Big Pharma to the rescue: Ask your doctor about Pfivermectin*

For people wondering when this pandemic will end, the fastest way out is with drugs we already have, but they are too cheap. Luckily Big Pharma is here to save the day. Who knows when an extra methyl group, or a hydroxy add-on will find the drug we’ve all been waiting for — one that works like Ivermectin but costs so much more!

Thanks to the Babylon Bee.

Pfizer Releases Brand New, Never-Before-Seen Drug ‘Pfivermectin’.

Pfizer Releases Brand New, Never-Before-Seen Drug ‘Pfivermectin’.

After several successful rounds of trials and a quick overnight approval from the FDA, Pfizer proudly announced they will be releasing a brand new, never-before-seen COVID drug “Pfivermectin.”

“It’s important to understand that this drug is nothing like Ivermectin, even though Pfivermectin rhymes with Ivermectin and it pretty much does the exact same thing,” said Pfizer CEO Hans Pfizer. “Everyone knows Ivermectin is a widely discredited horse drug, and ours is not. Very important distinction there.”

Experts say that taking two doses of Pfivermectin every day at the first sign of COVID symptoms could lessen the severity and duration of the infection. Ivermectin will do the same thing, except it may also turn you into a horse and make everyone laugh at you. Not good!

A Pfizer spokesman also confirmed that their drug will be approximately 30,000% more expensive than Ivermectin.

Back in the real world, the news on Reuters five days ago:

Pfizer, Merck launch new trials of oral COVID-19 drugs

Pfizer said its latest mid-to-late-stage trial will enroll 1,140 non-hospitalized adults diagnosed with coronavirus infection who are not at risk of severe illness. Patients in the trial will be given Pfizer’s pill, known as PF-07321332, and a low dose of ritonavir, an older medication widely used in combination treatments for HIV infection.

Pfizer’s drug is designed to block the activity of a key enzyme that is needed for the coronavirus to multiply.

Merck said its new trial will study experimental drug molnupiravir for the prevention of COVID-19 among adults in the same household as someone diagnosed with symptomatic coronavirus infection. Merck and partner Ridgeback Biotherapeutics are already conducting a late-stage trial of the treatment in non-hospitalized patients to see if it reduces the risk of hospitalization or death.

Catchy name that: PF-07321332

So it supposedly blocks one enzyme Covid needs. Shame it doesn’t bind to the spike, act as a zinc ionophore, and work as an anti-inflammatory too. But at least the patent hasn’t expired.

With profits to power it, Pfivermectin can get through any regulatory authority.

The thing about mutations that big pharma seems not to understand is that they find another way around the manipulation and hence become more resistant and even more infectious as the medicine is useless.

Not sure why you think big pharma doesn’t understand, the constant need form new (patent) drugs.
Because old (out of patent) drugs become useless.

There are currently three early-treatment drugs from Big Pharma undergoing trials: Merck’s molnupiravir; GlaxoSmithKline and Vir Biotechnology’s sotrovimab; and Pfizer’s PF-O7321332. These are undergoing evaluation by The Institute for Clinical and Economic Review (ICER), so they are probably looking at least somewhat successful. This ICER review was highlighted in a paywalled article August 28 by TrialSite News at https://trialsitenews.com/icer-assessing-covid-19-treatments-including-fluvoxamine-a-victory-for-steve-kirschs-covid-19-early-treatment-fund/

I’m sure our Public Health Agencies were aware of those three in-process, Pharma-sponsored drugs when they marginalized ivermectin, and I’m pretty sure that that marginalization was done to avoid dissuading Big Pharma from continuing their expensive trials and development. Ivermectin’s wide availability, safety record, efficacy, low cost, and first-mover advantage would have vastly shrunk the market for much-more-expensive competitors, even if they were somewhat superior.

In fact, protection of the development of Pharma-sponsored early treatments, presumed to deliver the best results, beautifully explains why our governmental PHAs (Public Health Agencies) didn’t sponsor the investigation of ANY repurposed drugs until December, six months late.

THIS is the only conspiracy theory that makes sense to me, because it is the only one that the marginalizers could morally justify, if called to account. I.e., if one of these three drugs that might have been cancelled subsequent to an EUA turns out to be much superior to ivermectin, they could claim to be retroactively vindicated.

Still, most ethicists would likely be unpersuaded, or even appalled, at what they did, because the denial of a “good” early treatment to encourage the development of Pharma drugs that MIGHT turn out to be “better” was a gamble that implicitly condemned millions of early Covid-19 cases worldwide to death and/or to long Covid. (Perhaps the marginalizers couldn’t have foreseen the latter, though.)

BTW, the government has already given Merck $1.2 billion for a first batch of molnupiravir, at around $700 per treatment-dose. If an implicit half-promise had been made to Merck to buy its product, as I suspect, it would have been even harder for the agency that did so to stab Merck in the back (after having “led it on”) with an EUA for ivermectin.

I disbelieve the other two conspiracy theories.
    1. “Regulatory capture” doesn’t explain why the FDA is so reluctant to approve most of Big Pharma’s new medicines, including ones that have adverse effects on only a small subset of the population. Nor does regulatory capture explain the extreme reluctance of foreign Public Health Agencies to approve ivermectin—it’s a big stretch to claim that they have all been captured as well.

(I suspect that foreign PHAs have been given a whispered assurance that Big Med will be providing better early treatment therapeutics—ones they will get at a discount if they don’t break ranks against ivermectin.)

    2. As for protecting the vaccines’ allegedly fragile EUA status from being disqualified by the existence of an approved alternative medicine: A) Giving ivermectin an EUA wouldn’t constitute an “approval” in the meaning of the regulation; and B) The FDA would be the judge of whether it did or not, and its conclusion would surely be that it did not.

