“It will be biblical.” Corruption so big even some Democrats will object

UPDATE: Sidney Powell now not in Trump official Team. Suspended from Twitter (Why?). She agrees with this distancing and says she will fight on.

The big question — where her Kraken claims or accusations too much for Trump or is there some legal, financial reason she needed official distancing? She’s raising funds at DefendingTheRepublic.Org.  Her rather significant reputation depends upon coming up with the goods to match the claims.

@JennaEllisEsq: Sidney Powell is practicing law on her own. She is not a member of the Trump Legal Team. She is also not a lawyer for the President in his personal capacity.

General Flynn: @Sidney Powell1 has been suspended from Twitter for 12 hours. She understands the WH press release and agrees with it. She is staying the course to prove the massive deliberate election fraud that robbed #WeThePeople of our votes for President Trump and other Republican candidates.

@mflynnJR: Cannot confirm yet but I’m confident this has to do w money coming in for legal defense fund sppt. …. Frees SP 2 do her own thing… which will still be biblical. Give this the 24 hour rule…

The only thing we can be sure of is that the stakes are high and corruption is deep.

The Octopus Swamp

Welcome to 2020: Living The Odyssey, the year that is like living a movie script. Today’s installment is another Sidney Powell interview, and among the continued allusions to a biblical avalanche of  dark questions, we find out Dominion or Smartmatic type software was not only used in Venezuela and other nations but that the Democrats used Dominion or equivalent in the 2016 Primaries allegedly so Hillary could defeat Bernie Sanders. He was even told this, apparently, but did nothing about it, so the story goes. Powell claims the use of electronic vote rigging probably crosses party lines: “we just don’t know who bought their position”.

Corruption is the enemy of both Patriots and the Occupy crowd

This could be quite the seizmic flip. Suddenly this is not about Trump versus the Democrats — it’s Trump versus deep corruption and in this narrative many Democrats have had their votes stolen too and it hurt. Bernie Sanders fans cried when he lost preselection to Hillary. The Occupy kind of Democrat was driven by the sense that something is deeply wrong with “the system”. The Party Machine on both sides of politics looks corrupt to the end. This could be the one factor where parts of the Left and the Right can agree on something. The Swamp has to be drained.

Speaking of the Deep Swamp: Powell wonders how much the CIA knew and if the Hammer and Scorecard system may underlie the Dominion software as developed for Hugo Chavez.

So follow me down this tantalizing path of speculation. If the Democrats used electronic voting to rig things in the Primaries in 2016, how could they not have used it in the 2016 national election? If so, this puts the epic scale of the Hillary loss in perspective. Not only did she have the media and pollsters on her side, but the cheating software too. She didn’t just think she was going to win, she knew she would. Then when she lost, perhaps it made sense to shout The-Russians, The-Russians, and wonder if the Trump team had just rigged things even more than she did.

We can only guess, but Hammer and Scorecard once apparently had a 3% limit on vote switching — presumably to avoid detection. Perhaps in 2016, the 3% rigging just wasn’t enough and the Trump vote took them by surprise. The night ran away from them and Trump was accidentally declared the winner too quickly.  Then Hillary and the Dems spent the next four years alleging foreign interference. Remember Hillary’s warning to Joe: Whatever happens don’t concede on the night?

And of course, it explains why the DNC could put forward two such truly awful candidates in a row. Neither could draw a crowd, but it didn’t really matter.

There is a deep irony about legislation designed to interfere with foreign elections being used to interfere with their own domestic ones.

Other Powell claims:

  • Georgia is “extremely bad”. It’s the first state she’ll “blow up”
  •  35,000 votes were added to every Democrat in one state and she says “she’d bet” every Democrat candidate across the nation.
  • Votes were weighted so that a Biden vote was worth, say, 1.25 compared to a Trump vote of 0.75.
  • allegedly Mr Kemp and the Secretary of State in Georgia are “in on it”, with a $100 million dollar deal to Dominion.

The votes are recorded in decimal points. We found that out last week, but let that sink in. How is it that votes in the US should be anything other than whole numbers?

Am watching very carefully because indeed it could be a story of biblical proportions. If there really is evidence out there I am assuming it’s just a matter of waiting for exactly the right moment. But why keep tantalising everyone with a ‘wait for it’ line ? Why not just get it out …. or keep very quiet and then let release it all. What’s the strategy here ?

