Oct 1 Strike! Teachers, police, heathcare, firefighters, miners, airline staff, truckies, to protest mandatory vaccination

Coercion is not Consent!

Censorship is not consent either.

Vaccine mandate strike in Australia, Friday October 1. By Rod Lampard.

A united cross-section of Australian industries is set to strike on October 1 over State-sanctioned, and unconstitutional medical conscription.

While the Australian federal government maintains COVID-19 vaccines are NOT mandatory, in an apparent “workaround” section 51 of the Australian constitution, the Morrison government has enabled the states to make COVID-19 vaccinations compulsory.

The 16,000-member strong Facebook group, Australian Education United said:

All work sectors are uniting against mandatory vaccines & covid passports. On October 1 we RECLAIM THE LINE that was taken from us. Freedom, liberty, and our right to choose if we take the vaccine.

With Sky News Australia being the exception, the strike is conspicuously absent from most legacy media organisations. Strange, considering the strike is set to go national and is of national importance.

If this was a Climate Extinction rally, or a BLM Strike, would the media say nothing? As Ed Driscoll would say, Just think of the media as Democratic Party operatives with bylines, and it all makes sense.

Sky News’ Dominica Funnell reported: “Organised by National Education United (NEU), the #ReclaimTheLine protest looks to support teachers, police, paramedics, aged care workers, health care workers, firefighters, construction workers, airline staff, miners and truck drivers.”

According to Funnell, “industry workers in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Perth, Byron Bay, Newcastle, and Port Macquarie are planning to participate.”

Quoting from Sky News, National Education United’s Christian Marchegiani said, “the strike was designed to provide support for anyone who faces losing their job due to sweeping vaccine mandates.”

A sit-down by 50 professionals in a Melbourne park was silently quashed this week:

[A] peaceful sit-down protest in a Melbourne Park this week was intimidated and then dispersed by busloads of heavily armed police, backed by helicopter surveillance.

Avi Yemini of Rebel News explained, “the group of [healthcare workers] were socially distanced, wearing masks, and fully vaccinated, surround by thousands picnicking at the same park, in the same spot.”

These facts did not deter the heavy police presence.

“No jab no job” deadlines are looming for many.

Yemini said a nurse who works at the vaccination hubs [told him], “Ninety per cent of the people I’m vaccinating are there because they want their freedoms back… that’s not the right reason to make a medical decision.”

Press release here.

The states can “get away” with unconstitutional acts that the federal government can’t do

Getting states to force vaccination appears to be the same loophole that worked against farmers years ago. The commonwealth government would have to pay compensation if it made legislation that took away a farmer’s right to use their own land.
The commonwealth could not prohibit farmers from clearing “regrowth” that sequestered carbon. Instead most states brought in legislation to the same effect. No compensation payable. Read the Peter Spencer story here.

UPDATE: The numbers in the USA are astonishing

vaccination protest

70,000 workers willing to quit?

UPDATE:

To be vaxed, while allowed to say no,
Leave refusers with nowhere to go,
No work and no pay,
No travel, no play,
But it’s still not mandated you know.

Yemini said a nurse who works at the vaccination hubs [told him], “Ninety per cent of the people I’m vaccinating are there because they want their freedoms back… that’s not the right reason to make a medical decision.”

They are complying in HOPE of getting their freedoms ‘back’.
90% of said people suffer from child like naivete.
History … freedoms have always required taking.
Taking will be necessary for them to return.
The eyes of the free are on Australia.

The vaccine passport is being held out as the way to get our freedom back. Eventually the pandemic will end but the passport will remain, and it will morph into a Personal Carbon Allowance card or some kind of Social Credit passport. We can see this coming a mile away.

As I have warned all including family, but people are largely disinterested. All I say is mark my words- this is edging towards fascism/AUTHORITARIANISM.

Wouldn’t say edging – more like moving at 200km/h! When you can get your skull smashed in against the pavement for daring to talk calmly to several police officers, we are already here and I can’t see how we get back to any semblance of common sense. I can’t even leave this police state because I dont have the ridiculous passport to get through the border when the thugs eventually allow that!

Sorry to see, unexpectedly, that Australia has become a – there is no other word – totalitarian continent.
I am Italian, but even our unconstitutional GreenPass isn’t enforced with such crazily ideological determination and violence as in your country.
Let’s resist and continue to speak: regimes can’t suppress truth for a long time.

