The media hides that the Truck Protests have already started in the US

One hour away from the Ambassador Bridge inside the US, the trucks are stationary, lined up nose to tail. This was two days ago.

Remarkable what happens when real people meet real people. This is why the media never allows it.

And for the record, another Canadian drove 11 hours to meet the Truckers and found out they were wonderful people, helping the homeless and nothing like the media said. I’m so angry, he said, about the media.

Imagine how polarised the nation would be (or not) if the public broadcasters interviewed the best spokesmen on both sides of every debate? Instead they just find the views that say what the editor believes, or commit professional suicide, like this Vancouver announcer.

One Canadian DJ ended his radio career by telling his listeners the media were full of lies. “You are being fooled”.

Radio host Kid Carson leaving Z95.3 after spreading conspiracy theories on air

Carson also accused the news media of lying about the protest, and suggested they were doing so on behalf of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. He did not respond to an interview request from CTV News.

In Paris, armored vehicles are coming in, in preparation for the French Convoy

Isn’t this newsworthy? SBS News in Australia told me tonight at length how one region of India was considering banning the Hijab, but they didn’t mention that the French government was preparing for the arrival of French protesters with military force.

Macron has been dealing with Yellow Vest Protests now since 2018. The last thing he wants is for the Yellow Vests to come in trucks.

French Armored Vehicle arrives

Not for negotiating.

RedPill the Nation.  Everyday is another chance. Friends let friends know that the media is not telling them the news…

UPDATE: Mandates are suddenly vanishing

There are rumors the Premier of Ontario will end vaccine passports. Rebel News has a copy of a recording of him talking to supporters to forewarn them. “We’re pulling these passports. We’re going to get back to normal. I can’t get you the exact date”

Nothing to do with the Truckers of course.

Trudeau isn’t backing down yet. But Ottawa police tried to threaten the Truckers, saying:

“… they could be arrested without warning if they persist with the occupation of the city’s downtown core. Referencing the crime called “mischief to property,” the message said if the demonstrators don’t stop blocking city streets they could be arrested, charged, and have their vehicles seized and possibly forfeited.

The convoy organizer Chris Barber would have none of it:

“We replace every driver arrested with three new drivers,” he wrote. “Call just went out.

Four blue states preparing to ditch mask mandates

…New Jersey’s governor seemed to be ready to throw in the towel and stop fighting public sentiment on the issue. Well, shortly after that, the push to put an end to the mandates appeared to start spreading faster than the Omicron variant. Three more blue state governors joined Phil Murphy in saying that mandates would be coming to an end either this month or in March. Oregon, Connecticut, and Delaware jumped on the bandwagon…

In the UK, the Department of Health and Social Care wants to know what people think about revoking vaccine jab for job policies:

…the view of this government is that it is no longer proportionate to require vaccination as a condition of deployment through statute in health, care homes or other social care settings.

There are two different interpretation of reality.

There is the truth as espoused on this and similar independent media sites.

And there is the reality that the Elites want people to believe as espoused on the Misleadia, otherwise known as the legacy media, which includes social media as run by the socialist billionaires.

To use a metaphor from The Matrix, it’s the red pill (the unsettling truth) or the blue pill (ongoing blissful ignorance).

Sadly, most people, maybe 90% opt for the blue pill.

      David,

Thinking is hard..most folks refuse to do so. Accepting reality for what it is can be unpleasant…..most folks refuse to do so. An honest self assessment can be very unpleasant…..most folks refuse to even try. And if you do have the courage to think, accept reality, and do an honest assessment….then the really hard work begins……changing yourself. Most folks spend much of their lives lying, manipulating, denying, and hiding to avoid doing that hard work…the hardest you will ever do.

Hat tip to the truckers that are saving western civilization for now. We shall see how long it lasts.

“We get back to the bedrock reality of human thought, namely, that most people cannot follow long chains of reasoning. Only a relatively small group have this ability, and only within their specialties. Even they get sidetracked when it is in their economic self-interest to stop following a particular chain of reasoning.

If I am morally bad person, and if you give me 20 million — I will become believer in global warming, fiat money and government is here to help me.

        Thinking isn’t that hard!

Actually, most people can’t help thinking; If they’re cognitively healthy, their thinking is actually productive. They can’t help noticing when things don’t make sense. They know when they’ve been lied to and betrayed. They question themselves and their decisions, and learn from their mistakes.

