Election Not Decided: Seven states send two sets of Electors

 Despite the press reports, Joe Biden does not have 270 guaranteed Electors

Seven States of the US have sent alternate electors to Congress, also known as “Dueling Electors”. This keeps Electors for Donald Trump in play until January 6. Those states are Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona, Nevada & New Mexico. This keeps alive the possibility that Congress can endorse Electors for Trump in those states.

In Michigan, the GOP electors were refused entry to the State Chamber. There are claims that Governor Whitmer ordered some 200 officers to guard the doorway, allegedly over “security concerns”? So at least one Democrat governor is acting as if the archiac subclause of alternate electors is still quite the threat to Biden’s election.

MI Attorney General is threatening legislators w criminal investigation and possible prosecution if they disagree with her, and the MI Governor and other officials are shutting down the peoples’ house and preventing them from gathering today to perform their constitutional duty.

A dog ate the logs in Michigan electronic vote

It’s awful bad luck for the Democrats.  The forensics report for Antrim County is in and there’s no evidence the 6,000 flipped votes was a clerks error, as we were told, but there is evidence of “fatal flaws” “gross negligence”, “bad faith” and or “wilful non-compliance”. The adjudication logs are missing. The security logs are missing. Worse, the normal error rate of ballots is 1 in 250,000, but the 2020 rate was sixty five percent (percent!). I make that about 160,000 times higher than normal (can that be right?).  It’s hard to make sense of that number.

Ballots that are classified as “adjudicated” can be altered by administrators, something that is normally recorded in the logs. Since the machines have past logs from other years, but not the 2020 logs, it looks like someone went in and deleted them.

“Significantly, the computer system shows  vote adjudication logs for prior years; but all adjudication log entries for the 2020 election cycle are missing. The adjudication process is the simplest way to manually manipulate votes. The lack of records prevents any form of audit accountability, and their conspicuous absence is extremely suspicious since the files exist for previous years using the same software,” the report, authored by Russell Ramsland, states.

“We must conclude that the 2020 election cycle records have been manually removed.”

 Could be one of the largest understatements in US history:

 “The allowable election error rate established by the Federal Election Commission guidelines is of 1 in 250,000 ballots,” Ramsland said. “We observed an error rate of 68.05 percent. This demonstrated a significant and fatal error in security and election integrity.”

You’ll be glad to know that Polifact rated the rumours of fraud in Antrim as “mostly false”.

The forensic audit says “The results are not certifiable”. “This is a national security issue”. Furthermore, it also mentions Trumps executive order and the DNI report — they want all the adjudication errors investigated.

There comes a time when the Dog Ate My Log excuse just doesn’t work. A time perhaps that keeping logs (or climate records) should be legally required with jail time on offer for those who lose the logs without any reason.

The  forensics report for Antrim County makes for an interesting read.

Foreign Interference in spades: is there anywhere China doesn’t have CCP Party members?

Today The Australian announced that a huge file has been leaked from inside China that has 2 million Communist Party members names and details on it. These are not necessarily spies, just potential spies who have some questions to answer. People do sign up to the CCP just to improve their prospects in China, but all CCP members also must pledge an oath that puts the party’s interests above all and “be ready at all times to sacrifice my all for the party”. That’s a pledge with a conflict of interest that makes their own company or country their second priority. Why do we allow it? See Sky News also.

Companies with CCP influence include bankers like ANZ, Citibank and HSBC, plus Boeing, Pfizer and AstraZeneca.  The Covid vaccines will be made by companies with CCP members on staff, somewhere. Companies may be doing more information sharing with Beijing than what they expected.

Speaking of foreign interference it looks like Executive Order 13848 may be underway

The hints grow stronger.

Maria Bartiromo interviewed General Michael Flynn, who mentions that John Ratcliffe —  The DNI — Director of National Intelligence —  will report Friday. If the 2018 Executive Order  — that was designed to deal with foreign interference in US elections– has been activated, then the DNI is a key player who has to report within 45 days which means by Friday. Flynn goes further saying that if the evidence is there, one of the things he would recommend is that “Donald Trump needs to trigger Executive Order 13848 and appoint a special counsel.” It’s potentially a lot more powerful than that.

