FBI didn’t want the Hunter Biden Laptop, then sat on it, then whistleblowers life is destroyed

He did all the right things but his business, his life’s work has been ruined. Hunter Biden dropped off his laptop to a Mac repair store and left it behind. The whistleblower who owned that store acted legally in every way, but now faces bankruptcy and lives with constant threats. He financially would have been so much better off if he has dropped the laptop in the bin. John Nolte at Breitbart has a long interview with John Paul Mac Isaac about the remarkable efforts he went to to do the right thing.  His father is a retired Air Force Colonel, and he also tried to do the right thing but was rebuffed.

The whole interview is worth reading. The scandal (above and beyond The Biden family) is the combined failure of the FBI and the media. Repeatedly, the FBI failed the nation, protected the corrupt by sitting on this laptop for months and intimidating the whistleblower. Then the media did the same, covering up for the compromised, blaming it on a Russian hack.  All the media that is, except for The New York Post, Tucker Carlson and sites like Breitbart.

People need to know what’s going on.

Nolte: Hunter Biden Laptop Whistleblower John Paul Mac Isaac — The Breitbart News Interview

BNN: We’re in September 2019 now and your friend is sitting on this letter and your dad is headed to the FBI?

JM: Right, Dad went to the FBI in October and the FBI slammed the door in his face, told him to get out of his office, lawyer up, and don’t talk about any of this.

BNN: Really?

JM: My father describes it as the most embarrassing moment of his life. This is a 30-year Air Force Colonel. To give 30 years of service and have a bureaucrat slam the door in your face… So we sat in the dark for a month scratching our heads, wondering what we do now. But the fear level ratcheted up because now the FBI knows we have this and doesn’t want to do anything. They kept the paperwork we presented [the repair agreement, etc.], but refused to accept the drive.

A month later an FBI agent I’ll call ‘Agent Joshua,’ reached out to my father. He wanted to contact me. I did some research on him online. He seemed like a good guy who had focused a lot of time going after child predators. So I trusted him and arranged a meeting at my house.

BNN:  Where are we at now in the year, when this meeting was arranged?

JM: Mid-November. He showed up with another agent I’ll call ‘Agent Mike.’ I voiced my concerns about people foreign and domestic who might want to do me harm over what I’d seen. I told them I wanted a paper trail and the ability to contact them if something happens. They told me they couldn’t take the laptop due to legal concerns, but that they would get back to me. On the morning of December 9, Agent Mike called me for the serial number off the hard drive. Initially, they said they were just going to come in and make a clone of the drive. But they showed up at 10 a.m. in my shop with a subpoena for everything. Which I thought was great. I wanted them to take everything. I wanted it out of my shop.

Even the FBI were threatening him:

BNN: And at this point, still, after eight months and all this political stuff going on, you had not reached out to the media or any political operatives, like Giuliani?

JM:  No, it would have been completely inappropriate. Only the FBI. The FBI is where this had to go. So I give them everything and joke about leaving their names out of any book I write, and this is when Agent Mike says, ‘In our experience, nothing ever happens to people who don’t talk about these things.

BNN:  Whoa.

JM: I was so happy to get that stuff out of my life, it took me a couple of hours before I realized that was a thinly-veiled threat.

He kept expecting to see the laptop turn up in legal hearings, but it never did:

JM: This is mid-December [2019]. We get through the holidays. The impeachment hearings begin. I keep waiting for the laptop to be admitted into evidence. I’d seen what was on the laptop. I knew it was relevant to impeachment. At the very least it should have been given to the White House to aid in the president’s defense. So at this time, I can only assume the FBI had no intention of letting that laptop be submitted as evidence. Now I have to worry about myself, my own safety, and identity. I felt even more alone and exposed.

By August 2020 it was clear the FBI, Justice Department and Congress were not going to help:

BNN: Now you’ve been sitting on this for nine months. Why not go to the media?

JM: I wanted to do this right, through the correct channels. I tried the Justice Department. I tried congress. Now it’s August of 2020, I’ve been sitting on this for more than a year, and I decided it was time to go to the president, directly to his attorney. So I came out of the shadows and emailed Giuliani directly.

BNN: You waited until August of 2020, you waited 16 months?

JM: End of August, around the 24th.

BNN: Nine months after the FBI picked it up and did nothing with it? You gave the FBI nine months to do the right thing?