If it was President Trump, they’d have all kinds of invisible fairy dust evidence….hmmmm reminds me of something…oh ya, 3 or 4 years of Russian Collusion accusations without proof.
But the media made it sound like fact based reporting.

The mainstream media in Canada are getting caught embellishing on this Pandemic crisis by stating how packed and backed up some hospitals are…problem is that citizens now have their own cellphones and cameras to catch their lies when they try to be specific on the hospitals.
Need to keep everyone locked down for this minor virus.
Even President Trump caught it and it wasn’t a big deal that this media has blown way out of proportion.

Sidney Powell is NOT on the Trump legal team it was announced this afternoon.
Or she was never on the official Trump legal team.
Or she is a crackpot who loves face time on the news.

There’s not enough time to prove election fraud to change the November 3 election but there is enough time to prosecute people and gain some control for the January run-off election in Georgia. Or else the fraud in Georgia will set new records. Democraps will win by any means necessary.

Trump has always maintained that you never tell your enemies what you’re actually doing, nor do you even give them a hint of when you’ll do it. You never tell them anything that’ll give them even a hint of what is coming.
It worked in the fighting with ISIS & others in M.E.!

Wonder how many extremely nervous Democrat officials, MSM personnel there are??

I have not come across any credible explanation (other than the obvious) as to why the Democrats won’t co-operate. This surely is the smoking gun. The US is looking increasingly like that respectable family with a dark secret that no one wants to talk about. The Swamp (including the MSM) is going shoosh!! Donald, we don’t talk about those things in public.

That’s a good analogy. The trouble is all other Western leaders are in it too. I do hope to see them all get tons of eggs on their faces once the truth comes out for all to see and not be possible to ignore any longer. That’s assuming all these stories coming out so far that the election was stolen are true. So far all we can do is wait for the evidence to be presented at the courts. Then and only then can we finally see the depth and spread of the fraud. If it’s as bad if not worse than what we fear then all hell will break loose in the streets of US. That’s the next fear.

It’s been known for decades that dead people vote. It’s so ingrained that it’s a running joke that everyone is in on.

But it does point to real fraud somewhere which nobody wants to know about. Just how does someone who’s been buried for 10 years still vote? Clearly somebody is filling in those ballots.

      81

      • #
        PeterS

That’s only a small part of the alleged fraud. The major part is the flipping of the votes from one side to another. The system is flawed and open to fraud. All that is needed to do is prove that is the case in the Supreme Court and the whole election can be rejected and nullified. Then they have to fall back to the single voter per state process to elect the President, which will be Trump. That’s how it is explained by various legal experts. Let’s see if they can prove that to the Supreme Court. It should be fairly easy because the Dominion voting system has been proven to be vulnerable to fraud. Whether fraud was actually committed on a scale large enough to swing the election is not necessarily the point, but they might be able to prove that as well. Let’s wait and see.

I’m sure we could always find a few.
Unfortunately the few the Trump campaign found have all been debunked.

C’mon, you guys know that this story cannot possibly be significant, and bringing up such a minor and badly researched claim when you know you “have the server” 🙂 just completely reinforces the impression that there are a whole bunch of people out there busy making up detailed cr#p to feed you.

CNN examined 50 of the more than 14,000 names on the list by taking the first 25 names on the list and then 25 more picked at random. We ran the names through Michigan’s Voter Information database to see if they requested or returned a ballot. We then checked the names against publicly available records to see if they were indeed dead.
Of the 50, 37 were indeed dead and had not voted, according to the voter information database. Five people out of the 50 had voted — and they are all still alive, according to public records accessed by CNN. The remaining eight are also alive but didn’t vote.

I’m keeping my ear to the ground for another internet protocol to develop. It seems inevitable that a shadow web will eventually form. We can have the commercial version for web pages and business, and an underground one for chat and politics.

Either that or VPN will become so popular that it itself will be outlawed or come under control of the governments.

Anything that goes through the existing internet routers will be of no use to us, even with VPN. They will be able to trace the packets to determine where they are coming from to block what is required. They don’t care about what’s in the packets, only where they are coming from. Perhaps one can set up a sophisticated site that uses high-quality VPN to evade the blockers by dynamically shuffling around the world where the packets appear to be coming from. I doubt that would still be enough to evade the hard core CIA types to block.

The story keeps getting bigger and bigger.
Sidney Powell is incredible. She is trying to pull her cases together for multiple court filings but she also spends hours of every day giving interviews.