Unfortunately, there are people who are cognitively unhealthy, sometimes due to neurotic fears. They are easily exploited by propaganda as the fear acts as a lever implanted in their minds, which the grifters, psychopaths who seem them as marks, narcissistic personalities who see them as stage props, et al, will use to manipulate them.

“For fools rush in where angels fear to tread” is common wisdom for those who are not so manipulated because they have the epistemic humility to know when they don’t know.

“Thinking logically and arriving at the correct answer, requires proper information.” So what we really need is to teach kids Bayesian reasoning under conditions of propaganda?

Actually, people need to learn to trust their BS-o-meter. It’s a natural ability that’s psychologically beaten out of kids in school nowadays.

CNN Analyst Lit up by Internet After She Advocates Physical Destruction Against Freedom Convoy

People on the left who have been all for protests from the BLM are suddenly suffering from severe hypocrite whiplash as they jump on the liberal media narrative to hate on the Freedom Convoy protesters who are protesting COVID mandates and restrictions in Canada.

CNN analyst and Harvard professor Juliette Kayyem tweeted about a Wall Street Journal report of how the truckers have a blockade at the Ambassador Bridge on the border between Detroit, Michigan, and Windsor, Ontario. She had some suggestions for how to get rid of the Freedom Convoy.

The convoy protest, applauded by right wing media as a “freedom protest,” is an economic and security issue now. The Ambassador Bridge link constitutes 28% of annual trade movement between US and Canada. Slash the tires, empty gas tanks, arrest the drivers, and move the trucks

Now let’s just say, that Harvard/CNN aren’t sending their best here. If you slash the tires and empty the gas tanks, how are you going to move the trucks? She doesn’t understand the setup there, or that the tow trucks have already refused a request from the city of Ottawa because they work with the truckers and they support them too.

Kayyem doubled down on the consequences she wanted protesters to suffer.

“Trust me, I will not run out of ways to make this hurt: cancel their insurance; suspend their drivers’ licenses; prohibit any future regulatory certification for truckers, etc. Have we learned nothing? These things fester when there are no consequences,” Kayyem said.

I will never get over this.

Slash the tires and drain the fuel tanks.

I’m not offended by the lack of morality.

      The sheer stupidity is remarkable.

This tweet is a work of art.

Heavy handed use of military/police to suppress the populace may be a life or death decision for the oppressors. i.e. their life, their death. Destroying the trucks may embitter the person(s) who worked decades to own it. At some point, people without hope, will lash out, maybe with homicide in mind. Modern society is littered with vulnerabilities-Electricity, water, railways, ports, dams, fire, etc, etc. Countless opportunities for mayhem. The Germans in 1944 were hard pressed to contain sabotage in occupied lands.
How many of the police/military would willingly engage in a murderous war against the populace? The reprisals against those who collaborated were often severe-summary execution. Could the governments existing forces (perhaps 100,000, many of whom not obedient to a dictatorship) guard 10,000’s kms of rail, 100,000 kms of electricity, bridges by the 1000, refineries, power stations, factories, etc.
They can not do it in the long term, without resorting to a police state. For Trudeau and cronies, a single deadly incident might be disastrous. It is time to walk back from the covid hoax, let go of the AGW hoax too.

‘Scranton Joe’ Biden says he’s all for the working man, BUT his demand that Canada break the backs of the Freedom Convoy PROVES he’s nothing more than a hypocritical elitist,

The White House has urged Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to use his federal powers to crush the Freedom Convoy, a mass protest against Canada’s vaccine mandate for truckers reentering the country from the U.S.

The truckers blocked access to a bridge connecting Ontario and Detroit, resulting in big disruptions to the U.S. auto industry.

Trudeau appears to be hearing the White House loud and clear.

‘Everything is on the table because this unlawful activity has to end, and it will end,’ threatened Trudeau after speaking to Biden on Friday.

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said that Trudeau promised ‘quick action.’

Ontario Premier Doug Ford declared a 42-state of emergency over the bridge blockade and is threatening to seize vehicles and throw demonstrators in jail for up to a year.

He even compared the peaceful protesters to hostage-takers and ‘occupiers.’

By Friday evening, a Canadian court issued an injunction to force the protesters to clear the bridge.

On Thursday, U.S. secretaries of Homeland Security and Transportation began to push Canada to escalate its response to the nonviolent protest.

You read that right: An executive department created to combat terrorism in response to the September 11 attacks is urging Canada to crack down on a labor strike.

