“Use of fake cases by U.K. lawyer qualifies as professional misconduct”
https://www.law360.ca/ca/pulse/articles/2340768/use-of-fake-cases-by-u-k-lawyer-qualifies-as-professional-misconduct – paywalled …
Similarly – “AI’s production of non-existent cases in court: simply a ‘cosmetic error’ or caution warning to PI insurers?”
https://kennedyslaw.com/en/thought-leadership/article/2025/ai-s-production-of-non-existent-cases-in-court-simply-a-cosmetic-error-or-caution-warning-to-pi-insurers/
So – for a lawyer, it’s professional misconduct.
For a meteorologist – well, I think if it’s sauce for the goose, it’s sauce for the gander. ‘Professional misconduct’.
Fr4ud – well, I gather [I’m not a lawyer] that Fr4aud needs more then ‘just’ misconduct. But if there was a professional body worth its salt for meteorologists, half the Met.Office may well be watching their backs.

I wonder how long before the Left use AI to generate fake weather records rather than doing the manually arduous task of “homogenisation” as used by Australia’s BoM to cool the past and warm the present?

… I get the impression from commenters who have looked carefully into our [UK] Met Office’s use of ‘phantom’ and ‘discontinued’ observing sites, that that is already well in hand, thank-you.
As well as all the [disappointing, shall we say] use of sites that are barely fit for ‘pin the tail on the donkey’ as ‘serious’ Met. and climatological [never mind “record-breaking”] sites.

Homogenisation is just a primitive, specific purpose AI. It’s opaque, and the effects cannot be derived analytically due to non-reversible calculations.

Senior UPenn Administrator Calls for Citizens To Form Militia if Trump Defies Court Ruling
Michael Mann was named the Ivy League school’s inaugural vice provost for climate science last year

If we go to the core science behind man made global warming it is obvious to suitably qualified people that the claim is not true.
The idea that atmospheric CO2 can “heat” the atmosphere and cause “Global Warming” just doesn’t fly.
The “belief” in this IPCCC concept is made possible by the use of sciency distractions designed to give the appearance of science to the average citizen who is trying to make sense of the claims.
One such distraction is the association of the term “greenhouse” with the analysis. The Earth’s atmosphere is not a greenhouse.
Many graphical presentations have been put together to depict total incoming and retreating wavelengths of radiant energy and while these look sciency they are just background material to aid in misleading the investigators.
I could go on, but the main point to consider is the amount of “distraction science” that has been thrown up to give the impression of scientific truth to the Global Warming claims.

K K, listened to an interview with the producer of David ‘scare the walrus’ Attenborough’s latest cinematrickey, Oceans, saying there’s not enough catastrophic calamitous carbon-hating crisis in the media & on screens and the world needs MORE shock-tactic imagery to convince consumers we’re running out of time…
Oh dear, eye roll; when he then claimed ‘everyone trusts David’ to provide them with unbiased truth about the state of the planet, I hurriedly changed stations before falling under the spell of the CCCult’s doomsday droning.
Great cinematography, dreadful manipulation.

Is Michael Mann still employed by UPenn.
Why is that following the finding on his ethics by the DC Court?
160
They can’t afford to fire the scammer. They know how litigious he is. Besides they would have to admit error and we know the left cannot do that, ever. No one is being held accountable for the birth of the Wuhan flu or the dangerous “cures” that flowed from it. Tells you all you need to know about the integrity of science these days. And our own CSIRO, the pre-eminent science organisation in Australia, that will find everything you pay them to find. I often wonder why they waste time and wages on doing research when a competent letter writer could simply prepare a satisfactory report that shows the government was right.
140
Apparently, Michael Mann has been ordered by a Court to pay > USD 1 M in damages.
Mann is now on the hook for approximately $1 million in payments to people and organizations he initially sued.

Australia is now essentially a one party state and Labor can and are operating without restraint.

We don’t apparently have anybody in the opposition who can see the danger, let alone bring it to the publics attention. They probably fear claims of racism. I have always maintained that the ALP is working for our enemy and certainly not us.