The two NewsMax anchors are almost incredulous, but they do note each point that Sidney makes so that the viewers get each one.

Meantime our Australian papers have mostly completely ignored the story. The Weekend Australian gave the US election one whole page (page 15 of the main paper). Two articles by Cameron Stewart and one by Michael Mathies were openly hostile to the election fraud story. Each allegation is introduced then interspersed with commentary to negate the claim.
A fourth article by Cameron McWhiter and Alexa Corse announce that Biden is the ‘President Elect”. He is regarded as the President elect based on counts and projections by AP (Associated Press). They use the terms manual recount and audit in Georgia interchangeably, even though they are not the same thing.

Ignored? Far from it. Our MSM (ABC and SBS in particular) go to great lengths to report how Trump is continuing to make “baseless accusations” of electoral fraud.

I SERIOUSLY want Sidney Powell (and by extension, Rudy Gulliani and Donald J. Trump) to be proven correct over time so I can watch the backtracking that the talking heads would be forced to make; in particular, the vacuous announcers like Tamara Oudyn and Janice Petersen plus political “correspondents” such as Lara Tingle and that ultimate muppet of wokeness, Wahleed Aly.

I have given up TV as a source of news. Occasionally I go on the ABC or Channel 9 and immediately get angry and make complaints over inaccuracy, lying or misreporting. Both are so biased as to be a joke.

I look back to the past when newspaper editors and TV managers prided themselves on accuracy. Todays TV news is so frequently non factual as to be worthless. At least on the internet I have regular reliable sites I go to, and get the news I need.

Deep Breath! Vote fraud has been an integral part of the US election scene for many years.

Paraphrasing Johnny Rocco: “It doesn’t mater who they vote for. You just take the ballots into the back room and count them, and you count them
and count them until you get what you need”. Watch the movie. Key Largo, Humphrey Bogart, Edward G Robinson, 1948. In those days, the mob owned the vote
in the big cities. Whether it’s buying an election, or stealing an election, or manipulating an election for purposes of racial discrimination “vote fraud”,
that is elections that are not free and fair, have been with us forever. And thousands, literally, of small local officials have paid fines or done time, because
small scale fraud has been proven in court.

But look, if 100% of Americans know the Democrats are going to get huge majorities in, say, California, regardless of the execrable performance of the party in power; the fraudsters know they can get away with it. And there is a time limit, they only have to bob and weave around the law for a couple of months and then its a done deal….their guy or gal has the
power, and life will go on.

In some places, the system will get cleaned. In some places, the other side will learn to cheat just as well. and in some places, the bad practices will persist, against the
will of the voters, for generations. You might know where they are by driving through, except nowadays many are virtual no-go zones for folks like me.

Sidney was right about General Flynn; study that case and its still not decided outcome carefully.

Decide what you are going to do if fraud can be demonstrated to your satisfaction, with public data, disclosure and even some favorable court decisions, and the swamp ignore this
completely. Like it ignores and evidence on climate change and proceeds as if it were real….Like it ignores evidence on the impact of minimum wages and proceeds, like it ignores Chinese behaviour and proceeds. What is our strategy, fellow speed bumps?

If 6bn people can be deluded over the “greenhouse effect” fairy tale, it is trivial to delude the 30% or so of American voters needed to swing an election.

I doubt there would be a handful of Australians aware of the potential issue with voting machines. There is no legacy press reporting on those aspects here.

I note in #10 below that Sidney Powell’s comments on voting parallel so much of the climate fraud.

On one hand I’m looking at this and thinking ‘No way’ On the other hand Jo was onto the corona virus months before it blew up in the news network faces.
I’ve asked about the return envelopes before, it seems they have been kept. But there is resistance to doing an audit, mainly because no one wants risk what they will find. 1% mismatches and the election has to have a do over, because there’s no way to tie the ballot paper to the envelope and not way to tell ‘good’ votes from ‘bad’. I see the race card has been played minorities, don’t know how to sign their names.

I love Powell’s zeal and it sounds like they have a great case, but keep in mind that this is a trial. Every bit of evidence will be attacked in depth by the defense expert witnesses. The legacy press will side with the defense, calling it a crazy conspiracy theory, as they already do.

The first rule of litigation is every trial is a crap shoot. We should win but we can lose.

Listening to Sidney Powell on the voting system gives the impression that the scale of fraud is similar to that in Climate Change. Reality has gone missing.