PS: Not only that, but the government’s contract with Merck specifies that payment will only be made if molnupiravir receives an EUA. But if ivermectin had already received an EUA, then maybe Merck couldn’t get one too, because an EUA is granted only if no other approved treatment exists, assuming getting an EUA constitutes approval.

        But Roger,
Why does ivermectin even need an EUA? It’s been fully approved by FDA, and world wide, for about 40 years? And it’s safety has been continuously demonstrated ever since. Even massive overdoses haven’t been fatal.
Even that assumably horse-sized dosed man here was discharged from hospital within 24 hours. No ICU. No vemtilator.
        Please explain.

Until ivermectin gets an EUA FOR TREATING COVID-19, it is considered by hospitals and medical associations to be “unapproved.” Their insurance companies require them not to use any unapproved medicines, especially ones that they have specifically warned NOT to use—as the FDA and the WHO have so warned.

So change the words. They’re wrong. They’re dangerous. And they’re malicious.
Words like: “Try it. It appears to work when given with zinc and vitamin D, and no ill effects have been reported when the right dosage is used.”

Might just save a million lives or so.

      Brilliant! Brilliant Roger!

Got it! It really does explain it all. And it does it by not resorting to the some of the wilder conspiracy theories out there.
And it is so logical – fitting with what we know about Big Pharma & the weaknesses & complicity & holier-than-thou nature of the medical bureaucracy.

I actually suspected as much when I heard that anti virals were under development by Big Pharma.

Pathetically, I was actually somewhat relieved when I heard of the latter, since I was finding it impossible to secure Ivermectin tablets, & I don’t intend to be vaccinated with vaccines of dubious long term safety, let alone efficacy.

Thank you Roger for a brilliant post.

Good post but I don’t see anywhere an explanation as to why our politicians and health officials are campaigning against the use of Ivermectin when it has been show overseas to have saved countless lives. So, the biggest conspiracy at the moment has to be by our own health officials and politicians who are allowing countless people here to die from COVID-19 when they know they at least might have been saved very easily. If that’s not serious enough then I don’t knwo what is.

“Good post but I don’t see anywhere an explanation as to why our politicians and health officials are campaigning against the use of Ivermectin ….”

My guess about that one is that every country’s Public Health Agency wants to get a large allocation of vaccines as soon as possible and as cheaply as possible, and that there is something in the commitment-to-purchase agreements they sign that requires them not to endorse a competing treatment, and/or that the WHO’s Covax charitable distribution arrangement that has the same requirement.

But until a whistleblower spills the beans, it would be criticized as only a speculative “conspiracy theory” if I were to advocate it. Nevertheless, if true, it should eventually emerge, especially if ivermectin is officially proved to work, which should motivate some whistleblower with enough indignation to speak.

Another explanation for widespread official opposition to ivermectin is that their countries have committed to buy a large amount of vaccines, some of which would go to waste if ivermectin competed against it. Australia, for instance, has signed a commitment to buy enough vaccine to jab its whole population.

A final possible explanation lately is a fear of abandoning the WHO-based consensus, being seen as heretical, and attracting criticism.

Yes they are all good explanations and I already knew them (and a couple more) but it still doesn’t answer the root question as to why our leaders are doing what they are doing. Are they pure evil? Are they being threatened to “follow orders”? How can anyone with even an ounce of integrity and honesty stand by and claim that Ivermectin must not be used yet elsewhere they are using it to save lives and it works? There’s a great disconnect. It’s as though our leaders are under some kind of spell to tell lies. Perhaps they are influenced or even possessed by demonic forces. I don’t really know but something is very wrong with our leaders. I suppose one day we will find out but it will be the hard way.

Ivermectin is off patent, which means that every pharmaceutical company in the world can produce it. As a result, there can be no sole manufacturer who can jack up the price to whatever they can screw out of the public. It is therefore in the interest of the pharmaceutical companies to keep ivermectin deprecated with no approval as a treatment, allowing them to push approval for new drugs that they hold patents on, allowing them to price them at a level to guarantee outrageous profits.

PPS: Once molnupiravir is approved by the FDA, then ivermectin won’t be able to get an EUA, because an approved treatment will already exist. (Perhaps molnupiravir’s merely getting an EUA will have that effect.) Nor will ivermectin easily be able to get fully approved itself, because that would require a wealthy sponsor to guide it through the FDA’s hoops, and perhaps that would even require proof of its superiority to existing treatments.

And that’ll be the last that’ll be heard of ivermectin, Big Med believes. It’s probably been thinking this way all along.

It’s on par with vitamin D when it comes to acute toxicity. That is, acute toxicity occurs for about 600 standard vitamin D tablets or 20 doses of horse paste for a small adult. If the adult took 1/10th of the horse paste to account for difference in weight, that’s about 1/200th of the amount for acute toxicity.

A bit rough but you have to wonder why you can buy one at a supermarket and the other can’t be prescribed.

All of the African continent proves this guy is wrong. The fact that he calls it a “cow medicine and mentions cow doses shows just how out of touch he is with reality.

      https://i.postimg.cc/7YkW5HzP/Ivermectin.jpg

Ivermectin has been used in 3.7 billion doses in humans as an anti-viral and anti parasite and has been proven totally safe in human dose levels.

It just happens to be very useful in many other species because it is very safe, and has a wide spectrum of operation.

      Answer this simple question.

Do you have any information on the long term efficacy and safety of the not-fully-tested pseudo-vaccines. A Yes or No answer will do.

      360

    • #
      R.B.

The guy lied. There are peer reviewed published papers that claim that you’re 50% more likely to get over an infection in 6 days if you take the medication. Might be dubious studies but they exist and your expert is unaware of it?

And why is a drug used by hundreds of millions of humans a year a cow medicine? Surely your expert can do better than that. There are safe dose levels, LD50 s (vary from 2-40 mg per kg) and records of severe reactions.

He is no better than Norman Swan.