A president who billed himself as Scranton Joe, a union man, is urging another country to send in the Pinkertons, a private police force of the late 1800’s that specialized in vicious strikebreaking.

A man whose press secretary pitched the 2020 election as ‘Park Avenue vs. Scranton—a choice between someone who has always stood up for working people and believes this country was built by unions, and Donald Trump,’ has a department devoted to counterterrorism on high alert in case of a ‘copycat protest’ in the U.S. of… truck drivers protesting labor conditions.

I count myself very fortunate to have “woken up” on the media and politicians back in the 1990s and onwards.

My late father was employed on an expert panel to investigate a disaster (if I mentioned it most here would know about it). The panel found the govt completely culpable having received repeated warnings about the issue. The govts answer? The expert panel were forced to sign NDAs and told their life would be very bad if they chose to speak out.

Then I was involved as a manager in a series of industrial disputes. The reporting from the media was completely at odds with what was actually happening at the plant, and this prolonged the dispute.

Of course we also have Jo and others tireless shining of a very bright light on the complete lies of “global warming” – yet we have the media still trotting out complete rubbish.

When covid arrived it was v easy to see the same methods and the same utter falsehoods being trotted out, and still being trotted out.

I am glad to be “awake” and would choose no other position. Far too many Australians have no idea of the corruption and lies – but they need to be made aware and need to be honest with themselves on this.

Meanwhile, in Canberra, it was reported by the pro-freedom protesters that the Australian Federal Police, now seemingly a paramilitary rather than a civilian police force, have deployed LRAD’s in Canberra. Pictures were posted. The devices were deployed on unmarked civilian-looking vehicles.

LRAD stands for Long Range Acoustic Device. It is a form of “less lethal” weapon and produces beams of intense acoustic energy to produce extreme pain (and even physical harm) among crowds it is directed at.

    See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Long_Range_Acoustic_Device?wprov=sfla1

If you Google “LRAD Australian police” (without quotes) you will see a heap of references about how various Australian police departments have been purchasing these units.

Australia has become the nightmare that happens when freedom-loving conservatives remain silent and do nothing. And even I have been shocked at the low depths to which Australia has sunk. My policy with regard to politicians was “expect the worst and you won’t be disappointed”. Well, the politicians have surpassed themselves.

Is it any wonder why some of us have been saying for some time now we’ve had enough of the lies and that the only sensible thing to do (red pill) is to place the major parties last when voting at all future elections? Of course most will still want to pretend there is nothing we can do in our democracy (blue pill) and continue to vote for the majors expecting things will be different next time around. It probably won’t fix things but why reward the very people who created the mess in the first place? All they will do is continue on with their agenda using the paid MSM to subjugate us more and more until ultimately we are just slaves to some NWO. Is that what most people really want? In a sick sort of way perhaps they do. Living in blissful ignorance can be nice for a while but eventually reality bites and it won’t be blissful an longer. If the freedom movements fail to achieve their goal then the next step is to stop voting for the majors. Even if they do succeed, it will very likely be a temporary win for us since the very same despots will still be in office.

‘Goalposts move again’: Anti-boosters fume over ‘fully vaccinated’ definition change

News that Australians will require a booster shot to be considered fully vaccinated against Covid-19 has been met with a mixed response online, as one expert urges health officials to reassure the public they will not be required to get a shot “every three or four months”.

Prime Minister Scott Morrison said on Thursday that from the end of March, three doses would soon be considered “up to date” as the country shifts away from using the term “fully vaccinated”.

People who do not get their booster within six months of their second dose will be considered “overdue”.

Social media pages of news outlets announcing the change have been swamped with anti-booster sentiment, with many users saying they had been double or even triple vaccinated but would not be getting any more shots.

“Well I’ve had my three and that’s all I’m having,” one woman wrote on the ABC News Facebook page.

“Had side effects with the last two, I’m not putting any more in my body. Done my part for the herd immunity far as I’m concerned.”

Another woman said, “I’ve had two, I don’t plan to have my booster when the time comes. If that deems me unvaccinated and facing ridiculous mandates then so be it.

Booster effectiveness wanes after four months, CDC study shows

Researchers found the booster shots remained highly effective against moderate and severe COVID-19 for about two months after a third dose. But their effectiveness declined substantially after four months, suggesting the need for additional boosters, the study published on Saturday AEDT said.

The vaccine was 91 per cent effective in preventing a vaccinated person from being hospitalised during the two months after a booster shot, the study found. But after four months, protection fell to 78 per cent.