What could be simpler than counting paper ballots! Then there is these automated counting systems that create opportunities for programmers to change the result; a fraudster’s perfect match.

The idea that there is a “greenhouse effect” has achieved a level of currency so far beyond reality that it is incomprehensible for me. It is not science.

There was a recent thread that talked about deprogramming 75M Americans. To get reality back into the current understanding of climate would require educating about 6bn people. They have been misled on a biblical scale.

I’ve used Firefox and Startpage on Linux for years for security reasons, but Startpage is affiliated with Google, and beginning last week I started having the same problems as many of you have reported. I only started seeing posts and comments from the last three days when i cleared the cache and changed my home page and default search engine to DuckDuckGo this morning. The Deep-State is even deeper than I realized.

Agreed, which is why if the Marxists are successful in their coup they’ll be immediately targeting the First and Second Amendments. The First has already been destroyed due to the actions of the Billionaire Socialists who control social(ist) and the legacy media. The Second can be done through legislation such as already done in New York City and State where it’s already almost impossible for law abiding citizens to exercise their SA rights. The provisions of the Constitution are simply ignored. Let’s hope Americans don’t have to exercise those rights, however, and hope it can be resolved in the courts.

It is as valid now as it was then. It is the ultimate reset button for the Constitution and also makes it clear that “the people”, not the government, are the ultimate holders of power in the United States. No one will be packing off Americans to death camps anytime soon due to this wonderful and unique Constitutional provision.

The Second Amendment is there because it is symbolic of the fact that the whole concept of the United States is that “the people” and not the Sovereign or the President, PM, Government or military have the ultimate power. The people are not slaves or serfs.

The votes are recorded in decimal points. We found that out last week, but let that sink in. How is it that votes in the US should ve anything other s than whole numbers?

I doubt they are recorded as fractions, however many people are looking at the edison data time series where they only have the total votes and then the percentages. For example like this:

    {
    'timestamp' => '2020-11-06T18:23:36Z',
    'eevp_source' => 'edison',
    'vote_shares' => {
    'trumpd' => '0.479',
    'bidenj' => '0.505'
    },
    'eevp' => 99,
    'votes' => 5530390
    }

If you want the trumpd votes you need to do:

    5530390 * 0.479 = 2649056.810

However, for the edison data for overall totals per county those votes are integers again. It’s only an artifact of the time series data. People are looking at this stuff simply because it’s easy to obtain and it documents the rapid midnight swing from Trump to Biden which is what looks so suspicious.

    https://www.edisonresearch.com/election-polling/

That company does exit polls and also provides data for the news reporting, and that’s why this particular dataset is widely available. It’s not an “official” part of the election process.

Incorrect Tel, they are initially recorded as an integer and then converted to a floating point number. You see you cant times an integer by 0.75 or 1.25 hence the conversion. Ergo the conversion to floating point indicates fraud

Thanks to both of you. I want to get to the bottom of the decimal places, so anyone with insight is welcome to comment.

        • #
          crakar24

          The example above:

          5530390 * 0.479 = 2649056.810

If 5530390 is an integer the answer would be 2649056 no decimal point and no 810

By the way i have seen negative numbers in spread sheets if the smartmatic SW can produce negative numbers then it can also convert integers in 2’s compliment.

For example did it take 10K votes integer from trump and add 10K votes integer to Biden or did it subtract 10K votes 2’s compliment from trump and add 10K votes integer to Biden?

          20

          • #
            crakar24

My last comment was not very clear:

If you have vote tallies say 10000 and 5000 these are integers, if you want to subtract them then you need to convert them into their 2’s compliment (the most significant bit is the sign bit) ergo give them a sign.

So 10000 minus (-)5000, CNN clearly shows Trump total in PA decreasing by 19958 votes the only way that could have happened would be if the SW converts the data into 2’s compliment and as detailed above also into a floating point number. These machines are far more sophisticated than they will lead you to believe.

The time series data is for display purposes only.

They are selling election reports to news media … none of it is official. Thus they do things like kicking out the small percentage that Jo Jorgensen won, and rounding off the fractions to the nearest three sig figs.

Thanks to the round off you cannot multiply it back out to get the precise integer result. It’s wrong by approx 1 part in a thousand.

              10

              • #
                crakar24

there is no round off you dont get less than one vote!!

                00

              • #
                Tel

There is a round off, every time the data is used for graphical display. You cannot plot a graph precisely to 7 significant figures … no device can show this and anyway your eyes cannot see that resolution.