Yeah – it’s Amazing, isn’t it? Ivermectin is used safely by vast numbers of Africans on a daily basis & is used on a temporary basis around the world for parasite infections – internal & external.

Why is this denied by so many?

The question of efficacy for covid may be questioned, but it’s safety record is impeccable.

        290

Come on, Simon. If you would actually read some of the trials, as well as the experience of some of the front line covid physicians you would acknowledge, as would your source, that it was more than the placebo effect at work with recovery with Ivermectin.

I would concede that most of so-called “cases” of covid are asymptomatic & the infected recover by way of healthy immune systems .

      220

      David Maddison

Once the argument against Ivermectin becomes that it is “a cow medicine” or horse, dog, cat etc. the proponent of that argument has lost 100% of credibility.

Firstly, all mammals generally have a similar physiology which is why animals (mammals) are used to trial human drugs.

Secondly, it goes without saying that you don’t take a dose for a 500kg horse or cow and use it in a human. You adjust the dose according to body weight. In any case, the lethal dose for a dog is 40mg/kg (respiratory depression so coukd still be saved if treated) which is 200 times the recommended dose of 0.2mg/kg. Water is more lethal.

Thirdly, are you not aware that Ivermectin is one of mankind’s most useful and safest drugs, even according to your beloved World Homicide Organisation and its discoverer received a Nobel Prize?

And to deny the use or further clinical trials of Ivermectin which demonstrably kills the virus in vivo when your Big Pharma “vaccine” offers no protection from infection or transmission is insane!

What drug are you on (as they say)?

      280

      • #
        PeterS

Actually Ivermectin is prescribed to humans for the use of other ailments, not just for COVID-19. If that’s not a potential mine field for doctors and health officials then nothing is. Time will tell roughly how many lives could have been saved if we had used Ivermectin since the start of the pandemic.

On the one hand, the article claims expertise, yet disingenuously (following the approved script) describes Ivermectin as a veterinarian medication, once again failing to mention the hundreds of millions of HUMANS who have safely and effectively used it following prescription by their DOCTOR.

Or if you want a second opinion:
    https://gizmodo.com/the-truth-about-ivermectin-1847570437
Even at the time, many researchers cautioned against overhyping these results, since ivermectin isn’t that easily absorbed by the human body. Normally, that’s never been a problem, because it actually doesn’t take a high dose to work when used as an antiparasitic. But translating the dosage used in the lab to kill the coronavirus over to the real world, some scientists have argued, would probably require a much higher dose than could ever be safely used in people.
Unfortunately, most studies in the past year that claim to show a benefit from the drug in treating or preventing covid-19 seem to be very low quality, while some have turned out to be based on fraudulent or otherwise suspect data and subsequently withdrawn. And when you look at the largest trials or the overall evidence, you find little to no effect for ivermectin.

Ivermectin, 3.7 billion doses of effectiveness against viral and other pathogens
No build-up of resistance to it by bugs and parasites
No drop in efficacy after 6 months
Totally safe, with no long term side-effects at human usage levels.
Proven highly effective against Covid19 in many countries.

Let’s put that against an experimental pseudo-vaccine.
        Horrendous possible side-effects, even death.
Almost total loss of efficacy after 6 months, requiring continued booster jabs.
Actually helps generate disease variants against which it is basically useless.
No study of any long term side-effects of modifying your immune system.

There’s unpublished data from the same group that suggests the IC50 for SARS-Cov-2 in human alveolar tissue is much lower than it is for monkey kidney cells and that Ivermectin accumulates in lung tissue leading to concentrations above the relevant IC50 at regular doses. Indeed, if it is taken with food then the concentration achieved is far above the IC50.

Discussion and source of the data from the two slides presented starting at 27:57 minutes in from this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OY8QV7lnFFo

some scientists have argued, would probably require a much higher dose than could ever be safely used in people

If they were scientists, they would know by now. The lowest estimate lethal dose for humans is 2mg/L (inferred from a 25mg/kg LD50 in mice). Other estimates are over 40 mg/kg. That is over a gram for even the skinnier of adults.

Vaccination by Astrazeneca has led to 7 deaths in Australia, which increasingly looks to be useless for creating heard immunity and probably only halves your chances of getting seriously ill. If it were a cheap drug, trials would have been stopped early.

Israel only has 63% of the population fully vaccinated. That is not enough to achieve herd immunity with Delta but was good enough for Alpha. They will get there as more of the population acquire natural immunity.

Highly vaccinated countries are in descending order:
United Arab Emirates 76.3% fully vaccinated10.9% partially vaccinated
Portugal 75.6% fully vaccinated10.0% partially vaccinated
Singapore 75.3% fully vaccinated2.8% partially vaccinated
Qatar 73.8% fully vaccinated5.9% partially vaccinated
Denmark 72.8% fully vaccinated3.2% partially vaccinated
Spain 72.6% fully vaccinated5.9% partially vaccinated
Uruguay 72.5% fully vaccinated4.2% partially vaccinated
Chile 71.4% fully vaccinated3.7% partially vaccinated
Belgium 70.1% fully vaccinated2.4% partially vaccinated
Ireland 68.3% fully vaccinated5.9% partially vaccinated

These countries are showing the infection rate is below 1 despite the delta variant. Two aspects need to be considered with regard to herd immunity. The proportion of the population with anti-bodies and number of vaccinations is a fair indicator with exceptions of countries like Peru and India that now have significant level of natural immunity:
      https://covid19.healthdata.org/chile?view=vaccinations&tab=trend
And the mobility of the population:
      https://covid19.healthdata.org/chile?view=social-distancing&tab=trend
To understand the trend in the case numbers:
      https://covid19.healthdata.org/chile?view=infections-testing&tab=trend&test=positive_tests

Until the world achieves herd immunity, the risk of strays bringing the virus back into the herd is present.

We need to get involved. Covid is not going away. The evil continues.