Not that unexpected for those that have followed the gradual decline in public policy regarding climate mitigations and insane PC social pushed dogmas, our nation has become soft when the majority accept outright terror tactics used on them by people sworn to protect them and the only reasonable action is to rush out and take experimental medicine in the hope it will all stop.

My mother recently commented to me she never thought she’d live to see the day America turned communist — she’s almost 85 — and I chuckled to her when she said it. Only after the fact did I think about in how many ways we’re seeing the exact same state control through mandates, corporate/state coercion, compliant and complicit media, and more.

I haven’t laughed at the idea since.

My Russian mother is of similar age to your Italian mother, and has obviously also seen totalitarianism/authoritarianism (albeit of different ideological provenance) up close and personal. I myself, having grown up in Ceausescu’s Romania before we emigrated to the U.S. more than 40 years ago, have too.

We know, in our “bones”, that what we’re seeing in Australia and many parts of the U.S. is no laughing matter for the dangers it represents.

In the Australian context, just about everything they have done in response to the COVID19 epidemic is furthering the cause of Marxism.

Which can be summarised as the abolition of private management/ownership of industry.

Which in their minds includes the housing you live in.

A few days ago, during an interview on GBN news, Helen Dale offered this relevant insight:

“Australians may be the descendants of convicts, but they are also the descendants of their jailers.”

Hopefully, the recent stirrings of rebellion and the planned Oct 1 rallies are signs that the former are finally, at long last, ready to muster up the courage to prevail over the latter.

Here’s the link to the aforementioned interview (about 15 minutes long):

    My soul statement.
I am extremely disturbed by the suggestion of ‘mandated’ vaccination of pregnant women.
The alleged ‘doctors’ and ‘scientists’ promoting this have no way of knowing potential long term effects.
Can anyone cite research that assures safety for fetal exposure?
The potential historical scope of unforeseen problems is truly frightening.
Under the cover of blanket legal immunity.
Especially considering the history of Big Pharma court proven misrepresentation (sometimes spelled L I E S).
The stench of sinister peculiarities is strong.

The mandated vaccination of underage children OUTSIDE OF PARENTAL CONSENT?
Also extremely disturbing and uncalled for considering observed risk to children.
    Sinister.
    I stand in objection.

I mentioned on this blog the terrible news of a young woman I know having had her baby aborted when scans showed significant deformation. Quite frankly, I could not inquire whether she had been recently vaccinated. But as her vocation would require it, and her family are vehemently in favour of the “vaccines”, I am almost certain she would be fully vaccinated.

It is a nightmare. I just cannot comprehend why intelligent people refuse to join the dots.

I was watching for 2 1/2 hours yesterday afternoon the livestream of the trial below

Justice Robert Beech-Jones will oversee a three-day trial in which Health Minister Brad Hazzard will defend the state government’s response to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Two plaintiffs, Al-Munir Kassam and Natasha Henry, have filed civil suits challenging aspects of the public health orders instituted in response to the latest outbreak fuelled by the Delta variant.

Starting this Thursday, Justice Beech-Jones will hear the challenge to the rules that state essential workers must receive their first vaccinations by September 19 if they are to leave an LGA of concern for work purposes.

The plaintiffs counsel asked the same question of ‘mandated’ vaccination of pregnant women of the Govt Defence Witness a Female Professor from Melbourne and she was unable to answer that question directly, just waffled around the point sprouting nothings

I found this not long ago:

