Premature Certification: there were 200,000 more votes than people who voted in Pennsylvania

Pennsylvanians were so keen to vote in 2020 that 202,000 imaginary people voted as well.

Given that Joe Biden “won” by 81,000 votes, this alone turns that to a 121,000 vote loss. How is it that it’s taken nearly two months for this basic information to come out? And why was something so incompetent ever certified?

The 17 lawmakers rather scathingly said:

These numbers just don’t add up, and the alleged certification of Pennsylvania’s presidential election results was absolutely premature, unconfirmed, and in error.

Obviously, the State Legislators need to be de-certifying. But where is the accountability if they don’t?

Be aware, this is not a claim that there were more votes than registered voters, because there are 9,090,962 registered voters in Pennsylvania. There was a 76.5% voter turnout in 2020 according to SURE (the Statewide Uniform Registry of Electors). This is about the number of people recorded as voting on the day.

Presumably someone is working late tonight to find a computer glitch or list of voters left in the boot of their car, whereby 202,000 voters will appear any day now. It was “Just human error”. Or perhaps they can’t be bothered. They could just ring Mark Zuckerberg and Jack Dorsey instead.

Nonetheless, it’s just more fraud piled on fraud. Fraud to the Fourth power, squared.

Pennsylvania Vote count and voters don't match. Table

PA State Representative Russ Diamond explains

HARRISBURG – A group of state lawmakers performing extensive analysis of election data today revealed troubling discrepancies between the numbers of total votes counted and total number of voters who voted in the 2020 General Election, and as a result are questioning how the results of the presidential election could possibly have been certified by Secretary of the Commonwealth Kathy Boockvar and Governor Tom Wolf. These findings are in addition to prior concerns regarding actions by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Secretary, and others impacting the conduct of the election.

A comparison of official county election results to the total number of voters who voted on November 3, 2020 as recorded by the Department of State shows that 6,962,607 total ballots were reported as being cast, while DoS/SURE system records indicate that only 6,760,230 total voters actually voted. Among the 6,962,607 total ballots cast, 6,931,060 total votes were counted in the presidential race, including all three candidates on the ballot and write-in candidates.

The difference of 202,377 more votes cast than voters voting, together with the 31,547 over- and under-votes in the presidential race, adds up to an alarming discrepancy of 170,830 votes, which is more than twice the reported statewide difference between the two major candidates for President of the United States. On November 24, 2020, Boockvar certified election results, and Wolf issued a certificate of ascertainment of presidential electors, stating that Vice President Joe Biden received 80,555 more votes than President Donald Trump.

The Press Release from the Pennsylvanian lawmakers :

“We were already concerned with the actions of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Executive branch, and election officials in certain counties contravening and undermining the Pennsylvania Election Code by eliminating signature verification, postmarks, and due dates while allowing the proliferation of drop boxes with questionable security measures and the unauthorized curing of ballots, as well as the questionable treatment of poll watchers, all of which created wholesale opportunities for irregularities in the 2020 presidential election.

However, we are now seeing discrepancies on the retail level which raise even more troubling questions regarding irregularities in the election returns. These findings call into question the accuracy of the SURE system, consistency in the application of the Pennsylvania Election Code from county to county, and the competency of those charged with oversight of elections in our Commonwealth.

These numbers just don’t add up, and the alleged certification of Pennsylvania’s presidential election results was absolutely premature, unconfirmed, and in error.

There were also a significant 31,547 over- and under-votes in the presidential race in Pennsylvania.

Is this an indicator of ballot box “stuffing” in the traditional sense, or of widespread multiple voting by individuals?

The first is a classic method of voting fraud, and has been highlighted in many different articles. What systems are in place to prevent the second, and how is it identified in the US system?

Harmless I thought –but the very low approval, 3/13 of votes cast, suggests the audience isn’t ready for such flippancy at 1.1.

That’s the most succinct exposition of the fraud we’ll ever get.

In previous presidential elections counting only stopped when a candidate reached the electoral college majority and yet five states simultaneously suspended operations before that whistle blew.

How much longer can this travesty continue?

I have no desire to be an electoral Grinch, but if Donald Trump wished to stop Joe Biden getting away with serious election fraud, he had to nail 2-3 churning / overturning court cases by now, and he has not.

The Congressional Joint Session is not going to be the place where there will be any overturning of the election and the counting of state slates – unless I am wildly mistaken.

It is a formality, and not an environment for late-stage political power-plays.

A Simple Test for the Extent of Vote Fraud with Absentee Ballots in the 2020 Presidential Election: Georgia and Pennsylvania Data

      25 Pages Posted: 29 Dec 2020

      John R. Lott
      US Department of Justice

      Date Written: December 21, 2020

      Abstract

This study provides measures of vote fraud in the 2020 presidential election. It first compares Fulton county’s precincts that are adjacent to similar precincts in neighboring counties that had no allegations of fraud to isolate the impact of Fulton county’s vote-counting process (including potential fraud). In measuring the difference in President Trump’s vote share of the absentee ballots for these adjacent precincts, we account for the difference in his vote share of the in-person voting and the difference in registered voters’ demographics. The best estimate shows an unusual 7.81% drop in Trump’s percentage of the absentee ballots for Fulton County alone of 11,350 votes, or over 80% of Biden’s vote lead in Georgia. The same approach is applied to Allegheny County in Pennsylvania for both absentee and provisional ballots. The estimated number of fraudulent votes from those two sources is about 55,270 votes.