The Evil institutional/Media power to hide Ivermectin or Vit D that work to stop covid and pushing of drugs that do not work, will continue unless we speak up and get changes made.

Big Pharma is trying to stop Ivermectin and Super Ivermectin

Big Pharma has been hiding a technology that can theoretical make almost any drug, up to 8 times more effective. The technology just makes the drug spread more effectively in the body which enables the drug in question to theoretically up to roughly 8 times more effective.

A Canada company who specialize in this dispersion technology, has developed an optimized version of Ivermectin, that makes Ivermectin roughly 8 times more biologically effective by packaging the drug in a designed emulsifier. This is an engineered solution that Big Pharma does not want because it would make new drugs obsolete as the new drugs cannot compete with a drug that is 8 times more bioactive.

The American Medical Association is trying to stop off label use of Ivermectin. Big surprise. The American Medical Association is stinking corrupt. Some doctors are not.

Summary of the Evidence for Ivermectin in COVID-19

The Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS) Challenges the American Medical Association (AMA) on Efforts to Suppress Ivermectin Use in COVID

Association of American Physicians and Surgeons
    Sat, September 4, 2021, 4:34 PM·1 min read

“TUCSON, Ariz., Sept. 04, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — In a letter to American Medical Association president Gerald Harmon, M.D., the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS) raises questions concerning the AMA’s “startling and unprecedented position that American physicians should immediately stop prescribing, and pharmacists should stop honoring their prescriptions for ivermectin for COVID-19 patients.”
AAPS points out that many physicians disagree with the AMA, writing around 88,000 ivermectin prescriptions per week. Also the Chairman of the Tokyo Medical Association, Haruo Ozaki, recommended that all doctors in Japan immediately begin using ivermectin to treat COVID.

AAPS asks that the AMA state its criteria for advising pharmacists to refuse to fill prescriptions, or for stopping the off-label use of long-approved drugs, recognizing that some 20 percent of prescriptions are for off-label indications.
AAPS also asks for an explanation of AMA’s demand to restrict ivermectin to use within a clinical study while promoting mass use of novel vaccinations outside of studies despite FDA warnings of serious adverse effects such as myocarditis.”

That is very worrying. The vaccine will not stop you caching covid and it will not stop you transmitting it. From our experience in the UK it will be very helpful in minimising serious illness and death.

However as transmissibility for vaccinated or unvaccinated is at least the same, the idea of a passport seems bizarre.

What is having one supposed to prove?

If a vaccinated person gets Covid they have 1/10th the risk of ending up in hospital. Today in Victoria, there is not a single vaccinated person in hospital out of 23,000 active cases. There are 26 people in ICU – all are unvaccinated. More than 2/3rds of the people in hospital are under 40 years. The older people were given priority for vaccination.

Vaccination takes the load off the health system. The unvaccinated will be competing with other unvaccinated for the available hospital beds.

Until herd immunity is achieved at around 80% of the population carrying antibodies, it makes sense to keep the unvaccinated out of the community as they are the ones who will overload the hospital system.

And how many vacinated have covid with no or mild symptoms so are not detected ? Vacination is helping immunity but not directly. It is suppressing the hospitalisation and death rate while we get immunity.

Victoria was late to start the vaccinated program. As the asymptomatic vaccinated antibodies drop they will have viral loads as high as anybody, and spread the virus. Then the Israeli pattern will take hold six months lagged to their vaccine schedule. The vaccinated will also continue to put mutation pressure on the virus. Look up Mu.

The Indian Bar Association is charging WHO chief scientist Dr. Soumya Swaminathan with the mass murder of Indians. Dr. Swaminathan spoke against the use of Ivermectin in the Tamil Nadu province with the consequence that Ivermectin’s use was blocked and Covid cases skyrocketed with deaths increasing ten-fold.

Acting for the Indian Bar Association, Dipali Ojha said the WHO official is accused of misconduct because she used her position as a public health official to further the agenda of special interests to maintain an Emergency Use Authorization for the lucrative vaccine industry….. Punishment under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code is death or life imprisonment.

        PRESS RELEASE

INDIAN BAR ASSOCIATION SERVES LEGAL NOTICE UPON
DR. SOUMYA SWAMINATHAN, THE CHIEF SCIENTIST,
        WORLD HEALTH ORGANISATION

A legal notice is served by Indian Bar Association (IBA) upon Dr. Soumya Swaminathan, the Chief Scientist at the World Health Organisation (WHO) on May 25, 2021 for her act of spreading disinformation and misguiding the people of India, in order to fulfil her agenda.

The notice is based on the research and clinical trials carried out by ‘Front Line COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance’ (FLCCC) and the British Ivermectin
Recommendation Development (BIRD) Panel, who have presented enormous data that strengthen the case for recommendation of Ivermectin in prevention and treatment of COVID-19.

Dr. Soumya Swaminathan has ignored these studies/reports and has deliberately suppressed the data regarding effectiveness of the drug Ivermectin, with an intent to dissuade the people of India from using Ivermectin.

However, the Indian Council for Medical Research (ICMR) and All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Delhi have refused to accept her stand and have retained the recommendation for Ivermectin under ‘May Do’ category, for patients with mild symptoms and those in home isolation, as stated in ‘The National Guidelines for COVID-19 management’ last updated on May 17, 2021.

In order to stop Dr. Soumya Swaminathan from causing further damage to the life of citizens of this country, IBA has decided to initiate legal action against her and as part of the process, a legal notice has been served upon her.

P.S. IBA has observed that the content of several web links to news articles/reports included in the notice served upon Dr. Soumya Swaminathan on May 25, 2021, which was visible before issuing the notice, has either been removed or deleted
        now.

IBA had anticipated this and therefore we have downloaded soft copies of these news articles before issuing the legal notice. It is ludicrous on part of the forces resorting to such cowardly acts, for they do not know that they are providing very strong evidence of their desperate attempt at blocking information/news regarding Ivermectin.