After Guiliani and The Post broke the news in Oct 2020, the punishment began:

Humans are social creatures, gregarious beings. There is almost no one who is not affected physiologically by this kind of extreme repetitive bullying:

BNN: What form did the death threats come in?

JM: I’d answer the phone and hear terrible things. I had to file a terroristic threat report with the police. Not so many emails or texts, but a lot of stuff about how ‘Putin thanks me for my service’ or how I’m a Russian stooge or how I’m a hacker who’s going to go to prison.

That’s what I didn’t get, why people were calling me a criminal. I had 20 or 30 voice mails the first day with people saying ‘I hope you get blown up in prison’ and ‘I hope you rot in jail,’ and I’m just scratching my head… I went to the FBI. If I’d done something wrong, they would have come after me.

It wasn’t until later that I realized this was because of Twitter. Twitter had labeled me a hacker by labeling the material ‘hacked material.’ So people identified me as a hacker who had hacked Hunter’s computer and stole his data and broke the law.

As far as the allegations, about me working for Putin, I can thank 50 intelligence officials for that one. My family served during the Cold War — my father and grandfather — so that didn’t sit well.

He went into hiding after only a few weeks:

BNN: So the story broke on October 14, 2020. When did you abandon your shop?

JM: I closed up November 2. I left the state November 5.

Anything a whistleblower says to the legacy media can and will be used against them

It’s a lose-lose situation to even grant them an interview. Any good answers people have will be ignored and buried.

BNN:  After all the lies the corporate media told about you, do you trust them now?

JM:  I remember, the day after the story broke, it was October 15 [2019],  and I had CNN, the New York Times, and the Washington Post in my store. It was immediately obvious they were only there to catch me in a lie. They were not there for the truth. They wanted to catch me revealing their narrative. I told them everything. I offered to show them a photo of Hunter’s signed authorization. They weren’t interested. They were only interested in their narrative. They were only interested in what their trusted government sources were feeding them. So they published nothing I said because it wasn’t what they wanted to hear— that this was a valid, factual, and consequential story.

Yesterday, I left a comment with the Washington Post and they probably won’t publish that.

BNN:  CNN, the New York Times, and the Washington Post didn’t use anything you said back when the story first broke?

JM:  They were only interested in discrediting me. If not, they would have told the public what I told them. The thing that messed me up is that I wasn’t ready for this. No one coached me. I didn’t even know what I could or could not say. I’m cornered in my shop by five members of the press.

But just as intimidation and threats can drive someone out of their business and out of the state, the good messages of support can keep them going. Never underestimate how important this psychological support is:

BNN: This country owes you an apology.

JM: Only half the country owes me an apology. The other half keeps me going. That positive feedback from those who know I did the right thing has been phenomenal. But people don’t understand what something like this can do to crush the individual. I was in exile in Colorado. I couldn’t do anything. I couldn’t go anywhere. Everything I loved and cared about was far away, including my cats. It takes a lot out of you emotionally. It got really tough. If it wasn’t for the support I received, not just from family and friends— but thousands and thousands of complete strangers that told me that what I did was right. If I didn’t have that, I don’t know where I would be right now.

And it is still continuing, here Matt Gaetz is grilling the FBI about the laptop and then tries to enter a copy of the laptop drive into evidence! Dumbocrap Chairman Jerry Nadler was finally forced to accept after strenuous objections (note the civil servant in the background in Nadlers’ ear!)

Clearly the FBI are pleased with the success of disappearing Epstein’s safe contents and have refined the practice to disappearing an entire laptop.

Good thing there are copies of the drive floating around.

And when do the public get to hear about the OTHER laptop of Hunter’s?

How many copies are of the ENTIRE, UNEDITED drive.

What guarantee is there that the “original” internal drive is just that and is not tampered with.?

An actual “forensic computer technician” can tell many interesting things about the life and times of a hard-drive. The rapid advent of high-density Solid-Stare drives has, however, livened things up a bit.

If you have a hard drive that “dies”, do not just toss it in the bin. Cut it into little pieces with an abrasive cutting wheel, burn the pieces with an oxy-acetylene torch, cut the remains into smaller pieces, wrap them in old newspaper and drop in as many different, widely dispersed bins as you have pieces, or randomly toss them overboard during several boating trips.

I wonder what tales YOUR hdd would tell? 😉

You seem to be planning well in advance…

Or simply encrypt the whole drive or use a container file, along with a 20+ letter/number/symbol password that won’t be cracked in your lifetime.