Second, vote fraud can increase voter turnout rate. Increased fraud can take many forms: higher rates of filling out absentee ballots for people who hadn’t voted, dead people voting, ineligible people voting, or even payments to legally registered people for their votes.

Concerns over fraud with absentee ballots is not something limited to Republicans in the United States. Indeed, many European countries have voting rules stricter to prevent fraud than what we have in the United States.1For example, 74% entirely ban absentee voting for citizens who live in their country. Another 6% allow it, but have very restrictive rules, such as limiting it to those in the military or are in a hospital, and they require evidence that those conditions are met. Another 15% allow absentee ballots but require that one has to present a photo voter ID to acquire it. Thirty-five percent of European countries completely ban absentee ballots for even those living outside their country. The pattern is similar for developed countries.

Many of these countries have learned the hard way about what happens when mail-in ballots aren’t secured. They have also discovered how hard it is to detect vote buying when both those buying and selling the votes have an incentive to hide the exchange.

France banned mail-in voting in 1975 because of massive fraud in Corsica, where postal ballots were stolen or bought and voters cast multiple votes. Mail-in ballots were used to cast the votes of dead people

A Simple Test for the extent of Vote Fraud with Absentee Ballots in the 2020 Presidential Election: Georgia and Pennsylvania Data

        John R. Lott, Jr., Ph.D.

P6/25 – In layman’s terms, in precincts with alleged fraud, Trump’s proportion of absentee votes was depressed – even when such precincts had similar in-person Trump vote shares to their surrounding countries. The fact that the shift happens only in absentee ballots, and when a country line is crossed, is suspicious.

This can also not be explained by the general shift in which Democrats were more likely to vote absentee, because the precincts being compared are matched up by location (differing primarily in terms of which side of the county line they lie on) and thus expected to be very similar. This study goes further and controls for demographic variables, to account for any differences that might still exist. Georgia collects information on registered voters’ racial and gender demographics by precinct. Table 3 accounts for the differences in the adjacent precincts by replacing the change in the in-person difference in Trump’s share of the votes with detailed demographic information.

P7/25 – There are concerns about vote counting in DeKalb county, but there are no Republican counties adjacent to it for me to use in a test. However, with 128,007 absentee ballots cast for the two major-party candidates in DeKalb, a similar 5.84 percentage point swing for Biden would account for another 7,482 votes. Together this margin in DeKalb and Fulton would more than account for Biden’s winning vote share. Indeed, their total of 15,762 would be larger than Biden’s certified win.

        P15/25 – V. Conclusion

The precinct level estimates for Georgia and Pennsylvania indicate that vote fraud may account for Biden’s win in both states. The voter turnout rate data also indicates that there are significant excess votes in Arizona, Michigan, Nevada, and Wisconsin as well. While the problems shown here are large, there are two reasons to believe that they are underestimates: 1) the estimates using precinct level data assume that there is no fraud occurring with in-person voting and 2) the voter turnout estimates do not account for ballots for the opposing candidate that are lost, destroyed, or replaced with ballots filled out for the other candidate

        An Excellent and Detailed Summary!

The non-partisan observer – such as I am – has to ask the question. If all (or even some) of this analysis is accurate, and can’t be explained away by officials, why hasn’t Team Trump been able to present it all and win an overturning court case?

We are a few days from the Congressional Joint Session where Joe Biden will be formally endorsed, and there is so far nothing that is going to interrupt that fairly straightforward process. What am I missing here?

      mf,

Is it the topic, US 2020 Election that you disagree with? Or Do you disagree with the basic concept that if one candidate….

Gets too many honest votes. The other candidate cannot win by adding just fake votes because the resultant, would be more votes counted, in a state, than registered voters… A candidate that must cheat to ‘win’ must subtract honest from the other candidate votes ….. which is practically more difficult than adding fake votes.

Trump got his votes in Pennsylvania honestly. The problem was Trump got so many honest votes…. There was no room for Biden to cheat. Therefore, when Biden got fake illegal votes the total

Honest Trump Votes + Honest Biden Votes + Illegal Biden Votes = More than the number of registered voters in Pennsylvania.

The piles and piles of independent evidence of comical, over the top 2020 US election fixing is not the issue. The issue is the US system is so corrupt and dominated by the rogue Dem party, the US system is did not take action. The events in 2020 are going to all be resolved Jan. 12th.

It is not over to its over. I believe the Chinese got carried away and they got caught.

The 2020 US election results will not be accepted in congress. There will be a filibuster. And then there is going to be some heated discussions about the new covid ‘cure’.

I have also heard something about biological tampering/control of candidates. High level stuff, sneaky.

