People are in jail because they dressed up and walked with a police escort through open doors.
It’s a Redpill moment. The few people who did break windows or incite the crowd to do acts of violence have not been arrested. Who were the Feds?

With the help of the Gateway Pundit and other alternative news sites we have strongly suspected that the Feds staged the “riot” in order to entrap Republicans who were simply demonstrating their anger at the obvious election cheating that denied Trump his second term. Many of those arrested have been held without trial and denied bail for two years based on false testimony. The US DOJ is totally corrupt and this release of films will go some way to exposing that corruption.

Thanks Jo and Lawrie, I now understand what the concern over my comment was all about. The two clips I linked to included one which went too far in challenging the identity of Ashli Babbit. By highlighting that link, I was only asking the obvious regarding the direction the handgun was pointing and the location of Babbit’s stomach, chest or shoulder (you choose where the bullet wound was based on various accounts).
I spent last night helping a friend who is dealing with various anxieties starting from the plastics used in a brand of automobiles through to the chemicals added to potable water supplies. I tried to allay these theories and focus on how well most people in those cars and drinking that water are. At the same time I was wondering about his substance addiction and paranoia? Is there something wrong with me for thinking that?
So back to the identities of people in history and the ability to create an individual. You only have to go to Major Martin and to know how easy it is to create an electronic history of a person now to know that the technique may be so tempting that it may be used to influence the news.

Tucker has released video that pretty-much blows a hole in the entire January 6th narrative. In fact, it blows it up, sets it alight and watches it burn to ash.
This is a serious problem for a number of reasons, not the least of which is the number of people sitting in prison — or convicted on connived, false claims with no ability for their defense to access the evidence proving that in many cases they were escorted.
At worst most of these people are guilty of trespass, but even there you likely can’t make it stick as trespass is voided if you’re invited or chaperoned, and its quite clear that at least in some cases — they are.
There’s another problem too: The Brady decision by the USSC makes clear that the prosecution must turn over all evidence they have which exculpates a defendant. It’s not optional and it dates to 1963. The violations here are severe and in fact it appears basically universal.
Indeed the definition of malicious prosecution is to bring a case before the court where you know the exculpatory evidence is so strong you’d never win a conviction and you intentionally withhold it from the defense. That opens up the DOJ and even the individuals involved to personal liability.
I have no idea how the DOJ thought they’d get away with this indefinitely, but apparently they did think they would.
Well, not any more.
Now the question becomes if the government will not live to its own laws, what remains?
It’s not a pleasant question to ponder, but ponder it we must, and the implications do not just extend to January 6th.

The difference in this particular lie, as opposed to all the others, is that it has no deniability. The Dem leadership, Pelosi & Schumer, run the capital police. They created, and have for two years reinforced, this particular fraud as official party policy. Before those words, he would start with:
1) “I’ll probably go to jail for saying this but…”, or

I’m not the legal expert around here, but it sounds like he was inciting people to do something he knew was ILLEGAL. Anyone within earshot of his ‘instructions’ would have a legal defence, wouldn’t they? e.g. “Your Honor, I was incited by Ray Epps who was working — in some capacity — for a federal agency”.
But we know he’ll never be arrested .. Must’ve been a ‘provocateur’ .. and that’s why he’s protected by the authorities.

Release the tapes to the public. Tens of thousands of people will go through them. More will be found. People will be recognized. Things will be noticed. Why not? Certainly the myth that there was a violent riot has been busted, but there will be more.
This was a very successful conspiracy to create the National appearance of a riot which could be exploited by the incoming administration, distracting from the fraud of the election itself which was the entire issue being protested. And now two years later and closer to the next election, the perpetrators feel that people and politicians will be focused on the next election, even the Republicans. Job done.
So release the tapes. And find out what part the FBI/CIA/Police and Pelosi/Schumer played in orchestrating this fake insurrection. Was it successful? Very. Did they get away with it? Yes.
Were all the tapes released? Unlikely. Was the FBI/CIA/DOJ involved. Certainly. They work for the Democrats.

Has anyone got footage of Ashley Babbit arriving and who she turned up with? Is she seen conspiring with the Feds? Have anyone got her phone records, leaked emails, FOI information, claims from her former school that she didn’t exist? Do we have photos of who played Ashley Babbit in the Psy-Op? Until there is some evidence, all you have is a suggestive video. Tucker, Bannon, Trump etc probably make the rational decision that hanging their entire reputation on that is high risk, little gain (what if it was a CGI to bait them?)
