I heard two mainstream media references to “Let’s Go Brandon” that confirmed how silly the world now is.
Firstly I noticed the Australian Broadcasting Corporation covering this phenomenon from the point of view that NASCAR driver Brandon Brown is being robbed of recognition for his racing ability by being famous only as the Brandon referred to by the CNN reporter. Since when did the ABC care about white, male (and presumably) heterosexual NASCAR drivers who burn fossil fuels to entertain people who mostly voted Trump?
Secondly, I heard Liam Bartlett on Perth radio 6PR seriously trying to pretend that he had only just heard of that meme. He then said he thought it went “Let’s Go Joe Brandon”.
Trump has the media well and truly spooked.

Perhaps they want to be on the right side when the OBiden crew is dumped in the next elections.

Point order Sir, they don’t burn fossil fuel, they run on methanol. I don’t know but strongly doubt they use dinosaur oil either for lubricatedness. So the round and around perpetually turning left brigade hard to point the finger at. There is always aviation though.

Deano, being misleading again. Yes, the ABC did cover the issue of Brandon and his recognition but they covered the phenomenon extensively otherwise.

      try looking

      Let’s Go Brandon site:abc.net.au

furthermore, the ABC covers plenty of articles that are positive about older white males. Showing your paranoia there.

November 1 2021 update on the ever worsening permanent drought situation in Australia (Sarc).

I can’t post a picture here of the Bureau of Meteorology rainfall deficiency map for 2021 to date but the map needs to be seen to be understood.
    http://www.bom.gov.au/climate/maps/rainfall/?variable=rainfall&map=drought&period=10month&region=nat&year=2021&month=10&day=31

Each of these big nasty dark red areas could be presented as justification for “urgent action” but there are none. The long hot dry part of the synchronisations of our various natural cycles is over until they eventually but temporarily again combine to bring it back as they have for the entire history of the country so far. Long flat trend lines looking silly and falling into terminal confusion. They just don’t work when the data contains assorted long period cycles but people are so easily fooled.

There is not enough evaporation to create rainfalls that we hope. Oceans might be too cold.

      60

      • #

There is certainly enough rainfall to keep the grass growing too fast to mow it here. I think evaporation would not entirely depend on temperature but wind speed, water salinity, biota content at the surface, plankton/DMS reactions to UV light, cosmic ray cloud nucleation, prior rainfall, deep ocean currents, etc etc.

Sure. Can you model all of these overlapping cross-dependent contributing factors? We need numbers to quantify this part of the climate system.

Ocean temperature is almost constant. Half of all the ocean evaporation comes from water between 24 and 28C. Water above 29C has net precipitation because monsoon kicks in at 29C and limits surface temperature to an absolute maximum of 32C and 30C annual average.

The amount of net ocean evaporation is tightly linked to the difference in sunlight over land and water. Heat is ALWAYS transported from oceans and released over land as the atmospheric water pricipitates.

There is a very slight downward trend in total global river run-off because the sunlight over water is decreasing while the sunlight over land is increasing. This is a result of the Earth’s orbital precession as perihelion moves later than the austral summer solstice. As the water cycle slows down, the ocean surface actually gets warmer as less cool water is being drawn upward from the deep ocea.

Right now, perihelion occurs in January and that is the month that most energy is absorbed at the ocean surface to produce evaporation. The land is at its coldest so there is tremendpus transfer of water from ocean. to land: notably the amazon main forest, PNG, northern Australia. Malaysia, Indonesia and the Congo. The atmospheric water is a minimum because the water cycle is very fast. There entire atmospheric water volume is turned over 1.2 times in just January. This equates to 63mm of rainfall average across all land.

In July, the ocean surface and land surface are almost the same temperature and the transfer of water from ocean to land is at its lowest. The ocean temperature reaches its maximum as the water cycle slows down and the atmospheric water also reaches a maximum because the convergence of ocean air to land is reduced.

‘They just don’t work when the data contains assorted long period cycles …’

They don’t acknowledge that climate cycles are still relevant, this will come back to haunt them.

As the PDO drifts back to negative its a certainty that temperatures will fall through La Nina conditions.