On or before Jan. 12th, there will be a US Milt public announcement about the origins of covid and a CIA plot to directly interfere in the 2020 US election.

I would guess, if what I heard is correct, Biden and Pelosi are going to leave the US for China for asylum, before the US Milt’s announcement.

This is the only part I can usefully comment on.

There cannot be any filibuster. If there is a written objection to any state’s electoral slate at the Joint Session (and it must include both a Rep and a Senator) then the two chambers separate, debate, and vote, all within a maximum of two hours.

The framers of the legislation governing these procedures deliberately wrote out the possibility of any filibuster.

As for the other stuff, I will wager a Violet Crumble and a Cherry Ripe that both Joe Biden and Nancy Pelosi will be at the Inauguration on 20 January. Do we have a bet? 🙂

However, if you are correct, then the American experiment in self government will be over, and Oligarchy has won.

As I have said previously, I don’t have any skin in this game, snacking high up the food chain here in Melbourne.

However I am fascinated by the governance that is used (or abused) in the US. I guess what I find most disturbing is that it looks like football without any rules. For a decent society to operate, both sides need to believe in the democratic process, and sometimes your side will be in power, and sometimes not.

But most of all, that the opposition is legitimate – not traitors or devils or worse.

I trust there is no “civil war” – and it seems to me that Trump has a big role to play here. If he comes out on 20 Jan and accepts the Biden presidency, and then works to win the 2024 election – either for himself or another candidate – it seems to me that would be a good outcome.

If he stokes the flames for the next four years, then that is less good. And while some Americans like to call it “an experiment”, it’s getting fairly venerable after 230 years.

I think America could do well to properly re-visit and reform how elections are conducted, to restore widespread faith in the process – that would be a good experiment!

The issue is that the other side is not refuting the claims, they are simply trying to deny them while being aided and abetted by the MSM and the tech giants. It still astounds me that a private company as the temerity to censor the President and this action alone does not get the media up in arms. Nor does the use of spurious “fact checkers” with vested interest in ensuring that the facts are disproved if they counter the narrative that Biden won fairly.

Where there is smoke, there is generally fire, and at the moment there is a lot of smoke and I fear the resulting fire will have grave ramifications for the USA.

Never, to my knowledge, has an election been so widely disputed. If everything was above board as the Democrats allege why do they continually stifle reasonable requests to do forensic audits. It cannot be a cost thing because the Trump team offered to pay for them. In my 75 years if someone denies access to public records it always means something dodgy has been happening and they are guilty. It would be so simple to open the books, allow the machines to be inspected and prove categorically that the election was fair and accurate and the counting was scrupulous. I do understand that in their elections many items are being voted upon on the one sheet of paper. That makes the use of scanners a practical solution. There is absolutely no need to have them connected to the web. At the end of counting the numbers are phoned or emailed to the County/State for collation. Obviously the CEO of Dominion is a liar because if the machines are not connected to the web they cannot be manipulated and manipulation is their reason for being.

but surely the response must be ‘this is an ad hominem claim’ : either say where what is said is wrong, and please be specific, or if you are just offerring unreferenced criticism it will most likely be ignored – , and if commenting/contesting please provide a reference – so others can check your claim –

the mushroom technique of debate is not the standard we aspire to

we want light and open discussion and it to be ideally polite & respectful & aimed at working out what our differences are, rather than moving further us apart and lobbing increasingly incendiary claims : do we all want truth ? apparently not : question is how can those pursuing truth deal effectively with those of bad faith whose aim is just to delay, obfuscate and frustrate investigation (all these issues re debate are issues also in the Climate, Trans, and other debates) :

“Mathematician Bobby Piton Finds More Than 500,000 Unique Last Names in Pennsylvania: ‘Sophisticated State Actor Was Able to Optimize Desired Outcome’ ”

“Piton revealed this weekend that he examined just over 9 million records in Pennsylvania and has identified 521,879 unique last names.

that person who wrote that article is somewhat confused:

In other words, these people have no parents, siblings, aunts, uncles or cousins who share the same last name (phantom voters).

245,033 or just under 47% of the total last names in Pennsylvania belong to ONE and ONLY ONE PERSON!

245,033 is still a lot of singletons.

Is it necessarily the case that the second paragraph follows from the first? There might well be 500K unique surnames, but with nine million people, each name might be held by about 18 people on average.

I may be misreading it, but “unique” in the first instance means different to all others – is there a necessary implication that each is held by only one person?

Compared to the moronic, childish, uninformed comments that fill the other sites with loud background noise, this one seems to attract a more mature readership. I visit sites as much to read the comments of the other readers as I do to read the articles. I have read about the extra votes in PA on one other site. Was it a count of people who turned up at the polling stations plus those who requested absentee votes?

    • #
      Mike Jonas

Yes, I wondered how they came up with ‘the number of people recorded as voting on the day’. I understand that many postal voting forms were sent out unsolicited, so it doesn’t seem possible to know how many people voted, other than by counting the number of postal votes actually received. Are they saying that the number of votes was greater than votes-in-person plus postal-votes-received?

