringe on the rights of other people, government “of, by and for the people”, equality of opportunity, people judged by the content of their character not the colour of their skin, individualism, justice for all, hard work, efficiency, ongoing progress, practicality, a society based on reason, science and technology; striving for success, not bringing down successful people, patriotism, traditional family values, ongoing education and learning throughout life, healthy competition, a civilian controlled military, sceptical distrust of government, freedom of speech via the First Amendment and the ultimate power in the United States being with the people via the Second Amendment etc. etc.

These are all values hated by the Left and why they went to war against a majority of American people to stage the coup d’état against him.

    191

    • #
      PeterS

Yes the left hate him but so do the conservatives of the Republican party. Trump is neither a leftist (obviously) not a conservative. He is a right of centre nationalist, which means he really doesn’t belong to either major party. He really should run as an independent and try to win as one to get away from the major parties, which have become rotten and c0rrupt, much like here. They can’t be changed as it would require flushing out virtually everyone. Better to start a new party and build forward better, not back better as that only means keeping it the same as before. I can’t see it ever happening here because of the different way we elect parties but it could work in the US. It might work and it’s worth the risk given he would have only one term left to make any significant changes, which won’t be anywhere near enough to change the Republican party. Better to start anew and form a strong and long lasting alternative.

      111

      • #
        Steve of Cornubia

Though I agree with much of what you say, there are two major obstacles in the way of ‘conservatism’ in its political sense. The first is the relative weakness of its followers, insofar as their nature is to be independent types, not given to tribal mobilisation and activism. The Left however, is very much given to tribal action and being part of a ‘collective’. This results in battles that resemble the Romans vs the Picts, where one side is organised and the other is just a band of independently-operating fighters who are simply chopped down one by one by the huge machine.

The second obstacle is the success that the Left has had in making ordinary citizens dependent on government for pretty much everything, hooked on handouts and welfare. When the livin’ is easy, who wants to rock the boat? Any significant return to conservative principles would entail hardship in the short term and a willingness to accept a zero tolerance approach to thorny issues such as rising crime, brainwashing in our education system, the woke hijack of our institutions and the takeover of our public services. There would also have to be some ‘tough love’ for the Left’s protected minorities. I don’t think enough people have the stomach for this, including putative ‘conservatives’.

        110

        • #
          PeterS

What makes you think I’m on the side of conservatism? I’ve stated at times I find them boring, unimaginative and weak. They are still still better than the left but that’s not much comfort given those three attributes. If I had to pigeon hole myself in some political stance, I would choose somewhere slightly further right of right of centre but of course not anywhere near far right. In reality no human political system will work in the end. They all fail; they just fail in different ways and different speeds.

The joke back in the 1980’s in Australia by a potential voter – ‘this election I’ll vote conservative, but I’ve yet to decide whether I’ll vote Labor or Liberal”. It seems in the 2020’s all major parties have swung the other way. They all have a tinge of Green.

“Thinking people wonder why the Left hate Trump so much because he is obviously not the sexist, racist misogynist etc. they say he is. So what is it?”

Thinking people prefer not to think about Trump at all.

Left is against success. They see that other people succeeded because they had privilege and they are oppressed because of x, y and z. They want that reversed so that they succeed by just being x, y and z. They vote people like them who are x, y and z.

When the left is in power your position in the social hierarchy is based on your identity and relations. Competence is depreciated. This results in …

    “…equality of opportunity…”

The left no longer wants this – they want equality of outcomes.

“…people judged by the content of their character not the colour of their skin…”

While this MLK quote is widely known, there is a less well known MLK quote that shows quite clearly he would be against most of the racial wokeness, BLM etc:

“We do not fight against racism because it is perpetrated against the black man by the white man, we fight it [racism] because it is evil.”

    Could not agree more.

Clearly the Democrats ( and all their allies ) were embarrassed in 2016- where they should have done some more election “fortification”. Thats why Hilary was seen having a hissy fit on election night. They weren’t going to make the same mistake twice. Which begs the question? Why didn’t GOP/Trump also do some election fortification? Were they overly confident in winning?

It appears that quite a few state election authorities actively destroyed as much election security as they could. And some of the worst were nominally on President Trump’s side.

Here’s a safe bet; no one will be prosecuted or fired or otherwise held accountable, nothing will be done to rectify the voter roles, nothing will be done to ensure none of this will happen again, and the outcome of the election will not be altered.
So, it will all happen again because laws without consequences are nothing but words.

This is a good article on the roots of the interference, which began back in 2019, with the aim to flip Arizona and Nevada to get Trump out.

