NZ Court battle: Parents want unvaccinated donor blood for baby, but Health dept wants custody

By Jo Nova

Whose baby is it anyway?

Bizzare: A a four month old baby called Will needs open heart surgery,  but the parents don’t want the doctors to use the “pooled” vaccinated blood on offer. They’d prefer to use donor blood from unvaccinated people and already have 20 potential donors lined up. All Health New Zealand has to do is say “OK — but you pay any extra costs” and this problem would be solved. Instead the health police are taking the parents (and baby) to court to try to take control of the boy off them, so they can do the surgery their way.

Health New Zealand says the vaccinated blood is fine and dandy because it has extra antibodies in it (and being clairvoyant they already know the results of the ten year studies too.) What they don’t say is whether they can guarantee donor blood has no SARS-2 Spike proteins, or mRNA coding for remnants of lab experiments in it.

Why are Health New Zealand risking the baby’s health, delaying surgery, putting the parents through an ordeal, and wasting money when this could be solved so easily?

What, exactly, are the bureaucrats so worried about — that every parent might start to ask for unvaccinated blood?

Parents refuse vaccinated blood for baby’s lifesaving heart surgery

News.com.au

The parents of a four-month-old are in court after refusing to allow vaccinated blood to be used in their baby’s lifesaving surgery.

The parents’ lawyer, Sue Grey, said the case was unusual and different from other medical guardianship cases where parents are refusing medical care. For this one, she said, the parents want better care than what the state is offering.

There was no legal or other reason why Te Whatu Ora [Health New Zealand] is refusing to consider the parents’ proposal as a solution, Ms Grey said.

The New Zealand Heart Foundation described stenosis as when one of the heart’s valves didn’t open properly, meaning pressure and blood could back up and cause strain on the heart.

It’s about as totalitarian as it gets — give us your children:

The New Zealand Herald understands Te Whatu Ora is seeking the guardianship of the four-month-old be shifted from his parents to the courts so consent to use donated blood in the required open-heart surgery can be given.

Protestors are gathering in support

About 100 people gathered in support of the baby’s parents outside the front of the court’s entrance, holding placards and loudhailers. Some recorded the ongoing scenes on their devices.

NZ Blood Service says there’s no problem:

The website confirmed any Covid-19 vaccine was “broken down” in the blood soon after injection and would not be transferred to recipients of donations.

“All donated blood also gets filtered during processing, so any trace amounts that may still be present poses no risk to recipients,” it said.

But a paper from 11 months ago shows that the mRNA vaccines produce large amounts of Spike protein and for at least two months. It would be extremely costly to remove this from donated blood, but fairly cheap to get blood from an unvaccinated person.

h/t to Dr Paul Oosterhuis who says: “Informed consent … doctors and blood banks have forgotten their duty.”

It will be discovered today that the parents are suitable donors .

Hi Jo. Please be aware that the parents’ lawyer (Sue Grey) is the head of a minor political party (NZ Outdoors and Freedom Party). She takes on high profile “freedom” cases (for example relating to vaccine employment mandates). AFAIK she has lost all such cases so far (if any readers know otherwise, please feel free to correct me). I recall remarks by her in court more of a party political than of a legal nature (which I imagine would not endear her to a judge).

Justice is hard for the ordinary punter in NZ. A case in the High Court will cost say NZD250,000. If you win, you risk (cost-wise) having the case appealed (to the Court of Appeal, then to the Supreme Court). The court system is more akin to the USA (where the process is the punishment) than to the UK (where a clear-cut case can see costs recovered).

” vaccine employment mandates). AFAIK she has lost all such cases so far”

Would that be because there was no such mandate?

It was voluntary participation in a medical experiment.

Stop lying. Many New Zealanders lost their jobs because they refused the genocide jab.

Members of Parliament exempted themselves from this requirement.