Graeme P Reignite Democracy Australia has some great links on their site https://www.reignitedemocracyaustralia.com.au/informed-consent/
also good legal info on Telegram http://www.aflsolicitors.com.au and http://Www.concernedlawyersnetwork.net
The entire threats to terminate employment based upon forced vaccinations is bluff, look at the language used and its simply a ploy to get you to agree to the legality of baseless threats.
      Try this letter for starters,
      Dear ____
I write with regard to the matter of potential covid vaccine and my desire to be fully informed and appraised of ALL facts before going ahead.
I’d be most grateful if you could please provide the following information, in accordance with statutory legal requirements:
      1. Can you please advise me of the approved legal status of any vaccine you are advocating for me and if it is experimental?
      2. Can you please provide details and assurances that the vaccine has been fully, independently and rigorously tested against control groups and the subsequent outcomes of those tests?
      3. Can you please advise of the full list of contents of the vaccine I am to receive and if any have proven not to be toxic to the body?
      4. Can you advice to me if the vaccine you are advocating is voluntary?
      5. Can you prove and confirm to me that there were fully completed trials on contraindications to the mRNA vaccines?
      6. Can you please fully advise of all the adverse reactions associated with this vaccine?
      7. Can you please confirm to me that the vaccine you are advocating will not cause me to have a serious or absolute adverse event that will likely cause me risk of illness or fatality, should I agree to said vaccine?
      8. Should I be unfortunate to contract Covid 19 after vaccination, could you please advise what is the likelihood of a full recovery?
      9. Can you confirm to me that I will not be under any duress from yourselves if I make a decision regarding my own personal health and well-being and that it is in compliance with the Nuremberg Code?
Once I have received the above information in full and I am satisfied that there is NO threat to my health, I will be happy to accept your offer to receive the treatment, but with certain conditions – namely that:
      1. You confirm that I will suffer no harm.
      2. Following acceptance of this, the offer must be signed by a fully qualified doctor advocating this medication for me who will take full legal and financial responsibility for any injuries occurring to myself in the course of vaccination and any ongoing ill health caused, and/or from any interactions by authorized personnel regarding these procedures.
      3. In the event that I should have to decline the offer of vaccination, please confirm that it will not compromise my position and that I will not suffer prejudice and discrimination as a result?
I would also advise that my inalienable rights are fully reserved.
** The point being is that they CANNOT provide that information but you’ve NOT refused, you’ve just asked them for more information. Play them at their game.

There was a time, many decades ago, when I felt that governments would genuinely try to do the right thing by the population.

Since then the lurkers, users and martinets have taken the guts out of democracy and we are in deep doo doo and face a horrific future.

Today we may see the beginning of the fight to restore decency and integrity to our nation’s governance but I have no doubt it will be a long hard battle.

What’s happened on the international stage in recent years has been ugly and Evil and must be resisted.

I would try and avoid any nucleic acid (RNA or DNA) vaccines or viral vector vaccines until they have been appropriately tested after a couple or so years. Given they haven’t as yet I would steer clear of them like the plague (no pun intended). If I had to take a vaccine I would wait for Novavax to become available later this year or early next year. Whether the government wants to accept or not, it is illegal for an employer, government or private to sack a person for refusing to take a vaccine.

“They may be hoping to starve them out of a job or into a vaccine”

There seems to be a lot more to it than that

Below are extracts from an article by Cameron Stewart in The Australian on September 25 2021 that inter alia indicates the far right is manipulating anti-vaxxers for their own nefarious purposes

“Far right groups, many of which marched in the protests this week, are seeking to exploit this mood by using online sites to promote lies and conspiracies about the safety and effectiveness of Covid-19 vaccines.”

            Stewart also wrote:

Unlike Victoria”the NSW government chose not to mandate jabs for all construction workers but instead restricted work sites with an unvaccinated worker to 50 per cent capacity.”

NSW will become the first example of this two-tier society from October 11 when the state is set to hit the initial 70 per cent target. From that day the vaccinated majority will be able to visit family and friends, dine out, drink in a pub, go to a hairdresser, and attend theatre and sporting events, although with limited numbers. The unvaccinated will receive none of these freedoms.

NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian says that even after her state passes the 80 per cent vaccination mark, anti-vaxxers cannot “let everybody else do the hard work and then turn up” for equal freedoms. For those of you who choose not to be vaccinated, that’s your choice, but don’t expect to do everything that vaccinated people do even when we hit 80 per cent,” she says.

Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews says the road map for his state’s path out of lockdown also will be heavily weighted towards rewarding the vaccinated, leaving anti-vaxxers out in the cold.

“There is going to be a vaccinated economy and you get to participate in that if you are vaccinated,” Andrews says.

Both Berejiklian and Andrews appear to have strong public support for rewarding the vaccinated at the expense of anti-vaxxers. Most people in Sydney and Melbourne are exhausted by their indefinite lockdowns and have little sympathy for those who remain unvaccinated by choice, especially if they delay their path to regaining freedoms.

