Two views (by me) of COP 26 not found elsewhere:

The present outlandish promises meet the Paris target but the Euros and Biden want way more. Big fight looms.

    Silly gets sillier.

So now we have a COP 26 “deadlock”. The press does not mention that the U.K. COP Pres blindsided the conference with a wild draft decision text. No doubt Johnson had a hand in this. They may get nothing as a result as the differences are huge and tempers high. The Euros and Biden/Kerry are trying to rewrite the Paris Accord to the disadvantage of the developing countries. Not likely.

Interesting reading; am I correct to assume that 2024 is the earliest that resolution of united aims/pledges can be achieved? If the delegates had paid any attention to the real world they would have seen the problems in Germany and the UK due to lower wind output coupled with a lack of reliable coal (and gas) generation. In that case I think no large user is going to shut down coal use, rather an increase is likely.
I think that the demands from the EU (and the USA & UK) politicians comes from a belief that they have lost the support of the voting public, and with elections coming the increase in forcing people into compliance, before they make a choice.

Climate Hypocrisy: COP26 Carbon Emissions Reportedly Double that of the Last Eco Conference

The United Nations COP26 summit in Glasgow, Scotland, is twice as polluting as the last climate conference, with more than half of the carbon emissions coming from international flights, according to reports.

An initial assessment from the British government on the climate conference it hosted revealed that the event, which closed on Friday, is on course to have contributed to 102,500 tonnes of CO2e emitted into the atmosphere.

The Scotsman revealed on Thursday that this figure is double that of Madrid’s COP25 in 2019, which stood at 51,101 tCO2e, and four times that of Copenhagen’s 2009 COP15, which produced around 26,000 tCO2e of emissions.

The newspaper revealed that 60 per cent of the emissions for the Glasgow conference came from international flights, as world leaders, billionaire businessmen, and social influencers descended in their private jets from all over the world to the Scottish city to lecture citizens on reducing their carbon footprint.

The 12-day conference had a carbon footprint nearly three times that of Glasgow Airport for a whole year, according to The Scotsman, adding that 118 business jets flew into Glasgow and Edinburgh airports for the event.

Piers Akerman: Crystal ball for climate change is cracked

As COP26 wound down, there were flood warnings out for NSW’s Lachlan River, providing even further proof – if any was needed – that the global warmists’ catastrophic predictions are unscientific humbug.

The heavy rainfalls recorded in areas of South Australia, Victoria and NSW over the past fortnight totally undermine former Australian of the Year and Climate Council chief Tim Flannery’s 2005 predictions that drought conditions would become “permanent in eastern Australia” and that “the rain that comes won’t fill our dams”.

On Saturday, WaterNSW’s website showed Sydney’s main dam, Warragamba, was filled to 97.8 per cent of capacity and the dams in the greater Sydney catchment were at 94.6 per cent.

The palaeontologist is still regarded as something of a guru by the unthinking fully paid-up members of the climate cult however, and he and the left-wing Climate Council are go-to commentators on the COP talks for the ABC and the Nine media.

Last month, Peter FitzSimons, ignored the evidence and asked Flannery whether he felt “tragically vindicated”.

“Most sensible people will now concede you were right on warning of the dangers of climate change and the denialists were wrong” said the author, best known for the red bandana he used to wear to distinguish himself from the rest of the bizarrely garbed activists.

In reality, no sensible person could concede that any of Flannery’s doomsday predictions about climate change had any validity.

Glasgow’s COP26 brought out the false prophets by the thousands and the Nine media and “our” ABC couldn’t get enough of them.

Not only was COP26 a flop like the previous 25 COPs, even the “big” story such as the soft US-China accord was not much more than a recycling of the Obama-Xi deal to ratify the Paris Agreement five years ago.

As a person with a “top notch” Immune System, I have been trying to get my “top notch” Immune System Certificate from the powers that be………..Apparently, they think that I have supernatural powers……lol…..Not really. Just a normal healthy human being who does not need an experimental emergency approved drug……..I am still waiting for my Immune System Certificate but apparently all the people that I keep dealing with seem to be getting sick. Something about a virus or side effects from these so called vaccines maybe. Strange really, but then again with Climate Change BS and more and more other BS, who knows?

Interesting: for most countries plots of Covid vaccine coverage shows a persistent 3-5% of people who do not get the second dose. For example, Fig 2 in https://health-infobase.canada.ca/covid-19/vaccination-coverage/

This difference in the levelling off of both “fully” and “partially” vaccinated suggests to me that this difference may reflect the proportion that experienced some kind of severe side effect to the first injection. 3-5% for severe side effects may be a bit high and it may include those who observe a severe side effect in someone else. It probably also includes people who found out some more facts about the vaccine in the interval, although from my personal circle, no one who got the first dose became skeptical about the second.

At any rate, the 3-5% is probably the upper limit for severe side effects of dose 1.

Covid-19 Australia: Pfizer linked to 35 new cases of heart inflammation

A rare side effect of the Pfizer vaccine has affected 35 more Australians in the past week, new figures show.

The number of cases of heart inflammation in Australia linked to the Pfizer vaccine has risen to 288 from about 22.7 million doses.

That’s up 35 on the previous week when the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) reported 253 cases from about 21.9 million doses.

“Of the cases classified as likely to be myocarditis, most of the patients experienced symptoms within three days of vaccination. Around half of the patients were admitted to hospital with 11 being treated in intensive care. Most patients treated in hospital were discharged within four days,” the TGA says in it’s latest Covid-19 vaccine weekly safety report.