Mark Levin had it right – the FBI are the Democrat Stasi …..Their agents have this sinister predilection for spying on ,raiding and prosecuting the lawyers political aides and friendly journalists of the conservative opposition ..The FBI’s Cointelpro methods mirrored the Stasi Zersetung programs . Read about the FBI’s relentless vicious harassment of Martin Luther King, Ernest Hemingway and actress Jean Seberg who suffered a stress induced miscarriage just as George Papadopolous’s wife did decades later after the FBI persecuted him to get at Donald Trump ….FBI operatives goaded Islamist gunmen to ‘tear up Texas ‘ in the lead up to an attack on a Draw Mohammed cartoon festival and shielded Saudi nationals implicated in terrorist recruitment and financing… The current FBI director famously turned a nonchalant eye to Antifa – the most violent radical left terrorist militia in the United States going so far as to euphemize the extremist movement as an ‘ideology’. Keith Ellison and Jerry Nadler must have been immensely pleased. Joe Biden felt inspired to quote him All this resembles the relaxed approach and covert influencing tactics of the GDR Stasi toward Marxist terrorist groups fomenting trouble in Western European democracies during the Cold War

The Left claim to be compassionate.

Where is their compassion for this “little guy”, a victim of super powerful Elites?

It’s too bad he didn’t copy the data and get it uploaded to Wikileaks.

I hope he can sell his story and get out of financial trouble.

From what I have been seeing is the FBI is the thugs of the Democrats in multiple cases and the most important corruption that is well recorded everywhere is ignored to be investigated on…the 2020 Elections voting frauds. Where are the FBI’s federal charges which are serious infractions and penalties when it comes to voters laws.

Protecting the violators just creates a whole mess of trouble with good guys, bad guys, evil and mostly the insanity of the political class being protected rather than prosecuted.
Even when the power structure changes, these scum bags still aren’t prosecuted for what they’ve done and it’s happened worldwide with our governments and politicians.

The FBI is a far cry from what was portrayed in the 1965-74 TV series, The FBI with Efrem Zimbalist Jr.

Back then they were a scrupulously honest, patriotic, impartial, law-abiding agency.

Mr. Gardener: Some think the NYT is trying to get ahead of a Hunter being indicted bombshell. If you saw what FBI did with evidence of illegal email handling by Sec State Clinton, where they incinerated the evidence after giving Hilary’s top assistants immunity, then it becomes obvious. Dispose of the “Hunter” problem by letting him admit some low-level tax beef (it doesn’t have to be criminal), call the investigation “done”, and bury the ashes of Hunter’s devices next to the crypt holding the ashes of Cheryl Mills’ devices. No need for pardons, Joe will say his son was exonerated like a Mann.

Too many people now know that the Bidens are criminals and that Hunter can destroy his father. They also know that the original plan to kick Joe for his dementia and replace him with the first woman of colour president is a crock because the WOC is a complete dunce, worse, if possible, than Dementia Joe. The Democrats and their boosters have been caught in their own trap but the pity is that the rest of the US and the world are paying the price. With the loose cannon sprouting threats it is a bit rich to call Putin mad.

Uncle Joe has obviously grown sick of those that have wielded the power behind his throne and belittled him into allowing it. The Presidential power resides with President Joe. That is the point that should worry everyone around the world.

An allegedly mentally failing President seems to be taking his own reins. His constitutional power puts him beyond the control of the clever dicks that shut him away during the election, got him elected, considered him their marionette through which they have been undermining America. They put him to sleep with icecream every weekend.

Now, by refusing to take back his statement on Putin, it seems the marionette has become reanimated and nobody can be sure where this is all going to lead. By ostensibly inducing a hatred of Trump and winning the election one way or another, the left and the US electorate have now presented the free world with a big problem.

That’s not to say the same sickness which gave us a libertarian life, ignoring all the principles upon which that life was built over 150years, hasn’t undermined most of the Democracies similarly.

Hatred of ones colour, hating one’s self, hating others simply for their views, using children as political pawns, rejecting the scientific method, believing in climate witchcraft and so destroying energy systems which are the basis of all societies and the ability of one society to help another. Politics based on personal seeking of power over others instead of politics interested in the national welfare. It’s a commonality of lemmings in all western democracies jumping off the same cliff at the behest of leaders that seek the ultimate power of determining how we peasants world wide must live!