    Latest COVID Pfizer treatment

    https://www.cnbc.com/2021/11/05/pfizer-says-its-covid-pill-with-hiv-drug-cuts-the-risk-of-hospitalization-or-death-by-89percent.html

        Former NIH researcher

The year the world got OCD. A few years before Covid hit the world, I had a young patient in treatment for obsessive compulsive disorder. He was very afraid of infecting other people and this controlled his whole life. He isolated himself in his home and would shop late when the supermarket was almost empty. He kept distance to people and was extremely careful not to touch merchandise that he was not going to buy.
He spent a lot of time washing his hands, often covered his mouth to not infect others and avoided touching surfaces and door handles. Sounds familiar? He was diagnosed with serious OCD and was very handicapped by his disorder.

Now we are training young and old to behave like him. This may become a bigger problem than any of the medical problems from Covid.

OCD is a serious handicapping anxiety disorder. This may explain why so many are willing to take the vaccine despite the scary statistics.
One OCD patient destroyed the skin on her hands because she felt the need to wash them with almost boiling water to get clean enough.

Authorities are inducing OCD in order to scare people into to being vaccinated. Nobody knows the consequences of this psychologically in the long run

A pill, probably very expensive, was always their next step.

The good thing about this new pill (& Merck’s repurposed molnupiravir) is that it further undermines the “we have to vaccinate our way out of this” meme. Of course it does require logical thought to reach the conclusion that mass vaccination is a hopeless strategy but at least it gives more food for thought

The Merck pill puts a synthetic amino acid into the viral RNA as it reproduces- pray it doesn’t do the same to your RNA as well!

The Pfizer pill permanently disables a protease that chops the viral protein into active pieces. While not involving genetics at all, just pray it doesn’t bind to some human protease and stop it working as well.

I’d say they’re being rushed through under emergency again as both companies know their vaccines are shit. They will be launched as a simple replacement for a vaccine that people can buy themselves…

My wife’s boss (Singapore, early 50’s, fit and healthy) had his third injection this week… registered to have Pfizer for the third time since no adverse reactions after the first two.

However, his doctor wouldn’t allow it and gave him Astrazenica instead at half the normal dosage. This really surprised him but more concerning, strictly no exercise advised for two weeks.

I agree KP, these pills will be the next stage of the rollout; no 4th, 5th phase vaccine shots?

    Hi Jo,
a couple of interesting online articles –

First is about Western Australia and claims that even with ‘no covid’ that hospitals are being overwhelmed…. asks the question if vaccine related adverse reactions are the cause?

Second is about Scotland and a rise in excess mortality, 24% above normal, shown as unattributed cause of death. The rise mirrors age groups as they are vaccinated…. a professor of biology asks if these deaths are non-attributed vaccine deaths?

Any thoughts or other info from anyone ?

Interesting sidebar on the anti-methane promise made by over 100 countries at COP26. This from the green Climate Home News:

“Australia’s decision not to sign is thought to be a concession to the junior coalition partner in government. The National Party’s leader has said a 30% reduction in methane emissions would devastate the beef, feedlot, dairy and coal mining industries.”

Sounds like the National Party is pretty skeptical. If so then maybe there is one party to vote for!

Considerations regarding consent in vaccinating children and adolescents between 6 and 17 years old.

The UN WHO’s way around consent for the kiddies.

Assent refers to the process of children’s and
    adolescents’ participation in the decision-making
on vaccination (or other medical interventions).
Assent is not regulated in law like consent, and
is sometimes referred to as a moral obligation

At last we can watch a debate between Benny Peiser of the GWPF and Gavin Schmidt of NASA and they cover COP 26, extreme weather events, renewables , future of countries’ pledges etc, etc.
Gavin Schmidt is a joke and he opens with more yapping about how co2 is causing all these extreme weather events etc and how cheap TOXIC ruinables are today. AGAIN the DATA shows deaths from EXTREME weather events have dropped by 95% over the last 100 years.
Benny Peiser wipes the floor with his claims and explains what a disaster they’ve been for the UK and the EU and if Ruinables were any good and so cheap China, India and the developing countries wouldn’t be building many hundreds of coal plants and ongoing into the future.
This is unique and is just 15 minutes but at last we can understand why NASA’s so called top maths guru usually runs and hides. Big mistake for him this time and he definitely made a fool of himself.