The youngest case classified as ‘likely myocarditis’ to date was 12 years old.

The TGA says “the estimated reporting rates in Australia appear similar to overseas rates.”

“As we have received limited adverse event reports for Spikevax (Moderna), our analysis of likely myocarditis cases focuses on data for the Comirnaty (Pfizer) vaccine,” the medicines regulator said.

Two new cases of blood clots linked to the AstraZeneca vaccine were also recorded, taking the total to 160 cases. The cases involved 72 and 73-year-old men from Victoria who had their second dose. Eight people have died as a result of blood clots – six of these were women.

The TGA has also received 144 reports of suspected Guillain-Barre Syndrome occurring after vaccination with AstraZeneca – a rare but sometimes serious immune disorder affecting the nerves and can result in pain, numbness, muscle weakness and difficulty walking.

Eighty-seven reports of suspected immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) were also linked to the AstraZeneca jab, a rare immune reaction when platelets, which help blood to clot, are mistakenly destroyed.

        150

        • #

So, with all of these side effects and I’m sure that there have been deaths, why doesn’t the TGA reconsider their decision for Emergency Approval? Are they in the pocket of Big Pharma?……………….

On thinking it over, perhaps those who get only one injection is the minimum of those who get serious side effects or observe them in someone close to them.

In my husband’s case, after his first RNA vaccine, I suffered from acute extra-articular pain in my hands for 4 months. I only twigged to the vaccine as a cause when the pain was exacerbated when my friend, and then my daughter-in-law got hers. The timing was locked to the 48hr after each got first and second vaccine and were in the house for many hours. It was only after this occurred that I saw the video Eric Clapton made about the neurological effects of the vaccine.

Its probably a lot higher because of the forced requirement of no jab no job and govt mandates. People have no option regardless of serious side effects.

              Sky News says thousands,

The video in the attached ref shows the crowd moving up Bourke street (from the State Library) to join a preexisting crowd already at Parliament house.

              https://www.smh.com.au/national/victoria/thousands-take-to-melbourne-s-cbd-to-protest-new-pandemic-laws-vaccine-mandate-20211113-p598lu.html

This at least shows the impression I had of the numbers.

The demonstation was entirely peaceful. There were no incidents with the police, nor property damage.. One man jumped up on to the roof the tram shelter at the top of Bourke st and was waving his flag very close to the electric tram lines (which was a bit foolhardy) but nothing happened to him.

About 2pm a large section of the crowd moved off down Bourke street and came back up Collins St into Spring street about 30 minutes later.

I took the opportunity to move close to the Parliament and listened to some excellent addresses by a policeman (ex senior sergeant) who resigned the force and also 2 nurses who have been suspended or sacked.

I had a look out for Yonnie but did not find him. I had a Eureka flag also.
The flag is back out on my front balcony now.

Her report on SBS tonight was that the crowd did not trust the MSM, which I thought was pretty accurate.

Hey Peter I only got home a while ago, we got there early and walked from the State Library to Spring street, during the walk up Bourke street we saw Craig Kelly walking amongst us and he was treated like a star with people taking selfies with him and thanking him for standing up for us.

I managed to say hello and was greeted with a brother handshake and a hand on the shoulder, I pointed out my Southern Cross and told him we’re from Ballarat, I then thanked him for being true to his word and gave the old Ted Whitten advice to ‘stick it right up em!’

He laughed and said that’s the plan, but I’ll say one thing Craig Kelly looked lost for words and humbled by the support of the people but the fact he walked with us with virtually no security spoke volumes about the mans trust and respect for the people of this country.

After the speeches we walked back down Bourke up to Flinders then back up Spring to hear speeches and performances, we couldn’t hear much but everyone was having fun talking amongst themselves and breaking out in song, some of the signs were great and the whole day had a positive vibe, after one more lap we ended up in Treasury Gardens with singing and dancing randomly breaking out, seriously I’ve never seen anything like it in Melbourne during a protest.

I wouldn’t normally link into something like this, but I was pretty much incensed with the way that the ABC News here in Queensland treated this march in Melbourne. Jessica van Vonderen, normally the chief touter for Dear Comrade Madame Premier in this State was all over the Melbourne march and just couldn’t help adding the following:

Some carried signs referring to con$p1racy the0rie$ and debunked claims about the jab

See for yourself at this link, and once it opens, click on the bottom left newscast for Saturday 13/11/2021, and when the bulletin starts, scroll forward to the 3.37 mark, and the report goes till the 4.12 mark, so just 35 scant seconds, showing how the ABC cares so little about something of this nature.

Everyone there had a healthy disdain for the MSM and there was some mocking and jeering from the crowd but no threats or BLM type reactions, the general consensus there was to wake everyone else up and bring them into the fold, I spoke with many and there was heartbreaking stories of families breaking up over this covid/vaccine madness with one young man bringing us to tears with his story.

I made two new friends that are now on my Telegram and will join them next week, I don’t think the psychopaths on high know what they’ve unleashed.

Compare the pair. Rolls Royce gets funding to develop Mini Nuclear reactors. The company says one of its power stations would occupy one-tenth of the size of a conventional nuclear power plant. It will be
equivalent to the size of two football pitches and power approximately one million homes. The plant has the capacity to generate 470MW of power which would be the same as produced by 150+ onshore wind turbines.