A recent survey by YouGov found that two in three Australians support a so-called vaccine passport that people must produce to gain entry to sport venues, cinemas, nightclubs and restaurants. Only one in five people opposes such a move.

Anthony Scott, co-ordinator of the Melbourne Institute’s health program, says the realisation by many vaccine-hesitant people that they soon will be locked out of restaurants, pubs, cafes, travel and possibly even their jobs is helping incentivise them to get the jab.

“A sizeable proportion of people will be influenced by that. I think it is changing people’s minds when they think about what opening up might mean for them.”

Vaccine hesitancy is continuing to decline, with the institute’s latest figures showing a fall from 20.3 per cent on August 20 to 16.7 per cent on September 12. This is down from 35.5 per cent in mid-May.”

The article by and large supports those who have been/or intend to, get vaccinated. Perhaps those anti-vaxxers who find their social freedoms are severely curtailed will re-consider their stance f/when it occurs. I think the curtailment approach is preferable to the loss of income approach

            https://www.theaustralian.com.au/inquirer/stark-realities-of-a-two-tier-society-how-should-antivaxxers-be-treated/news-story/e2f252f5ac0ccc36ac2d755f271bc7d0

In Victoria the State of Emergency legislation is due to expire on Dec 15. Unless the parliament votes to approve another extension, the emergency power given by the Health Minister to the Chief Health Officer that enables him to create new laws overnight without parliamentary approval will cease. Three crossbenchers agreed to the last extension, but surely after 20 months enough is enough.

I’d like to know whether there is a “general” protest movement? I see sector-specific ones, such as construction, education and health workers. I’m double-vaxxed myself, but I want to know how to support those who don’t want to be and are seeing their freedoms disappearing. I want to oppose the idea of a vaccine passport. Time to stand up and be counted. If I don’t support others now, while I can, they’ll be coming for me next with some other restriction.

We have vaccinated in our group, its about choice. The vaxxed can now see they have been misled and it now has very little to do with a virus.

Stand with us. Get a $5 yellow safety vest, write I stand with you on the back and wear it whenever you go outdoors. Non confronting, lets others know they are not alone and the governments know they do not have our consent. Its a numbers game.

Or Not. Most of the land in Australia is the freest civilization on Earth. Free from bioweapons. Free from restrictions and lockdowns. Free of masks here in WA. Free to party and dance.

And until Gladys and Scott wrecked it, free of the push to get vaxxed.

Parts of Australia show what sovereign borders can do, and all of the West could have done this. With borders and antivirals we don’t have to accept being slaves to CCP bioweapons and Big Pharma profits.

All governments facing an existential crisis will pick the totalitarian short term solution, so stop the crisis and cut the dictator behaviour off at the source. No virus = no dictator.

Not sure if your criticism of Gladys is justified, Jo. I think that under the pressure all the Premiers have been under, including the totally single mindedness of the so-called health “experts”, she has probably performed more reasonably than any other Premier.

Yes, I resent and rile against the forced restrictions on our freedoms, but I think that poor old Gladys has done the best she can for us New South Welsh.

The molecular weight (MW) of Ivermectin is 875.1. Its chemical formula is C48H74O14 (48 carbon atoms, 74 hydrogen atoms. 14 oxygen atoms per molecule)

The MW of PF-07321332 is 499.6. Its chemical formula is C23H32F3N4O4 (23 carbon atoms, 32 hydrogen atoms, 3 Fluorine atoms. 4 Nitrogen atoms,
          4 oxygen atoms per molecule)

The MW and chemical formulae show the two compounds are not the same

            Thank you Ian.

People — while Pfizer could slap a hydroxyl or methyl group and probably create a patentable “ivermectin” there are probably 50 other candidate antivirals they could patent. And remember, if the drug helps 10% of patients to get out of hospital a day earlier it can be approved but if it doesn’t cost $3,000 a dose, it won’t be.

Claims it is a protease inhibitor.

What is the mechanism of action of ivermectin?

~ In this molecular docking study, the mechanism of action of ivermectin and doxycycline were examined. Ivermectin is a strong inhibitor of replicase (RdRp), both proteases, the N-protein, and the Spike protein.

      https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/22417684

Ivermectin is a specific inhibitor of importin α/β-mediated nuclear import able to inhibit replication of HIV-1 and dengue virus. The movement of proteins between the cytoplasm and nucleus mediated by the importin superfamily of proteins is essential to many cellular processes, including differentiation and development, and is critical to disease …

Yes, coercion is not voluntary. It’s only voluntary if there are no consequences if one chooses not to be vaccinated. They don’t need to hold a gun to their head to force them to be vaccinated but they might as well do so. It’s effectively the same thing.