Apart from all else, Putin’s war and threats of using armageddon weaponry should be enough to wake our societies up, restore some reality. Drive the termites infesting all our institutions and undermining our societies back into their dark-age cages.

Ian, if you think it is necessary to be a biologist to define what a woman is, or if you think there are more than two genders, or if you believe in anthropogenic global warming in the absence of evidence, or if you want to ban inexpensive and safe potentially life-saving drugs in favour of the alternative from Big Pharma, you MIGHT be a Leftist.

“Ian, if you think it is necessary to be a biologist to define what a woman is,”

No I don’t think being a biologist is at all necessary to define what a woman is biologically but that is too narrow a definition as it excludes the differences generated by nurture, by lived experiences and by society. A man’s definition of a woman may be very different from a woman’s definition of a woman. My wife agrees.

“or if you think there are more than two genders,”

Yes, I do think there are more than two genders. I also think you are confusing gender with sex. In general terms sex refers to a person’s physical characteristics at birth, and gender encompasses a person’s identities, expressions, and societal roles. A person may identify with a gender that is different from their natal sex or with no gender at all.”

“or if you believe in anthropogenic global warming in the absence of evidence’

There is plenty of published and substantiated evidence from a veritable host of climate scientists that those such as yourself do not accept. I think humans do have an impact on the climate but I don’t believe that the burning of fossil fuels by humans is the sole cause.

“or if you want to ban inexpensive and safe potentially life-saving drugs in favour of the alternative from Big Pharma”

I presume by” alternative” you mean vaccines. Do you? And by life saving drugs that you mean drugs such as Ivermectin, HCQ, remdesivir. Do you?

To avoid mis-interpretation and to make myself abundantly plain the answer to your question is I do not want to ban inexpensive and safe potentially life-saving drugs in favour of vaccines from BigPharma.

It is the deplorables, ignored by the left though they be, who provide the wealth that allows the leftists to survive at all. Without the deplorables there would be no funding for the ABC, the BoM, the CSIRO, the Arts Councils, the woke universities, even their accommodation, power, water, food and clothing. Just another example of extreme media and government manipulation (one in the same).

Another reason to be very open minded about the Russia-Ukraine conflict. What we are hearing from ALL western media is very one sided.

And it all starts in the US. Their “leaders” are (both directly and indirectly) responsible for nearly every conflict between (their) foreign countries since WWII.

Australia should not be picking sides in a conflict on the other side of the world that has nothing to do with us – doing so may come back to haunt us. (too late).

This will go into “moderation” due to the URL. But, as per, this guy is a true gem! He writes with clarity and right to the point. This is a followup to the Nolte interview.

“The mentally incompetent husk of a crooked old pol is owned by every foreign interest in his decaying orbit, and owned as well by the foul and perfidious “intel” mafia lodged like a cancerous mass eating away at what used to be known as the American government. Face it: this false “president,” installed by malignant forces allied with his Party of Chaos, is a menace to our nation.”

“The Russian clean-up of Ukraine has exposed the operational base of the Biden Family’s flagrant crimes. The laptop confirms that Hunter’s Rosemont Seneca front company invested in the chain of bio-weapons labs set up by the CIA and Department of Defense and operated through their front company Metabiota, with tendrils reaching to the Wuhan, China, virology lab that was the most likely point-of-origin for SARS-CoV-2, a.k.a. Covid-19.”

“Of course, the FBI had Hunter’s laptop in its possession in January of 2020. How is it possible that the device and all its incriminating contents were withheld as evidence in the momentous impeachment trial of Donald Trump which, after all, was instigated by Mr. Trump’s inquiring phone call about those very matters involving the Bidens and Mykola Zlochevsky? Answer: Because the FBI was already rattled by the unravelling truth about its seditious role in the RussiaGate folly, and the agency was wholly invested in the removal of Mr. Trump before top agency officials found themselves in grand juries — federal crimes on top of federal crimes by federal officials. How do we stand for that?”

It is a common expectation that the folks who engaged in all the egregious conduct, including massive lawbreaking, will escape punishment. Why is that?
In a simpler world the invention of democratic forms of government required sunshine. And it was recognized that any government, even one operated with complete transparency, will need to, in the final analysis, be equated with force. If good, well-meaning people exercise force on behalf of the community, there are bound to be errors and accidents, or unavoidable conflicts. Thus the proxy force dealers were given some immunity, in the context of a clear-simple legal system and the understanding that if you broke the law, you immunity was gone.