In America yesterday, an Israeli company has leased 1300 acres of farmland in two northern Indiana counties with plans to build the largest solar farm in the US – called Mammoth Solar, part of the Doral Renewable Energy Group. Immediate beneficiaries are farmers and landowners as Doral has paid premium prices for 20 -25 year leases. It is estimated when completed the project will produce 1.3 gigawatts enough to service up to 200,000 homes.

There are two court cases challenging the county’s Board of Zoning decisions.

According to an illustration of the proposed RR reactor it appears to be “Pressurised Water”reactor. Considering that this type seems to to be particularly vulnerable to a cooling system failure resulting in the water decomposing into a gaseous admixture of its constituent components of Hydrogen and Oxygen, which are have been shown to be liable to explode if the temperature rises to the critical level, spontaneously igniting this mixture..(Think Chernobyl) Personally I would prefer not to be anywhere in the vicinity of a “Pressurised Water” reactor.

How the government could make moving house less stressful

A proposal to apply new consumer data rules to government could enable citizens to easily share their personal information between state and federal agencies, boosting convenience and removing stress.

Federal cabinet is soon to consider a big expansion of the so-called consumer data right (CDR) regime, which underpins open banking, to new sectors such as transport, health, education, superannuation and insurance, and to government itself.

Also being considered is a proposal from King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) partner Scott Farrell to allow citizens to approve the automation of data linkages with trusted entities.

This is called “action initiation” and would mean that rather than just being able to analyse all the information, a provider could take an additional step on a customer’s behalf such as a payment, or to close and open contractual arrangements and new products.

The push to expand the CDR comes as two senior regulators warned business about the need to take data protection and management seriously.

Australian Competition and Consumer Commission chairman Rod Sims warned firms they risked more regulation if data practices were not fair and transparent.

“If you’re not passing the pub test, then think very carefully about your data practices because it’s going to change, and you’ll bring about that change,” Mr Sims told a KWM digital summit

“If you’re not passing the pub test, you bring about more intrusive regulation than you want.”

    Shifting the burden

Privacy Commissioner Angelene Falk said she was pressing for the adoption of a basic standard to ensure all data handling practices were “fair and reasonable in the circumstances”.

She said this would set a benchmark, and would help to shift the burden from individuals having to navigate long and complex policies.

The consumer data right, which will soon apply to electricity and telecommunications, creates the secure infrastructure, or “rails”, to facilitate the sharing of a person’s data with other entities, as directed by the consumer.

Digital Economy Minister Senator Jane Hume told the digital summit on Wednesday that integrating a person’s government data and their digital identity using the consumer data right system opened up “really exciting” uses of data.

“Government holds so much data about you,” she said.

“Potentially it has information about what social security you use, or what health services you use, what drugs you take … whether you’ve got children at school, or dependents, and of course, your tax data.

“So eventually if we could draw on government data for use of the consumer data right, combine it with things like digital identity – which is already a reality – that’s a really exciting use of data about you.”

Or the federal health department and a state education agency could be authorised to access a child’s data, so a school can always have access to a student’s most up-to-date immunisation status.

Scale of terrifying Russian invasion plot exposed as Putin sets sights on four countries

FORMER Defence minister Tobias Ellwood has raised the alarm over an imminent Russian invasion against Ukraine – and warned that Vladimir Putin has set his sights on three more European countries to target next.

Tens of thousands of Russian troops have set up camp along the Ukrainian border in recent weeks.

Mr Ellwood said the invasion could go ahead in just a few weeks, and he warned that three more Balkan countries – Estonia, Lithuania, and Latvia – were also in President Putin’s sights.

Mr Robinson explained: “Is Putin about to invade Ukraine? The US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said that Russia could be about to re-hash what it did in 2014.

“That is, to repeat the invasion of Crimea, but do it over the Ukrainian border.”

I’ve just read the Sept 21 homily on ivermectin from the TGA …. I just assumed it was not accepting the research so I didn’t bother …. I am astounded that the reasons for outlawing prescription for COVID are so completely stupid. These people in the TGA like to think of themselves as learned and scientific. The reasons given are ludicrous.

    160

It’s regulatory capture, not stupidity behind the decision making by the key members of the TGA. They mask the agenda behind obfuscation that the other, genuinely stupid (and probably somewhat larger portion of) members accept to come to the decisions that they come out with.

The worst example is the continued authorisation of Moderna SpikeVax for 12+ kids and the authorisation for trialling with 6+ kids when the Nordic countries, France and now, Germany have banned the use of this vaccine for those under 30.

Claiming, “firstly” that a reason they won’t allow presecriptions for COVID because those that don’t use prescriptions get it wrong sometimes. That is stupid.
Then stating that the side effects of nausea and dizziness etc and the chance of coma (which they don’t declare as negligible) is a reason. And the side effects of the vaccines are nonexistent ? And less serious ?
And people might not get tested or attend hospital with symptoms if they are taking medication ? …that’s the attitude of a lot of people who have taken vaccines, because they think they can’t get COVID anymore.
And they might run out of ivermectin ! So the country can’t make it or get it from India (eg) ?

The reasons are ludicrous and notably the TGA stayed well away from saying that ivermectin didn’t work.

Another European vaccination fail in Belgium

The number of Covid-19 patients in hospital as well as the number of people ending up in intensive care is steadily rising in Belgium as new coronavirus cases continue to soar.

Between 28 October and 3 November, an average of 164 patients suffering from Covid-19 were admitted to hospitals per day, a 31% increase since the previous week, according to the latest figures published by the Sciensano Public Health Institute on Thursday morning.