The following is my transcript of the closing statement from Benny Peiser – director of the Global Warming Policy Foundation (excuse any errors), from Neville’s link:

The problem the west, the greens and the climate activists have is that they’ve basically made a huge mistake by believing that you can solve the problem of CO2 emissions with renewables. The problem is that the world is looking at the countries with a high level of renewables and they are seeing all sorts of problems – whether it’s rising energy prices, whether it’s instable (sic) national grids or blackouts.
If, and it’s a big if, these kinds of claims like “it’s one minute to doomsday” and “we’re facing extinction” – if that were true, governments would take policies where you could actually produce energy reliably and cost-effectively and take the public with you.
Give up on renewables, go for nuclear, go for low carbon natural gas, and then you can decarbonise – you cannot decarbonise the economy with renewables – that is what the world is realising now”.

If an economy is to go fully decarbonised, (all domestic, commercial and industrial/manufacturing, rail, road, trucks, heavy construction equipment, farm machinery etc etc), a truly reliable and cost-effective power grid is the first requirement.

with a high level of renewables and they are seeing all sorts of problems

“renewables” only has one problem – that is using the term renewable as interchangeable with intermittent wind and solar. These forms of power generation are unsustainable using present technology.

There is an immense gap in the technology needed to turn intermittent generation into something sustainable.

If this dtug, Paxlovid, worked as claimed I bet it will be banned or restricted in Australia.

Even though it is an offering from beloved Big Pharma, it would interfere with Australian Government policies of vaccinating everyone and creating a multi-tier society with “privileges” such as the ability to work, trade, go to public places or travel for the vaxxed.

One reason for banning Ivermectin was also not that it didn’t work but its use would discourage people being vaccinated.

A multi-class society with “priviliged” and “untermenschen” plus the Leftist Elites controlling it all is part of the globalist agenda which Australia has swallowed hook, line and sinker. Few countries are as committed to the globalists as Australia is aa we can see from COP26 and the extreme lockdown and control measures Australia has adopted for COVID.

Covid: Pfizer says antiviral pill 89% effective in high-risk cases

By Jim Reed and Philippa RoxbyBBC News

    5 November 2021, 11:42 GMT

A pill to treat Covid developed by the US company Pfizer cuts the risk of hospitalisation or death by 89% in vulnerable adults, clinical trial results suggest.

The drug – Paxlovid – is intended for use soon after symptoms develop in people at high risk of severe disease.

It comes a day after the UK medicines regulator approved a similar treatment from Merck Sharp and Dohme (MSD).

Pfizer says it stopped trials early as the initial results were so positive.

    [..]

The Pfizer drug, known as a protease inhibitor, is designed to block an enzyme the virus needs in order to multiply. When taken alongside a low dose of another antiviral pill called ritonavir, it stays in the body for longer.

Here’s what your favourite Microsoft billionaire has in store for you next.
    https://www.rt.com/news/539398-bill-gates-germ-games-pandemic/
Bill is suggesting that billions of dollars be invested into a global pandemic task force running “germ games” to prepare for future outbreaks or biological attacks, adding that both the US and UK will need to spend “tens of billions” on research and development first.

This research and development, Gates said, would include making vaccines cheaper, obtaining “big factories,” and “eradicating” common colds and the flu.

Significantly, he also stated as part of his justification:

“You know, we didn’t have vaccines that block transmission. We got vaccines that help you with your health, but they only slightly reduced transmission,” he said. “We need a new way of doing the vaccines.”

Bill only has your best interests at heart, just like Pfizer.

    https://www.mdpi.com/1999-4915/13/10/2056/htm

. . . we report that the SARS–CoV–2 spike protein significantly inhibits DNA damage repair, which is required for effective V(D)J recombination in adaptive immunity. Mechanistically, we found that the spike protein localizes in the nucleus and inhibits DNA damage repair by impeding key DNA repair protein BRCA1 and 53BP1 recruitment to the damage site. Our findings reveal a potential molecular mechanism by which the spike protein might impede adaptive immunity and underscore the potential side effects of full-length spike-based vaccines.

. . . our data provide valuable details on the involvement of spike protein subunits in DNA damage repair, indicating that full–length spike–based vaccines may inhibit the recombination of V(D)J in B cells, which is also consistent with a recent study that a full–length spike–based vaccine induced lower antibody titers compared to the RBD–based vaccine.

“Surprisingly, we found the abundance of the spike protein in the nucleus (Figure 1A)”

In figure 2, below, we see that the suppression of NHEJ activity exhibits a dose-dependent response to the presence of spike protein (figures 2B and 2C).

…[L]oss of function of key DNA repair proteins such as ATM, DNA–PKcs, 53BP1, et al., leads to defects in the NHEJ repair which inhibit the production of functional B and T cells, leading to immunodeficiency.