      • #
        Andre Thomas Lewis

A lot of the fraud was probably post in ballots sent by the same people who also voted in person, plus the same ballot being run through the voting register machines multiple times. That can happen in any election and possible in a few cased by accident but the sheer number of duplications/false ballots in the 2020 election has to have been organised cheating.

You have to assume ballots cast is walk ins + return envelopes.
Perhaps the small number of people tasked with counting 200,000 votes at 4 AM, filled the number in the ballots cast column.
But were so hard press they forgot to cross the matching number of people off the roll.

Not sure, but one thing is the voter list. When someone votes, his/her name is ticked from the list. Doesn’t matter (or shouldn’t matter) if by person or by mail. This creates the “voters who voted” number.

This usually doesn’t match the number of ballots casted by a small percentage. This can be attributed to human error (the official forgot to tick the list) or small scale voter fraud/irregularity. Usually it is so small that it’s impossible to change the outcome.

Things are different when the discrepancy is so large. This is a 3% difference. It would pay to check how past elections turned out. It might be that a 3% difference is usual (although I doubt it were ever greater than 1%).

There is more and more evidence coming to light to show that the election was stolen. Mainly thanks to Jo we know about it.
Today’s post is about the excess votes in Pennsylvania. These matters are the province of the Courts and will be heard eventually on the condition that Trump gets inaugurated.

Right now something more is needed.

The Emergency Order of 2018 is specifically about foreign interference in the election. Trump needs evidence of that to trigger the provisions of the Emergency Order.
Some of that evidence is now coming to light. It might be just is time.

Situation Update, Dec. 29th – Extensive evidence of foreign interference in the US election is now surfacing
Tuesday, December 29, 2020 by: Mike Adams
    …..

It provides DNI John Ratcliffe more details for his upcoming report of foreign interference in the US election.
It gives members of congress justification to object to the Biden slate of electors on January 6th and elect the Trump slate instead.
It provides President Trump the executive justification he needs to declare the election to be an act of warfare against the United States, triggering a whole series of national defense actions, including invoking military authority to nullify the rigged election.

There are two sides to this story only one of which has been presented. Here’s the other side.

The Pennsylvania Department of State released the following statement in response to the Republicans’ claims:

“In today’s release Rep. Ryan and others rehash, with the same lack of evidence and the same absence of supporting documentation, repeatedly debunked conspiracy theories regarding the November 3 election. State and federal judges have sifted through hundreds of pages of unsubstantiated and false allegations and found no evidence of fraud or illegal voting.

“Now, the legislators have given us another perfect example of the dangers of uninformed, lay analysis combined with a basic lack of election administration knowledge.

“For instance, it is quite common to have significant “undervotes” for down-ballot races in a presidential election, particularly when there isn’t a U.S. Senate race on the ballot. In 2000, Sen. Santorum received 200,000 more votes than President Bush, but the US Senate race still had more than 100,000 fewer votes than the presidential race.

“We are unclear as to what data the legislators used for this most recent “analysis.” But the only way to determine the number of voters who voted in November from the SURE system is through the vote histories. At this time, there are still a few counties that have not completed uploading their vote histories to the SURE system. These counties, which include Philadelphia, Allegheny, Butler and Cambria, would account for a significant number of voters. The numbers certified by the counties, not the uploading of voter histories into the SURE system, determines the ultimate certification of an election by the secretary.

“This obvious misinformation put forth by Rep. Ryan and others is the hallmark of so many of the claims made about this year’s presidential election. When exposed to even the simplest examination, courts at every level have found these and similar conspiratorial claims to be wholly without basis.

“To put it simply, this so-called analysis was based on incomplete data.”

I have high-lighted the major flaw in these continuing stories of election fraud.

                Lucky

Another explanation could be the DoS is sick of comments from those that don’t or choose not to, understand the intricacies of the election. The 17 Republicans who went “shock horror 200,000 extra votes fraud, fraud”, clearly did not realise the significance of the fact not all counties have entered their data into SURE. Their report is worthless as it is based on incorrect data.

              • #
                Ian

Lucky another explanation for the language style could be that those writing the “diatribe” are sick of false criticisms from those with little or no knowledge of the election processes.

The 17 Republican lawmakers who claimed there were 200,000 more votes than the number of voters recorded did not take into account that not all counties have submitted their data to SURE. Their report is therefore worthless as it is based on incomplete data. This display of total incompetence may have e caused some irritation hence the “diatribe”

If the legislators are uninformed it is because the administration does not give them the information they need. Since the legislature is the highest authority in the state it seems ridiculous that they are ignorant of the voting processes since they write the rules. If the rules have been changed by the administration without the authority of the legislature then the current rules lack credibility and are illegal. I feel sure the legislators should just declare the whole election flawed and unable to be certified. I also feel sure a forensic audit by third parties would solve the problem to everyone’s satisfaction. Or would it????????????????

It provides DNI John Ratcliffe more details for his upcoming report of foreign interference in the US election.

It gives members of congress justification to object to the Biden slate of electors on January 6th and elect the Trump slate instead.

I’m finding the whole process fascinating – even dramatic. But trying to stay relatively non-partisan and sober, there are a few wrinkles in this analysis by Mike Adams.