It is important to spend the time to find the truth being hidden by the propaganda.

Ask what the 91% actually is. It is not 91% of the population. It is 91% of the infected. I can remember a time when the happy clappers pretended the injections prevented infection.

And always turn these statistics around to get a better picture. 91% effective = 9% ineffective. 78% effective = 22% ineffective. Now try to think of a medication with those failure rates.

And the happy clappers told us that the injections were safe and effective. Humbug.

I’ve got a lot of friends in Canberra at Camp Freedom and other sites, the video they’re sending is incredible with numbers never seen before in Australia for a Government protest/action, the photo of the LRAD is possibly just to scare people from coming as there’s been a lot of rumors spread through bad actors and psyop operations from the police/government.

A recent one is that the Army will be used with police to clear out the camps but the Army CO states it won’t happen or hasn’t heard of it, there’s also a bigger story regarding the legality and legitimacy of the Government and the Commonwealth they represent, if as claimed the ACT is a foreign owned and run power under a different flag and crown then the mass influx of people protesting them being there would have them as trespassers or seen as an act of war.

Lawyers have also said that giving the PM, GG and others a list of demands is useless when serving actual papers of arrest with the police or authority that serves the crown will force them to be carried out or prove that none exist so exposing the truth for all to see.

Incredible scenes as anti-vaccine mandate protestors swarm Canberra streets

Prime Minister Scott Morrison has issued an urgent plea as thousands of anti-vaccine protestors take to the streets of Canberra.

Scott Morrison has urged anti-vaccine mandate protesters in Canberra to be “peaceful” and “respectful” amid concerns a mass vaccination clinic running a children’s event could be targeted on Saturday.

Ralliers have gathered in the ACT for almost two weeks to predominantly protest vaccination mandates

Protesters’ main focus on Saturday has been at Parliament House where thousands of people have arrived after a march kicked off at about 10am.

While Prime Minister Scott Morrison said Australia was “a free country” and ralliers had rights to voice their opinion, he asked they do it in a “peaceful and respectful way”.

“I want to be very clear when it comes to the issue of acting mandates, the Commonwealth government have only ever supported mandates that relate to aged care workers, disability workers and that those that are working in high-risk situations in health system,” he told the reporters in Sydney on Saturday.

“My government has only ever supported mandates that have been recommended right across the country by the medical expert panel and our chief medical officers.

“All other mandates that relate to vaccines have been imposed unilaterally by state governments.”

“the unlimited power of taxation will give them the command of all the treasures of the continent; a standing army will be wholly at their devotion.”

A standing army in the hands of a government placed so independent of the people, may be made a fatal instrument to overturn the public liberties; it may be employed to enforce the collection of the most oppressive taxes, and to carry into execution the most arbitrary measures. An ambitious man who may have the army at his devotion, may step up into the throne, and seize upon absolute power.

It seems to me that the “progressivists” set up the Universal Declaration of Human Rights early last century only so that they could demolish it this century.
In the US, a priority Biden administration domestic performance goal is clearly to set an unbreakable record for the number of UDHR articles completely undermined in one term of office.
Even with the competitive challenges from China, France, Canada and others, internationally it will be difficult to surpass the performance of the 8 decade long-standing record holder (in what was also a highly competitive field).

Once the Left discovered they could lie about reality to further their objectives, such as promoting the anthropogenic global warming fraud they moved onto other civilisation-destroying things like implementing a covid “management” plan designed to destroy freedom and democracy rather than treatment based on science and evidence. And of course, plenty of other things like their gender agenda whereby children are taught they can ignore biological reality and be any gender they want. There are plenty more lies as well, of course, that cover just about everything.

This short video gives you a very good summation about what the protests in NZ are about, Simon. ( The NZ MSM, from which your link comes from, has been bought and paid for by the NZ Government over the last 2 years –about $100 million in subsidies. I understand the Australia MSM got at least one year where they do not have to pay taxes, as a subsidy)

      https://twitter.com/kiwiwayne1/status/1492066841866678273

It has been raining continuously, in Wellington for the past 24 hours but that has not deterred the protestors. The Police violence on Thursday has encouraged many more to come to Wellington to support the protest.

The Speaker of the House decided to demonstrate his well known bully boy tactics by turning on the sprinkler system for the lawn on which many are camping last night (even though Wellington is under a sprinkler ban at present). But the protesters just went out and got some road cones, put them over the sprinklers and then began to divert the water to the gutter.