    [In other words, vaccine-induced AIDS]

DNA damage repair, especially NHEJ repair, is essential for V(D)J recombination, which lies at the core of B and T cell immunity.

Hence the proliferation of patients with degenerative health effects filling the hospitals????

    Back to the article.

The horrifying upshot of this finding is that people who have taken mRNA vaccines will experience suppressed DNA repair . . .

In other words, people exposed to 5G radiation, mammography exams, plasticizer chemicals in food products, and carcinogens in personal care products (laundry detergents, perfumes, shampoos, skin lotions, etc.) will be unable to repair the DNA damage caused by those exposures. Following relatively small exposures, they will begin to mutate and develop cancers throughout their bodies.

I really have no idea how predictive this is re the prospective immune deficiency of the vaccinated.I do know that of my 4 “nearest & dearest” who have been vaccinated, one (the most vulnerable, given her recent health problems) is already showing signs of recurrence of previous health problems. As all of you know, this does not necessarily mean anything conclusive. However, it is enough to cause me considerable concern.

I am wondering about the timing of The Great Reset in 2024 and the reluctance of our Reserve Bank to raise interest rates before then.
Then I look at the unbelievable flood of money being printed around the World, and wonder how hyperinflation could possibly be avoided. The thought comes to me that every communist takeover of a country has been followed by a dictatorship and the currency rapidly becoming worthless (Russia, Cuba, Zimbabwe and Venezuela being examples).
It certainly looks as if our political class are all in favour of dictatorship, although they seem unacquainted with what happens after that. The heirs of Lenin disappeared and Stalin was alone in charge. Hitler had his “night of the long knives” and Che Guevara died an obscure death in Bolivia. Being close to Mao wasn’t conducive to longevity.
I wonder who will come out on top.

    Since records began.

I live within 20 miles of COP26. Should I fear a warming world as they insist? I decided to measure the temperature and how it is changing for myself. I had been galvanised into action by the stirring speeches emanating from COP26 so I went outside at 05.00 this morning to start my new temperature record. -0.2 C. Brrrr. Still, a start to the the records has been made. And later today at 15.00 the temperature was 6.3 C. So a temperature rise of 6.5 C in 10 hours!

    Now that’s warming!!!

It’s the highest temperature rise since records began!!!!

In fact, if it continues like this the temperature will be over 100 C in a week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We’re all going to die!!!!!!!

    Ludicrous? Of course.

But every time I hear the phrase “since records began” I want to know, when did those particular records begin. At what point in the known climatic cycles were the records started? Were there any unusual weather events that affected the start and/or end points? Are we talking about an exceptional geographical area possibly with topographical features that have a high impact on local temperatures? Can the extrapolation be justified? And more….

P.S. I didn’t actually go out at 5am. These were the temperatures recorded today at the nearest weather station to my home and yes, I did pick a chilly night to maximise the temperature range…..

Just recently, I obtained a copy of The Art of War, often attributed to an author named Sun Tzu. The edition I have is a paperback, and the translation is by S. B. Griffith, with a foreword by Capt. B. Liddell Hart. It is heavily annotated, and in addition to the text of Sun’s book, it also has a great deal of supplementary information, including a biography, of sorts, of Sun Tzu, and a complete chapter on Mao Tse Tung (as he was known when I was growing up). According to this text, Mao was a ‘ … great admirer … ‘ of this work, often using it to great effect during the Civil War that drove the Nationalists to the island of Taiwan.

So what’s the link to Australia/NZ today? I’m glad you asked. As I’ve been reading through, I came across some interesting thoughts that Sun had, and as I’ve been watching and reading and studying what is happening to our good Australian friends, and our New Zealand friends, (for those who might not know, I live in Casper, Wyoming), Sun had some interesting thoughts on governance, and not just war. Conveniently, Mao was able to, … … … disregard? … Sun’s advice on governing, and it would seem that modern-day governing bodies have found some reason to ‘look the other way’ when it comes to the welfare of their citizenry.

This is a distillation, summary, and paraphrase of several paragraphs, mostly commentary on Sun Tzu’s thoughts regarding governance. IF there is a misinterpretation of Sun’s thoughts, it is mine alone, and no one else’s:

The very first imperative of any government is that it governs with a strong devotion to benefit the citizenry, through benevolence and welfare [welfare meaning improving their lives, and not giving ‘free handouts’]. Any government which routinely engages in oppression will earn the disdain of the masses and find itself unsupported when/if conflict emerges. The people must be on the side of the government, and they will be if and only if the government is on the side of the people.