We have yet to see any DNI Report on Chinese, Russian, or any other foreign interference in the 2020 election, and there is little time left. Releasing a damning report just prior to 6 Jan would no doubt be decried by many stakeholders as a political stunt.

I think there is zero chance of the Democrat-majority House voting to replace the certified Joe Biden electoral slates with the uncertified Donald Trump “shadow” electoral slates, in the six swing states.

And judging by the comments from Mitch McConnell (and a few other GOP senators) it seems the Senate might also be less than enthusiastic about going against the legally certified electoral slates.

I think Donald Trump’s best pathway was to win an outcome-changing court case in three states – prior to 6 January – and that now seems highly unlikely.

And the president (any president) doesn’t have the power or authority to declare the election null and void, or “an act of warfare”. The states run presidential elections, and from their (apparent) perspective, they have done it properly and lawfully.

So 6 January could be interesting.

      71

      • #

I am inclined to agree Tilba Tilba. I don’t expect the House nor the Senate to support Trump on Jan 6, even if 2 Million Patriots invade DC.
Nor do I expect favourable outcomes from the Courts.

The DNI report must lead to the Insurrection Act and Martial Law, otherwise it is either lost or there is Civil War.

And the president (any president) doesn’t have the power or authority to declare the election null and void, or “an act of warfare”.

I am not so sure about that. Remember the Emergency Order of 2018 concerning foreign interference in the election. What was it for and what could it bring about?

I haven’t read the details of EO 13848 for a while, but I think the punitive provisions are all about sanctions and other aggressive action (like seizure or freezing of assets) against a foreign entity guilty of election interference.

I don’t think there is anything in there about declaring an election null and void. In any case, the Constitution provides for the states to conduct presidential elections – I expect an EO cannot contravene that.

            What is the “official data”?

As far as I am aware the Pennsylvania Department of State is the source of the official data. Hard to see how that is “Fake News” It seems far more likely the 17 Republicans, who seem not to understand the election process, are providing the Fake News.

The claim has been been made that the voters registered have been substituted with single surname in the state persons
          electronically

“So, election night, half a million Smiths, Joneses, Jacksons and Millers became Rocus1 (to Rocus1000), ScoobyDoo1 (to ScoobyDoo1000) and so on until the election steal reached its needed number of ‘unique’ voter names as replacement votes to put Sleepy Joe Biden over the top with fake votes and voters, while removing real votes from President Trump’s column.”

Rocus371 I understand voted for Biden, like all the other unique names

I hope that includes certain judges and Republicans who are as guilty as the Democrats for allowing this fraud to go on for so long. They all should be held account and taken to military trials, and if found guilty put into prison for life. If the Constitution of the US is not to be taken that seriously then why have it? The US might as well turn into a banana republic like so many others and treat all future elections as just a joke.

I think it is a joke but fun.

      Here is the substance:

AC reports on a hilarious rumor floating around the chans. If it’s not true, President Trump’s team should make it true:

The 6 January elector ‘ballot’ count is going to go down as the greatest troll of all time.

You may or may not know, but the Vice President gets to count the electors. That’s the one thing the Constitution makes crystal clear. Apparently the plan is for Mike Pence to roll in a Dominion voting machine (or a knock off that looks like one). He’s then going to pull out a USB drive, update the software just before the count, and use the machine to count the elector ballots.

Remember, this will be on national television. The count will not only come out fractional, but it will result in more votes than actual electors AND result in Trump winning more electors than Biden.

The chamber is expected erupt in chaos. Obviously the count will be challenged. Pence will then conduct a ‘recount,’ but he will use the machine to print the recount ballots and then hand count those. The recounted number will be similar to the original count, only changing by a couple votes, but it will result in Trump winning by even more than before.

Dems are expected to cry “fraud” and Pence will object and call for order. He will tell them that it’s too late to challenge because it’s already done. The count is finished. He will then deliberately wipe the machine’s software.

I don’t think Pence has the ‘bottle’ to do that.

If most of us read him right he will do whatever is allowed under the Constitution to remain POTUS, PROVIDED he knows the election was truly stolen and illegal, which is what most of us are taking to be the case given the flood of evidence thus far, with very likely much more to come. His last option is the Insurrection Act of 1807 together with the EO’s he has signed off in recent times. He has until Jan 20 to act if Congress hands victory to Biden. There is a slim hope the SCOTUS could overturn the result if undeniable proof is presented but I would not hold my breath on that scenario playing out given their reluctance to take up any of the other cases. Still, Trump might decide it’s not worth the angst and walks away from it all. It would be sad if he did if he is convinced the election is stolen from him. Certainly, a lot of Americans consider the Constitution as paramount to the strength and survival of the US as a Constitution Federal Republic. It goes beyond party politics. It’s about power to the people. That’s what distinguishes their form of a Republic from others, and from our Democratic system of government, which had become rabid a long time ago. The Constitution of the US is worth fighting for it in no uncertain terms if the election is indeed stolen. If not then the US ceases to be a Constitutional Federal Republic and joins the ranks of the banana republics that proliferate the world. Time will tell how it all plays out. It will be very interesting.