Flynn also mentions that Donald Trump has several paths to Victory, explaining that Sidney Powell has four law suits pending at the Supreme Court. The evidence of foreign interference is at DefendingTheRepublic.org.

Electronic Votes were flipped in Michigan says forensic investigator

At the time, Flynn wasn’t sure if the investigation on the Antrim County voting machine in Michigan had found evidence of computer votes flipping. But indeed it has — Michigan Vote Flip Happened Due to Computer Program, Not Human Error. Dominion voting machines told us it was “user error” when thousands of votes went to Joe Biden instead of Donald Trump. But the forensic audit suggests it was a deliberate computer flip. How many counties did this happen in, and can any court pretend this doesn’t matter?

The Judicial Swamp:

Speaking of courts, one person calling into a radio program says he is a clerk for a Justice on SCOTUS. He described anger and intimidation: “today was like nothing we have ever seen”. There was  apparently much yelling behind closed doors as SCOTUS considered the Texas suit. Chief Justice Roberts was screaming “Are you going to be responsible for the rioting if we hear this case?”

If this is an accurate report, SCOTUS were afraid to do the case because friends of the accused might loot, pillage and burn. Roberts apparently screamed : “I will tell you how you will vote.”

 Justice Clarence Thomas says “This is the end of Democracy, John.”

Bullies may have won that round.

Flynn also talks about the failed culture in US Intelligence under the Obama administration. While the counter intelligence was focused on Donald Trump and Flynn, they missed the actual threats, of Swalwell, and of the Bidens. “This is dangerous stuff, we are playing with fire right now.”

Don’t wait for Twitter to let you organise mass protests

We’re in an Information War but good citizens are waiting for the Tech Giants to let them get organized.

The left control most of the institutions, but if President Trump asked the Defence Force to defend the constitution, what are the odds they would not just obey but leap into action?

We don’t want the military called in if there is a peaceful way to solve this, and there still is. Imagine the effect of 70 million Americans on the streets chanting U.S.A and holding the flag high? Is that what it takes to get SCOTUS and the State Legislatures to feel they must consider the evidence? To feel that any death threats, harassment and pressure is nothing compared to the fight that’s coming if this is not resolved through debate and discussion — as it should be?

And it works both ways. Donald Trump is facing some of the hardest decisions any President will ever have to make. Worth billions, he doesn’t have to pick up this gauntlet. Imagine the effect this sort of energy has on his resolve?

How will millions walk the streets in peaceful protest if they rely on Twitter, Facebook and Youtube and Google?

Twitter is so pettily, malignantly anti-Trump it even removed the ‘Like,’ ‘Reply’ and Retweet count functions Trump Tweets this weekend.  The last thing Twitter wants is for Americans to know they are not alone, or that Trump has massive support.

We’re in an Information War. There is something you can do.

Strategically, honest law abiding citizens have the tools now. The USA is not the Soviet Union (don’t wait). People can reach out through email and by phone, they can join like minded groups, and subscribe to lists.

We don’t have to stop using Twitter and Facebook– wins can still be achieved — but we must not rely on those channels. Join Gab, Parler, Bitchute, Rumble etc.

Everyone who shares information is part of the battle for free speech and honest elections. Thanks to people who comment and link or just talk to friends with a beer.

How’s that censorship working out ?

The Democrat-n-Tech-Giants pretend there is no evidence of fraud while they award themselves a non-gendered Pronoun of the Year Prize — apparently for creating the “most extensive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics.”

The Supreme Court decision has really helped calm the mood tonight in Washington.

They do not look like they will go quietly into that good night.

Word of the Swamp corruption is seeping out, despite the bans. If the Democrats wanted to heal the nation they would listen and investigate the grievances. They would check the signatures.

Some institution needs to investigate the fraud. The media has failed, the FBI failed, and The Supreme Court.

SCOTUS may get another chance to solve this. Let’s hope there is a peaceful way back.

At least four people have been stabbed and police officers injured on Saturday night after clashes between different groups of protesters broke out in Washington D.C.