What went wrong. The legal system becomes a morass of contradictory complexity, and, over time, anachronisms unpurged that can be rehabilited from time to time for effect, and a court system with a few reliable political judges. Simultaneously, vast portions of the state find ways to shade itself from the glare of inspection, and construct nastiness for long periods without anyone looking.

The more criminality is possible, the more nefarious individuals see the opportunity for fertile playfields. And here we are.

Happens to corporations too; they have the freedom to close down or sell off whole plants or divisions, fire folks wholesale, and completely restructure themselves…its been done.

Much more rare in government without a violent revolution. Trump had perhaps the best idea: ship agencies wholesale to remote parts of the country; most of the Washington swamp rats won’t go.

We may get, as best, a public trial of a few ringleaders, thus a full airing of the charges and evidence; perhaps the only way to get back to “sunshine”.

      What went wrong.?
We all have choices. One choice is between greed and generosity. Another is between power and kindness. When you feed the bad wolf and end up consistently choosing greed and power, we get where we are. It happens at the personal, family, neighbourhood, local, regional, state, national and international level.
If enough people change their personal choices, things will change I reckon.

Nations are losing all sense of morality. This has become even more blatantly obvious in the West where it’s now become much harder to determine who is wining the race as to what nation can be as close as possible to Sodom and Gomorrah. There are many movies (not just from Hollywood) where the scenes and the story lines are evil to the core. Many are so bad I can’t even watch them to completion. Some I wouldn’t even attempt to watch. The people who make such movies must be sick and morally bankrupt, yet many of them are praised by societies.

Yes, if enough people change their choices things can change but the problem is how do people determine what is the right choice when more become morally bankrupt, especially those we elect as leaders? History has taught us many times what happens when our leaders become more and more amoral if not immoral.

It ought now be clear to everyone that the West is corrupt, evil and rotten to the core just like any other nation. So, in the case of the West versus Russia and China, who is the lesser evil? Of course we don’t really know but one thing is for sure, it’s too close to call and so it’s irrelevant to make that call. If we could live on another planet I for one would go and let them all blow each other up.

This explains how we got this far. As a result most people can’t even recognise the fact that we have people in high places in the West who are in effect as evil as those on the other sides.

In the introduction to his magisterial opus After Virtue, Alasdair Macintyre describes postmodern society as having fallen into a dark age, a post-apocalyptic state. But this is not the apocalypse of Mad Max. The apocalypse has destroyed, not our technology, but our morality: “We possess simulacra of morality, we continue to use many of the key expressions. But we have… lost our comprehension of morality,” he explains. Postmodern society does not know what good is.

Got that right. Also too many good actors to boot. The incident with Will Smith at the awards is typical of what’s wrong with America today, explained in the link below. Alex Thorne hit the nail on the head; “I had to watch the acceptance speech again as it is such a master class in narcissistic god complex..seriously indicative of the amercian foreign and domestic concept of our place in the world”. How the US is handling the Ukraine-Russian issue is just another example of that as well as the truth being smothered by our law enforcement agencies at the top. It sort of reminds me of the clip “Star Trekkin” made a long time ago about Star Trek. “We come in peace, shoot to kill, shoot to kill”. The trouble is they are shooting us too. Some who are naive would call that friendly fire but would be missing the real point; it’s is very sinister and certainly not friendly.

We are running out of time. Biden’s loss of US electoral support/dementia/corruption is a possible opening.

The economic war has started. China now dominates the production of key metals and is working to gain control of the world’s semiconductor industry by invading Taiwan. The evil in the US and in our own countries is now systemic, organized, and very powerful. China has been preparing for an unconventional war with the US for the last 20 years. It is not an accident that covid was released and critical race theory and weaponized gender theories are suddenly being pushed in the US.

Internet censorship, fake news/organized propaganda, and the takeover and control of key companies (like Disney, the other Entertainment companies,Facebook, Google, Amazon, and so on) was required to enable the corruption/treason/pointless ideological fights to reach this level.

The takeover of the US supreme court/DOJ/FDA/CDC/FBI, the start of pointless no-win ideological fights, and the no-win climate emergency are all part of China’s plan to weaken/destroy the US/Western countries, systems and economies.