[129] Freely given consent to any medical treatment, particularly in the context of a clinical trial, is not optional. Coercion is completely incompatible with consent, and denying a person the ability to work and participate in society if the person does not have a COVID vaccine will unquestionably breach this fundamental and internationally recognised human right.

Can COVID vaccinations be mandated by employers on health and safety grounds?

[130] The short answer to this question, in almost every case, is no.

    5. The human rights commission will serve them papers.
    6. The place that rejected you will think they can win in court.
    7. The judge will force them to pay because the human rights commission will remind them no business private or public can discriminate against anyone based on religion, race and yes any health reasons because it is illegal.
    8. Everyone will overwhelm the places that they will also fight against the passports by allowing everyone inside and not turning anyone away.

    Morning all,
Some useful detail about the court case. Today is day 2 of 2, so I doubt anything useful will come out of it.

IVM and HCQ get a mention, but the story only covers part of one witness’s testimony, and she misuses the word “all” in:
” Professor Macartney said she has not personally been involved in any studies about the drugs’ effectiveness in treating COVID-19 , but she has apprised herself of all the available evidence and reviews. ”
Or perhaps she’s just obfuscating by her use of “apprised”? Telling the whole truth?

The SMH story Fri Oct 1, 2021, maybe paywalled?:

Expert asked about vitamin C, zinc during court challenge to COVID-19 vaccine mandate https://www.smh.com.au/national/nsw/expert-asked-about-vitamin-c-zinc-during-court-challenge-to-covid-19-vaccine-mandate-20210930-p58w09.html?btis

    A couple of extracts:

” A challenge has been launched in the NSW Supreme Court by multiple plaintiffs, including aged care workers Natasha Henry and Selina Crowe, paramedic John Larter, high school special education teacher Julie Ramos, and construction worker Al-Munir Kassam . Others plaintiffs include a pregnant woman who is a staff member of Laverty Pathology, and a worker at Bankstown Hospital.

Justice Robert Beech-Jones yesterday began a two-day hearing in the case, which has been brought against Health Minister Brad Hazzard and the State of NSW. ”

    and:

” Professor Macartney said COVID-19 vaccines have had one of the largest clinical trials of any vaccine in history, and rejected the contention that they are an ‘‘ experiment’’ . ”

    Cheers

All the vaccines have emergency approval ONLY ! Sure they have tested them on thousands of people but only for short-term effects. The risk of consequences like cancer are a complete unknown since cancer normally takes years to develop as a consequence of exposure to a carcinogen. Be wary of mRNA vaccines like Pfizer.

My plan is to simply not get the vaccine. What ever that brings is whatever that brings. They are setting goals of so many vaxxed before whatever and i can contribute to those goals not being met. I don’t feel the need or desire to go to any rally or fight anyone. But will actively select to preferentially purchase from or deal with places that do not attempt to enforce it.

Sure the Novavax is advertised as a “traditional vaccine”. However, instead of injecting the instructions to make spike proteins, they inject the spike proteins straight up. This is because the most stable part of the virus is the spike protein. You have to be able to culture the whole virus to make a vaccine that is really “traditional.

Found out yesterday that my lovely 13 yr old granddaughter got the jab, my son is already double jabbed because he works in health. In the ensuing discussion , he asked me if I was getting it. “No, I’m not! We’ve got our Ivermectin,”.. etc

Next comment from my granddaughter was “but you wont be able to go anywhere!” They are convinced we wont be be able to travel, eat out or shop.

That is the coercion in a nutshell!

A nurse explains what certain COVID-19 vaccines are doing to the immune system. Listen Closely!!!

1st shot: Has a fair amount of saline. Reduces ability to produce white blood cells by 50 percent.
2nd shot: Less saline. Removes addditional 25 percent white blood cell production capability. System is reduced to 25 percent.
1st booster: No saline. Induces chronic inflammation, which targets existing areas of system vulnerability. This is why cancer survivors are dying of cancer and people with lung issues are dying of pneumonia.
2nd booster: Shuts off the ability to make white blood cells. The system is entirely vulnerable and the individual becomes reliant upon additional boosters to provide a substitute immune system.