He elaborated later that harmony between the leaders and the led is only possible if there is a sense of justice in governance, and the people have confidence in what the leadership is doing. He again mentions the primacy of benevolence on the part of the governing powers; if what you are doing is not to the benefit of the citizenry, no matter how ‘righteous’ it may seem, the citizenry will not feel a sense of ownership of what the leaders are doing.

Unlike many young people, I think I had a classical education, as upon reading these (extensive) paragraphs, all I could think of was John Locke and the ‘social contract’. It made me wonder if Locke might have had a look at some early translation of Sun Tzu, or if perhaps Locke came up with these similar ideas independently. I’ve never heard or read that Locke studied Sun Tzu, so any enlightenment upon this question would be welcomed by me.

Sad to see that throughout the Western world, our leaders have abrogated this simple precept, that their primary job is to benefit their citizens, and not oppress them, or enrichen themselves at the expense of the citizens.

I welcome your comments and other thoughts; these are just the ramblings of an old greybeard, trying to stay afloat in what was once a Republic, but now needs to be looked at through the prism of bananas.

My Regards to all, wishing peace, prosperity, and good health to you and yours,

    Vlad

Those ideas of Sun Tzu relating to government, and the ideas of John Locke are related to, and derived from Confucius.

There is another view of the role of government that does not rely on the good judgement of politicians and leaders-
to enforce contracts freely entered into,
      to protect borders,
      and little else.

Giving government powers to run our everyday lives such as enforcing what medications we have to take, when and if we can leave our homes, what work we do, all for own good, is the exact opposite.

Agreed; Sun Tzu was influenced by Confucius. There are references therein this edition of his famous work.

It took me by surprise (remember: I’m reading this for the first time; I’d heard of it many times, but until this fell into my hands, had not read it). I had expected most or all of it to be ‘doctrine’ and ‘tactics’.

No matter how passionately one pretends,

    Well, well, well…

    https://summit.news/2021/11/04/italian-institute-of-health-drastically-reduces-its-official-covid-death-toll-number/#disqus_thread

The Italian Higher Institute of Health has drastically reduced the country’s official COVID death toll number by over 97 per cent after changing the definition of a fatality to someone who died from COVID rather than with COVID.

Italian newspaper Il Tempo reports that the Institute has revised downward the number of people who have died from COVID rather than with COVID from 130,000 to under 4,000.

“Yes, you read that right. Turns out 97.1% of deaths hitherto attributed to Covid were not due directly to Covid,” writes Toby Young.

Of the of the 130,468 deaths registered as official COVID deaths since the start of the pandemic, only 3,783 are directly attributable to the virus alone.

    100

    • #
      Brenda Spence

The Institute’s new definition of a COVID death means that COVID has killed fewer people in Italy than (whisper it) the average bout of seasonal flu.

If a similar change were made by other national governments, the official COVID death toll would be cut by a margin of greater than 90 per cent.

Don’t expect many others to follow suit though, given that governments have invested so much of their authority in hyping the the threat posed by the virus.

Italy has reduced its covid death toll from 130,468 to 3783, which are directly attributable to the virus alone. This number is less than a normal flu season.

Over 75 known cases in the last 5 months

We have compiled a list of the known cases over the past few months. It is most likely incomplete. It includes many dead – and some who developed severe heart problems but fortunately survived. From the gut one could say that there is a lot of evidence that there will be a noticeable accumulation in 2021. But why….

Is China still attacking The World???

Why else would they tell the masses to stockpile food? Their population is so huge this could cause major disruption of supply chains worldwide as food is diverted to satisfy Chinese demand. The desperately poor Chinese who could not afford to eat with the new prices would be collateral damage, something/nothing. The disruption elsewhere would be worth it.

After 20 months of panic-driven, rewriting of pandemic policy, who can we trust?