The indications are they are not going away anytime soon. They are getting huge support from elsewhere in NZ with food, water, tents etc.

The media is doing its job very well indeed! Talking with a long time friend the other day, I mentioned the Freedom Convoy in Canada and was astonished when he said he knew nothing about it at all – he wasn’t even aware of it.
This guy is no leftist, but he gets all his information about the world from the Mainstream Media. No wonder he knew nothing about the Canadian government teetering on the verge of collapse.
Personally, I never watch or listen to broadcast news bulletins or read newspapers. actually, I never watch TV.
Having been personally involved in this country’s longest running front page news story, and had a half page story about me personally run in The Weekend Australian, I can absolutely verify that most of what is presented in the Mainstream Media is fiction, or at best, biased opinion or extrapolated conclusions.
To say that we don’t know the half of what is going on is an understatement.

    max.

    No,

having watched my 9 Grandkids over the last 2 years of lockdowns, and more importantly the 3 Grandkids living with us, 5/8/10 years old, kids need and totally missed the social interaction of school with their friends and sport during the lockdowns, and hate masks, as they stop then seeing their friends reactions

Kids need the companionship and challenges offered by school – Swimming Carnivals, Cross Country Running. Public Speaking, Debating, Football, handball at lunch time, chess at lunchtime etc – 8 and 10 year olds just headed off to their respective saturday cricket matches – 10 year old school match, 8 year old local Seaforth Cricket club

We along with their parents, do reading, naplan testing, english grammar, maths, discussions on public speaking, debating techniques for 1st, 2nd and 3rd speaker, regularly at home ar nights, weekends and holidays and in my case challenge the school/eduction dept preception of climate change with my heretical views

I respectfully suggest that you are miscalculating the value of that “socialisation” during the formative years of primary school.

I asked them are you depressed because you cant go to school ? Laughter was the answer. They spent most days playing online video games and didnt feel isolated at all. Another one I admit is a teenage girl who loathes lessons but is highly social and likes hanging out in the streets, smoking, stealing liquor and getting it on with boys so she didn’t like it.

My young granddaughter’s school class was recently given a school assignment for each pupil to interview a family member about climate change and then do a presentation at school. Domestic violent extremists have also viewed attacks against U.S. critical infrastructure as a means to create chaos and advance ideological goals, and have recently aspired to disrupt U.S. electric and communications critical infrastructure, including by spreading false or misleading narratives about 5G cellular technology.

Carrying the load for the whole of Western Civilisation

The Battle of Quebec, Queenston Heights, Lundy’s Lane, Vimy Ridge, Deippe, Juno, Moscow 1972, not to forget Laura Secord. And now the Battle of Parliament Hill, Ottawa. You don’t want to mess with Canadians, when they’re really angry. And they are really angry.

And bless them, they are carrying the load for the whole of Western Civilisation.

    The secret pumpernickel

Apparently the secret pumpernickel sent this message on January 31st to the ABC anonymous tip email address:

Yeh there’s apparently a secret truck convoy in Canada that goes for 47 miles. It is so secret the ABC doesn’t seem to know about it. It’s got a lot of secret people cheering it on as well. They are lining the roads secretly. They are all secret Canadians, dressed up in camouflage to look like normal Canadians.

Oh and there is lots of secret stuff on the internet as well – maybe you need to get hold of a secret app called facebook that you don’t seem to know about. Or perhaps look at some of the secret news channels that report on these things. Or there is this secret ex ABC journalist who went undercover and writes a secret blog called https://joannenova.com.au – maybe you could look at her secret blog and learn all about the secret truck convoy.

    Shhhhh! Don’t tell anybody.

    Yours sincerely

    Secret Pumpernickel

PS Or gee, I guess maybe the Canada trucking convoy is fake news because the ABC is not reporting it – I must be completely deceived and so must the Guinness book of world records – anyone reporting it is obviously worthy of great mockery for being a fake news channel.

PPS No, please don’t feel that I’ m saying that the ABC is worthy of mockery for being a fake news channel – thank goodness for your tremendous investigative reporting that must have shown that this is all lies.

No, congratulations Auntie for the accuracy and fidelity of your reporting.

Or should I say, no congratulations Auntie for the accuracy and fidelity of your reporting.

The truth will set you free

Sent on February 9 when the ABC finally reported on it and backdated the article I suspect:

    https://www.abc.net.au/news/2022-02-08/canada-ottawa-trucker-protest-explainer/100812524

Well that’s amazing – they need 1800 police for 400-500 trucks – approx four police for every trucker. I think you overestimated the number of trucks though – there’s probably only about 100 if the police are as brave and fearless as their fearless and courageous leader Justin Trudeau, a man of steal.