As of Tuesday, more than 8.71 million people in Belgium have received a first dose of the vaccine, representing 88% of the adult population, and 76% of the total population.

Meanwhile, more than 8.57 million people are fully vaccinated, accounting for 86% of the adult population in Belgium, and 74% of the total population.

Yet the authorities talk about reduced hospitalisation and death rates and then doubled down by going the boosters route, a la Rick Will’s thinking.

Although the level of infections has reached that of November, the number of Covid-19 hospitalisations and deaths as a result of an infection is much lower due to high vaccination coverage rates.
    ….
Belgium has also started administering booster doses of coronavirus vaccines to people from certain vulnerable groups to keep the protection against the coronavirus sufficiently high. As of Tuesday, almost 636,000 people had received such a dose.

COVID AND KIDS: A POLICY DISASTER

I’ve said it before, but will repeat myself: what we have done to our children and young people, in the name of protecting the oldest and sickest in our population, is a crime. We have known for a long time that covid is not dangerous to children, yet they have suffered more than anyone else from the irrational lockdowns that one government after another has imposed. Even today, it is hard to get kids back in school in some areas, and in many it is impossible without requiring masks.

Recent studies out of the U.K. reveal how little children ever had to fear from covid, while at the same documenting the devastating effects of shutdowns on their lives.

    The Telegraph reports:

So covid posed an insignificant threat, at worst, to British children, or those in other countries. The effects of government-imposed shutdowns, on the other hand, were devastating:

It is too bad when already-sick people in their 80s and 90s are pushed over the edge by covid. But what we have done to our children in response to the epidemic is a disgrace.

Just curious – are there any reliable studies (ie. not funded by Pfizer etc) that you folks know of comparing general health parameters (B.P., weight, lung capacity, liver function, blood sugar levels etc) of people before and after their 1st and 2nd doses of any of the main COVID vaccines? I had my 2nd AstraZeneca on Thursday 11 November. Since my first dose in August I’ve been feeling lethargic most of the time.

No, you’re not in loony territory… I have a friend who runs a Bicom machine clinic and she has been telling me of people’s reactions to the vaccines. Lethargy is one common one, along with a resurgence of past viral/bacterial infections and conditions.

Has anyone else seen that when the kiddies (5-11 years old) version of the Pfizer vaccine was formulated, tromethamine was added?

The reason provided by helpful fact-checkers is that by using this to replace phosphate-buffered saline, the storage lifetime is extended and the FDA approved the change as “minor”. Surely trials should have been performed with a change like this with an additional authorisation process and a product coding update.

    https://health-desk.org/articles/what-do-we-know-about-tromethamine-in-covid-19-vaccines

Back in April and then again in May, the storage requirements for the Pfizer vaccine was loosened

    https://www.tga.gov.au/media-release/wider-storage-and-transportation-conditions-pfizer-covid-19-vaccine-now-approved
    https://www.tga.gov.au/behind-news/tga-approves-more-flexible-storage-conditions-pfizer-biontech-covid-19-vaccine

But FDA authorisation for the kiddies version was only provided in October
    https://www.fda.gov/media/153717/download

And there has been no further extension for storage for the Pfizer vaccine.

So what gives? Coincidentally, tromethamine is also used to increase blood pH for events that cause metabolic acidosis such as cardiac bypass surgery.. or arrest…

    70

    • #
      mawm

It’s a buffer – used to maintain a stable pH. The amount in the tiny volume that will be injected into kids is likely to be too small to make any difference. The body has its own buffer systems but there are times when they are insufficient like following cardiac bypass. Acid-base balance in the body is a fascinating and complex subject but unfortunately my knowledge thereof has waned in the passing years – like most else.

      40

      • #
        Analitik

That is the justification provided by the fact-checkers but why weren’t there corresponding extensions to the storage requirements?
And how is this change allowed to be authorised without re-certification for the FDA’s EUA (& our TGA’s preliminary authorisation)?

Is some level of myocarditis inevitable with all spike protein vaccines?

I In the case of acute infection with SARS-CoV-2, infected individuals have a self-limiting encounter with spike proteins, which may be thwarted by some of the therapeutics mentioned above. However, in the case of the mRNA-vaccinated, no endpoint of spike protein production is yet known. Nor is it yet known if it is safe to use any of the spike protein blocking therapeutics in vaccinated individuals.
    ..
the spike protein has been shown to have deleterious effects, and because myocarditis, which seems to be one of those effects, is now being observed in some vaccinated individuals

Victorian teens’ rare condition after Covid jab

Dozens of teenagers have suffered heart problems after getting the Pfizer vaccine, with boys more likely to develop the rare condition.

Dozens of vaccinated Victorian teenagers have developed a rare heart condition after their first dose of the Pfizer Covid vaccine in the past two months.

Fifty five teens aged between 12 and 19 years old who were assessed by the Victorian Specialist Immunisation Service (VicSIS) developed myocarditis – inflammation of the heart muscle – since September 6.

Inflammation can reduce the heart’s ability to pump blood and cause rapid or abnormal heart rhythms.

The group makes up just six per cent of those across all age groups who sought post-jab consultations with VicSIS following adverse reactions to the Pfizer vaccine since that date.

The Victorian figures come as the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) released its weekly Covid-19 vaccine weekly safety report on Thursday, which reported 288 new cases of conditions likely to be myocarditis across the country.