This is how Public Health Scotland define Vaccination Status:

Individuals are listed as unvaccinated if there is no vaccination record linked to their unique CHI identifier at the time of analysis. Vaccination status is taken at date of specimen for COVID-19 cases, acute hospital admissions, or death and assigned to number of doses according to the case definitions described below.
COVID-19 vaccination status is defined as per the following:

Unvaccinated: An individual that has had no doses of COVID-19 vaccine and has
tested positive for COVID-19 by PCR or has had one dose of COVID-19 vaccine and
has tested positive less than or equal to 21 days after their 1st dose of COVID-19
    vaccine.
Dose 1: An individual that has had one dose of COVID-19 vaccine and has tested
positive for COVID-19 by PCR more than 21 days after their 1st dose of COVID-19
vaccine or less than or equal to 14 days after their second dose of COVID-19 vaccine.
Dose 2: An individual that has had two doses of COVID-19 vaccine and has tested
positive for COVID-19 by PCR more than 14 days after their 2nd dose of COVID-19
    vaccine.”

Leaving aside vaccines for the moment, think about new medications in general: imagine you were evaluating a “new miracle drug” for safety; and you decided that any adverse events in the first 3 weeks, would be regarded as nothing to do with your new drug — effectively, counting those sufferers as belonging to the Control/Placebo group.

Does that sound like HONESTY? … or does it sound like CHEATING?

By the way, these “dodgy definitions” are used in more than one country — who decided that? … Pfizer?
Funny how the PTB from country to country, manage to read from the same script…

(** Anyone know if previous vaccines used the same definitions?)

Lucky , it’s a totally different situtation with the flu. Most people don’t get tested, so they “guesstimate” what the true toll is. Flu can also increase heart attacks and strokes (though nothing like the magnitude of Covid instigated heart attacks and strokes). They call this estimate of the flu-deaths and flu instigated deaths the flu “burden”

Real diagnosed deaths in the US vary from 3000 to 15000 pa. The estimated burden can be up to 60,000 a year.

Has anyone seen this before? I certainly hadnt!

It’s being touted as “climate action in your pocket”, and the Doconomy site says “Our non-plastic, biodegradable DO card tracks the CO2 emissions generated from our transactions and then displays that data through a simple app.” The site goes on to say that this is a partnership not only with credit giant Mastercard but under the authority of the United Nations as well. Then they drop the ‘other shoe’ as the old saying goes. Your credit gets cut off when you reach your ‘carbon limit’. To effectively reduce the climate crisis, we have to make behavioural changes with high impact. DO Black is a, not yet launched, credit card that helps us calculate our climate spending, but it also comes with a monthly tCO2e limit, ensuring that we stick to the UN-2030-recommended cuts in carbon.

A food crisis is very likely. How we get there is indeterminate at the moment but one could easily come up with a number of scenarios. I find it ironic that the whole Western world is focusing on climate change and the only “solution” they can come up with is to commit economic suicide, yet they are ignoring so many far more serious issues developing right under our noses. Stupid is as stupid does, or perhaps it’s all deliberate. My take on it thus far is our political leaders are just clueless puppets who are being coerced by various means from a group of evil rich elites, some of whom are well known, who want to become ever richer and gain power over all of us.

      20

Ian – kangaroos (and feral pigs) have the Q Virus, which is quite a deadly virus.

Apparently, you can also be vaccinated for it – but it also has some horrible adverse reactions, so that, once again, the “cure” is worse than the disease! I know people who have been vaccinated against it, bit I certainly wouldn’t be.

I don’t have great objections to the roos on our property, but I won’t have them in my garden.

    30

    • #
      beowulf

Q Fever is caused by a bacterium, not a virus. Your cattle, sheep and goats can easily carry it, along with, less commonly, dogs and cats. Feral cats are a known host, as are camels, but you probably don’t have many camels on your place.

Farmers can pick up Q Fever by inhaling contaminated dust in yards, from urine or milk, or especially from handling birthing by-products of infected animals, like afterbirth or splashing yourself with amniotic fluid while pulling a calf. Take care when you’re doing that.

The disease is very disabling and used to be the scourge of abattoir workers. It has a roughly similar effect to brucellosis or leptospirosis if you’re familiar with those nasties.

Reactions are severe in those with pre-existing immunity if vaxxed. They do a blood test and a skin test for existing immunity and screen those to be vaccinated before they will do the jab. It’s a non-live vax, so you’re more likely to react to the egg protein in the vax, and it’s not done in a production line like a COVID vax.

      50

    • #
      Tel

Q fever survives as spores in the soil and when the weather is dry, with a bit of wind behind it, the dust can travel long distances while still being contagious in very small quantities. As mentioned above, it’s not a virus, but an unusual bacteria that produces spores during the lifecycle.