Good of you to finally report on this secret event that nobody knew about. So timely. It’s great that you haven’t become a mockery of a news service. No one could ever accuse you of being fake news or putting spin on things – great stuff.

It’s not good reporting, it’s great reporting on the ABC! How I love to share your news reports. Think about that.

Heart-disease risk soars after COVID — even with a mild case

Massive study shows a long-term, substantial rise in risk of cardiovascular disease, including heart attack and stroke, after a SARS-CoV-2 infection.

Even a mild case of COVID-19 can increase a person’s risk of cardiovascular problems for at least a year after diagnosis, a new study1 shows. Researchers found that rates of many conditions, such as heart failure and stroke, were substantially higher in people who had recovered from COVID-19 than in similar people who hadn’t had the disease.

What’s more, the risk was elevated even for those who were under 65 years of age and lacked risk factors, such as obesity or diabetes.

“It doesn’t matter if you are young or old, it doesn’t matter if you smoked, or you didn’t,” says study co-author Ziyad Al-Aly at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, and the chief of research and development for the Veterans Affairs (VA) St. Louis Health Care System. “The risk was there.”

    • (said with sarcasm) “I have to thank Trudeau … because of the unity he’s brought Canada … everybody’s together now — Thank you, Trudeau!”

Far from the ‘racists’ that the irrational and desperate Trudeau called them, all I saw was ordinary, working folk opposing the mandates.
    And they’re 90% vaccinated, I think I heard, so dishonest to call them anti-vaxxers — they’re not, they’re anti-mandate.

Beyond Irony, Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer Aghast and Apoplectic Over Trucker Lockdown

    February 11, 2022 – Sundance

Not just any lockdowns, this time Governor Gretchen Whitmer is apoplectic over citizen trucker lockdowns. This is far beyond irony and is case study in how leftists need to pretend not to know things.

Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer, the same governor who was full-throated to lockdown businesses in her state and destroy the economic livelihoods of michiganders for over a year, is now deeply concerned, aghast and furious over the “economic impact” being created by the trucker protest and subsequent lockdowns of the supply chain they have created by their effective blockades.

As if she cannot fathom the similarity between her government forced lockdown mandates and the recent citizen inspired lockdown consequences, the insufferable Michigan governor goes on television to decry economic impact from the Ambassador Bridge blockade.

Ontario Comrade Doug Ford Promises to Crush the Rebellion, Declares State of Emergency, Announces Unilateral Orders to Target Noncompliant Truckers with Arrest, $100k Fines and License Revocation

    February 11, 2022 – Sundance

Comrades, Ontario Premier Doug Ford held a press conference this afternoon to announce he has declared a ‘state of emergency‘ and intends to issue orders against dissident truckers authorizing the police to place them under arrest, initiate fines up to $100k each individual, and revoke the personal and commercial licenses of anyone who doesn’t comply. The rebellion must be quashed, before the citizens start to think they have power.

As a typical DeceptiCon, Premier Ford begins his justification with the feels, and then gets to down to the business of calling the Freedom Protest in Ottawa an illegal occupation. Ford emphasized that workers are not permitted to challenge government. In essence, all your paychecks are belong to us – and you have no right to disrupt economic activity controlled by government.

Referencing the growing cross border blockades and looking/sounding like a corrupt union boss from the 1950’s, Comrade Premier Ford reminded the Canadian citizens that only government is permitted to destroy livelihoods, collapse businesses and create economic pain.

Now that the pandemic is mostly over the Left are terrified of losing the power and control they gained with the totalitarian laws that were passed.

Sadly, in Australia most laws never have sunset clauses and in the case of probably the most far Left lunatic state in Australia, Vicdanistan, some particularly oppressive laws were passed and remain on the books. Even the Vicorian Bar complained and said of the Bill, now passed:

    https://www.vicbar.com.au/news-events/public-health-and-wellbeing-pandemic-management-bill-2021

The overriding concern is that the Bill confers on the Health Minister what is, in a practical sense, an effectively unlimited power to rule the State by decree, for an effectively indefinite period, and without effective judicial or parliamentary oversight

Good news!!!!! The Canadian Freedom Trucker have simplified their ‘demands’ to something that is supported by the science/logic and will be supported by all Canadians when they get the facts.