The violent confrontations, which followed a “Million MAGA March,” appeared to be between alleged members of the far-left Antifa group and the Proud Boys group, which was established by libertarian Gavin McInnes. Both groups have regularly attracted media attention for being involved in violent encounters with one another.

D.C. authorities told local media that four people were stabbed in the intersection of 11th Street and F Street in downtown D.C. All four individuals have been sent to the hospital with critical injuries, reported WUSA9.

SCOTUS drops Texas case: Tex GOP asks if law abiding states should form new United States

By a 7-2 decision The Supreme Court apparently decided that 18 States did not suffer if 4 States committed blatant election fraud by breaching their own and the national constitution. Only Justices Alito and Thomas voted to proceed with the case.

There is still a long way to go. Rudy Guiliani says “We are not finished, believe me”. The case was not rejected on merits. So it can be resubmitted by different parties who have “standing” to sue and who can claim injury, and it can be split into 4 or 5 different cases. Though, it is hard to justify why the rest of the USA is not injured by rampant corruption and States ignoring the Constitution. The fate of the USA hangs in the balance, yet no court has heard all the evidence of voter fraud.

The drums of civil war can be heard in the distance. The Texas GOP says Perhaps law-abiding states should bond together and form a Union of states that will abide by the constitution.”

One anonymous whistle blower was OK to impeach the President of the United States but, 1000’s of sworn affidavits of election fraud is not enough to investigate?
Epoch Times: Attorneys on President Donald Trump’s legal team, Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis, shared on Friday that the team is considering filing separate lawsuits to district courts in the wake of the U.S. Supreme Court’s rejection of a lawsuit from Texas to challenge the 2020 election results in four battleground states. The two attorneys also called for courage from the courts to allow hearings on the lawsuits.
Rudy Guiliani says the allegations of fraud need to be heard and investigated for the sake of the nation, and because the case was not rejected on merits, only on standing, they can essentially send the case back to SCOTUS but as an application for Electors rather than States.
“The case wasn’t rejected on the merits the case was rejected on standing,” Giuliani said. “The answer to that is to bring the case now to the district court by the president by some of electors alleging the same facts where there would be standing and therefore get a hearing.”
Jenna Ellis points out that the team still has til January 6 when congress officially counts the Electoral College votes.

Youtube shuts down Scott Adams, the deadly, misleading cartoonist

Who needs an Election when Youtube decides the winner?

Scott Adams, author of Dilbert cartoon, was one of the first to be rounded up in Youtube’s new pogrom.

 Probably Scott was caught saying things like this:

14:30 minutes in:  The odds that historians are going to find this election was fixed are pretty much 100%. Ten years from now, I don’t think anyone is going to say, “…despite all the claims, Biden won, and it looked like a pretty solid good election.”

After all, these sort of thoughts might cause Walmart to be looted and pillaged, one day, indirectly, — albeit mostly by people who don’t know who Scott Adams is.

Youtube gave Adams a friendly helpful message telling him he writes things that are spam, deceptive or scams, but that he may not realize that this violates the policy they started five minutes ago. Essentially, Scott must be a cheat but Youtube will be nice on him today (he gets to keep his channel.)

Lucky Scott. He can’t discuss the things he wants to talk about but he can still drink coffee on camera.

Though if the Supreme Court finds voter fraud — they won’t be able to announce that on Youtube either, and nor will anyone else, except through some primitive code, or a language Google can’t translate yet.

It shows just how desperate Youtube must be to stop Americans from hearing how the election was stolen. It won’t work in the long run, but in the short run, it might stop tens of thousands more Americans taking to the streets in mass protest.

Are Youtube hoping that if Biden-Harris are sworn in first, that Americans won’t mind finding out they were not elected and that Youtube hid that? This doesn’t look like a business plan — more like last ditch desperation, knowing they will not survive a Trump win.

18 US States file against 4 corrupt States that failed to hold fair elections

If this isn’t a Constitutional Crisis, what is?

Eighteen US States are now so convinced of election fraud they are filing against Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin and Georgia for their failure to hold free and fair elections as demanded by the Constitution.

Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt led his colleagues from Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, and West Virginia in filing the amicus brief to the US Supreme Court on Wednesday.

The amici “have a strong interest in ensuring that the votes of their own citizens are not diluted by the unconstitutional administration of elections in other States,” says the 30-page brief, adding that when other bodies in those states encroach on the authority of their legislatures – the only ones constitutionally entrusted with elections – “they threaten the liberty, not just of their own citizens, but of every citizen of the United States who casts a lawful ballot in that election.”

Even Arizona has joined in. (It has different legal issues than the four so named).

The seed of Civil War 2.0 was fertilized by overt, in-your-face obvious corruption. No one needs a judge to rule on the ocean of videos showing flagrant cheating. Only six weeks ago the world took for granted that the United States held fairer elections than Venezuela, Russia, China and Belarus. Now we hope that the crisis can be resolved without bloodshed by the Supreme Court, or the State legislatures.  That’s what they are there for.

The point of elections is to stop civil wars

Free and fair elections are there to prevent a situation where more than half the country feels it is being abused, used and has no possible remedy to improve the injustice. It’s not about Trump or Biden. In every other election for the last 200+ years the losers knew they could toss out the corrupt in four years time. But not any more. If the cheaters win this time, there is no next time. If they are rewarded why wouldn’t cheaters cheat again?

Hopefully this is the moment the State Legislatures grow some vertebrae and stand up for their honest voters who were shafted by states that are incompetent, compromised or in bed with foreign players.

If it pans out, we will need industrial scale popcorn. It is just speculation, but what a blockbuster tale.

Back in September 2018, President Trump made an executive order which was interpreted then in “the Russian collusion” threat, because that was what was on the minds of the commentariat at the time.  But it may turn out to be a historic trap sprung against foreign actors and their domestic collaborators. It arms Trump with a process to investigate foreign interference in elections. Given the scale of fraud, in the US of A today, it’s not unthinkable that The Great Reset will instead become the The Great Cleansing of the Deep State. That’s if the servers and voting machines still have evidence of foreign interference in the US election. But watch for signs that EO 13848 is live — because it may send people to jail.

Remember the two 3 star generals who said military intel had captured the CIA servers from Germany, and there may have been deaths involved? It’s like a Tom Clancy novel but bigger, and we get to watch it live,… pieced together through  glimpses, hints and whatever was the-most-censored Youtube today!(If it is true).

If triggered, EO 13848 compels a federal government investigation of possible interference by foreign governments. The report by John Ratcliffe the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) heoretically must be presented within 45 days of the election — which means by Dec 18. Eight days to go.

Six days ago Ratcliffe said: “‘Now, I think one of the things that we did well this election was addressing problems from foreign interference, influence campaigns from other countries that we saw in 2016.” Oh, Holy Dominion, really?

Yesterday Donald Trump said: ““The case has been made, and now we find out what we can do about it,” Mr. Trump told reporters at the White House. “You’ll see a lot of big things happening over the next couple of days.”

The signs are there

Replay the last month again through the lens of a President armed with an executive order that put the US on an emergency footing two years ago and that hasn’t been retracted. He warned, he knew, that election fraud was coming. In the last four weeks he’s sacked key players across Defense and through the Pentagon and installed outspoken supporters. This is not the act of a man defeated, or a man expecting to be out of office in six weeks time. But it might be the act of a man playing 4 D Chess, planning a strategic disassembly of the biggest threat to the US since the Cold War. (And of course, this is the Christmas Wish of free men everywhere, so keep the skeptical hat on.)

Trump has afterall sworn an Oath  to defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

Replay his 46 minute “Greatest speech” and hear the legal phrases that mirror the EO words.

“The only conceivable reason why you would block commonsense measures to verify legal eligibility for voting is you are trying to encourage, enable, solicit or carry out fraud.”

As I said at the time. He was solemn and deadly serious; a man with the weight of the world on his shoulders, but also man determined to solve it. He was not a businessman doing a deal. Not exaggerating. No gambits.