It will send shock waves around the world and even here making many shake in their own boots. The campaign by our health officials and politicians against the use of Ivermectin might in fact turn out to be nothing short of being criminal even under our own laws. Before we perhaps get to that point we need a Royal Commissions or something like it to get to the bottom of all this. People’s lives are at stake, not just now but well into the future. If COVID-19 is not brought under control we might be facing the realistic proposition that our governments will end up with blood on their hands for not promoting the use of Ivermectin. It needs to be thoroughly investigated, and is must be done ASAP to try and avoid countless and needles Australians from dying. Doesn’t anyone care any more about trying to find the truth? Are all our politicians and health officials hell bent on protecting their egos even at the expense of people’s lives? Is that how low our moral stance has become?

The Left wing just do not get it. Multi news organizations have made up and distributed Ivermectin lies.

Ivermectin is going to be the standard treatment for Covid because it works medically, physically. Covid is a real problem.

It is difficult to imagine the public reaction when the lie is found out. This is different… the hiding of Ivermectin than the lies about climate change. There is one lie. The issue is simple from the public’s standpoint. And the lie caused our covid suffering.

People are very, very angry about the covid regulations/changes/deaths/effect on our economy/loss of freedom.

Assume Ivermectin (optimized, there is an 8 times more bio effective version of Ivermectin which increases the killing/stop power Ivermectin and reduces the dosage/risk to patient/risk of covid spread) is very, very effective to treat covid and as a prophylactic. As soon as one country officially starts treating stopping covid deaths, serious symptoms …. Every other country will be forced to use the highly effective treatment.

What will the public reaction be?

As more and more hard evidence gets out… There is no political option.

With that said, Dr. McElyea has not worked at our Sallisaw location in over 2 months.

NHS Sequoyah has not treated any patients due to complications related to taking ivermectin. This includes not treating any patients for ivermectin overdose.

Maybe. The problem with communism is that the productive people within society fairly quickly get tired of providing for the unproductive people.

Ivermectin is bagged because the doses required for effect are very high. Good on them for working on a variation to get a more effective drug.

But it’s such a safe drug so you need to wonder why it’s not recommended to reduce fatalities by 1% even. That’s 45 000 lives.

Our health officials and politicians might not be telling us the truth about how many patients in hospital with COVID-19 are vaccinated or not. According to one CDC study persons were considered fully vaccinated two weeks after the receipt of the second dose, and partially vaccinated two weeks after the first does. So, for all we know all patients in hospital are partially vaccinated. Worse than that, they might be neglecting to mention the fully vaccinated ones who received their second dose within two weeks ago. It is better to just say nothing and hide behind what the CDC does.

They are doing that either because they consider the refugees as an inferior class of humans, which of course is illegal and evil, or because Ivermectin does indeed work. As I stated below, our political leaders and health officials who are deliberately and openly campaigning against the use of Ivermectin are very likely committing a grave injustice most certainly worthy of a Royal Commission. People’s lives are at stake here. This is deadly serious. It is very possible people have died in hospital or at home when they might have been saved by the use of Ivermectin. We really do need to get to the bottom of all this and not treat it as some sort of joke as some even here are doing. The empirical evidence is clear that Ivermectin does save lives. We need a Royal Commission or some other approach to determine that is the case officially and stop pretending it doesn’t matter. Those who continue to pretend Ivermectin is of no value might find themselves one day they will have blood on their hands. We need to get to the truth and do it quickly before more lives are potentially allowed to be lost.

Politicians, public serpents, all members of the medical establishment etc. need to be reminded that THEY WILL BE HELD LIABLE for deaths they cause by stopping or strongly discouraging doctors from prescribing and patients receiving treatments such as Ivermectin or HCQ (according to appropriate protocols) as long as the patient is agreeable.

The people who stop these demonstrably beneficial drugs or doctors who refuse to use them even when requested by the patient, should not be allowed to use the excuse that they were “just following orders” of the government, of the UN, of the various Australian “chief ‘health officers”, the TGA (Australia’s equivalent of the FDA), the state premiers such as Andrews, Berejiklian or Palaszczuk etc..

All excuses to not follow the science ARE UNACCEPTABLE.

“Just following orders” or the plea of “superior orders” hasn’t been acceptable since the trials of Peter von Hagenbach (1474), the trial of Australian Breaker Morant (controversial) in the Boer War, Lieutenant Karl Neumann, U boat captain in WW1, and most famously Nazis in the Nuremberg trials.

Start writing to your politicians, senior public serpents, medical bureaucrats, doctors etc. advising them that they will be HELD TO ACCOUNT for any deaths they cause because they denied and refused to act on published science.

      PeterS

Indeed. The problem I see though is the blanket coverage by our media is broadcasting loud and clear the use of vaccines is the only approach we as a nation must use for dealing with the pandemic, and your warnings (and mine) fall on deaf ears. As a consequence we will have to go down the longer road before enough people wake up to reality. In the meantime, needless deaths will occur simply because Ivermectin and other treatments have effectively been blocked by officialdom. It will be interesting to see how this pans our in the long term. Unless officialdom do a complete back down very soon, I can only see the end of the road will be very nasty for many in officialdom. BTW, I have already emailed my concerns to my local member of parliament some time ago but got no response back, which is not surprising. She is Liberal but that doesn’t make any difference since both major parties are in it together.

Our political leaders and health officials who are deliberately and openly campaigning against the use of Ivermectin are very likely committing a grave injustice most certainly worthy of a Royal Commission.

Inside an Australian COVID Internment Camp, a Dystopian Hell Awaits

COVID has revealed a lot over the last year and a half, but no country has been exposed more for its underlying culture of tyranny than Australia. Formerly a beacon of freedom, community, and beautiful landscapes, the land down under has morphed into a dystopian hellscape where the government blesses its residents with an hour of free time a day. The former prison colony has reverted to its roots.