This was done to stop the fake media from making up fake story to try to convince the public that a peaceful protest to stop forced vaccination with a dangerous vaccine, is somehow connected to any radical organizations, like the BLM. BLM want to defund the police which is an anarchist’s demand.

The Truckers are asking for an immediate end to mandatory covid vaccinations, passports, contact tracking, government tracking apps for travelers, and other covid restrictions.

Omicron has defeated covid in Canada. Covid case counting in Canada has stopped. Omicron is endemic.

Comment: The Canadian provinces have all restricted all PCR testing to people whom are admitted to hospital or nursing homes, or those whom are health care workers. The provinces do not count rapid covid tests. The change (suddenly stop counting covid cases in Canada) was done to hide the fact that Omicron is endemic in Canada. The RNA vaccines did not stop Omicron.

The next step is for the Canadian Covid Care Alliance to join the Truckers with a petition to stop all RNA vaccination in Canada and then get more Canadians and others to understand the problem.

The facts are In 1989, political changes in Eastern Europe and civil unrest in Germany put pressure on the East German government to loosen some of its regulations on travel to West Germany. At a press conference on 9 November, East German spokesman Günter Schabowski announced that East Germans would be free to travel into West Germany, starting immediately. As this thread is fundamentally about free speech, here is a quote from Frederick Douglass (1817/18 – 1895). He is doubly hated by the Left because he was black and conservative.

To suppress free speech is a double wrong. It violates the rights of the hearer as well as those of the speaker. It is just as criminal to rob a man of his right to speak and hear as it would be to rob him of his money.

Of course, if that’s what really happened it would be unacceptable.

But I’d like to know what TRULY happened and who were the ones abusing patrons and tearing down fences?

      1) Did that really happen at all?
      2) If it really happened, who did it?
      3) Whomever did it should be found and punished, if it actually happened.

It doesn’t sound to be in character with the people protesting for their freedom who are overwhelmingly if not exclusively non-violent and non-abusive. We are not talking about Leftist BLM and similar protests, you know. No one’s murdering people or burning buildings.

It may very well have been a false flag operation by Leftists to discredit the freedom-lovers, assuming it happened at all.

Plus, as for “safety”, that is the standard rant of any Leftists in the face of anyone with an alternative opinion to their own, no genuibe threat of physical violence need be present.

Also, as for charity, conservatives give plenty. Leftists much less so.

I cannot place enough emphasis on the impact that the truckers have had.

Make no mistake, the truckers request was doomed to fail. The government in Canada would never be overthrown, we just don’t do that here in Canada. But the stunning unwillingness of the current Liberal (literally the name of a governing party in Canada, not the metaphoric description) to even meet and discuss with them is proving to be their undoing.

Their efforts have galvanized Canadians to step out of the shadows and question the various level of governments (federal, provincial, civic) approaches to Covid-19. While most polls up until two weeks ago had most falling into the “sheep” category, the protests of the last two weeks have awoken the silent majority and subsequently we’ve seen numerous provinces suddenly “realize” that there needs to be a path forward. From a true “scientific” path forward nothing has changed. We’ve seen the CDC and others change their tunes on vaccines, masks and various levels of impacts on individuals that aren’t at any greater risk than they ever were from common flu. But until the truckers overtook the nation’s capital the provincial governments weren’t willing to do anything, largely because their perceptions were that people wanted mandates, masks and restrictions. The truckers galvanized that silent majority and mandates and restrictions in Canada are crumbling on a daily basis.

Hopefully other nations, notably Australia that I used to love very much, shake off the tyranny and come to their senses. If they do, thank a trucker for having the courage so many of us lacked.

I very munch appreciate your comment.
I also feel the truckers success or failure will have a direct impact on my personal political environment.
However, I must say that the famous Canadian ‘politeness’ and the general non-confrontational, passive indirectness that is mostly the product of progressive philosophy, is the main reason we are in this fix. (Not unique to Canada.)
You say the truckers are doomed to fail, what then?
Mr. Trudeau sends more petite, cute and polite, representative of a marginalized social group, Sturmtruppen to you door because he knows his subjects would never be ‘impolite’ to the pleasant mistreated puppy that he has sent to chew off your leg?

Aloha! At some point every police person and military person will need to make a decision as to whether they will go against Freedom and the citizens of the working class or side with the elite leftist davos billionaires in charge of their leaders and their country. It comes down to giving up your pension in favor of Freedom. In favor of your kids future in a free society not one controlled by davos billionaire media and oppressive laws.