Note too, the Attorney General would have a major role if the EO is in play — and Barr is rumoured to be resigning. Is Barr unwilling to stand at the helm of this Battleship, but also unwilling to stand in its way? If the EO is triggered, what follows will be historic.

Something is going on: staff are being purged in Defense and Intelligence

No one seems able to explain why there are so many high ranking jobs and advisors being moved.

Since the election Trump has sacked Pentagon and Defense Department Officials and installed loyalists in Senior positions. Biden’s team is being blocked from meeting with Pentagon’s spy agencies.  The president fired Defense Secretary Mark Esper weeks ago, and last week fired all  members of the Defence Business Board, 11 of 13 of the Defence Policy Board . Trump replaced Esper with Chris Miller who was formerly the director of the National Counterterrorism Centre. This “purging” doesn’t seem like the act of a man on the way out, who’s choices could be replaced in seven weeks time.

On the 11 of November an MSN report suggested the shuffling of top defense officials was probably so that Trump can bring troops home for Christmas as he promised, and which the Dept of Defence had been slowing. But the purges continue. It also could be that President Trump is planning to do something much more ambitious — like fight back against the Deep State, corrupt Democrats and foreign players.

Some wonder, if something this big is going down, why keep it quiet, which is a very fair question. Others suggest that a longer patient game let’s the criminals reveal their hands and the good guys collect more evidence. The more mundane truth may be that Trump et al are still h0ping for a Supreme Court resolution first, or that the DNI report is just not ready yet.

What the EO does and does not do

 Section 1: Figuring out if election interference has occurred and reporting on it

Ed Stein of the LawFareBlog point out the EO sets out a process for reporting on “interference” as it relates to “Election Infrastructure” which basically means all the electronic equipment like tabulation and voting machines,  transmission lines and also voter databases. There are two reports, each with 45 day deadlines — one for the DNI to report and one after that for the Attorney General and Secretary of Homeland Security.

Section 1 of the order establishes an interagency process for determining whether election interference has occurred. First, the director of national intelligence (DNI) has 45 days to determine—in consultation with appropriate agencies—whether “a foreign government, or any person acting as an agent of or on behalf of a foreign government, has acted with the intent or purpose of interfering in [any election for Federal office].” Second, within 45 days after receiving the DNI’s assessment, the attorney general and secretary of homeland security—in consultation with appropriate agencies—are to send the president and the secretaries of state, defense and the treasury a report evaluating two questions:

(i) the extent to which any foreign interference that targeted election infrastructure materially affected the security or integrity of that infrastructure, the tabulation of votes, or the timely transmission of election results; and

(ii) if any foreign interference involved activities targeting the infrastructure of, or pertaining to, a political organization, campaign, or candidate, the extent to which such activities materially affected the security or integrity of that infrastructure, including by unauthorized access to, disclosure or threatened disclosure of, or alteration or falsification of, information or data.

The directive also requires the report to “identify any material issues of fact with respect to these matters that the Attorney General and the Secretary of Homeland Security are unable to evaluate or reach agreement on at the time the report is submitted.”

Section 2 Punishment coming:

The sanctions include ones for foreign people and separate measures against the states involved with White House discretion, rather than automatically triggered  sanctions. There is a Section 3 — which gives the White House the choice to take a variety of measures.

Commenter Lance says:  The EO’s establish very severe penalties for election interference including asset forfeiture, seizing bank accounts, cutting off all electronic forms of banking, etc. in addition to making Federal Felony crimes. Serious stuff.

Anyone, anywhere, who violated 13848, US or Foreign, can be sanctioned, arrested, tried, convicted and imprisoned. That includes those who hacked voting systems, provided equipment or software, etc and those who participated in the use of such things. Trump set up a trap in 2018 and will soon execute the trap.

On 20 Sep 2018, he [Trump, also] issued E.O. 13849, empowering the US Treasury and State Dept to impose sanctions on Banking, credit, assets, import, etc, including forfeiture, seizure, arrest, prosecution.

Chris Miller recently consolidated all US Special Forces under single command. None of them answer to the Pentagon. All of them answer to the Sec. of Defense and he answers to the President.

Chris Miller, who previously served as the director of the National Counterterrorism Center, described the changes as “tectonic” and as being pursued to “combat transnational threats.”