Suppose I held up a stick and the length of that stick was 1000mm exactly, then I held another stick which was only 999mm long. That’s a difference of 1 part in a thousand, or 3 significant figures. Could you tell me which stick was longer? Probably not.

I’m trying to find a way to explain that these numbers are not intended to be the original votes, and never were. That’s what “display purposes” means.

Lets suppose we have those numbers:
                TOTAL VOTES: 5530390
                TRUMP PERCENTAGE: 47.9%
                BIDEN PERCENTAGE: 50.5%

Then along comes just 1 more vote, yes a whole vote not a partial vote. What happens to the total?

                5530390 + 1 = 5530391

Yay! The whole vote shows as one whole vote in the total.

What happens to the percentages? What will change if that was a Trump vote vs a Biden vote?

The software is general purpose (Dr Shaviv said so), and it allows votes to be weighted, which is something you might do in a vote for a block of flats, weighted by (say) floor space. The weights for elections would be set to 1.0, converting vote counts from integers to floating point numbers. That may be the innocent explanation of decimal points.

The software configuration file for the election should have been stored, it should give the weights used.

This Obama judge in Pennsylvania is outrageous

    Posted on November 22, 2020

This Obama judge in Pennsylvania is outrageous. I read the complaint. It was full of affidavits and serious constitutional issues that absolutely overcame a motion to dismiss. There was unquestionably a reasonable basis in fact and law to proceed, and to allow the Trump campaign’s lawyers to conduct immediate discovery. This is a miscarriage of justice. And the judge’s opinion reads as if it was written for the media. The problem the Trump campaign is facing now is the unwillingness of judges to actually do their jobs, certainly in this case, and certainly in the case of the U.S. Supreme Court, where the chief justice failed to do his job and uphold Article II, Section 1, Clause 2 of the Constitution, which states explicitly that the state legislatures, not judges or governors, make election laws. I hope the Trump campaign seeks an emergency appeal to the circuit court. But I am increasingly worried about the judiciary buckling to the media and Democrat Party pressure. After all, it is a lot easier for a judge to kill a case then take it up and follow it through, particularly in these critical cases.

Pennsylvania’s Republican Senator Pat Toomey responded to the ruling by Judge Mathew Brann, ” saying Mr Trump had “exhausted all plausible legal options” to overturn Joe Biden’s lead in the state.
      and
“With today’s decision by Judge Matthew Brann, a longtime conservative Republican whom I know to be a fair and unbiased jurist, to dismiss the Trump campaign’s lawsuit, President Trump has exhausted all plausible legal options to challenge the result of the presidential race in Pennsylvania,” said Mr Toomey.

Even though that judge does have apparent solid conservative credentials such as once having been an official in the Republican Party, and once having been involved in the Federalist Society and the National Rifle Association, the fact that Obama appointed someone with such conservative credentials implies he no longer thinks along conservative lines.

It is far more likely that he was appointed by Obama because Obama was able to recognise his capabilities. This is of course in direct contrast ro President Trump who appoints sycophants and then dismisses them when they fail to provide the requisite fawning and oleaginous praise.

There is no science if rampant voter fraud goes through without consequence.

Science is a monopsony funded by the government. If the government has no accountability, then government funded science is nothing more than a propaganda tool. That has been the case in the stale and stuck climate science rut for 25 years or more, but now all areas of science and every important aspect of life faces the same censorship and cancel culture as climate science.

That’s why the only issue that matters in the science world now is whether corruption in the election process will have any consequences.

We still have not had the follow up of the SC decision, prior to the election, where the Justice said any votes after 8.00pm had to be separated so they could look at the issue after the election. The way it all went they have probably been all mixed together. I’d be surprised if the Justice would be happy with that and could easily just say remove all votes added to the total after 8.00pm and settle it from that.

The dream of a socialist utopia in Sweden ran from the 1960’s to 1994 during which time wealth creation mostly stopped then they returned to the capitalist path.

That pretty well cuts the guts out of most of the recent posts on this blog eh?
Apparently the kraken was a cuttlefish with delusions of grandeur, and since he quietly died, they decided they did not like the smell.

The Trump campaign is disavowing its association with attorney Sidney Powell after the far-fetched Trump campaign Thursday press conference when she claimed without evidence that the deceased Hugo Chávez, among others, was responsible for rigging the election. The campaign claimed that she “is not a member of the Trump legal team,” even though the president and Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani had previously identified her as being on the team.