Running out of time? That is a serious understatement. Time has already run out for a variety of reasons on many fronts. The stage is set. Apart from all citizens in the West standing up to our draconian monster leaders (will not happen of course) there is absolutely nothing that will be done to stop the madness unless it’s from an exterior force, such as Russia and/or China. That’s not being a defeatist. It’s being a realist and a student of history. The West is in self-destruct mode and Russia+China are already licking their chops. I wish we could do something about it but as we have seen time and time again, such as the truckers protests, nothing is working to turn things around. The evil forces within are too powerful.

Another alarming thing is that so many people support Hunter Biden, a thoroughly corrupt, immoral and evil individual and a conduit to the President.

Survey Says: Americans Are Dumber Than a Bag of Rocks

A survey of Americans conducted by YouGovtells me that way too many Americans are dumber than a bag of rocks, or dumber than Joe Biden, depending on your preferred metaphor.

Perception is formed by observation. With most people, if they “see” it, they believe it.

Take TV commercials. If aliens tapped into TV feeds, they’d be left with the perception that the majority, or a significant minority, of couples are interracial. They aren’t. The current amount is about 10 percent, but adverts selling products from cars to deodorant would leave you with a perception that maybe 60 percent of couples are interracial.

Black people comprise about 13 percent of the US population, but TV ads overpopulate commercials with Black actors. What do Americans think is the percentage of Blacks in America? Forty-one percent. Blacks thought their demographic was 52 percent of the population.

        From the study:

What do Americans think is the percentage of transgenders? In reality, it’s well under one percent. Americans pegged the number at 21 percent.

        Perception and reality rarely align.

In common-speak, most people aren’t bright, and they will take wild stabs at reality based on perception, rounding the mean.

We are not a smart people, unfortunately — and apparently, our president matches that label. In this case, perception matches reality.

      What is known:

Then those files are broadcast to the rightwing press.
now the aforementioned hacker is claiming whistleblower privilege.

The moment it left Biden’s hands (assuming that it ever did) until it was in the hands of law enforcement, it was out of the chain of custody. There is no way to verify where it was or who had it. In this scenario, there is no reason to specify the repair guy for anything alleged to have happened to the laptop.

You are welcome for my input. Thanks for demonstrating your profound ignorance on the subject of “chain of custody” (why add the word “formal”?). The example here is adequate. Each person in the chain was “euthorized” to keep it- Hunter the owner gave possession to witness above, who is authorized to keep it for repair. Discovering evidence of crime, he gave it to FBI who is “euthorized” to keep it as evidence. Verified by each person in the chain. Elementary, my dear Mr. Aye.
Sorry to treat you like a child, but not sorry- you are not this dumb. Your in a hole, but keep digging if you like, it will confirm many opinions here.

Why repeat my typo to mock me and then write “your” instead you “you’re”.

And no, you are incorrect. A chain of custody is much more than what you describe when it comes to something as serious as prosecuting someone for a crime or misdemeanor. The “formal” I referred to is a chain recognised by the courts as reliable.

Verified by each person in the chain

This has not been shown and would not hold up in court.

Still digging, eh? Your answer to Ronin was wrong, now you say “it’s more complicated.” I don’t need to write a legal treatise on chain of custody to show you are wrong. You have no idea (unless you have talked to the interviewee above- you could easily have done, but journalists wanted to talk to him just as much as you) whether the chain can be established, but I do- it can be established with the testimony of two people. It is not more complicated than that. So, do you admit this much- if “this” (as you put it) is shown, it is admissible in court? I’m inviting you to stop digging, but it really is too late, your ignorance is demonstrated in full.

Chain of Custody does not change evidence and it really only pertains to those obligated to abide by it.
More forensic work would prove (probably easily) that the contents of the hard drive were authentically from Hunter Biden. The FBI are not being forthright in any part of this.

If there was Law and Order the material on the hard drive would lead to other corroborating evidence or not. Then the Law and Order would proceed as needed with subpoenas and warrants if justified.

FBI does not say there is nothing there. How do you know there is nothing there?

Peters only goal I suspect (along with Gee Aye) is to obfuscate and smear so as to tangle the discussion but each time Peter (and Gee Aye) is comprehensively exposed. That this behaviour continues ad infinitum in the face of so much embarrassment is testament to the incredible resilience of (progressive) ideological possession. Solzhenitsyn was quite bemused by this trait. I find it so interesting to observe.