Even though I’m not an American, I envy their Constitution and the reasons why it was formulated in the first place to be above politics and for the people, not for political purposes and against the people like our so called Constitution, which is not as good end has been virtually scrapped anyway.

    EDITORIAL
Is it any wonder liberal states are shrinking?

    By Washington Examiner,

Illinois is not alone. The same census data point to two other big states that are also driving away residents with similarly impractical, ideologically leftist policies — California and New York.

Andrew Cuomo’s appalling mismanagement of the coronavirus pandemic is not the only culprit in New York’s long-running demise, but it has made an already bad situation much worse. Those residents who were not already leaving because of high taxes and an arrogant big government are fleeing because futile coronavirus lockdowns are making life even less tolerable than usual. New York, as a consequence, has also lost about 42,000 residents in the last decade. Its population peaked in 2015, and in the time since, it has lost about 320,000.

A similar phenomenon is occurring in California, which has at least gained population since 2010 but began losing it in 2019, with about 70,000 net residents vanishing in 2020. Population growth in the Golden State had already slowed to a crawl, but now, residents are actually giving up and abandoning its beautiful, scenic inhabited areas because they have no choice.

The Threat of Authoritarianism in the U.S. is Very Real, and Has Nothing To Do With Trump
The COVID-driven centralization of economic power and information control in the hands of a few corporate monopolies poses enduring threats to political freedom.

    Glenn Greenwald Dec 29

Asserting that Donald Trump is a fascist-like dictator threatening the previously sturdy foundations of U.S. democracy has been a virtual requirement over the last four years to obtain entrance to cable news Green Rooms, sinecures as mainstream newspaper columnists, and popularity in faculty lounges. Yet it has proven to be a preposterous farce.

In 2020 alone, Trump had two perfectly crafted opportunities to seize authoritarian power — a global health pandemic and sprawling protests and sustained riots throughout American cities — and yet did virtually nothing to exploit those opportunities. Actual would-be despots such as Hungary’s Viktor Orbán quickly seized on the virus to declare martial law, while even prior U.S. presidents, to say nothing of foreign tyrants, have used the pretext of much less civil unrest than what we saw this summer to deploy the military in the streets to pacify their own citizenry.

The Coming Global Backlash against China

Xi Jinping’s policies of repression at home and aggression abroad have backfired, calling into question China’s supposedly inevitable dominance on the world stage.

Xi is keenly aware that he is vulnerable to internal rebellion. He has purged more than 1.5 million government officials, military leaders, and party elites. His trade war with the U.S. is deeply unpopular inside China because it has caused economic pains such as rising unemployment, closing of factories, and the shifting of the global supply chain out of China. Xi knows very well that if he shows any signs of weakness, he may end up like his political rival, Bo Xilai — a princeling who is currently languishing in a notorious Chinese prison for high-level party officials.

In addition, Xi saw former U.S. President Obama as a “weak” leader who led a nation that was on its way to inevitable decline, which opened up an unprecedented opportunity for China.

As the prominent Hong Kong entrepreneur Jimmy Lai has written, “The more Mr. Xi pursues his authoritarian agenda, the more distrust he will sow at home and abroad. Far from transforming Beijing into the world’s leading superpower, his policies will instead keep China from taking its rightful place of honor in a peaceful, modern and integrated world.” Xi has misread the situation, overplayed his hand, and his aggressive policies at home and abroad have backfired, proving the saying: Those whom the gods would destroy, they first make mad.

          30

    • #
      Tilba Tilba

This unfortunately means another of Trump’s options has been taken off the table.

It was never really an option, and Mike Pence’s lawyers know this … they are not being difficult for its own sake, I wouldn’t think.

As I keep stressing, VP Mike Pence as President of the Senate chairs the Joint Session, and opens the envelopes in alphabetical order, and asks if there are any objections.

He does not determine whether they are valid or not. In fact the only thing he might do is reject the Trump “shadow” slates, on the grounds that they are not certified and have no standing in the process.

      40

  • #
    Tilba Tilba

Article II, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution requires that “Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors.” Therefore, the papers (or “slates”) the states attempted to submit to the President of the Senate and Archivist of the United States are not legal, permissible certificates of votes and lists by Electors as recited in Title 3, U.S.C., sections 9 and 11. Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin violated the U.S. Constitution’s Art. 2, S.1, Cl.2 and 14th Amendment, Section 1, Equal Protection Clause in administering their elections, therefore rendering their slates impermissible.

While trying to remain impartial and non-judgemental, sometimes statements like this can be quite annoying.

You cannot argue from unproven assertions and claims (the part in bold) in order to justify other critical political steps, as if they are proven beyond question; it is dishonest, even if you believe there was fraud.

And further, the six swing states have not “attempted to submit” the relevant certified returns, they have submitted them, strictly according to the rules that govern these procedures.

And it’s worth keeping in mind the “safe harbor” provisions, whereby states that certify their results by the safe harbor day (8 December) have a guarantee that their submissions will be treated as conclusive. If this were not to be the case, what is the point of the “safe harbor” provisions?