Nowhere is that more apparent than in the COVID internment camps now operating in Australia. Travelers, both foreign and domestic are forced into one of the various metal buildings to serve out their 14-day sentence. There, they remain “quarantined,” only to be delivered food by faceless operatives in full protective gear.

This per The New York Times.

Humiliating. But let the truth be told.

Initial horror And fear instigated by pictures from Wuhan was understandable. But we have had 18 months to consider this pandemic.

It is not as if the digital world doesn’t provide us with all perspectives. Yet, we have not only chosen to ignore the lessons the rest of the world has learned (especially Israel), we have chosen to turn away in fear and paranoia and embrace the loss of every liberty we hold dear.

Perhaps I made a sweeping statement, Gee Aye.

But currently, by government dictate, I have not been able to see my daughter & her family (& 2 grandchildren) for some 4 months. I live in a rural area & face a roadblock & demand for identification every time I go shopping. I feel like I am living in Stalinist USSR – an exaggeration, but given that I have never experienced this, an understandable one.

And the huge restrictions that Australians have faced are undeniably draconian compared with other countries. Comments from overseas reflect this.

Sadly the authors of that article have a barrow to push. Now that the US blogs have discovered Australia, the common theme is to never allow what has happened in Australia to happen in the USA. In particular don’t let them take their guns.

Daily Coronavirus Cases Up over 300% from Last Labor Day Despite Vaccines

Daily coronavirus cases are up by over 300 percent compared to last Labor Day despite the prevalence of vaccines, data from Johns Hopkins University shows.

According to the data, daily infections are “more than four times what the U.S. was seeing on Labor Day last year, or a 316% increase,” according to USA Today. Hospitalizations are also up 158 percent, and daily coronavirus-related fatalities are “almost twice as high,” according to the outlet.

This comes despite the fact that vaccines, which politicians have presented as the key to returning to the state of pre-pandemic normalcy, are widely available. In fact, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), nearly 176 million people in the U.S., or 53 percent of the U.S. population, are considered “fully vaccinated,” and over 206 million have received at least one dose.

Israeli scientist on ivermectin study – treating Covid for under $1 per day

    Monday, 06 September 202

Ivermectin, a drug used to fight parasites in third-world countries, could help reduce the length of infection for people who contract coronavirus for less than a $1 a day, according to recent research by Sheba Medical Center in Tel Hashomer.

Prof. Eli Schwartz, founder of the Center for Travel Medicine and Tropical Disease at Sheba, conducted a randomized, controlled, double-blinded trial from May 15, 2020, through the end of January 2021 to evaluate the effectiveness of ivermectin in reducing viral shedding among nonhospitalized patients with mild to moderate COVID-19.

Ivermectin has been approved by the US Food and Drug Administration since 1987. The drug’s discoverers were awarded the 2015 Nobel Prize in medicine for its treatment of onchocerciasis, a disease caused by infection with a parasitic roundworm.

Over the years, it has been used for other indications, including scabies and head lice. Moreover, in the last decade, several clinical studies have started to show its antiviral activity against viruses ranging from HIV and the flu to Zika and West Nile.

The drug is also extremely economical. A study published in the peer-reviewed American Journal of Therapeutics showed that the cost of ivermectin for other treatments in Bangladesh is around $0.60 to $1.80 for a five-day course. It costs up to $10 a day in Israel, Schwartz said.

    Big Pharma no idea

“Vaccine Failure and the Way Out

As with the vaccine roll-out, the stage was set for everybody to say that they had defeated Corona, fold up shop and go home. This is, you will note, exactly what China did. They tightened official testing criteria, declared the pandemic over with and never looked back. Western countries, though, kept the ball in the air all summer long, just as they are keeping the ball in the air now.

Until now, Corona policy in every western country has unfolded more or less according to the same script, devised by the World Health Organization at the end of February 2020. The final act was supposed to be the wide-scale eradication of Corona after mass vaccination. It is now clear that this will never happen. For the first time since March 2020, there is no obvious international consensus on the way forward.

    Good read.”

Leftists have censored Dr Robert Malone, inventor of mRNA vaccines on multiple socialist media platforms including even LinkedIn, although LinkedIn recently reinstated his account but removed his unapproved opinions about the vaccines.

Leftists are TERRIFIED of alternative opinions as they constantly demonstrate.

One of Dr Malone’s questions he posited, and I believe the one that trigger his removal from LinkedIn, was what the consequences might be when it is discovered that the dangers of the vaccines have been understated while the potential benefits of off-patent anti-virals like IVM and HCW have been denied.

He is also concerned that science can’t proceed in an environment in which legitimate opinions can’t be discussed.

Here is a recent interview on uncensored Rumble which are excerpts from a much longer interview on Epoch Times.

The media is to blame for much of the misinformation about IVM. An example occurred in the US where it was stated that hospital EDs were full of people who had overdosed on Ivermectin and gunshot victims were being forced to wait! When I first heard about the apparent efficacy of ivermectin vs COVID, on this blog at around this time last year, I was completely gobsmacked. Even though I work in the agricultural chemical industry where I was familiar with Ivermectin’s livestock use, I did not know (then) of its widespread human use. Mostly for the treatment/ prevention of river blindness. I was even further astounded to learn that ivermectin (as Stromectol) had a registered human use approval in Australia. At the time, pre vaccines. it seemed that with judicious use this pharmaceutical could have been a stop gap to allow us out of the lockdown COVID zero craziness. We could have blended careful use of IVM with the our slower vaccine uptake. Total win/ win, particularly when used in the cocktail therapies early in COVID infection. But here’s the thing. It should be coming apparent to those in the medical bureaucracy that vaccines alone will not totally solve COVID. This is evidenced by those countries in the NH with high vax rates that are still seeing significant COVID cases and hospitalisations. Hence, IVM (and the like) have a place because this pharmaceutical appears to work vs all variants, works quickly and is cheap. It’s taken us about 18 months to realise COVID zero is unattainable in Australia. Perhaps it will be another 6-12 months before those health leaders realise that early anti -viral treatments (new or old) will prevent hospitals becoming overcome.