“Sidney Powell is practicing law on her own. She is not a member of the Trump Legal Team. She is also not a lawyer for the President in his personal capacity,” said a statement from Giuliani and Trump campaign senior legal adviser Jenna Ellis.

Powell issued this statement to CBS News:

“I understand today’s press release,” she said. “I will continue to represent #WeThePeople who had their votes for Trump and other Republicans stolen by massive fraud through Dominion and Smartmatic, and we will be filing suit soon. The chips will fall where they may, and we will defend the foundations of this great Republic. #KrakenOnSteroids”

It is logically over when it is over. There are two scripts concerning what will happen.

You are reading from the Dems script. It has been superseded. Trump will not give up, Why? Why will Trump never give up? Why is Trump fighting what seems to be a certain losing legal battle? Poor old guy standing alone. What does Trump know that we do not? This is kind of like a movie script.

The Trump ‘campaign’ is staying to the US Military’s script. Trump is buying time for the Military to complete sufficient investigations to arrest and get quick convictions when they go public in January. The second script is to be announced when the Milt announce their findings.

From the Milt’s standpoint it is absolutely essential that their team must be organized when they go public with a couple of their investigations.

No one except US Military now have access to the Frankfort CIA server. The Military are investigating the Frankfort server and developing their plan of action. Trump is at arms length to the Military’s investigation.

Fast forward to about 16 minutes in as there’s a long interval of people waiting for things to kick off. Giuliani puts his case forward citing the various methods of voter fraud employed during the most recent election. Lots of commercials and it’s a long recording, but the message needs to get out.

The leftist message is that there is no evidence of voter fraud, including from the CBC. Giuliani presents multiple instances of evidence, and makes his case to demand that it be investigated. Scary stuff.

There is/was and still is skepticism GA, thats different to your approach of “well i have not seen any evidence therefore there is none” thats denial

You can have evidence but still not win a court case or not enough to prove your case so you withdraw your case, many variables to this process. The problem is most eople are now nothing more than petulant children that demand this immediately and dont understand the process at hand.

Another consideration is that old saying “More lies are told in court than out”

“Powell: “we will start putting documents online this week”

So what happened to this flood of evidence? Where has it gone? Did it ever exist? Why us it Powell that has gone along with the flood of evidence of voter fraud?

How long will it take for these continual changes in the story to register on the minds of many readers? Is their refusal to believe that the evidence so far is negligible and constantly being reversed to naivity or s misplaced belief in Trump?

Just out of interest, a question to all

GA stated (you raised an interesting point GA):

At the risk of sounding like a concern troll… my question is, did you have no doubts or skepticism about what she was saying?

The acceptance of these multiple fantastic fraud theories boggles my mind. The fact that it leads people to suggest civil war as a solution is even more bizarre.

I would be interested to know just how mush of this is considered fantastic fraud theories:

Do we accept Chavez could of rigged elections?

Do we accept Chavez could of rigged elections?
Do we accept the CIA is most likely involved?

Absolutely Chavez was involved in rigged elections. Although the most likely scenario is he out-rigged the CIA, who have traditionally tried to be involved in every South American election, either by rigging them against those who they see as left-wingers (ie, those not supporting dominance of their economy by US corporations) or simply arranging and funding coups after the event.

Yes, the CIA have gone to considerable trouble to carry this out in other areas of the world.

Let’s just see what can be User altered in a Dominion system, shall we?

    https://www.sos.state.co.us/pubs/elections/VotingSystems/DVS-DemocracySuite511/documentation/2-03-EMS-FunctionalityDescription-5-11-CO.pdf

Open to edit an existing ballot object. Any Role
Associate one or more tabulators with a given voting location. Operator
Data import and export from external systems. Configurable by User

    3.5.1.2

In some cases, there is a need to manually type-in the election results. In this case, EMS RTR provides a manual data entry screen where the user can enter the number of votes (and other significant data, such as the number of overvotes, undervotes, etc.) for each choice and each contest on the ballot.

3.5.2.2 Analyze A user will only declare election results files as valid if he/she does not identify any unusual data within the file. If the user spots any illogical data (i.e. too many overvotes), the user has the ability to reject the file. In this case, the file’s status will reverse to ‘rejected’. However, if results appear normal, the user will proceed with file validation.