But he also said something even more interesting:

“As we implement the President’s orders, we also recognize that transitions and campaigns are fraught with risk and unexpected challenges and opportunities. That is why I am here today to announce that I have directed the special operations civilian leadership to report directly to me instead of through the current bureaucrat channels. This historic step finalizes what Congress has authorized and directed and will put Special Operations Command on par with the military services for the first time.”

Election rigging is also a felony crime under current U.S. law.

We remain under the National Emergency declared in 2018. Those forces can be deployed instantly by Presidential Direction without conference with anyone. Let that sink in. Be patient. It isn’t over until Noon on 20 Jan 2021.

This will be an interesting few days or weeks. Interesting doesn’t begin to describe things.

Will President Trump Execute Order 13848? By Callum Wood, on Nov 23.

Wood says the EO is tailor made for the situation Trump and the US find themselves in:

This document was signed under a state of national emergency that exists to this day. Strong language. At the time, many Democrats rejected it as too little, too late. They criticized it for focusing too exclusively on ballot-counting machines and software — the exact problem we see crippling America’s election process right now. …

Dominion Voting Systems, Smartmatic and Scytl are all companies with foreign ties that were used in these elections, and there are reports that other companies from Germany and Serbia were also involved. All of these would then fall under the scope of Executive Order 13848.

What does that allow the Trump administration to do? It allows, among other things, the seizure of property within the United States, restrictions on access to financial institutions, and “any other measures authorized by law.”

And who could be targeted? Any companies or persons that have “directly or indirectly engaged in, sponsored, concealed, or otherwise been complicit in foreign interference in a United States election.” Could that include companies and members of the mainstream media and big tech? “The Trump executive order about rigging elections … means clearly that the net can be cast very wide,” radio commentator Alan Jones stated. “It will be a brave person who is prepared to bet, even now, against Donald Trump.”

We have witnessed a coordinated attempt to steal an election. And it is, in large part, coming from within the United States. Yes, the ballot counting machines and hardware are foreign-owned, but it was the radical left and its media cabal that worked to rig the election.

This order allows the Justice Department to go after foreign interference aided by complicit cooperation on U.S. soil. All that remains is for the evidence to come out.

The bottom line at the moment is that we don’t know. If the EO for foreign interference was unfolding we could have expected to see some of the activity we have seen.  But if those servers or machines were wiped, this may be the sting that nipped, not the Grand Mal demolition of the corrupt Deep State we all hope to see. Beware: confirmation bias beckons.

Douglas Wilson points out these are extraordinary powers, perhaps too extraordinary:

Now if he does take action on the basis of the executive order, and does so in a way that simply kicks the issues involved into the courts, then I have no real problem. That really would be benign. That would not be arbitrary government.

But if he just up and seizes Google’s assets, however much that makes us want to clap our tiny hands with joy as far as Google’s comeuppance is concerned, the simple fact is that this would be arbitrary government. Maybe some of the editors that Lincoln arrested were actually bad men. Maybe, but that doesn’t matter. That’s not how you do it.

One thing any investigation of US Presidential powers shows is that the man who occupies the Office has awesome power to do things, and without Congressional approval. It’s a gift in the right hands, but it’s ominous how much damage it could do in the wrong hands.  That thought only makes it more imperative to restore free and fair elections and a functional media

Executive order for foreign interference

TRUMP, President of the United States of America, find that the ability of persons located, in whole or in substantial part, outside the United States to interfere in or undermine public confidence in United States elections, including through the unauthorized accessing of election and campaign infrastructure or the covert distribution of propaganda and disinformation, constitutes an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign policy of the United States. Although there has been no evidence of a foreign power altering the outcome or vote tabulation in any United States election, foreign powers have historically sought to exploit America’s free and open political system. In recent years, the proliferation of digital devices and internet-based communications has created significant vulnerabilities and magnified the scope and intensity of the threat of foreign interference, as illustrated in the 2017 Intelligence Community Assessment. I hereby declare a national emergency to deal with this threat.