I am not sure I understand what this post is suggesting. Is it that the new Pfizer drug is very similar if not identical to Ivermectin? If so that would indeed be scandalous. I downloaded the molecular structure of both drugs to compare. Now I freely admit I am no expert in this area and such structures can we written in different ways so that they look different, to a non expert, whereas they are in fact similar but I have to say they looked quite different to me. So, if this is the intention of the article, a reference claiming they are more or less the same would be nice.

Alternatively, is the intention of the article to criticise the release of a new therapeutic drug while an existing drug with claimed therapeutic use for the same disease is denied certification? If that is the case, I have to point out drug companies are continuously developing new and “supposedly” better drugs for diseases for which there are already treatments and that is seen in a positive not a negative light. So the claimed release of a drug which better treats Covid19 is not a negative. The core issue is then as before, why was use of Ivermectin not approved and that comes down to whether or not is is believed to be effective. I did have a look on the web and there are many articles claiming it is effective but there are also many studies claiming it is not effective.

Or is the intention of the article to suggest that drugs to treat the disease were not seen as a priority when the candidates were inexpensive off patent drugs yet once there is an expensive newly patented drug suddenly the tune changes and drugs to treat Covid become a priority. If so, I agree, drugs to treat Covid should always have been a priority. Vaccinations are never 100% effective and having the ability to treat those who fall sick should always be very important.

    The false narrative on ivermectin

Why is the U.S. medical establishment so opposed to ivermectin? They say it is because large-scale trials have not been done. But this rings hollow, with evidence from around the world saying just the opposite. More likely the true answers circle back to money and reputations. Let’s break this down in some detail. Before doing do, keep two things in mind. First, ivermectin is an oral drug. It is not a vaccine. Second, ivermectin is off-patent, meaning it is cheap.

    1) The approval of ivermectin for COVID would severely dampen vaccine sales. People would reason, “why should I take a risky vaccine when, if I catch COVID, it can be treated?” The fear of the vaccine lobby is that approval of ivermectin would fuel vaccine hesitancy, especially when they are advocating for booster shots perhaps even on a yearly basis.

    2) The release of the COVID vaccines was done on under an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) grant. This EUA was predicated by the belief that there was no effective treatment for COVID. This allowed shortcuts to be taken on the release of these novel vaccines to the public. One of the shortcuts was that possible long-term side effects were not adequately studied. Should ivermectin be approved, this could threaten the EUA for the vaccines and, in the worse case for the vaccine lobby, lead to their recall. The embarrassment would be unpalatable.

On August 23, the FDA fully approved the Pfizer vaccine under the name Comirnaty. But reading the fine print of this approval leaves doubts.

    3) Approval of ivermectin for COVID would officially make it an anti-viral drug. Dr. Pierre Kory notes that Merck and Pfizer are right now deep into the process of developing their own anti-COVID oral drugs. Should these drugs be approved, they would be under patent protection and hence expensive. They could not compete with low-cost ivermectin in the marketplace, meaning much of the Big Pharma’s R&D investment could be lost.

    4) For ivermectin to get approval for COVID, the FDA is insisting that large-scale testing be done. The FDA refuses to take multiple small trials and merge them into a metastudy as is often done. What the FDA is demanding is expensive. Ivermectin is off-patent and is inexpensive. Even if the approval cost could be recovered, the profits for ivermectin would be slim and not a blockbuster hit that Big Pharma looks for.

    4) Woven through the points above are the reputations of medical professionals who for whatever reasons ignored the evidence for ivermectin and other treatments for COVID. Should ivermectin get approved, questions would be asked like how much suffering and how many deaths could have been avoid if this was done proved earlier? Nobody in the medical establishment is prepared to answer that question. This, perhaps more than any other reason, is why ivermectin and other treatments for COVID are demonized. So the strategy is to naysay ivermectin and push vaccinations to the hilt. However much of the rest of the world is not following America’s lead. Perhaps this is because their medical authorities are not held in the grip of Big Pharma as tightly as ours is.

Hi Chris. You are repeating left wing ‘talking’ points.

The Left wing do not get ‘it’. The Left wing do not investigate issues/problems and are hence clueless about the covid/vaccine science and the attack. The Left wing are repeating propaganda at a time of a cold war. The covid ‘crisis’ is not over.

Covid is defeating the vaccines because Covid is a WMD.

Super Ivermectin (Super Ivermectin is Ivermectin packaged to maximize dispersion in the body using a technology that was developed 10 years ago. Super Ivermectin is 8 times more bioactive for the same dosage as taking Ivermectin in a tablet because of the dispersion technology. Ivermectin will be the first drug that uses the new super dispersion technology.) is going to be the standard treatment for covid because it is not safe to expose Vit D people to covid vaccines over and over and over again.

And because Super Ivermectin is roughly 8 times more effective at killing/stopping covid than standard covid and the technology enables the covid dosage to be reduced to reduce risk to the patient. The not so new low dispersion technology makes sense from the patient’s standpoint. Lower dosages, less risk of side effects, and more effective drug action. The dispersion technology was being held back because it will make many existing drugs obsolete, unless they too are offered in a super version.

Covid was designed to defeat vaccines. The covid ‘designers’ used a super computer and advanced software to achieve that goal. The ‘designers’ knew how covid would evolve.

Covid was designed using the world’s first official ‘AI’ application.

A consortium of countries/universities about 8 years ago (China has the largest, best funded AI program in the world. China has 40 independent funded AI programs) developed the world’s first ‘AI’ application.

The world’s first AI application was discussed in a HBO special. This AI level software, can model any virus (how the virus evolves) and can model how the human body reactions to the virus.