Last week’s numbers show an increase of 35 cases from the previous week.

“Like other countries, we have observed a higher than-expected number of cases of myocarditis in vaccinated (people) compared to unvaccinated individuals for Comirnaty (Pfizer),” the TGA said.

And Thugs Goons Administration won’t let us have Ivermectin

      PFIZER SIDE EFFECTS

The Thugs Goons Administration has also received 144 reports of suspected Guillain-Barre Syndrome occurring after vaccination with AstraZeneca – a rare but sometimes serious immune disorder affecting the nerves and can result in pain, numbness, muscle weakness and difficulty walking.

Eighty-seven reports of suspected immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) were also linked to the AstraZeneca jab, a rare immune reaction when platelets, which help blood to clot, are mistakenly destroyed.

with boys more likely to develop the rare condition.

Actually, this could just be an artifact of the self reporting process (ie that people aren’t being screened for the condition) since young males are the most likely portion of the population to push themselves to physical limits with any regularity. Slight damage to the heart may not be noticeable to most of the largely sedentary population.

This is the conclusion that could be drawn from my comment #38 plus from the following anecdotal observation

This coach observed of the COVID- vaccinated kids:

      1) None of them are competing up to previous level; all are doing worse than before, whether vaccinated several months ago or more recently.

      2) All are weaker and cannot endure what they used to in practice drills, with some taking a lot of sick days.

      3) All talked about chest pain with each other and the coach after the shot.

      4) The unvaccinated girls are now beating vaccinated boys, whom they could not do well against last year.

      https://colleenhuber.substack.com/p/vaccinated-kids-are-doing-worse

BTW the TGA and other health authorities calmly state that those who get myocarditis will usually quickly recover from it. This is patently false as myocarditis is a result of heart muscle cells dying. Heart damage is permanent as heart muscle does not regenerate and the fibrotic tissue that replaces the dead muscle is scarring that is non-functional. Impairment of the heart’s performance is permanent so athletic performance is permanently reduced. Also, the remaining heart muscle must work harder ALL THE TIME and heart failure becomes far more likely.

What happens is that most people simply get used to their heart working a bit harder and find this almost unnoticeable in every day life.

“The group makes up just six per cent of those across all age groups who sought post-jab consultations with VicSIS following adverse reactions to the Pfizer vaccine since that date.”

This is so disingenuous, they know that it occurs in the younger, less jabbed age groups but want to hide it amongst the all age groups numbers.

Sydney lawyer who fought vaccine mandates has licence suspended

Sydney solicitor Nathan Buckley has led the charge against vaccine mandates with crowd funded challenges but now he has had his practising licence suspended for his online behaviour.

A solicitor who has led multiple crowd-funded challenges to vaccine mandates has had his licence suspended by the NSW Law Society.

Following an investigation into Nathan Buckley’s online behaviour on the Facebook page of his firm G& B Lawyers, which included advising people to act against public health orders, the Council of the Law Society suspended Mr Buckley on the grounds “it reasonably believes he is unable to fulfil the inherent requirements of an Australian legal practitioner”.

Last year, amid the height of the pandemic, Mr Buckley urged Victorians to “engage in civil disobedience” and not wear masks, avoid testing and protest the lockdown.

“Tell Andrews that you refuse to wear a mask. It is time for all Australians to engage in civil disobedience. Leave your homes. Go to work. Earn a living. Feed your families,” read one post.

His suspension was confirmed Friday on the Register of Disciplinary Action where the Council of the Law Society said it believed he “did not have the ability to discharge” the “paramount duty to administration of justice” and “duty to be honest and courteous in all dealings in the course of legal practice”.

The suspension of his practising certificate will remain in place until June 2022.

Oh for a Judiciary in Australia who had the brains like the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals to recognise the stupidity of Vaccine Mandates

5th Circuit Takes Biden to the Woodshed With the Scolding He Deserves

But then in the decision to uphold the stay last night, the Court went even further and in more detail chastised the Biden Administration for their actions and mocked their arguments.

In general, the Court noted that when you are imposing OSHA rules on businesses, that power should be “delicately exercised” and only in the emergency situations that require it. So, you are looking to be the least intrusive you can possibly be, while dealing only with a true emergency.

Rather than “delicately exercised,” the court noted the severe imposition that this was to the businesses in this case.

The Court called the mandate both “overinclusive” and “underinclusive,” “staggeringly overbroad,” and basically derided the Biden Administration’s effort to call it an ’emergency’ — when the threat has been going on for two years and OSHA didn’t even get around to making up the text of the rule for two months.

The Court also could have added in that Biden announcing the mandate on September 9, but then not having the OSHA rule go into effect until Jan. 4 — when the situation is supposed to be an “emergency” — also doesn’t exactly withstand scrutiny either. Some emergency.

As we reported earlier and as I predicted would happen on September 10, the Court took note of White House Chief of Staff Ron Klain’s retweet of MSNBC Stephanie Ruhle’s tweet that the OSHA rule was the “ultimate workaround.” The Court looks at such things when they’re trying to evaluate the case.

The 5th Circuit further pointed out that Biden was against mandates before he was for them, and didn’t have any explanation as to why the change was necessary.

Aaron Rodgers Beats Fiancée, Murders A Few Guys On The Street So NFL Will Embrace Him Again

GREEN BAY, WI—Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers stirred up controversy last week when it was discovered that instead of taking the safe and effective Covid vaccine, like all the other NFL players, he had immunized himself by drinking a pint of Joe Rogan blood, which kills the virus within minutes and provides immunity for up to 60 years.