Bobalinski confirmed the legitimacy of the emails and provided proof of their business dealings and of the third parties ( Chinese) that they were dealing with.

              I would call that proof.

If the information is evidence of graft or corruption or abuse of power then it may lead directly to the current president in office. It needs to be explored and processed.

Senators Release Receipts Showing Direct Payments From Foreign Oligarchs To Hunter Biden

Republican Sens. Chuck Grassley of Iowa and Ron Johnson of Wisconsin released bombshell receipts showing Hunter received payments from foreign oligarchs that further reveal “the extent to which President Biden might be — and almost certainly is — compromised.”

This new receipt, Grassley said, is just the cherry on top of the Biden family’s anticipated corruption and a preview of more evidence to come.

“Hunter Biden and James Biden served as the perfect vehicle by which the communist Chinese government could gain in-roads here in the United States through CEFC and its affiliates,” Grassley explained. “And these in-roads were focused on China’s advancement into the global and U.S. energy sector. Hunter and James Biden were more than happy to go along for the right price.”

The Republicans both hinted at future speeches documenting more “high-dollar” transactions between “CEFC, Northern International Capital, Hudson West Three, Hunter Biden’s Owasco and James Biden’s Lion Hall Group” but noted that their efforts to uncover the Biden family’s foreign business dealings have been stifled by the corrupt corporate media, Big Tech, and Democrats, who don’t want compromising information about the president’s family released.

Matt Gaetz Enters Hunter Biden’s Laptop Into the Congressional Record

After grilling FBI Assistant Director for the Cyber Division Bryan Vorndran about Hunter Biden’s laptop during a House Judiciary Committee hearing Tuesday, Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.) entered the contents of the device, and a receipt from the computer repair shop where it had been dropped off, into the congressional record.

Although the FBI took possession of the laptop in December of 2019, Vorndran stated that he does not know its current location, or whether outside actors like Russia used the laptop’s contents to compromise the First Family.

    “Who has it?” Gaetz asked.

“I don’t know who has it,” Vorndran replied.

“What now you’re telling me right here is that as the Assistant Director of FBI Cyber, you don’t know where this is, after it was turned over to you three years ago?” Gaetz said.

“Yes, sir. That’s an accurate statement,” Vorndran responded.

Later on, he requested unanimous consent to enter the contents of the laptop into the congressional record. After receiving pushback initially from Democrats, the request was accepted

Also on Tuesday, Gaetz introduced a House Resolution to strip security clearances from the 51 intelligence officials that signed a letter declaring the contents of Hunter Biden’s laptop as “Russian disinformation” shortly after the story broke in October of 2020.

Dubbed the “Spook Who Cried Wolf Resolution,” the legislation states that “the 51 signatories of the letter who publicly and falsely decried Hunter Biden’s laptop to be Russian disinformation should be barred from holding any level of security clearances indefinitely.”

I haven’t decided that yet but it’s possible. The alternative is we are seeing a war being raged between two cabals each trying to set up their own version of a NWO, with one left standing and then we have the NWO. In the end it makes little or no difference which one is correct. It will only get worse as the NWO (now or later) gathers more power and control. Welcome to reality.

New World Order headed by a totalitarian world government. There can only be one but at the moment there are two cabals racing towards that status. One will fail and the other wins, or both reach some sort of compromise and join together to share the spoils. You follow?

NWO is the decentralization of nation state power.
          An international EU.
          The argument of BREXIT.
It is being constructed gradually and insidiously.
For example, WHO absorption of CDC.
Net Zero is a usurping of national energy policy by an international coalition.
Biden canceled Trump’s energy independence policies for international climate goals.
Does Australian energy policy benefit Australia, or the Overlord aspirational whims of Davos and the WEF?
          Not meaningless.
It’s identity is purposely obscured, as those noticing are labeled ‘conspiracy theorists’.
Just like Jonova talking Hunter’s laptop.
It’s existence still labeled ‘Russian disinformation’ by those that working to create the NWO.

            ‘Make America Great Again’
            An affront to the NWO.
            It literally drove them mad.
An international political/media/tech mob pulled out the stops to remove him.
(Like hiding Hunter’s laptop and lap dancer offspring.)
            They gave us Biden.
            His moto ‘Build Back Better’
            Same as the EU/WEF.