3.5.2.3 Validate File validation is the action in which a user declares an election file to be valid. This action will in turn change the state of the election file from ‘initial’ to ‘validated’, and at the same time, update the current result totals within the EMS Database. The results can be validated per selected tabulator (Validate option), all results can be validated at once (Validate All option) or validated and published (Validate and Publish option).

3.7.6 Spoiling Batches Spoiling a batch is a last-resort remedy for completely removing an in-progress batch from Adjudication when there is something wrong with the batch.

Just about everything has an over ride, can be deleted, invalidated, or changed.

A lot of people jumping the gun here. Give it a little more time please. I don’t see the point of making a definite decision either way at this time. There is simply no way of knowing the precise details of what will be revealed at the courts over the coming weeks. Anyone who thinks they can is just being an idi0t. Not even those preparing the cases know it all yet. They are still collating, analysing and preparing their cases. So be patient. Sure, we can discuss what’s being announced over time but let’s be honest about all this and remain sceptical and open minded for a while longer until all the information is released and the courts have made their decisions.

Lot of people jumping to conclusions here about the Sidney Powell matter. There could be all sorts of reasons for it BUT it will not be because the Trump Team do not believe what she has said. If that was the case Trump would have conceded and THAT IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN.

General Flynn’s son has tweeted he thinks it is to do with funding –each team has separate funding channels.
It could also be so Sidney can release information which the Trump Team may have issues with releasing at this stage.

I don’t know how to link tweets but Sidney Powell has put out a message (via an associate because she is on a 12hr ban from Twitter) which put all the conspiracy theories to bed.

” I agree with the campaign’s statement that I am not part of the campaign’s legal team. I never signed a retainer agreement or sent the President or the campaign a bill for my expenses or fees.

My intent has always been to expose the fraud I could find and let the chips fall where they may –whether it be upon Republicans or Democrats.

UPDATED 8:23 PM – K A B O O M! Governor and Secretary of State in Georgia Took Money From China (To Steal Election from Trump)
    NATION

    HAL TURNER
    22 NOVEMBER 2020

UPDATED 8:23 PM EST See Bottom — Georgia’s Republican Governor Brian Kemp and the Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger both allegedly took money from Communist China, perhaps to intentionally THROW or STEAL the November 3 Election in that state, to Joe Biden.

According to very high level sources from my years working National Security Intelligence with the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force, the feds have PROOF of the payments to both Kemp and Raffensperger.

The Trump election legal team forced the President to WAIT before revealing this, until both Kemp and Raffensperger CERTIFIED the Election results.

According to those same sources, once Kemp and Raffensperger CERTIFIED the results, their crime was complete. Both men certified those election results this week. By law, Mr. Raffensperger was obliged to certify the election results before 5 p.m. on Friday. Gov. Kemp, had to then certify the results by 5 p.m. on Saturday. Both men did exactly those acts.

The implications of this revelation are staggering. First, that a sitting REPUBLICAN Governor would stab his Party’s President, and our nation, in the back, for a foreign government, is utterly horrifying. People are already asking ” My God, what could they have offered that he would sell out his own people? His own country?”

That a foreign nation would DARE to pay money in order to rig or steal a U.S. Presidential Election is . . . a casus belli (Cause for war.) China appears to have tried to STEAL our freedom by STEALING our Elections. War is justified.

Again, the national security intelligence sources with whom I have spoken, assure me this information is solid and the proof is already in government hands.

    MORE . . .

Georgia Governor Brian P. Kemp ordered state agencies to buy from Chinese Lenovo and interlocking vendors on Mar. 28, 2019, undermining U.S. sovereignty, the citizens of Georgia, and the 2020 election

The interlocking vendors include members of Obama’s Technology Council and members of the IBM Eclipse Foundation (incl. Chinese Tsinghua University) that stole the invention of social networking from Columbus-OH-based Leader Technologies, including IBM, Dell, EMC, HP and NetApp.

THESE SYSTEMS WERE USED IN THE 2020 GEORGIA ELECTION!

Bla bla bla. The FBI aren’t credible anymore.

They had proof that Flynn wasn’t guilty. They’ve had Hunter’s lap top for 10 months. They did nothing with Epstein for 20 years, and they did nothing about him dying in Federal Prison whilst being guarded 24/7. They’ve done nothing about Clinton selling uranium to the Russians, or her private server, or her deleting 32 thousand emails etc.

Intel sources now also confirm that “Other Governors, Secretaries of State, State Election officials, County Election officials and even several big city Mayors also allegedly received payments from Communist China and those payments have been tracked as well.”