The strokes and heart attacks appear to be a bonus, although they could be related to the early stages of the weakened immune system.

Everyone needs to understand that all states are under state of emergency declaration. Every single citizen, business, industry, building, land mass, etc, etc is under the power of the commanding officer in charge. This will be the police commissioner or chief health officer (CHO). The media would also be under the powers of these state of emergency rules. It would be against the public health orders from the commanding officer for any mainstream media to print or televise any messaging on covid-19 that goes against their mandate. This is why you only get one side of whatever they want you to see or hear. Dissent must be squashed under public health orders.
We need to remove these state emergency powers asap to give a voice back to the citizens in every state. Everyone needs to understand this.

IN CONTRAST, Schwartz said he was very disappointed that the WHO did not support any trial to determine whether the drug could be viable.
Last month, Oxford University announced a large trial on ivermectin effectiveness.
    (apparently in the wrong way…)
Schwartz said he became interested in exploring ivermectin about a year ago, “when everyone was looking for a new drug” to treat COVID-19, and a lot of effort was being put into evaluating hydroxychloroquine, so he decided to join the effort.
“Since ivermectin was on my shelf, since we are using it for tropical diseases, and there were hints it might work, I decided to go for it,” he said.
Researchers in other places worldwide began looking into the drug at around the same time. But when they started to see positive results, no one wanted to publish them, Schwartz said.
“There is a lot of opposition,” he said. “We tried to publish it, and it was kicked away by three journals. No one even wanted to hear about it.

You have to ask how come when the world is suffering.”

It appear the Australian states differ from each other as much the US ones do, from half a world away.
If the US can’t negotiate a separation and confederation rather than union peaceably, it’ll have to happen at gunpoint.
As usual, the polemic sounds stupid, but follow the money.

If one applies GAAP, a number of the “Blue” (Democratic) states in the US are bankrupt; most of the “Red” states are solvent.
In the past, it was possible to say the some states received more benefits than they paid in taxes; others the reverse, but, in fact,
taxes were paid, in the majority, by wealthy individuals whose enterprises were often national in scope.

In bankruptcy, however, some truly egregious benefits will have to be sold to and paid by ordinary taxpayers who won’t.
It is one thing to shower benefits on a tiny population like Alaska, but then pull energy therefrom.
It is quite another to pull 50% levies from ordinary citizens to pay pension benefits to another jurisdiction in bankruptcy when
such benefits are several time the media income of the taxpayers, who are supporting their own civil servants as well.

Our polemics, engage the loud few; table top economic move the need for almost all.

The Greens have broken the fundamental premises and promises of western capitalistic economics wherever they have control, and by both design and incompetence are creating failed economies; heat in the room and bread on the table is the issue that can exposes extreme environmentalism for the fraud it is. With luck the victims will be cold and hungry, not deceased. The manifestation is not, however, global warming but global failure of commerce in general.

    Apparently, Gladys has been naughty.

NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian will make a ‘significant announcement’ at 1pm today after it emerged she is being investigated by the state’s corruption watchdog. She has reportedly told colleagues she will be resigning as premier. Liberal MP Peter Poulos told an Upper House inquiry: ‘She’s going to resign at one o’clock’.

I would cheer but her replacement is likely to be Kean or Hazzard. Nuff said.

If Kean gets handed the job by the Photios faction we’ll have windmills on every hill. I think Hazzard would be almost as authoritarian as Dan.

Just texted a tradie mate saying pretty much all of us in vic are now forced to get the jab by oct 15 to be able to work anywhere under new edict from commissar andrews today. My mate is 35 yrs old, fit, healthy and was forced to get jab the other day or face the sack – he now has stabbing pains in the chest, throbbing in the head and blurred vision in one eye.
I spoke to aircon bloke the other day, a mate of his in 40s is paralysed down one side of his body can barely walk. This is just in my small circle. For our health? This is absolutely disgusting. I guess I’m going to get the sack in a couple weeks now, not sure how I’m going to put food on the table.

