There may possibly be something happening in the world that isn’t the US election.

PS: Site traffic up 400% and site is struggling with the load. Hello to many new US Friends. I am trying some emergency upgrades and hope to resolve something asap. Apologies for the error messages. For the moment I am reloading to get past that. (Temporarily).

A non-USA story is the attempt by the French government to restore control of the secularism issues ( laïcité ).

I fear Jo that your site may not exist in the near future.
    Zombifying the people to follow…
Too many have disappeared since President Trump came into power.

President Trump needs to go after the courts that the Democrats switched the Election of these States Illegally n their favor by using this Pandemic to allow Democrats that NEVER come out to vote now have a ballet in the middle of this election.
The Democrats no doubt have these votes but did this illegally in the middle of an election!
The big headache was it crashed the mailing system to try to do this in short notice.

The sensitivity and arrogance of a fascist dictatorship.

‘Beijing said Canberra should “reflect on its own deeds” as it began imposing a raft of punitive restrictions on imports from Australia on Friday.

‘Chinese importers were advised to stop importing barley, sugar, red wine, timber, coal, lobster, copper ore and copper concentrates from Australia. A ban on Australian wheat could follow, the South China Morning Post reported earlier. (SCMP)

Speaking of fraud, if a consulting company promotes extreme climate alarmism to make billions selling strategies to deal with it, that sounds like fraud to me.

On emissions reduction, the world is stepping into line with Beijing … 2050 Zero.

‘Joe Biden has proposed a $1.7 trillion plan to take the US to net zero emission by 2050, and he has affirmed that if he is elected president one of the first things his administration will do is apply to rejoin the Paris Agreement. But even so there will still be a lot to be done to make up for the damage its withdrawal has caused the multilateral forum.’ (China Daily)

Scott Morrison can see through this nonsense and will refrain from jumping on board, even if our major allies and biggest trading partner put the squeeze on us, the man has integrity.

“You may hear people saying that surgeons and nurses wear masks like this all day.
    Um, no. No they don’t.
They’re trained in the proper use of masks, which is to wear them in the OR, then dispose of the mask when they leave that room.
Are you aware that operating rooms are actually supplied extra oxygen, to compensate for the reduction in oxygen flow from mask wearing?” – Guy Crittenden

This is the only website that takes a long time to load here in Michigan, USA. Sometimes 15 20 seconds (equivalent to 20 minutes in pre-internet days). I had always assumed that Australian electrons were drunk and got lost several times along the way. Or maybe not.

However, this website is worth waiting for, and that’s much more important. I’d like to think the slow uploading is because I told everyone I know to give this website a try. Well, that might explain 0.01 seconds of the 20 second delay.

Good things are worth waiting for.

Apparently the model ‘data’ that bounced the fool Boris into another pointless ‘lockdown’ for England was old enough to be checked against reality, the situation by the end of October was nowhere near as bad as predicted. That should have been more than enough to reject the advice as junk.

Why are all Australian TV channels and labor politicians so hostile to Trump? He has done nothing to us to deserve such opprobrium.

TV and journos : They lust after jobs in international and US media and they need a body of the “right” kind of work to qualify.

Politicians : They lust after jobs in leftists international orgs, think tanks and universities (UN, WHO etc)and need to strut their credentials.

The younger ones are just products of what we laughingly call the education system aka the leftist indoctrination system. They dont think , their response is simply Pavlovian reflex.

Will the unthinkable happen and a political purge happen in the US?

I have been active on a chat site where there are quite a few of both Trumpsters and haters and raw hatred runs deep in their veins.

The election showed that there are many millions in the US who feel the same, who applauded the persecution of anyone associated with Trump, Gen. Kelly a prime example. Biden will not be shy to do s complete cleanout of the DoJ and appoint the most radical people he can find.

Best Trump gets busy with the pardons, they may be needed.

The top level Biden appointments all require approval by the Republican Senate. The Senate leadership has already said “no radicals”. With a divided Congress, Biden will be relatively powerless. Watching the radical fruit die on the vine will be fun. I hope to help kill it.

        For example:
“GOP Senate wins wreak havoc on Biden transition plans”
        https://www.axios.com/gop-senate-biden-transition-50ebe6c8-e318-4fdb-b903-048908b3b954.html

This is something I pointed out 3 months ago.
        https://www.cfact.org/2020/07/30/bidens-false-climate-promises/

Only Congress can do what Biden wants and the Senate will not do it. In fact the Dems would need the 60 votes required to bust a filibuster in order to do anything radical. They have less than 50. The grand plans are Dead On Arrival.

Mind you there are big fights ahead, but they are winnable. Contrary to pre-election hysteria, Biden’s win is not the end of the world, not even the beginning of the end. But we must rally and fight the policy battle.

Biden also said “I will lock down COVID, not the country”. If he could do that he would be feted around the world, being a mere President would pale into insignificance beside the worldwide accolades that would come his way.

What will change is that red state governors will suddenly work WITH the president, not agin him.

David is right. When it all boils down, it depends on the makeup of the Senate. At this stage, it looks like the GOP will still have a majority (51-49 or 52-48). If Biden becomes President, he’ll have a hard time getting through any of his policies (welcome the real world, Joe)