I think the statement about Sidney Powell today has something to do with this. They had to make it very clear that RNC HO was not funding Sidney’s attack on the Georgia Republicans at the top. She said yesterday Georgia was going to be the first place she would “blow up”.

In effect they are “distancing” themselves from Sidney to allow her to do the work they WANT her to do.

This is also where the Executive Order of 2018 comes into play !!!

IF this is true the theory that Trump set a trap for his enemies is starting to grow some legs.

It has been suggested that Sidney Powell was not fired by Trump but by making it clear that she doesn’t work for him but is an “independent”, that allows her to persue certain other legal actions that couldn’t be done if she was seen to be working for him. I’m not sure what actions they might be, however.

Sidney Powell has her own legal defence fund to unleash the Kraken.

It could be an incredible smart move but I don’t know what she and Trump have in mind.

All I care about is one or both get to the bottom of all this and uncover the truth. The US dare not gloss over this election as though everything is fine. Clearly it’s not. The question is how dodgy is it? They need to find out whatever it takes.

I came across this interesting Q and A.

    QUESTION
Was Benjamin Franklin only referring to a war when he was quoted saying, “a Republic…if you can keep it?”

    ANSWER
Franklin’s reference had nothing to do with war. He was familiar with political writings, including Polybius on the Roman constitution, and Aristotle’s politics.

Aristotle argued that a strong dictator can establish a dynasty, leading to monarchy. The monarch’s descendants, relatives, and in laws all push for a share of that power. Monarchies are unstable and may lead to aristocracy. As the aristocracy expands through marriage, etc. a sort of Democracy may be reached. Once the population realizes they can vote themselves the treasury, there may be a breakdown in government. Sooner or later a new tyrant establishes order, starting the monarchy- aristocracy- democracy cycle all over again.

After showing flaws in Athenian democracy, Carthagenian oligarchy, and the Spartan dual monarchy, among others, Polybius argued that the Roman constitution was the best of all possible governments. They combined elements of monarchy in the power of the consuls, aristocracy in the power of the senate, and democracy in the judicial and voting power of the citizens.

Polybius’ arguments were persuasive to Frenchmen of the enlightenment period, and to Americans who wrote our Constitution, which ALSO contained elements of monarchy in the power of the President, aristocracy in the power of the Senate, and democracy in the House.

As Ben Franklin knew, Polybius’ ideal republic collapsed in the next century or so, resulting in civil war, and ultimately the dictatorship of Julius Caesar. What happened before could happen again.

She adds some new angles. This story has more loose ends than a tangled fishing line.

Powell has said she continues to work this case and that she will file in court next week. Is that correct?

So the only thing that’s changed is an official position representing The POTUS. The statements from both seems to be in accordance and mutual. I don’t pick up any rancor at this stage.

Maybe this does afford freedom to pursue a case without constraints?

She’s made some pretty big allegations, saying both Democrats and Republicans may be guilty of using the system to secure election outcomes. Any review of what went on must be without fear or favour.

She has been less than complimentary about the CIA and talked openly about their use of Hammer and Scorecard to interfere in other countries elections. Can’t imagine CIA would be thrilled to have that revealed, if true. Obviously scathing also of FBI as a result of Flynn’s case. Keep in mind she’s a private lawyer, not a political appointee. She won’t be interested in covering anyone’s backside, irrespective of side.

I think we need to see what happens this week. It’s still only Sunday in the US and only 3 weeks since the election in a multi-state challenge. Gore took 37 days for one state challenge.

There are a few cases to be filed this week and I recall they were aiming for Wednesday – Friday. Others that are making their way to the Supreme Court, as expected, and why having ACB was a crucial achievement in case of deadlock.

The weighted race feature and fractional voting wont be fully understood until someone leaks the code from the voting system.

My guess is this. A swing in a marginal electorate is only a small percentage 0.5-2%. So if the boting system tweaks the result by 1%, it is invisible like the white collar criminals harvesting cents. A vote for red could count as 0.99 and a vote for blue as 1.01. A rounded total looks normal on a minute by minute count, but the overall total ends up with a 2% margin tweak. If race is close the total will look real. If its a landslide, the a few manufactured votes are required to permit the tweak to be bigger and the total vote count to look real and survive suggested audit.

Given the Dominion patent holder has a PhD in maths, it is likely the tweaks could be way more sophisticated.
