Who runs the country — the media?

What politician could afford to lose the favored Golden eye of the Media Collective and the Tech Giants. It would take a Billionaire celebrity with a cult fan following to even have a chance? The media blackout on the political scandal of the century meant half the voters didn’t even know the FBI was investigating the Biden family for allegedly selling out the nation to foreign interests for a bag full of money. The voter reaction to this news, had they known, would easily have changed the election outcome in swing states. (Assuming Dominion couldn’t just flip more ballots at 4am). This new study is good but barely scratches the surface of how powerful the media influence is.

17% of Biden voters would have changed their minds

Media Bias, voting behaviour of journalists.A new survey conducted by The Polling Company for the Media Research Center (MRC) found that major media censorship of certain vital stories left voters in the dark, particularly Biden voters, and prevented President Donald Trump from winning a second term.

“This lack of information proved crucial,” said the MRC in a report on the poll.  “One of every six Biden voters we surveyed (17%) said they would have abandoned the Democratic candidate had they known the facts about one or more of these news stories.”

16% is just the start

49% of Democrat voters said they did not know about the FBI investigation into Biden family connections to the CCP. Notice how dry this poll question was and not-like-talk-back-radio:

At the time you cast your vote for president, were you aware that evidence exists, including bank transactions the FBI is currently investigating, that directly links Joe Biden and his family to a corrupt financial arrangement between a Chinese company with connections to the Chinese Communist Party that was secretly intended to provide the Biden family with tens of millions of dollars in profits?

After being told this — 80% still said they would have voted for Biden if they had known it and 16% said they would have switched votes.  In voting terms, a 16% swing is huge, but this is just the start. In real life with a normal media the front page news would be indignantly discussed for days, scathingly mocked, and turned into Xiden jokes and cartoons of the “USA for Sale”.  People would talk about the scandal at baseball games, and parties, then polls would dive, momentum would shift, and most everyone would wonder how the Democrats could have put up such a terrible candidate.

But once the media trust is broken there is no going back.

The ray of sunlight here is that the Media’s grip on power is fragile, look at the reaction of the Trump voters. Despite (or partly because of) the media non-stop declarations for the imaginary Office of the President Select — half the population is just not buying the story that there is no voter fraud and Biden won by millions of votes.

Almost no Trump voters consider Biden the legitimate 2020 election winner

A mere 3% of voters for President Donald Trump think President-elect Joe Biden won the 2020 election, while 73% think the incumbent was the victor, according to a CNBC/Change Research poll.

The findings underscore the harm Trump’s unsubstantiated claims have done to confidence in the U.S. electoral system.

…Or maybe it underscores how obvious the cheating is?

In other news the media won’t mention:

The heroic whistleblower who gave the laptop to the FBI and Rudy Guiliani has had to close his shop because of the threats and intimidation. This is a man who could have used the lap top to get rich, to sell to the highest bidder for extortion and blackmail. Instead he may lose his life’s work. His story needs to be told. America is battling a vicious lawless mob. The good guys need to get tough and be prepared to guard their whistleblowers before the threats even start.

The media don’t run the country. They are just the useful idiots who aid and abet those who do.

So, who does run the country? Seems to me like it’s a tug of war between various factions, none of whom have total control, yet.

Liberal is a philosophy of individual rights, civil liberties, democracy, and free enterprise. It is the complete opposite of ‘leftist’. The quote couldn’t have come from Teddy Roosevelt; in those days the Republicans were the progressive party, the modern day popular definitions of conservative and liberal didn’t even apply.

As crakar24 says; the Left have co-opted the words to mean the opposite of what their dictionary meaning says it is.

This is why you’re confused about the word liberal and the “liberal ideology” as used by the Left and progressives. They are polar opposites.

One supports liberty as you’ve implied, the other suppresses free thought and independence (i.e. the opposite of liberty).

Several people, and I’m assuming it was an honest or dumb mistake or an attempt to hoax republicans, made that claim based on a misreading of the data.

There were about 2.6 million votes returned in total and 1.9millin requested – by registered democrats. This is where the 700000 figure comes from. However the total number requested was close to 3 million when you count GOP and independent voters so there were FEWER returned than sent.

It’s not just the media’s handling of the news that’s perplexing it’s how that news gets listened to by Americans. Joe’s laptop was considered dynamite news that had to be kept from the public but there was already news in the public arena that should’ve disqualified Joe Biden. He was shown on tape threatening to withhold financial aid to the Ukraine if they didn’t sack a prosecutor from pursuing the dodgy company his son worked for at a time when not only was Joe the Vice President but he was also the person who was the US government representative looking at corruption in Ukraine. He even boasted about how successful he was at getting him sacked making a joke about it.

President Trump was impeached for the same scenario except there was actually zero proof to support it.
The fact that there was no public outcry about this at the time the Democrats chose Biden as their candidate made me gobsmacked of the blatant double standards that the American public put up with.

Then again maybe my assumption that this information was public because I knew about it may reflect that whilst it was in the public domain it may not have really been in the public domain. As I source my news almost entirely from conservative sources it may be that information that I think is widely disseminated and well known probably isn’t.