Texas bombshell: a Supreme Court suit against all four states GA, MI, PA, WI

Texas trumps the other states and launches a suit that goes straight to the Supreme Court to get four naughty states to clean up

It makes so much sense (which is rare — like winning lotto in the world of politics and law and on the same day). The corruption in the swinging states is not just a problem for those states, it’s a problem for the whole nation. The US as is currently known, will cease to be the US if the Presidency can be blatantly stolen. Texans are fed up, and they want the Supreme Court to sort things out. Not surprisingly, there are rumors other states want to join Texas. Fraud hurts all the other states, but Texas got there first.

Kris Kobach at Breitbart says that if Texas wins, the four states must figure out who their electors will be within strict constitutional rules. They could try to toss out the suspect ballots and see what’s left in the tally. They could pick 50:50 for the electoral college, or they could pick the electoral college voters themselves. Whatever their constitution allows.

… No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

Once again, if individual states are allowed to flout this provision, then our social compact–the US Constitution–is effectively a dead letter. This is certainly the lesson of the struggle for equal civil rights for all persons. That struggle led us through a bloody Civil War and much else since then. The justices all understand that.

Texas, as an equal member of these United States, has a right to expect that the SCOTUS will enforce the Constitution as against all other states. To do otherwise violates the nature and purpose of the Constitution. As a remedy, Texas is asking that the Supreme Court remand the appointment of electors in the four states back to the state legislatures of those respective states.

Texas has drawn a line, whether most of the country understands that or not–and if the justices attempt to dodge or finesse these issues they will do so at great risk to the Union. The justices have to be able to sniff the scent of secession in the air.

US Flag, Flying.The Texas suit is clear, and it presents a compelling case. The four offending states each violated the U.S. Constitution in two ways.

Firstly states have to obey the constitution:

First, they violated the Electors Clause of Article II of the Constitution when executive or judicial officials in the states changed the rules of the election without going through the state legislatures. The Electors Clause requires that each State “shall appoint” its presidential electors “in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct.”

In the early years of the Republic, most state legislatures appointed their presidential electors directly, without holding a popular election for President. That would change during the early decades of the nineteenth century. But the constitutional principle remained the same.  Regardless of whether a state appoints its electors by a vote in the legislature or by a vote of the people, it is the state legislature — and only the state legislature — that sets the rules.

The second constitutional violation revolves around the equal protection clause — the same one used in Gore  v Bush. All counties need to be treated the same. All voters too. It’s not OK for poll watchers to be tossed out and it’s not OK for poll workers to fix up problems with some votes but not others.

There’s no proof of election fraud say the people who won’t release the evidence

If Democrats want healing, they could help Republicans get all the election data

Richard Grenell, former acting Director of National Intelligence, points at the hypocrisy of people saying “you have no proof” while withholding the data and materials needed to prove that same thing. It’s just like climate science.

Grenell is speaking specifically about Nevada:

The Trump campaign and its allies are working on uncovering evidence of what happened during the election but are being stymied by officials.

“One of the problems that I think that we’re developing in this ongoing saga is the claims from the media, from the Democrats, and from local governments that we don’t have the proof. And the reality is, is that the ballots and the envelopes are in the possessions of local governments like the Clark County officials. We can raise the red flags, we can raise the concerning information, and we can point to the publicly available information that suggests voter fraud, but we can’t have access to the ballots or to the envelopes that have the signatures on it. That’s the property of local government,” explained Grenell, who has also served as Trump’s U.S. ambassador to Germany and special envoy for relations between Serbia and Kosovo.

“And it’s not fair, for instance, Clark County officials to say, ‘where’s your proof,’ when they have the proof and they’re unwilling to let us have access to it. We recently had a local judge say that our team could go examine the Agilis machine and the information that we were seeking. And, so, we went to Clark County officials and expecting to examine the machine and examine votes and signatures. And what we got was a tour of the place. It was not what the judge ordered,” Grenell added.

Grenell also says there were 42,000 people who voted twice in Nevada, 1,500 dead voters, and about 3% of mail-in ballots were fraudulently cast and then there are the USB drives that were altered. Some 130,000 ballot signatures were only checked by a computer, not by people.  Biden’s lead in Nevada is about 34,000 votes.