For some strange reason, it hits middle aged men worse than other people.

      10

      • #

Oh dear, Biden doubles down on his party trick.

The Duchess of Cornwall has reportedly been telling close associates President Joe Biden made his own contribution to global supplies of natural gas when he farted “loudly” in front of her at the Glasgow COP26 climate conference.

Camilla was apparently blown away by the smelly incident and “hasn’t stopped talking about it” since: “It was long and loud and impossible to ignore,” an insider told the Mail on Sunday.

      🙂
Undoubtedly he is the ultimate intended insult to the American nation.
Thank you Klaus, George S, Billy Gates and others.

At another level, that’s just Prince Charles’ associates getting what they deserve.

Finally there are multiple anti virials to treat covid, in people who’s body do not function ‘normally’ because they severely Vit D deficient. Hopefully this will stop the madness of forced vaccinations every 6 months.

The at risk people (dark skin people, people who are obese, have type 2 diabetes (caused by the Vit D deficiency) or pregnant and hence more Vit D deficient as Vit D deficiency is mass dependent and pregnant women share their Vit D with their baby), who are all severely Vit D deficient, do not produce an adequate immune response to covid.

Regeneron reports COVID-19 antibody cocktail reduced infection risk by 82% for 8 months

    https://www.pharmaceutical-technology.com/news/who-regeneron-antibody-cocktail/

WHO recommends use of Regeneron’s Covid-19 antibody drug cocktail, 27 Sep 2021
The development is based on a British trial in 9,000 subjects, in which the antibody cocktail lowered mortality in hospitalised patients.

    About REGN-COV2
REGN-COV2 is a combination of two monoclonal antibodies (REGN10933 and REGN10987) and was designed specifically to block infectivity of SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19.
To develop REGN-COV2, Regeneron scientists evaluated thousands of fully-human antibodies produced by the company’s VelocImmune® mice, which have been genetically modified to have a human immune system, as well as antibodies identified from humans who have recovered from COVID-19. The two potent, virus-neutralizing antibodies that form REGN-COV2 bind non-competitively to the critical receptor binding domain of the virus’s spike protein, which diminishes the ability of mutant viruses to escape treatment and protects against spike variants that have arisen in the human population, as detailed in Science. Preclinical studies have shown that REGN-COV2 reduced the amount of virus and associated damage in the lungs of non-human primates.

    Hi Jo,

Apparently Japan is rejecting Big Pharma, and will be using Ivermectin instead – see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TVc3cHWMlgI

Interesting. Thank you. It’s a little too overloaded with political hype. I think it would reach more people if it was just straight talking science, but it’s a good pointer. Can anyone find the paper trail to show this is true? If so, it is a great message to spread.

Snopes is a good place to start – https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/japan-ivermectin-covid-vaccine/

They generally disagree. However, the wording isn’t conclusive. From what I remember, the claim is that Japan is rejecting “Pfizer”, and in the Snopes rebuttal state “As of this writing, three vaccines were available in Japan: Comirnaty (previously Pfizer), Moderna, and AstraZeneca.”

    What this is missing is:

    – “Pfizer is still sold / not sold”
    – “The vaccines are available, but Japan are/are-not buying more”

So unfortunately Snopes is not conclusive enough about this one.

Also, I wonder about this one too “https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/pfizermectin-covid-drug/”

Titled: ‘Pfizermectin’? Is Pfizer’s New Drug Just Ivermectin in Disguise?

I feel from that article that Pfizer isn’t answering the question. Now it’s quite likely that Pfizer has not copied the Ivermectin compound at all, but if that’s the case then why not state that?

It’s possible that PF-07321332 is only a slight modification of Ivermectin.

A good example of this is with Hayfever tablets. Have a look at the ingredients from the different competitors, they all read to be very “similar” to me (a layperson):

    – Zirtec = cetirizine OR cetirizine HCl (Hydrochloride)
    – Telfast = fexofenadine OR fexofenadine hydrochloride
    – Demazin = Loratadine
    – Claratyne = Loratadine
    – Chemists’ own = Desloratadine

Desloratadine and Loratadine seem similar to me. At the chemical level they MAY all be VERY similar, or there might be 2 groups of compounds that are similar.

Ultimately, it will be interesting to find out the chemistry of PF-07321332 vs Ivermectin, and to hear from a chemist and pharmacist about whether they can be considered “similar”.