I am amazed at the comments which mostly if not all, demonstrate the most significant level of immaturity and un-Australian attitude I have ever seen. We have kept the nation safe with flu injections for many years – no they are not compulsory – and make use of all sorts of vaccines when we go overseas to protect ourselves. Here with COVID, we are being asked to protect ourselves, our families and the rest of the population with a vaccine which will help to forestall many unknown secondary effects to our kidneys, livers, lungs and other organs and those of our fellows. Those who refuse vaccination should not mix with others until they receive a vaccine. This is not rocket science – it is simply asking people to have some concern for others. It is hard to describe most of those commenting above who obviously have no interest in assisting the country to open up nor to keeping their fellows safer. Instead they whine about the shutdowns which will obviously be necessary until they are prepared to do the right thing by their fellows.

Is this a good moment to remind people that the ACT labor/Green government is not mandating any discrimination based on vaccination status? e.g in Victoria professional sports people will be required to be fully vaccinated to train together. This wont happen here. There will be no legislation stopping mixing.

Two positives in my mother’s retirement village — both off the Ruby Princess back at the beginning. Upon their return they went straight to happy hour where they mingled with about 60 residents. No one got sick including the two positives, but they weren’t that popular a few days later when the others found out where they had been.

      I suspect you are serious.

Since when does one take a medical treatment to benefit someone else? And at what risk to oneself?

We have kept the nation safe with flu injections for many years – no they are not compulsory – and make use of all sorts of vaccines when we go overseas to protect ourselves”

Sorry to surprise you but we dont have the flu vax to protect the nation…and as you say, when we go overseas we may take a vaccine if neccessary to protect ourselves.

Those who refuse vaccination should not mix with others until they receive a vaccine. This is not rocket science – it is simply asking people to have some concern for others.

Why? If you are vaccinated why would you worry? If you had been vaxed against measles, would you be worried about catching it from an active case?

Just let each of us take responsibilty for ourselves and dont give me the furphy that hospitals will fill up with unvaxed patients. As a former ambulance paramedic, I can tell you that hospitals are full of patients with self inflicted medical problems now. Take out alcohol, drug induced and cigarette related problems for a start, then obesity related problems and hospitals would be half empty!

The only reason the country is locked down is by political edict. There are very useful antivirals available which could turn the situation around in weeks if there was political will, instead they are banned. Incredible!

Since when does one take a medical treatment to benefit someone else?

when one joins society and is not an overt individualist. Think of your genes struggling to be passed down through the generations. From the beginnings of humanity people sought to collect food, fight animals, gather food in order to enable their kin to thrive. If they had thought, “oh bugger it I’ll endanger myself since I don’t care about other people”, it would be comeone else’s kin passing on their genes to the next generation.

Be thankful that your ancestors were not as selfish as yourself.

      Sorry, I stuffed up.

The original Bitchute video was released on 30 September. So when Tanya Davis said she’ll be on Sky News, Alan Jones show tonight she meant 30 September. I watched that show and she wasn’t included. So I’m a bit confused. Possibly Sky wouldn’t allow the interview.

In the comments below the Bitchute video is a link to the Fair Work Commission decision – which looks genuine.

        Thank you Siliggy,

Had a quick look at the final comments and it appears that the Fair Work Commission Decision does indeed say it breaches the Disability Discrimination act for “an employer who dismisses a person because they do not have a COVID vaccine will breach the DD Act.” see clause 178.

Doesn’t seem to have made any difference in Victoria.

OH NO — 30 lucky individuals might have accidentally been given harmless saline in place of debilitating Pfizzzer “vaccine”. What an outrage! Dan will have 40 Blackshirts around to sort that out before you can say alveolar necrosis.

      Lucky buggers,

I would run with that, a Jab is a Jab and a safe one is just plain good luck.

Better than the waiting list for a cardiologist for a young man, Bell’s Palsy for a 15 YO school girl, or a 50 YO accountant with a nasty skin rash with his first shot and then due to a heightened fear of something that 99% of people do not even know they have, the idiot who attended a Medical Course without ever having cared for anyone or anything in their lives allows you to have a second shot and you are now running around with a nastier rash and chest pain. Nothing to see here and completely unreported as adverse reactions.

My Mum is refusing to go to funerals now as there are so many among her friends and relatives, could be that over 80 age group, though these people had been badgering her to have a clot shot so they could visit. The deaths have been heart attacks, strokes and recurrence of cancers. These were active people 6 months ago still driving and planning to travel, not sedentary and waiting to die.