NWO is the replacement of nation state autonomy with centralized international control.

That power structure is either currently intentionally obscured or not yet fully formed.

A New World Order could mean a new superpower (or two) arises. Or a superpower bloc.
              A new reserve currency.
              A new military balance.
Some people say NWO and mean a WEF totalitarian conglomerate. (Where does Xi and the CCP fit in that?)
              Some (Honk?) means “globalization”?

NWO has become a cliche that means all things to all people.

We’d get a more constructive conversation if people specify what they mean and use some other terms.

And I am still none-the-wiser about why NWO is a term I should use. There is no agreed definition. Everyone has their own meaning.

The WEF are probably happy about that. The people who oppose them will not even have a constructive conversation when they may all be talking about different things. Honk and PeterS are not discussing the same phenomenon, and worse, don’t even appear to realize they are talking about different things.

There is no such thing as THE NWO. There are many different ones. Like “climate Change” the parasites made sure they talk in ambiguous terms.

If people mean the WEF-NWO, they should specify that. There is also a Sino-NWO, or perhaps a Russian-Sino-NWO. Or perhaps a corrupt corporate-oligarch-NWO. Or a communist-NWO?

I have been treated here to the long running discussion involving the two of the extreme left who haunt this site and who cannot entertain the possibility that the Hunter Biden laptop is, in fact, a laptop belonging to Hunter Biden filled with files that Hunter Biden produced. Apparently a “chain of custody” is the central issue.

    Let’s try this here metadata:

Hunter Biden admitted in a TV interview that the laptop might indeed be his, and in another stunning revelation that he also misplaced a second laptop that he worries has incriminating video on it that could be used for blackmail.

The Biden family are a very corrupt outfit as innumerable publically available news stories, court documents and so forth show. Read Peter Schweitzer’s book — Profiles in Corruption. One of the Biden brothers hardly ever mentioned is Frank who has evaded a court ordered judgement for wrongful death for about two decades. He is being aided by the rest of the family.

Bobilinski, the ex-business partner showed e-mails in his possession that are also on the laptop. Bobilinski knows plenty — he watches his back carefully.

Sens. Johnson and Grassley outlined a number of bank transactions between Hunter and Chinese members of the CCP — direct transactions. No middle men.

Oh, I’d say the laptop is Hunter’s and everything on it is legitimately his and produced by him. GA and PF, you two sound just like the American Democrats. In fact you all share the same “counter arguments.” They cannot admit the Bidens are about the most corrupt people to ever reside in the White House because to do so would be admitting that they spent years wrongly screeching that Trump was allegedly everything that Biden actually is. Poor souls.

    • #
      paul courtney

Mr. Kilty: Indeed, GA and PF are on a mission to discredit the idea that “proof” has been shown (it has) and the idea that “proof” could ever be produced. I am left to wonder why they feel an impassioned defense is in order, or to be more precise, why they feel the story must be killed in the crib (again!). I have taken GA to the woodshed on “chain of custody”, his first stab was that “chain” can’t have more than two links. One need not be trained in evidence to know when to ask “where did you get that?!” I maybe enjoyed it too much.

        Kevin T Kilty

Thanks for your note. Even the NYT and WaPo have now had to admit the laptop is Hunter Bidens. That they refused to report on the affair is despiccable, and is exactly what a nation gets when media and one of the political parties become one and the same. We have deep problems in the USA, which means the world has deep problems.

PicoFarad and GA provide a certain level of entertainment, occasionally they go way too far.

        • #
          Bozotheclown

I’m not trained in handling evidence. Does that mean any evidence I “handled” would no longer be evidence3?

Bloody authority argument. Alone it is very poor and recognized as such by even less than bright people.

If you go that route you must be appealing to your own kind.

          10

        • #
          paul courtney

Mr. Aye: Funnily too is that your training didn’t take, or you would know how to spell “authorize”. I make no proclamation, let the readers here decide if you have shown “training” in handling evidence. If Hunter B. brings his car to your repair shop, identifies himself and gives you the keys, then you find something (cocaine in glove box; dead hooker in trunk). So you call the police and they take the car and its contents. What’s you’re (yeah, laughing at me now) training tell you, that you can’t use the car as evidence? I asked above, if “this” is shown, then what? Go ahead, show us your training, and I’ll proclaim you the victor.
And please don’t go to Mr. Fitzroy’s “not even wrong” land.