The former MVP tested positive for Covid last week, and the NFL promptly fined him $15,000 for “being one of those disgusting anti-vaxxers.” Fortunately for Rodgers, he was quickly able to revive his friendly relationship with the NFL after smacking around his fiancé a little bit and then murdering a couple of guys outside of the Hilton on Lombardi Avenue.

“Aaron’s a good guy, he really is,” said NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell after hearing that Rodgers had beaten his fiancé and murdered those two guys. “He’ll really fit in with our league.”

el gordo, loathe to admit it but it was BoM’s forecast from last week which called this weekend’s COLD WAVE – guess they get it right occasionally.

Peter & Ozzie, that circular ‘washing machine’ of lows circling Antarctica is as per normal, 24/7/365, yet a branch of the polar jet stream decided to break free and head north – straight north – toward Tassie and then the mainland. Ill-educated children would shout ‘carbon climate change’ yet we old fogies understand a ‘quiet sun’ will create wobbly and erratic atmospheric waves, hence Siberia and China and North America getting buried under frigid snowfalls last week, a month early.

As an aside, checked out ABC’s coverage this morning: they advised Tasmanian drivers to “put their headlines on” due to poor visibilty. Almost as good as RadioNZ last week which reported a man in Perth being “attached” by a shark. D’oh!

Covid 19 – how vaccines work? – not particularly effectively

Covid alert issued over Melbourne Cup party after Ozzie Kheir tests positive

More Covid infections have been linked to lavish Melbourne Cup victory celebrations, with the outbreak almost doubling in size.

A Covid outbreak linked to a lavish Melbourne Cup party thrown by the owners of the race winner has ballooned once again.

Twenty-six cases are now linked to the cluster after Ozzie Kheir, owner of the Melbourne Cup winning horse Verry Elleegant, tested positive to Covid-19 more than a week ago.

Old school friends of co-owner Brae Sokolski are also understood to now be infected, as well as family members and close friends of other guests.

The size of the outbreak has almost doubled since Wednesday, when it stood at more than a dozen.

Partygoers who were forced into isolation after being identified as close contacts were already freed from their quarantine stint last Tuesday night.

Current isolation protocols only require that fully vaccinated close contacts spend seven days in quarantine from the date of exposure.

But a lengthy delay in contact tracing — which resulted in guests being officially told that they had become a close contact at about 11.30am on Tuesday — meant most had likely failed to complete their full seven-day isolation stint.

She also confirmed that rapid antigen tests were not used on the night of the event, but said every patron was required to check in to the venue, with security on the door.

While restaurants are not considered high-risk locations, all dine-in patrons and staff are required to be fully vaccinated.

CDC has ZERO documented cases of a CoViD recovered person transmitting the disease.

If we want herd immunity, this is the path

ICAN wanted to see proof of any instance in which someone who previously had COVID-19 became reinfected with and transmitted the virus to someone else. The CDC’s incredible response is that it does not have a single document reflecting that this has ever occurred. Not one.

Apparently the CDC claim they “this information is not collected” which seems utterly unlikely plus gives them no right to encourage the recovered to get vaccinated in order to “protect” the population

I like reading Karl’s work — passionate and angry, about the right things:

The reasonable hypothesis is that the jabs are destroying pre-existing resistance that formerly was sufficient to prevent significant, seroconverting infections in about 8 out of 10 people, but post-jab that resistance is suppressed either temporarily or permanently and thus they are able to get significantly infected.

Leaving aside the hazards (direct — myocarditis, abnormal clotting, etc) of the jabs the data supports that there should have been no surge in infections this summer [northern hemisphere] whatsoever as there simply was an insufficient cohort to support them, yet since it happened we created that cohort by an action we took. Further, the worldwide data is that the surge occurred starting exactly when the widespread jabbing did in multiple nations and areas.

While this does not prove that the jabs have destroyed existing cross-immunity it very strongly points at it.

Note that for someone who is cross-immune being vaccinated confers no benefit yet is dangerous both to the individual and others in that if existing cross-immunity is destroyed you can not only now be infected where before you could not you can screw others as well.

          An important message.

Seventy years ago we were told in school about vaccines. It seemed logical and understandable.

The current “Jabbs” have an operating mechanism that is only understood in terms of complex biogenetic, submicroscopic activity that has no real logic behind it.

I don’t mind having my personal, hard won, immunity boosted by a true vaccine, but I see damage being done to acquaintances by the CV19 Jabs and deliberate action by medical staff to “ignore” Adverse Effects.

According to recent “data”, this jab is not reducing the rate of hospitalization but increasing it.

What sort of true vaccine does that?

“SN-HCW” are health-care workers who were repeatedly exposed and while they did not get sick or seroconvert “(SeroNegative)” showed very rapid response to Covid-19 from cross-reaction as a result of other coronavirus exposures.

Remember that Diamond Princess only had about 20% of the population on board that got sick despite all of them being confined together over an extended period, and even more-telling, there were multiple instances where one member of a cabin pair (husband and wife, usually) got seriously ill while the other did not only not get ill they did not test positive either. This also occurred among a couple I know early in the pandemic; one (the husband) was killed by the virus, the other (the wife) never got sick.

What’s even more damning is that by May of this year about 20% of the population, according to a NEJM study that I wrote on, had seroconverted. This strongly implies that statistically everyone who could get Covid-19 and have a serious problem with already had done so.