Republican voters can believe what they want.
Republican voters can be as angry as they want.
But if you want to occupy the White House, you’ll need a MAJORITY of voters in enough states. Angry mobs (both left and right) don’t really count.
Don’t give up on democracy because you’re upset over a result. You don’t know what you’ve got till it’s gone. (Trump being the exception to the rule).

Let’s skip past German eugenic collectivism of 1873 spawning Comstock laws to make condoms and motherly advice on the rhythm method liable to 10 years on the chain gang. Racial collectivist Dixiecrats in 1968 pressed for Romanian birth control laws, but the Libertarian Party favored: We further support the repeal of all laws restricting voluntary birth control or voluntary termination of pregnancies during their first hundred days. (This formed the basis for Roe v. Wade 45 days after the electoral college voted) Republican nationalsocialists then began cuing up snipers, arsonists, vandals, bullies and politicians to force women into involuntary labor forbidden by the 13th Amendment. Those same fanatics just cost Boss Trump the election after Lindsay Graham Cracker began gloating about Judge Amy favoring the coathanger amendment recently repealed in Ireland.

I give a lot of credence to the Biden family escapades censorship, affecting the election, but the image of “Trump, James Trump”, hunkered down in the White House, beavering away at de-crypting containers full of servers, between golf games; while being a source of some joy, is really just consideration for a Hollywood script. There will be some great ones out of this. We could get to see Guillani throwing Sidney Powell under a bus. Lots of action.

Welcome to the world of just making sh*t up.

Pretty common on all sides of politics. Absolutely blatant in anything linked to Trump.

The Media Research Center (MRC) is an American politically conservative content analysis group based in Reston, Virginia, founded in 1987 by L. Brent Bozell III.[2] It characterizes itself as a media watchdog, whereas Brian Montopoli in the Columbia Journalism Review in 2005 considered it “propaganda clothed as critique”.[3]

The nonprofit MRC has received financial support primarily from Robert Mercer, but with several other conservative-leaning sources, including the Bradley, Scaife, Olin, Castle Rock, Carthage and JM foundations, as well as ExxonMobil.[5][6][7] It has been described as “one of the most active and best-funded, and yet least known” arms of the modern conservative movement. The organization rejects the scientific consensus on climate change, and criticizes media coverage that reflects the scientific consensus.

Nope. That is not my complaint. I find the statistics and the made up sh*t of global warming extremely questionable.

I’d expect most here to also question made up statistics and made up sh*t in other fields too. Been a bit disappointing so far.

“22 “If those days had not been cut short, no one would survive, but for the sake of the elect those days will be shortened.

“23 At that time if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Messiah!’ or, ‘There he is!’ do not believe it.

“24 For false messiahs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect.

I will assume you know the back story to Flynn and the hatchet job done on him for very good reasons? he can now continue what he was doing before hand, the noose is being tightened around the necks of those who have played a role in this coup.

It must be said some are worried as to why the fraud was so obvious, is the fraud just a cover for what they really have planned? Big events are coming Simon plenty to be revealed lets keep our powder dry for the moment.

By they way Simple, Flynn didn’t want to be pardoned and was looking forward to being exonerated in court but the judge that wouldn’t dismiss the case has been dragging things out in the hope of further proceedings under a Biden administration. Trump pardoned Flynn to ensure that no further shenanigans take place in the event that the Democrat steal is allowed to fly past by the statists.

The government is supposed to run the country, the modern media pretends they can run the country better and the voters elect the government to represent them to run the country the way they want it run. See the conflicts? No one single entity runs the country. The country is run by factional groups, public and private. Ipso facto, it’s a mess. Eventually though it will end like all chaotic systems; crash and burn.

In the spirit of free speech and because conservatives and classical liberals can tolerate alternative opinions and don’t need censorship, Jo allows Leftists to post here. But, if any of the conservatives or classical liberals from here post to a Leftist blog they are censored and banned.

It’s an interesting contrast between those that have enough confidence in their beliefs to tolerate alternate opinions, and those that don’t, and don’t want others to hear alternate opinions either.

    Free votes for AZ Democrats

And, presumably, Creepy Joe Biden. Sidney Powell announces more genuine TESTIMONIAL EVIDENCE of vote fraud in Arizona:

It’s in your face everywhere. The statistical evidence is insurmountable. The mathematical evidence is to a mathematical impossibility. This is no way there was anything but widespread election fraud here. We’ve got one witness that says in Arizona at least there were 35,000 votes added to every Democratic candidate just to start their voting off. It’s like getting your $500 of Monopoly money to begin with when you haven’t done anything. And it was only for Democrats.

It pains me to have to point out to skeptical morons that mathematically-based statistical evidence is court-admissible DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE. Eyewitness testimony is court-admissible TESTIMONIAL EVIDENCE.