All states except Wisconsin, plus DC, did certify by the “safe harbor” date – they had resolved any recounts, etc, and all outstanding issues at that date.

And finally, only a tiny minority of legal opinion argues that the Vice President has a role in accepting or rejecting slates from the states … many more legal experts argue that all objections are dealt with by votes in both chambers, held separately.

The Vice President has a clear conflict of interest, and for that reason is not empowered to accept or reject – that is the majority opinion.

    50

    • #
      Ozzie Bowman

Yes….. “As the Legislature thereof may direct.” The second slate of Republican Electors was directed by the Legislature as legally required , and should be accepted as the only legal Electors.,,,,,,, ……….The Governor illegally appointed the Democrat slate. The Governor has no Constitutional legal right to make changes to voting law.. None of the Mail In Votes he authorized are legal.

In the end something will give. Lets face it, the Texas case put to the Supreme Court had to be dropped, because it couldn’t lose, the breaches were that obvious. You can’t have over a thousand sworn Affidavits and have nothing change. And Trump is not the type to say – Oh well, I tried – pack his bags and go home. No, we have deep state Republicans for that.

Trump won the election but it will not matter. Politics is over. It failed. The Dems rigged and broke the system.

Meanwhile the people are dying from and being terrorized by covid. For example, Covid using the designed spike protein can enter human brains and cause damage. Covid, the man-made thing was designed to terrorize the Western countries.

China had 27 new covid cases today, UK 40,000 new covid cases. China has the cure for covid. We would also if our system/government has not so corrupt and if there was not an organized world effort to hide covid cures.

The US Milt is going to announce the origin of covid and the cure for covid on or before Jan. 12th.

    https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2020/12/201217154046.htm

COVID-19 virus enters the brain, research strongly suggests
A new study shows how spike protein crosses the blood-brain barrier

Banks said binding proteins like S1 usually by themselves cause damage as they detach from the virus and cause inflammation.
“The S1 protein likely causes the brain to release cytokines and inflammatory products,” he said.
In science circles, the intense inflammation caused by the COVID-19 infection is called a cytokine storm. The immune system, upon seeing the virus and its proteins, overreacts in its attempt to kill the invading virus. The infected person is left with brain fog, fatigue and other cognitive issues.

A Familiar Play – Mitch McConnell Blocks Attempt to Pass $2,000 COVID Relief Bill, Deflects Accountability to POTUS

First, McConnell doesn’t care about holding a majority position in the Senate. Whether he is a majority leader or a minority leader doesn’t matter to McConnell. In fact McConnell’s political skill-set does better in the minority than the majority.

The preferred political position for Mitch McConnell is where he has between 45 and 49 republican Senators, and the Democrats hold the Majority with around 55. Of course with Senator Harry Reid’s retirement, this would now imply Majority leader Chuck Schumer holding office.

Why does McConnell prefer the minority position?

Why does McConnell prefer the minority position?

I think I know the reasons why, but will leave it to others to have a go first 🙂

I think I know the reasons why, but will leave it to others to have a go first 🙂

Because, as a swampy, he makes money when the una-party is in power???? These forever politicians are content with the cycles of power.

    WHEN THE KING COMES HOME

    Posted on December 29, 2020

The week after the election, I was very disappointed in an acquaintance that I both like and respect intellectually. As I was saying that if we let this election stand, the republic is gone, he said if our institutions were already corrupt enough to let this stand, the republic has been gone a long time, perhaps our whole life.

I was angry, because well…. Because I prefer people spit out the black pill. Sure, maybe the game is rigged, but as RAH put it, if you don’t bet you can’t win.

As it turns out, we were both right, but mostly wrong.

But the important thing here is that “when the good king/responsible householder goes away/falls asleep, his servants become corrupt and abuse the people” is, as far as history is concerned day ending in y, or year ending in a number. (Or in real old times, in some kind of name.) It’s the normal course of events.

And of course, the fault is ours doubly: one, because we forgot we were the king of this land. And two, because we fell asleep.

And as I pointed out in 2016, people offered a choice between a party who was screaming they’d given them things, and one candidate saying “we’ll create jobs” chose the jobs. This sovereign is not an air-dreamer, or completely out of touch with reality or his roots.

Then there is the fact that after five generations of communist indoctrination, after four intensive years of denigrating the guy who brought jobs back, after endless beat downs, starting in infancy, on how we and our country are the worst, people hunched their shoulders and voted for Trump in such numbers that the commies had to emergency-fraud (this beyond their well oiled fraud machine, or as the potted plant put it, “the most inclusive and largest fraud network”? was it?) in front of G-d and everyone to get the commies in.

Which means the Republic isn’t lost. Not while We The People remain. It might be temporarily mislaid, but only because we’ve been absent/asleep.