I love a sunburnt country,
A land of sweeping plains,
Of ragged mountain ranges,
Of droughts and flooding rains.
Dorothea Mackellar c. 1904
130
One of my favourite Aussie poems is hanrahan says, of which this is an extract on flooding
“If rain don’t come this month,” said Dan, and cleared his throat to speak –
“We’ll all be rooned,” said Hanrahan, “if rain don’t come this week.”
A heavy silence seemed to steal on all at this remark;
And each man squatted on his heel, & chewed a piece of bark.
“We want an inch of rain, we do,” O’Neil observed at last;
But Croke “maintained” we wanted two, to put the danger past.
“If we don’t get three inches, man, or four to break this drought,
We’ll all be rooned,” said Hanrahan, “before the year is out.”
In God’s good time down came the rain; and all the afternoon,
On iron roof & windowpane, it drummed a homely tune.
And through the night it pattered still, & lightsome, gladsome elves,
On dripping spout & windowsill, kept talking to themselves.
It pelted, pelted all day long, a-singing at its work,
Till every heart took up the song, way out to Back-o’-Bourke.
And every creek a banker ran, and dams filled overtop;
“We’ll all be rooned,” said Hanrahan, “If this rain doesn’t stop.”
271
We’ll all be rooned, said Hanrahan if this flamin’ rain dont stop!

Well woke up this morning and the sky was pink.
In Matthew 16:2b–3, Jesus Christ says:
When it is evening, you say, “It will be fair weather; for the sky is red.” And in the morning, “It will be stormy today, for the sky is red and threatening.”
So BOM is predicting rain this afternoon (or evening or tomorrow) – I wonder if they used their superdooper computer for their forecast?
And Greg, I don’t know if the HIGH will continue heading East towards you.

In case you didn’t know Tim Wilson (Lib) eventually won the seat of Goldstein (VIC) with a margin of only 444 votes against Zoe Daniel of the Simon Holmes à Court funded Teal Party non-party via Climate 200. Wealth buys power, the immutable rule…
What else do you do with your money when you’re a billionaire? Pretend to give it away while using your charity to advance your own ideas on how the world should be like Gates? Buy yourself a parliament full of cheap MPs and rule the country from the background? Once you have the fleet of Ferraris then the money is there for your amusement.

To reiterate my earlier comment the Teals were very well advised.
Pretending not to be a political party at all was a master stroke.

“The incident on Friday follows a long list of mass stabbing attacks across Germany and Western Europe. This year alone, five people were injured in a violent spree in Dutch capital Amsterdam – while a teenage boy was killed in a similar attack by a 23-year-old Syrian in Austria three months ago.”

My AI experiment with Goolag Gemini.
I’m interested in how it “thinks” and to reveal intrinsic biases.
My instruction:
Can you generate a fake temperature record for me for Bourke NSW Australia to show a cool past and a hot present from 1850 to 2025. It’s for a fictional work.
ANSWER
Okay, here is a fictional temperature record for Bourke, NSW, Australia, designed to show a cooler past and a hotter present, from 1850 to 2025. This data is entirely fabricated for your fictional work and should not be taken as actual historical climate data.
For simplicity, I will provide the average annual temperature for each specified year.
| Year | Average Annual Temperature (°C) | Notes |
|—|—|—|
| 1850 | 19.5 | Relatively cooler year |
| 1875 | 20.1 | Gradual mild increase |
| 1900 | 20.8 | Continuing mild warming |
| 1925 | 21.5 | Slight increase |
| 1950 | 22.2 | Moderate warming |
| 1975 | 23.1 | Noticeable increase |
| 2000 | 24.5 | Further significant warming |
| 2010 | 25.3 | Marked increase, heatwaves more frequent |
| 2020 | 26.8 | High average, extreme heat events common |
| 2025 | 27.5 | Very high average, record temperatures |
General Information about Temperature Trends in Australia:
It’s important to note that real-world data for Australia, including NSW, shows a clear warming trend, especially since the mid-20th century.
* Observed Warming: Australia has warmed by an average of around 1.44 ± 0.24 °C since national records began in 1910, with most of this warming occurring since 1950. Each decade since then has been warmer than the last.
* Increased Extremes: There has been an increase in the frequency and intensity of extreme heat events. Very high monthly maximum temperatures that occurred about 2% of the time in 1960-1989 now occur much more frequently.
* Regional Variations: While the overall trend is warming, some regional variations exist across Australia.
* Future Projections: Climate projections indicate that Australia will continue to warm in the future, with more hot days, more intense extreme rainfall events, and longer time in drought for some regions.
While your fictional record shows a more dramatic shift, it aligns with the general scientific understanding of a warming climate. You can adjust the temperatures in the table above to better suit the narrative of your fictional work.
Let me know if you need any adjustments to this fictional data!