The world’s first AI application was to a develop a software model that can model a virus’ evolution and how the virus in question effects a simulation of a human population (including variances due to ‘race’). This software enables the virus code to be evolved so it can be highly effective at infecting humans without infecting humans.

The human modeling software, models every bioactive region of the body which the virus interacts with.

Germany has started administering third shots to the elderly and already reports of signs of dangerous side effects are emerging. In a nursing home in the western German city of Oberhausen, several seniors experienced “serious problems” a few days after the Corona booster vaccination, reports the online German WDR public broadcasting.

“Three residents of the nursing home had to be resuscitated three days after the booster vaccination.” 10% had to be medically treated.

90 residents are reported to have received the third shot at the Oberhausen nursing home. According to WDR: “Of these, nine had reactions so severe that they had to be treated,”

This reads as reasonable to me

“Attempts to open the link to inspect it gave me a “must log in” message. It DOES display in the page (above). On the off chance it, too, will evaporate, I’m doing a copy / paste of the text here (for posterity…)

    Off the Wall

Mike – I read several months ago that you got the vaccine. I’m glad. But I’m also curious. You have a lot of people on this page who respect your opinion – many of whom I’d wager are unvaccinated. Have you encouraged them to follow your example? If not, what are you waiting for? As you surely know, Delta is raging. The sooner we’re all vaccinated, the sooner we can get back to normal!

    Steve Manchin

    Hi Steve

The short answer is no – I have not publicly encouraged anyone to get vaccinated. In fact, I have recently declined to participate in several PSA’s designed to persuade people to get the jab. That’s not because I’m opposed to vaccines, obviously. Vaccines have saved more lives than any other advancement in the long history of medicine, and to your point, I got the shots the minute I was eligible. But I’m not a doctor, Steve, and even though I occasionally play one on TV, I’m not inclined to dispense medical advice to the people on this page.

True, I did appear in a few PSA’s early on, back when they assured us that locking down was essential to keeping our hospitals from being overrun. “Two weeks to flatten the curve!” Remember that one? That of course, turned out to be untrue, and I regret my role in helping perpetuate that particular falsehood. I also regret what I said during the first Zoom show to air in primetime. It was an episode of After the Catch, where I discussed the lockdowns with a few crab-boat captains. At one point, I looked into the camera lens on my computer and said, with uncharacteristic earnestness, “For the first time in a long time, it appears we’re all in the same boat.”

Well, I was wrong about that, too. We were not in the same boat, not then or now. We were in the same storm, but our boats were very different. Some prospered during the lockdowns and rode out the gale in yachts and pleasure crafts. Others floundered and weathered the storm in rowboats and dinghies. Some had no boat at all and hung on for dear life to whatever flotsam and jetsam they could find. Point is, I said some things I regret back then, and spoke too broadly to too many. Thus, the only thing I’ll say now regarding the vaccine, is that there is risk in everything we do, and there is risk in everything we don’t do. Thus, there is risk in getting vaccinated, and there is risk in not getting vaccinated. Obviously, I made my decision, but again, I’m not a doctor. Thus, I am not equipped to answer questions like, “But Mike, if the vaccine is so safe, why hasn’t the FDA approved it? Or, “But Mike, if the vaccine is so effective, why is the government now treating us all as if we’re unvaccinated?”

These are fair and reasonable questions, and I have no logical reply. Here in California if you’re inside, you must now wear a mask, vaccinated or not. What kind of message does that send?Yes, we have a new variant, and from what I’ve read, it’s highly contagious, but far less virulent – especially if you’re vaccinated. According to the CDC, just one 1 in 27,000 vaccinated people have contracted it. That means if you’re vaccinated, you’re more likely to get struck by lightning than contract COVID. And yet, people are once again calling for more lockdowns, more restrictions, and more compliance from those who already got their shots.

The fact is, millions of reasonable Americans have every right to feel confused and skeptical. Those people you refer to, Steve – the ones now telling us that we can “get back to normal just as soon as everyone is vaccinated” – those are the same people who said, “two weeks to flatten the curve!” Those are the same people who told us that masks were “useless” before they told us they were “critical.” Those are the same people who told us that a return to normalcy would occur just as soon as “the most vulnerable” among us were vaccinated. Then, just as soon as “half the population” was vaccinated. Then, just as soon as we achieved “herd immunity.” Those are the same people who told us they wouldn’t trust ANY vaccine developed under the last administration. Now, those very same people are belittling the skeptics!

If this were a Peanuts cartoon, those people would be Lucy, pulling away the football at the last moment while a nation full of Charlie Browns land flat on their collective back, over and over and over again. Those people you refer to – elected officials, journalists, and most disturbingly, more than a few medical experts – have moved the goalposts time and time again, while ignoring the same rules and restrictions they demand we all live by. They’re always certain, usually wrong, incapable of shame, and utterly void of humility. Is it any wonder millions find them unpersuasive?

I’m sorry, Steve, but even if I were an actual doctor, I wouldn’t know what to say to the skeptics on this page. But as a fake one, I’ll say this. Every single American who wants the vaccine has had the opportunity to get it – for free. Those who have declined will not be persuaded by the likes of me. At this point, I’m afraid the the government has but one course of sensible action – get the FDA on board, stat, and then, provide an honest, daily breakdown of just how quickly the virus is spreading among the unvaccinated, versus the vaccinated. No more threats, no more judgments, no more politics, no more celebrity-driven PSA’s, no more ham-fisted attempts at public shaming. Just a steady flow of verifiable data that definitively proves that the vast, undeniable, overwhelming majority of people who get this disease are unvaccinated.

In other words, give us the facts, admit your mistakes, try on a bit of humility, and stop treating the unvaccinated like the enemy.

    Mike

PS Dirty Jobs, as the attached photo should prove, is coming back. New episodes probably start in October. The doctor will see you then…

Why do we need their anti-covid pill when their vax was supposed to fix it?