The US is a unique Republic in that the power of the people is written into the Constitution. The people have the power and indeed the obligation to overthrow any illegitimate government or military takeover. The only question that remains is will the Trump supporters act accordingly or just walk away and let Biden become the POTUS, and win back the nation at the next election. The latter is perhaps the preferred option to avoid a civil war but what if the next election is even more fraudulent under Biden than the current one? A time must come where enough is enough, if Americans truly want to remain a Constitutional Federal Republic. Perhaps fewer Americans do these days. That’s fine; it’s their choice.

Clear cases of voter fraud in Pennsylvania
    People charged.
    Rewards claimed.

Texas’ Dan Patrick (R) offered financial rewards for evidence of voter fraud.

All John Fetterman wants for Christmas is the $3 million he says Texas Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick owes him. The Democratic lieutenant governor of Pennsylvania has been trolling his Republican counterpart for weeks to collect on the $1 million Patrick offered in November for evidence of fraud in the Nov. 3 election. Three supporters of President Donald Trump have now been charged in separate voter fraud schemes in Pennsylvania. Fetterman says they should all count for bounty purposes.

“GOTCHA!! 500,000+ UNDENIABLY FAKE NAMES ON PENNSYLVANIA BALLOT = MASSIVE TRUMP VICTORY”

    https://richardsonpost.com/howellwoltz/19881/300000-fake-names-on-ballot-massive-trump-victory/

    Some strange names in there

“So, election night, half a million Smiths, Joneses, Jacksons and Millers became Rocus1 (to Rocus1000), ScoobyDoo1 (to ScoobyDoo1000) and so on until the election steal reached its needed number of ‘unique’ voter names as replacement votes to put Sleepy Joe Biden over the top with fake votes and voters, while removing real votes from President Trump’s column.”

That is on par with the lack of fold marks even if they are copies of the mail-in ballot papers. All original ballot papers must be folded otherwise they are most definitely fake.

Well, it appears you neglected to mention all the other interesting stuff with this link. It pretty well covers all bases and every conceived conspiracy in one hit.
The ‘interesting’ article has linked every recent happening together into a complicated conspiracy! I guess this creates a plausible narrative for some.
For me … well, it just reads like a wild fantasy. Which does not enhance the plausibility of the unique names story, of which I can find no mention elsewhere.

      https://richardsonpost.com/howellwoltz/19881/300000-fake-names-on-ballot-massive-trump-victory/

      A printshop burns
They burned down the suspected printer of 288,000 post-election ballots trucked from nearby Bethpage, NY to Pennsylvania to cover the vote-switching and digital dumps for Biden on November 4th—the morning after voting ended in a Trump landslide.
Brick building burned completely Christmas Day—a green guy going by the name ‘Grinch’ is perhaps a suspect?

      A bomb goes off
Next on the hit list was destroying the evidence on servers in Nashville, Tennessee’s AT&T/NSA data farm on 2nd Avenue North—also on Christmas Day.
Funny how this alleged Bomb casing (aka RV caravan) left no crater, eh? Like a Disappearing rabbit—Nothing but carbon dust when the magician waves his wand

      Suspected EMP pulse.
And yes, I’ve seen the video footage of the blue pulse that hit the area just before the blast in Nashville, Tennessee that many think (including me) was a plasma EMP pulse to destroy Dominion equipment and NSA magnetic tapes of the Georgia fraud (and others) stored inside the building.

      Fake Names
695,430 Smiths, Johnsons, Jacksons and Williams etc—Pennsylvania’s most common names and almost the exact number of fake ballots dropped in the morning after Biden digital vote dump—mysteriously became unique ‘one and only’ names, not on any previous voter roll.

      Data sent to Pakistan
And that’s not all, folks: “Nevada Secretary of State Caught Sending Voter Data List to Pakistani Firm Linked to Spy Agency ISI” and we believe that was the fake name factory for the CCP-Democrat steal.
As previously reported, one of the SCTYL-CIA server backdoors allowed access from Pakistan but we could not figure out why—now we think we know what was going on election night!
“Kavtech is a private Pakistani-based intelligence firm with close ties to the Pakistani intelligence service, the ISI.
“The Co-Founder Waqas Butt is cc’d on emails containing personally identifiable voter information from the Nevada Secretary of State.” (credit-Creative Destruction Media)

Secretary of State implied to have been bribed
Meet Barbara Cagavske, Nevada Secretary of State—who also needs to be answering some questions right about now.
Was she bribed with winning her own election as Secretary of State in a rigged vote to allow these corrupt Dominion machines to stay in Nevada?
How much did Dominion pay her?

Newsmax TV- Dec. 30, 2020, 6:10 AM Mountain Time (Colorado USA) a representative (failed to get his name) from Pennsylvania stated the data establishing the 200,000 plus extra votes came from the Pennsylvania Secretary of State’s Office and that she was aware of this discrepancy when the vote was certified.

One line here sums up Trump’s entire argument and summarises the status of his claims:

Just allow us to find the crime

    Donald J. Trump
    @realDonaldTrump
    17h
I love the Great State of Georgia, but the people who run it, from the Governor,
    @BrianKempGA
, to the Secretary of State, are a complete disaster and don’t have a clue, or worse. Nobody can be this stupid. Just allow us to find the crime, and turn the state Republican….