Waiting until you’re face-to-face with your weapons pointed at the protestors listening for the word “fire” is too late! Walk away!

“If this report is true it seems Sajid ‘giveth with one hand & taketh away with another’
Whilst saying he is stopping mandatory vaccination for NHS staff & care workers it seems he is trying to get the medical regulators to force vaccinations on staff by the back door.”

It appears police operations in Canada and France are simultaneously trying to remove the protesters. For example, in Canada the Ambassador Bridge is slowly being cleared by the police but protesters are so far resisting. The trucks have gone though. Tear gas has been used in Paris. Looks like they are ready to do the same in Canada. Not sure what else we can do if all this fails to force our despot leaders to lift all mandates and restrictions, other than to stop voting for them en mass to get them out of office once and for all. As far as I’m concerned anyone who knows what’s happening and is on the side of the freedom fighters but still votes for the major parties is a hypocrite of the highest order.

Trudeau/Canadian Health care analyses need to determine are the first release RNA vaccines more dangerous than Omicron? Trudeau has made a deal with Pfizer to construct a new RNA vaccine manufacturing plant in Canada. The Trudeau/Pfizer paradigm is that Canada will continue to vaccinate for covid for years and export vaccines to third world countries.

Omicron has destroyed Pfizer/Trudeau’s paradigm/plans. Omicron is the covid ‘vaccine’ that we wanted and has made the first release covid vaccines obsolete. The vaccine mandates were made when Delta and the media was terrorizing the people. Omicron is 1/10 as deadly as covid and so contagious, masks and restrictions do not stop it.

In the UK for example 66% of the under 12 year olds now have covid antibodies, even though they have not been vaccinated. This summer, the majority of the people in every country, will have been infected by Omicron and will have long term protection against covid.

This is a review of a recently published US paper that finds there are 84 times higher reported cases of myocarditis in Pfizer vaccinated people than unvaccinated. The symptoms appear in less than 10 days after RNA vaccination. Almost 100% of the myocarditis is in those under the age of 40 years. In the comment section, many readers talk about cases of deaths, strokes, and heart attacks (young people) that occurred shortly after vaccination and the doctors involved would not entered the serious side effect, into the adverse reaction tracker data base for the country in question.

The actual incidence of myocarditis is without doubt higher because the healthcare systems encourage doctors to not enter side effects and deaths after vaccination, to avoid becoming involved in lawsuits and because the original ‘solution’ to covid was forced vaccinations.

Just my 2 cents worth. I’m not getting a 3rd Covid shot under any circumstance. Morrison has been a huge disappointment. The Federal Government on Thursday updated its vaccine policy on the advice of the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation (ATAGI). The new rule means anyone with an essential role – such as teachers, health and aged care workers, airport and quarantine staff, as well as food distribution and transport workers – could need to get a third shot or face the sack. Yes, face the sack.

Why cant the government just say “The ATAGI recommends this….. As a liberal Government, we support freedom of choice and as such, we will do everything we can to ensure that nobody will lose their job over expressing their freedom to choose.

Morrison and the Liberal party are doomed, and I will play a small part in their downfall by voting for a minor party. PM Albanese will be even worse than Morrison of course, but we HAVE to try to either turn the Libs into a conservative party again, or elevate a new one.

“but we HAVE to try to either turn the Libs into a conservative party again, or elevate a new one.”

Elevating a new one would seem to be the go as it could well get the Conservatives out of the Liberal Party

    Hmmm. Please check my sums.

According to the QLD Gov’t Covid pages, a total of 3,645,130 vaccine doses have been administered. Again according to the government, the QLD population is 5,221,170, of which 33.8% were “younger persons” (last available figures). So there are ca. 3,456,415 adults.

Even if we assume NOBODY has had a booster and not a single child has been vaccinated, only a maximum of 1,822,565 adults could have had their two shots.

This works out to be just 53% ‘fully vaccinated’ when the government is claiming it to be 90.2%.

Obviously, the government wouldn’t fib about vaccinations (!), so where did I go wrong?

I don’t even watch the tv news any more.
It’s just sanitised garbage as it were.
Pre-approved left-biased government narrative regurgitating trash.
I used to like A Current Affair for entertainment value but they’ve gone downhill too far to bother with any more.
Not that I get my real news from the MSM anyway, nor ever have.
Will the MSM even be around in a few years?
Not unless they wake up and start acting like real journalists.