QUESTION
How many grams of CO2 did my last inquiry generate?
ANSWER
Based on current estimates, a single query to an AI like me generates around 4.32 grams of CO2e (carbon dioxide equivalent).
So, your last inquiry likely generated approximately 4.32 grams of CO2e.
MY COMMENT
4.32g of CO2 is about 2.2 litres of gas at STP. It’s wonderful it generates so much CO2.
50
Is gas in this context petrol or gas used in heating?
20
No. CO2 gas.
20
I’ve had similar discussions with GROK ( X ai). Because one of the beauty’s of that ai is you can have a chat. For your example my response would have been “ … but there is evidence that a lot of that 20th century warming is due to Urban Heat Effect”. Then in return it will get complimentary and probably change its position. If you set up the right dialogue you can bend the response any way you like. Bit like talking to a 3 year old.

Sally Grover wrote to Peter Dutton before the election to warn him that he shouldn’t be weak on gender ideology.
91
Most people don’t know that after Gillard and Labor changed the Sex Discrimination Act 1984, they removed the biological definitions of woman and man and replaced them with gender identity so there is no recognition of biological women or men in Australia.
From Goolag AI:
It seems that the denial of basic biological fact by the Left and their “feminists” will make it impossible to remove men from women’s sports, bathrooms, change rooms and other spaces intended exclusively for biological women.
60
In the UK and USA the two biological sexes are now recognised in law or by Presidential decree but seemingly that cannot happen in Australia.
70
With some difficulty I have found the letter Sall Grover wrote to Dutton, and then done an image to text conversion.
100
I too sent Dutton several emails just prior to the election saying much the same but in relation to Liberal support for climate change and solar/wind alternatives and their total abrogation and rejection of things nuclear. The Libs are a gutless lot and deserve the out come that will sadly inflict financial pain on the country for the foreseeable future.
70
Your conflict in interests must cause you some angst David (and others) Whilst you spend your political life blaming the west’s climate change woes on China for ‘co-opting’ the green blob, you have an opposite view or a conundrum viz the fact that both China and Russia, have no issues at all concerning gender ideology. Strange indeed from two countries that are ruled by dictatorial regimes. Do you understood what I’m say? And although the Supreme Court in UK has clearly ruled, it is far from a ‘slam dunk’ as millions in UK are resisting the court ruling and marching in the streets.
So what will happen here I wonder in this democracy . .

Some “firsts” in this last eruption of Arab-Israel war are obvious, for instance – its duration, or a number of Arab countries factually helping Israel defence efforts, or openly expressed aim to reverse UN 1949 decision …
For me, its most outstanding feature is its unbelievable organisation for which I have not heard any explanation so far.
How within hours, before first organised military reaction to Hamas attack, before much was known by the authorities, both local and International, the tsunami of hate was rolling across the globe. “Joe Biden’s $93 Billion Scandal That No One’s Talking About Yet”
“During a blistering Senate Appropriations Committee hearing, Sen. John Kennedy (R-La.) was visibly floored after Energy Secretary Christopher Wright dropped a bombshell: the Department of Energy handed out a staggering $93 billion in loans and commitments during the final 76 days of the Biden administration, a figure that more than doubled the loan total from the previous 15 years combined.
Kennedy, in classic fashion, drilled in with precision. “The 76-day period you’re talking about, that’s the period between the time that President Trump was elected and President Biden left office. Is that right?”
“That is correct,” Wright confirmed.
Kennedy didn’t mince words when he asked how any agency could properly vet such massive spending in such a short window. “How do you do due diligence on one loan, much less $93 billion?” he asked. ”