So how is that we had a “surge” this summer and continue to see infections this fall?

It can’t happen if there are no susceptible people.

        But it is.

        So there are susceptible people.

How did they become susceptible when they weren’t before in any material size?

        We jabbed them.

The CDC and hospitals do not count someone who gets Covid before 2 weeks after their last jab as “vaccinated.” So if you have a cycle of 28 days from first to second from the first jab to a period of time six weeks later if you get Covid-19 you’re considered “unvaccinated.”

Every place where we’ve had very high vaccination uptake as the uptake occurred we have seen material spikes in infection contemporary with the jabs, even out of regular season with normal respiratory viral patterns.

Letter by Dr Geert Vanden Bossche, shared by Steve Kirsch with Geert’s permission

Remember my article on ‘What happens if Israel fails the stress test? ‘
    [https://www.geertvandenbossche.org/post/what-happens-if-israel-fails-the-stress-test]

As I said, all you need to do is to watch Israel….I am sure it started…

    Is this the beginning of the next wave? – Yes;

Is this one going to be an even more serious one? – Yes

Is it going to spare vaccinees? – No, on the contrary

Will a further debate on 4th dose be required? I guess, this time around the people will finally tell ‘them’ where to put the next dose…

Unfortunately, HUGE damage has already been inflicted. I am serious. Vaccinating children is just going to turn the roles upside down and sufficiently tip the balance to allow the virus to exert natural selection pressure on innate host immunity. It may be better not to translate this in laymen terms…

The next countries on the list for a similar scenario are not necessarily those with highest vaccine coverage rates but those with fast/ aggressive implementation of mass vaccination (and will now do 3rd boost + kids!!)…we all know which countries we’re talking about…

Public & Global Health authorities have largely underestimated the evolutionary capacity of the virus when put under widespread positive immune selection pressure the dramatic suppression of the host’s innate immune capacity when put under widespread viral infectious pressure

A catastrophe can only be mitigated by mass chemoprophylaxis of an effective antiviral (6-8w) and early multidrug treatment.

Indeed, we MUST bring down the infectious pressure and MUST treat those whose innate immune system is (durably) suppressed by the vaccines.

Declining this is no longer a mistake but a crime.

    Africa will win.

I am truly devastated and heartbroken when I think what we’re up to…

So we meet the criteria set out by Dr Vanden Bossche almost exactly – the difference is that ALSO now have high vaccine coverage rates IN ADDITION to fast/aggressive implementation of mass vaccination, 3rd shot booster & vaccinating kids.

I only hope that the forecast approval for vaccination 5-11 year olds takes as long as reported (January 2022) so the side effects and waning/non efficacy become clear and the approval is not given.

Here is the abstract for the paper by Dr Jessica Rose and Dr Peter McCullough, quoted by Steve Kirsch – no explanation has been given for the withdrawl by Elsevier as yet

Following the global rollout and administration of the Pfizer Inc./BioNTech BNT162b2 and Moderna mRNA-1273 vaccines on December 17, 2020, in the United States, and of the Janssen Ad26.COV2.S product on April 1st, 2021, in an unprecedented manner, hundreds of thousands of individuals have reported adverse events (AEs) using the Vaccine Adverse Events Reports System (VAERS). We used VAERS data to examine cardiac AEs, primarily myocarditis, reported following injection of the first or second dose of the COVID-19 injectable products. Myocarditis rates reported in VAERS were significantly higher in youths between the ages of 13 to 23 (p<0.0001) with ∼80% occurring in males. Within 8 weeks of the public offering of COVID-19 products to the 12-15-year-old age group, we found 19 times the expected number of myocarditis cases in the vaccination volunteers over background myocarditis rates for this age group. In addition, a 5-fold increase in myocarditis rate was observed subsequent to dose 2 as opposed to dose 1 in 15-year-old males. A total of 67% of all cases occurred with BNT162b2. Of the total myocarditis AE reports, 6 individuals died (1.1%) and of these, 2 were under 20 years of age – 1 was 13. These findings suggest a markedly higher risk for myocarditis subsequent to COVID-19 injectable product use than for other known vaccines, and this is well above known background rates for myocarditis. COVID-19 injectable products are novel and have a genetic, pathogenic mechanism of action causing uncontrolled expression of SARS-CoV-2 spike protein within human cells. When you combine this fact with the temporal relationship of AE occurrence and reporting, biological plausibility of cause and effect, and the fact that these data are internally and externally consistent with emerging sources of clinical data, it supports a conclusion that the COVID-19 biological products are deterministic for the myocarditis cases observed after injection.

There are some graphs still available at the following link as well as the abstract text
      https://www.semanticscholar.org/paper/TEMPORARY-REMOVAL%3A-A-Report-on-Myocarditis-Adverse-Rose-McCullough/279081e05da9763100ed1278b47fdd4093abba4b

“Bloomberg Reports, The Number of Booster Shots Needed to Be Defined as Vaccinated is Unknown

Well, there it is. According to political engineers who are tasked with pushing the COVID-19 narrative, the bureaucrats who determine U.S. health policy have not yet decided on how many booster shots will be needed to keep a person’s “vaccinated status” compliant.

Dr Geert Vanden Bossche often talks about the innate immunity response and how this is adversely affected by the vaccinations (due to the pre-generated spike protein antibodies crowding out the innate response).

Here is a very nice explanation of the innate immune system and its role in our overall immune systems.