Finally a safe mRNA vaccine and you get the ‘Clot Shot Certifiable’ Tee shirt and Bumper Sticker.

DECISION OF VICE PRESIDENT HATCHER AND COMMISSIONER RIORDAN SYDNEY, 27 SEPTEMBER 2021
[173] In summary, the powers to make PHOs cannot lawfully be used in a way that is punitive, and human rights are not suspended during states of emergency or disaster. The current PHOs have moved well past the minimum necessary to achieve public health aims, and into the realm of depravation. It is not proportionate, reasonable or necessary to “lock out” those who are unvaccinated and remove their ability to work or otherwise contribute to society. PHOs, by their nature, are designed and intended for short term use in the event of an emergency or crisis. They are not intended to be an ongoing vehicle to enforce significant depravations of our civil liberties. The COVID pandemic started over 20 months ago. The time is fast approaching where the reliance on PHO’s will no longer be justified on public health grounds, particularly where there is such a significant intrusion on individual liberties.
    Disability Discrimination
[174] It is highly likely that the dismissal of an employee who fails to have the COVID vaccine will breach the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (DD Act). The DD Act makes it unlawful to discriminate against a person, including in employment and in accessing services, because of a disability.
[175] The definition of disability in s.4 of the DD Act includes “the presence in the body of organisms capable of causing disease or illness”. It includes a disability that presently exists, or previously existed but no longer exists, or may exist in the future, or is imputed to a person.
[176] The Explanatory Memorandum to the DD Act discusses the definition of disability as being:
“…intended to include physical, sensory, intellectual and psychiatric impairment, mental illness or disorder, and provisions relating to the presence in the body of organisms capable of causing disease. These provisions have broad application, for example, they are intended to ensure that persons with HIV/AIDS come within the definition of disability for the purposes of this Bill.”
[178] Section 48 of the DD Act provides an exemption for discrimination that is necessary to protect public health where a person’s disability is an infectious disease, however being unvaccinated is not an infectious disease. What logically follows is that an employer who dismisses a person because they do not have a COVID vaccine will breach the DD Act.
    Final comments
[179] Research in the context of COVID-19 has shown that many who are ‘vaccine-hesitant’ are well educated, work in the health care industry and have questions about how effective the vaccines are in stopping transmission, whether they are safe to take during pregnancy, or if they affect fertility. 37 A far safer and more democratic approach to addressing vaccine hesitancy, and therefore increasing voluntary vaccination uptake, lies in better education, addressing specific and often legitimate concerns that people may hold, and promoting genuine informed consent. It does not lie in censoring differing opinions or removing rights and civil liberties that are fundamental in a democratic nation. It certainly does not lie in the use of highly coercive, undemocratic and unethical mandates.
[180] The statements by politicians that those who are not vaccinated are a threat to public health and should be “locked out of society” and denied the ability to work are not measures to protect public health. They are not about public health and not justified because they do not address the actual risk of COVID. These measures can only be about punishing those who choose not to be vaccinated. If the purpose of the PHOs is genuinely to reduce the spread of COVID, there is no basis for locking out people who do not have COVID, which is easily established by a rapid antigen test. Conversely, a vaccinated person who contracts COVID should be required to isolate until such time as they have recovered.
[181] Blanket rules, such as mandating vaccinations for everyone across a whole profession or industry regardless of the actual risk, fail the tests of proportionality, necessity and reasonableness. It is more than the absolute minimum necessary to combat the crisis and cannot be justified on health grounds. It is a lazy and fundamentally flawed approach to risk management and should be soundly rejected by courts when challenged.
[182] All Australians should vigorously oppose the introduction of a system of medical apartheid and segregation in Australia. It is an abhorrent concept and is morally and ethically wrong, and the anthesis of our democratic way of life and everything we value.
[183] Australians should also vigorously oppose the ongoing censorship of any views that question the current policies regarding COVID. Science is no longer science if it a person is not allowed to question it.
[184] Finally, all Australians, including those who hold or are suspected of holding “anti-vaccination sentiments”, are entitled to the protection of our laws, including the protections afforded by the Fair Work Act. In this regard, one can only hope that the Majority Decision is recognised as an anomaly and not followed by others.