I was hoping that someone would post a copy , or a link to this mandate.
Can you direct me to it?
My reasoning was that , if it existed, I as an employer would necessarily know about it.

And a copy of the exemption for MP’s would be useful also.

“New Zealanders lost their jobs because they refused”
I would submit that , in the absence of a legal mandate , that would be constructive dismissal.
So , it all hinges on whether or not there was a legal mandate , or was it peer pressure and coercion through government propaganda and disinformation , emanating from the ” sole source of truth .

You might be interested to know that the local university , rather than dismissing vaccine decliners , told them to work from home , which , it had been established during the initial lockdown , was perfectly workable.

All of this was , of course , under the auspices of OSH . . . . providing a safe work environment . LOL.

We can now see that the OSH nazis were giving us an early taste of “compliance”.
Throw in your technology for home detention verification, and contact tracing and tracking , and you’ve got a very handy surveillance state , as we have all seen.

How does a builder “work from home”?

I don’t see how your comment is relevant to the question of whether or not there was a legal vaccination mandate. I spoke of an employee of the University, and you bring up a red herring.

“How does a builder “work from home”?”

What does that have to do with the existence /non-existence of a legal vaccination mandate?
Was an instruction “not to come to work ” evidence of the existence of such a mandate?

Where is this publicly gazetted mandate ?

How did I not receive a copy?

I see your comment further down the thread , viz “this coercion to get an experimental injection for c19”.
We seem to be in agreement that there was no actual legal mandate.
The coercion was real , and was achieved essentially by publishing lies. Well done Jacinda “sole source of truth”. LOL

Sue Grey is a bit of a nutter. This baby deserves better.

The dishonesty behind these decisions is so blatant. The parents don’t want blood from vaccinated donors because of the persistence of the vaccine “spike” in blood and its adverse effects, and not because of the Covid antibodies. They have arranged for donors who are unvaccinated. This was something that was instituted in many blood banks around the world at the beginning of the AIDS crisis. The child needs its surgery because delay increases pulmonary damage and adverse outcome. The NZBTS and Auckland Hospital need to forget about sticking to the narrative and expedite the surgery. It is really not difficult. The whole thing could have been sorted without the need for the legal route.

NZ has made it clear you can’t discriminate against the vaxxed, but you can discriminate against the unvaxxed.

As an aside, I have recently been offered 2 jobs … the ‘congratulations you have been successful’ was stated.
Then, & only then, came the awkward question ‘What was the date of your Covid vaccination?’ & with my answer each offer was rescinded.

Medical discrimination (unrelated to performance of workplace duties) is now a blight upon Australia, initiated by our governments & supported by various workplace watchdogs.

I do not profess to having a clue how to fix this – but the one thing I wont be doing is getting vaxxed!

A mate of mine has made his way to the final 3 prospective job applicants on 2 occasions.
It was only at the final interview stages that the question of WuFlu vaccination status was raised.
He was unsuccessful in getting either job.
      No Jab, no job.

It seems it’s now a case of ” .. well, we’ve all had the vaxes, so that means you have to as well”. Forget the science, forget the evidence that almost as soon as the vaccines rolled out, people were still dying with COVID even after being jabbed. Which means they are neither effective nor fully safe. There’s also ” … well I got 2 Pfizer jabs and I feel okay” attitude if the topic of vaccine adverse effects come up. Or the even more perverse “.. well I have had 4 shots and never had COVID, so they must work”.

The denial continues . The typical response of the vaccinated , on learning that their vaccinated friends are currently off work with “covid” is ” but they aren’t very sick”.
Actually some of them are clearly quite ill, while those of us who are unvaccinated, and “with covid” just seem to shrug it off , like it was a common cold .

That was The Big Lie, that there was an effective vaccine against a coronavirus.

The other Big Lie was that there was a pandemic . . without significant mortality amongst the majority.
Fixed – by changing the definition of “pandemic”.