Domestic terrorism? Bomb thrown into living room of Michigan Trump supporters house.

Someone could have died. A bomb was thrown through a window of a Michigan home on Saturday night. The homeowner can’t think of any reason he could be targeted except for the Trump signs on the lawn. A second bomb was thrown at the car in the driveway.

Nothing is known about the motive or the criminal. Is it a mental illness, a mafia thing, a drug deal gone wrong, a mistaken address? If this was a Democrat supporter’s home, it’s easy to imagine we would have seen this footage on TV ten times since Sunday and heard how evil and violent Trump supporters are. Instead, crickets.

One of the things the Democrats are surely most afraid of now is Trump supporters gathering en masse, be it on the street, or online, or under a hashtag.  They wouldn’t want Trump support to be obvious, or popular, and an attack like this (regardless of whether it was political terrorism) means many Michigan homes are probably packing away the Trump signs, just in case. In an information war, even lawn signs advertise the number of people who don’t buy the fake news or believe the election was fair.

Dramatic Video Shows Bomb Attack On Michigan Trump Supporter’s House

ZeroHedge: A Michigan homeowner says he was targeted in a middle of the night bomb attack which left a hole in his living room likely because he is a well-known Trump supporter. He also has multiple pro-Trump signs and banners on his front yard.

Police and media have interviewed the St. Clair Shores resident, just outside of Detroit, after the bombing was caught on tape. He wishes to remain anonymous for fear of further reprisal as police investigate.

He’s offering a $10,000 dollar reward for information that identifies who did this.

It’s a miracle on Election Day!

No incumbent President has ever increased his vote and lost the election. Indeed Obama didn’t win more votes in 2012 he lost three and a half million votes, but still won reelection in 2012. Yet somehow Trump improved his vote by 20% or 11 million votes, more than any candidate in history, but still lost. These types of claims may not launch Supreme Court cases, but they fire up the Court of Public Opinion (share them around). The highly suspicious odds practically glow with gamma rays when combined with lies that trick poll watchers to leave, and democrats  that count secret suitcases of ballots hidden under the tablecloth.

Trump had the best win with minorities for a Republican since Richard Nixon in 1960. Must be a racist.

There are a dozen or more ways to analyze an election and predict the winner, and Donald Trump was ahead in nearly all of them. So if Biden won the election, not only were some of these wrong for the first time ever, but all of them were wrong for the first time ever, and at the same time.

Take the science of elections and toss it out the window.

According to Basham, there are a ‘dozen or more’ non-polling metrics that ‘have a 100% accuracy rate in terms of predicting the winner of the presidential election.’ The metrics included ‘party registration trends, how the candidates did in their respective presidential primaries, the number of individual donations, [and] how much enthusiasm each candidate generated in the opinion polls.’

More mysteries:   Biden apparently won more votes than any other candidate ever in history, yet he did very poorly in most of the non-swing-key states. There was a historic increase in mail in ballots in 2020 yet somehow all the new voters filled in their ballots more accurately than ever before. There was a historically low rejection rates of mail-in ballots. In the Primaries these rejection rates were 10% or more. But in Election 2020, the rejection rates were under 1% or were even close to zero.

Reasons why the 2020 presidential election is deeply puzzling

Trump’s vote increased so much because, according to exit polls, he performed far better with many key demographic groups. Ninety-five percent of Republicans voted for him. Catholics also supported Trump in higher numbers. He did extraordinarily well with rural male working class Whites.

He earned the highest share of all minority votes for a Republican since 1960. Trump grew his support among Black voters by 50 percent over 2016. Nationally, Joe Biden’s Black support fell well below 90 percent, the level below which Democratic presidential candidates usually lose.

Trump increased his share of the national Hispanic vote by two-thirds to more than four-in-ten.

For four years the media told the world that Donald Trump was racist and divisive, and practically in the pocket of White Supremacists —  but Blacks and Hispanic Americans were not fooled.

Not that the Democrats care if black and hispanic votes are stolen.  That’s “Equality”!