Considering first the innate immune system, the larger and far more versatile of the two major branches, it is so ubiquitous throughout the body that cells of the innate immune system are no farther from any other cell than the thickness of a fingernail.

The adaptive immune system is the smaller part of the human immune system. I say this because lymphocytes are less than 30% (with wide variation in individuals) of the white blood cells in a complete blood count, and less than two tenths of one percent of all blood cells. B-cells are anywhere from one to twenty percent of all lymphocytes at any given time. This means that probably less than 0.004 % (or 4 in 100,000) of all cells in the blood are targeted by vaccines.

No wonder Dr Vanden Bossche mentions innate immunity response so often – I personally did not appreciate its role and the, otherwise outstanding article by Julius Ruechel did not stress it enough when he discusses the generalist (innate) response that first takes place with infections.
    https://www.juliusruechel.com/2021/09/the-snake-oil-salesmen-and-covid-zero.html

Also this tidbit about the role of Vitamin D in our immune response – why nothing on this at all from any health authorities?

Every cell mentioned above in both the innate and adaptive immune systems is stimulated and developed by vitamin D, and cannot function well without it. This then is the most true, broad-spectrum and valuable vaccine, along with moderate amounts of its synergistic partners, the other basic nutrients: vitamins, minerals and amino acids.

GOVERNMENT DICTATES FOR PATIENT TREATMENT CONCERN DOCTORS

Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, perceived government interference in patient treatment, combined with perceived pressure from regulatory entities to restrict certain treatments, are reason for concern, according to some Oklahoma doctors.

“The government is trying to overreach their authority,” said Dr. John Sutton, a Woodward doctor whose practice has included service at three nursing homes in Woodward and Dewey counties. “Doctors have been pretty autonomous ever since there was a first doctor. The doctor could think for himself and do what he thought was right for a patient. And I don’t think the government ought to be telling doctors how to practice medicine.”

Throughout the pandemic, doctors have had to operate on the fly and adjust treatment strategies as information became available. In many instances, that approach has involved prescribing medications for off-label use as COVID treatments, meaning the medicines were not originally authorized for treating coronavirus but have shown some promise. Ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine have been some of the most prominent examples, but their use has become bogged down in politics more than science, according to critics who say doctors should not have to fear pushback for prescribing those drugs.

All three nursing homes served by Sutton have experienced COVID-19 outbreaks. The first home experienced an outbreak before vaccines were widely available and before “ivermectin was even in the discussion,” Sutton said.

That nursing home experienced a 30-percent mortality rate among those who contracted the virus, he said.

By the time an outbreak occurred at the second nursing home, both ivermectin and monoclonal antibodies were known treatments and were provided to residents. Sutton also ordered that all residents be provided ivermectin “whether they had the disease or not.”

Of 56 residents in that home, only one died from COVID.

“The thing that was different from the first nursing home was the monoclonal antibodies and the ivermectin,” Sutton said.

When the third nursing home had an outbreak, a similar course of treatment was pursued. Out of 75 residents, only one died.

Sutton concedes his experience is an “anecdotal thing” and not “a definite study,” but he said the results are hard to ignore.

“I can’t definitely say ivermectin worked,” Sutton said. “It sure seemed, in my little world, seemed to work. And nobody—absolutely nobody—had any side effects from it.”

Other Oklahoma doctors report similar outcomes.

The most recent state Weekly Epidemiology and Surveillance Report showed that as of Oct. 16 there had been 278 fully vaccinated and 79 partially vaccinated individuals hospitalized with COVID in the prior 30 days.

Research also indicates vaccination alone does not negate the virus’ impact.

A study published in the European Journal of Epidemiology reviewed COVID-19 data from 2,947 counties in the United States, based on White House COVID-19 Team data. The study found “no discernable relationship between percentage of population fully vaccinated and new COVID-19 cases” at the county level and “no significant signaling of COVID-19 cases decreasing with higher percentages of population fully vaccinated.”

The study noted that of the five U.S. counties with the highest rates of full vaccination, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) had nonetheless recently identified four as “high” transmission counties.

“The sole reliance on vaccination as a primary strategy to mitigate COVID-19 and its adverse consequences needs to be re-examined, especially considering the Delta (B.1.617.2) variant and the likelihood of future variants,” the study stated.

Regulatory Threats? – Welcome to Australia and Thugs Goons Administration

Doctors worry that regulatory boards appear poised to penalize doctors who provide COVID-19 treatments other than vaccination or monoclonal antibodies, potentially due to political pressure.

In a recent letter, the Federation of State Medical Boards said doctors “who generate and spread COVID-19 vaccine misinformation or disinformation are risking disciplinary action by state medical boards, including the suspension or revocation of their medical license.” In a joint statement, the American Board of Family Medicine, the American Board of Internal Medicine, and the American Board of Pediatrics declared they “support FSMB’s position.”

While those groups do not specifically declare off-label prescribing of ivermectin to represent “misinformation,” doctors are concerned that message is implied, even though those who prescribe ivermectin are not automatically vaccine critics.

“I’m not an anti-vaxxer, except for in children,” Sutton said. “I don’t think children ought to be vaccinated, but adults, I think they should.”

Sales of pregnancy Tests have increased in multiples since the ‘Clot Shot’ has been forced on the population. Unexpected bleeding, irregular periods and delayed cycles have been dismissed as normal side effects

My thought is this must be causing havoc in the community with partners trapped in Fly In Fly Out interment camps and across borders.