This is communism writ large when the state takes control of your children in such an overt way. Since the country has abandoned its British heritage in favour of the savages it really should not surprise anyone they have also bowed down to the medico/bureaucracy who know so much better than parents for heaven sake. Much like professor Kelly here and his struggle to describe a woman or the need to get multiple vaccinations when the first half dozen did not work.

It’s never been about medicine, virology, immunology, science, even human life. It’s only ever been about the Big State crushing dissent.
Having recently read the Gulag Archipelago and Edmund Burke’s “Reflections on the Revolution in France”, the parallels are familiar and ever-repeating.

If the West wants China destroyed it is going about it in a very strange way given the reliance of the West on Chinese manufacture of, well….nearly everything. The plan to destroy Russia by goading it into a war is not working out too well either.

I’m staggered that this has not been brought up before. I’ve often wondered whether the “vax” question is asked when one donates blood. Considering all the effects the so-called vax has on blood, it seems incomprehensible that “contaminated” blood could be used for transfusions. Why has this not been addressed? ToM

I have donated whole blood all through COVID ( 4 x during 2021 ) on a 3 month schedule to Blood Bank Australia. ( now Lifeblood ). Vax status has never come up. Red Cross/ Blood bank would get their advice from Australia’s TGA, who in term get their advice direct from the pharma companies. Based on probably insufficient research, they would have advised that the vaccine components break down very quickly. But that would appear not entirely true. In fact, the TGA would not have asked, it would have been in the application package for the vaccines. Don’t expect the TGA to do any independent action, they are the government department that approved ( and continue ) to approve these vaccines. They aren’t going to reverse their own decision in a hurry.

All they ever ask me if I had been vaxxed in the past seven days (IIRC) prior to donating – I’m one of the Untervaxxed, and so pay zero attention to the period of time; it could be three days?

The funny thing is that when I was banned from cafes, libraries, pubs, museums and theatres, I was allowed to mingle with the Ubervaxxed in the donor centre . . . no questions asked.

Damn funny thing, the “Science” . . .

I used to be regular donor until my heart attack in 1988. On recovery I asked my GP if I could then give blood. He said “Yes”, so I went to York St centre in Sydney, filled in the paperwork and was referred to their doctor who, quite crossly, said I couldn’t donate because of the medication I was now on.
I haven’t been able to donate since, even when they were calling for donors a few years back when there was a shortage.

They’ve gone to great trouble over the years to ensure the safety of the blood supply, yet appear to have done no local testing to confirm that the (rushed) assurances from overseas were reliable.

In my view those parents are doing the right thing and should be encouraged, not obstructed. I wish them and their baby well.

      Cheers

“Why has this not been addressed? ”

It has been, and the result is what you see… They want everyone to have spike proteins in their blood, so they will make sure all transfusion blood is mixed and contaminated.

That NEWS.com article mentions that some other vax types have a 28 day wait period before they can accept blood donations. So if there are risks from other vax to the blood stock surely it could be argued that mrna vax should be in this category. Also any decent lawyer should be able to highlight the these facts the uncertainty and unknown risks that could occur to an already health compromised patient. The state should not be able to force medical treatment on any individual and that is the argument not being debated.

b.nice – the Courts have forever been interfering in the relationship between parents and child. This happens every time a Jehovah’s Witness refuses a blood transfusion for their child. It happens with malnourished children of starry-eyed vegans who don’t understand nutritional requirements, etc. Sometimes the Courts just have to step in and protect the children. This current case could have easily been sorted without resorting to the Courts.

The website confirmed any Covid-19 vaccine was “broken down” in the blood soon after injection and would not be transferred to recipients of donations.

“All donated blood also gets filtered during processing, so any trace amounts that may still be present poses no risk to recipients,” it said.

Surely if this is true, then it should be a certainty for at least one Nobel Prize.
Never in my entire career have I been able to perform filtering at the molecular level.
Think of the applications of this breakthrough; my mind is going into a fever with the possibilities.