If you’re waiting for published peer-reviewed scientific “evidence”, then you are irredeemably stupid and don’t even understand what evidence is. Because scientific “evidence” is not only not legally considered evidence, it is not even directly admissible in court as such. It is only admissible as testimonial evidence through the expert testifying.

In other news, Team Trump continues to exude confidence.

We spoke with a top Trump associate tonight.  This is what we were told… repeatedly…

Evidence is there but we haven’t seen all of it. In fact neither have those who are taking it to the courts because if the fraud is as widespread as they claim it to be it would take many months to collate, analyse and prepare it all. However, they ought to have more than we ourselves currently know already. Whether that will be enough to keep Trump in office only time will tell. We can guess one way or the other but I rather just stay cool and wait. Too many on both sides are jumping the gun.

After that it would have gone pear shaped anyway. Also, he is just one lone figure in a sea of evil. He can’t win this battle even if he stayed. The best he could do is slow it down. The West will collapse in time. I’m just hoping it doesn’t happen in my time but that hope is disappearing fast.

We spoke with a top Trump associate tonight. This is what we were told… repeatedly…
      “Trump is going to win.”

      My good man.
Those are stories, and allegations. Not evidence.
I’ll bet you a dollar to a donut that if you went asking in republican voting counties you could easily find a cases of the dead voting, people finding someone had used their name to vote, badly filled ballots, ballots that poll workers had assisted with, etc etc etc. It happens, but trawling up half a dozen cases does not create a case. (Admittedly, you probably wont find any stories of secret servers hidden in Frankfurt, but the pr*ck who made that one up was hardly even tying to be convincing.

I’ve rarely seen such a complicated array of stories and plots and schemes in anything other than grade 8 kid’s early attempts at writing fiction.
My guess is there are a few republican sh*t stirrers writing some of this (Steve Bannon springs to mind) and a whole array of basement dwelling sh*t stirrers of no particular affiliation who just thrive on the drama.

It would be interesting if it was consistent and believable.

If Biden Is “elected” then don’t forget that the Billionaire Socialists who put him there will want their reward. And the useful idiots that were the mindless drone army of the Billionaire Socialists will be expected to make an appropriate sacrifice for their masters as well.

“Joe Biden says he will roll back Donald Trump’s environmental orders and expand citizenship to millions of undocumented migrants.”

In other words sign the UN Compact on Migrants that President Trump (and Australia Prime Minister Morrison) refused to sign, the Compact that has delivered a flood of refugees into the EU, that now Germany join’s other member countries in condemning as terrorist acts and other crimes increase.

UN HCR using the Compact get to choose who the migrants will be, how many of them and where they come from.

Immigration Authorities in signatory member nations have no say.

Have the courage of your convictions, when you next leave home do not lock the doors and windows, and when you park your vehicle leave the keys in the ignition.

No need for barriers against people, some ratbags go as far as saying no police are needed, in the USA.

“The president-elect of the United States is the candidate who has won the United States presidential election and is awaiting inauguration to become the president.

There is no explicit indication in the Constitution when that person actually becomes president-elect. An unofficial term, president-elect has been used by the media for decades. Politicians have applied the term to the declared winner, even soon after election night.”

No constitutional law president-elect, however no candidate would be entitled to that unofficial description until all of the United States have certified the election results. And that remains to be done.

All of the undead and mindless zombies that voted for him had trouble logging in to zoom and they only come out between 2-5 am anyway. So maybe it was poor planning.

Speaking of the media, Alan Joyce was advocating mandatory vaccination for the CCP virus in order to travel.

    This is interesting write-up:
    https://www.naturalnews.com/2020-11-25-communist-china-humans-marked-tracked-prevent-covid19.html

    And from it I quote:
“Much like the bar codes that are currently present on food items at the grocery store, Xi’s human bar codes would be issued to all living persons, first to their mobile devices and eventually directly into their skin, presumably in either the right hand or forehead. Scanning devices would be able to read these bar codes in order to process the human cattle through the system.”

    Compared with another historical reference:
“He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.”
    Revelation 13:16-17)

The Bill Gates patent for this marking technology:
    https://patentscope.wipo.int/search/en/detail.jsf?docId=WO2020060606&tab=PCTBIBLIO

“Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man: His number is 666.”
    Revelation 13:18)

As Steven Bannon likes to tell us, he does not believe in conspiracies but neither does he believe in coincidences.

    Interesting times indeed.

Before I was able to travel internationally as a young adult I had to have a passport and a yellow booklet containing evidence of several vaccinations I had been given, and for many years afterwards evidence of booster injections.

And then with airline ticket in hand and booking I could go overseas.

Agree, and in Australia you cannot have your child attend school or obtain welfare like FTA/B if they are not vaccinated. Most if not all of us have been for MMR, etc.

The difference here is the way it is being applied.

However, without getting into a rabbit hole, the PCR tests, lack of isolates and establishment of cause is lapse, let alone the haste to develop the vaccine which also raises questions and no long term efficacy analysis.

As I said, it is the coincidences that concern me. From a compliance investigation perspective those kind of things are always where one looks from hindsight to identify malfeasance.