But so what? They already character assassinated Cyber Ninjas BEFORE they got started, so they are corrupt and incompetent and made all these up, surely?
What will it take to release the ‘insurrectionists’ and replace them with their jailers? One of the most 3rd world corrupt elections held in plain sight in decades! The empire is dead!

It must be a real slow day on the right wing news front when articles like this one are pushed out for review. Perhaps it is just to assuage the troubled hearts and minds of the ardent Conservative supporters of Donald Trump after the results of the Arizona Audit were made public.

In May 2021 the Maricopa Elections Department addressed most of the points raised by Patrick Byrne in May 2021

TO: The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors and the Maricopa County Recorder
FROM: Elections Department Staff and Recorder’s Information Technology Staff
SUBJECT: Technical Response to Chain of Custody and Ballot Organization (Item II) and Election Management System Databases (Item III)
    DATE: May 17, 2021

    https://www.maricopa.gov/DocumentCenter/View/68971/Final-Technical-Response-Letter-with-Exhibits-5172021

On May 18 the Elections Department published an update primary addressing the deletion of files

    https://content.govdelivery.com/accounts/AZMARIC/bulletins/2d9d142

More recently the myths that have arisen regarding the audit have been addressed

    https://recorder.maricopa.gov/justthefacts/?__cf_chl_captcha_tk__=pmd_.ql3qp.Mv0ijGdOrVyeDB8PYwkgJFxCYWmSF5w6rSKk-1632955568-0-gqNtZGzNAvujcnBszQhR#tabs=1

I suspect readers here will decry as “Fake News” the evidence from the Elections Department but it would be very foolish of the Department to distribute false information as the veracity of their claims can be readily assessed by the politicians and judiciary

meh… it is just another blog post saying stuff that sounds good and will ignore any comment by anybody who says otherwise.

Go back to Novemeber-January and several a week were about what will happen in court and “the stats show this” and the “video shows that”. It was sad really.

What is really sad is that readers of what used to be a science based blog don’t want to read or even think about anything that disturbs the equilibrium of their echo-chamber, accordingly they refuse to look at anything that might do that. It shows most commenters here are politically hidebound and are definitely not science orientated as good scientists do look at other views.

I am very happy that you and Gee Aye have one another to form your own mini echo chamber, but here is a quote from the auditors…

“By the County withholding subpoena items, their unwillingness to answer questions as is normal between auditor and auditee, and in some cases actively interfering with audit research, the County prevented a complete audit,” the summary explains. “This did not stop the primary goal of offering recommendations for legislative reform to the Arizona Senate, but it did leave many questions open as to the way and manner that the 2020 General Election was conducted. As a result, while many areas of concern were specifically identified, our full audit results validating the 2020 General Election are necessarily inconclusive.”

A reporter summed this up as “While the media is claiming that the audit report confirms Biden’s victory, it does not.”

You two boys are far from the action but close in terms of groupthink.

Did you know Vicdanistan now has an electric vehicle tax? It is in the form of a road usage charge and if internal combustion engine drivers have to pay it I don’t know why EV drivers shouldn’t have to. I just hope it works out about the same for both vehicle types and subsidies aren’t directed to the EV’s by way of lesser tax for the same driving.

If it’s a level playing field, then ICE drivers should be contributing towards Australia’s Paris Agreement obligations.

Ice drivers contribute CO2. Great for the world’s plant life.

        Doesn’t affect anything else.

No evidence of warming by atmospheric CO2, as you keep proving.

EVs. contribute nothing ! (except when charged mostly with coal fired power.)

        Paris obligations.. nonsense virtue-seeking .. LOL !

Australia is already a net CO2 sink.

Totally agree. It is regrettable that such a biased rant by Patrick Byrne Byrne has been posted. Byrne was a leading figure in promoting conspiracy theories in 2020 and 2021. He has repeatedly made false claims that Donald Trump lost the election due to fraud and has toured the United States to provide anti-vaccination stump speeches for COVID-19 conspiracy theorists. He is totally biased.

But so what?. Jo has provided what her audience wants, a rant against election fraud. That there is no supporting evidence is immaterial, all that matters is pandering to the Conservatives’ prejudiced.

David’s point about an EV tax in Victoria is just the start of a new beginning for Australia, incorporating the NEW CAPITALISM of the so-called ” renewable energy” policy. Are wind turbines, solar panels and storage batteries produced out of thin air? Welcome to the updated version of PLANNED OBSOLESCENCE. Who is going to benefit from this? Why, corporations and hedge funds, OF COURSE. This is Version X.0 of greed capitalism: China must be laughing itself silly. The corporations (particularly the USA) that outsourced labor overseas in order to increase profits will now REAP THE WHIRLWIND, and the world will follow down the drain of ignorance.
