The battle for the Republic: “This is the 1775 of our generation”

History in the making.

“This has been a massive attack on the greatest democracy on Earth”

Breitbart has the 9 key points from this press conference:

  1. Observers were allegedly prevented from watching mail-in ballots being opened.
  2. Allegedly unequal application of the law in Democratic counties
  3. Voters allegedly arrived at the polls to discover other people had voted for them.
  4. Election officials were allegedly told not to look for defects in ballots, and to backdate ballots.
  5. Ballots casting votes for Joe Biden and no other candidates were allegedly run several times through machines.
  6. Absentee ballots were accepted in Wisconsin without being applied for first.
  7. There were allegedly “overvotes,” with some precincts allegedly recording more voters than residents, among other problems.
  8. Voting machines and software are allegedly owned by companies with ties to the Venezuelan regime and to left-wing donor George Soros.
  9. The Constitution provides a process for electing a president if the vote is corrupted.

There is an open battle between the media and the Trump team, and the FBI — the gloves are off:

To paraphrase the last hostile twenty minutes.

1:10: Rudy: I can prove to you 18 different ways. …   Our role here is to go around the iron curtain, it’s to get the message out to the people. It’s to do your (the media’s) job, because you won’t do it.

On the FBI: They (hillary and co) made up the Russian Collusion plot. They (the FBI) withheld that for four years. What do we have to do to get the FBI to wake up? Maybe we need a whole new agency to protect us?

1:16  Sidney Powell: We have no idea how many Democrat or Republicans have paid to  have the system rigged to work for them. This is a massive, well coordinated effort to deprive the people of their most basic right. It is the 1775 of our generation and beyond.

Sidney Powell: It’s true, (the computer servers were seized in Germany)  but we don’t know if the good guys or the bad guys got it.

1:30 Rudy Giuliani is asked about the multiple cases being dismissed. Rudy replies that they only have 3 lawsuits, and the lawsuits that have been dropped have been put in by private entities. The only case they have dismissed is the one in Michigan because they got the outcome they wanted.

The only lawyers that have left have left because they and their family have been threatened, their children have been threatened. We have a little difficulty getting lawyers because they are being threatened with being killed. Because of the ridiculous way you’ve covered this.

Rudy: We’re not dragging it out. Al Gore had a lot more time that we did. Our witnesses don’t want to be exposed to the tender mercies of a vicious press. I have great difficulty getting witnesses to speak publicly. They don’t trust you (the media), they don’t like you, and they think you put their lives in jeopardy.

That comes about because of the hysterical way you have covered this (he says talking to the media).

Rudy G: “The censorship by Big Tech and our media is almost as dangerous — maybe just as dangerous as the election fraud we are revealing. We’re headed for a very bad place. “

“It is not appropriate that a Venezuelan company counted our votes”

Legal cases in the USA are often tried in the ‘court of public opinion’ parallel with the court case.

However you can’t prove a crime until it has happened. Rudi and team are holding on to their evidence.

Sorry Peter but Rudy’s credibility is leaking down the side of his face. All there is on offer is Trumpistas making assertions that the election was rigged and then the GOP people and others in charge of many States are saying, sorry but that is just plain BS. The Georgia manual recount found some 1200 extra vites for Trump when he needed more than 10 time that to just break even with Biden and the courts are all but laughing each case out the door. The lawyers being used are lightweights, just propaganda cannon fodder.

WHile I supported his win over Clinton in 2016, it is now crystal clear Trump is nothing but a snake oil salesman pure and simple IMO and a petulant narcissist to boot, carrying on like he needs his nappy changed. I can understand people hanging in there hoping he had won, hating the leftard fringe of the msm and the Democrats but reality is reality.

And yet…..high profile lawyers facing down likely death threats and dealing with likely rabid and unhinged leftists consider they have a solid case.

Hmmm…either the lawyers are deranged…or…. the Left is going to suffer such a savaging it wont survive.

And….the military has just be reorganized to put all US military Special Forces under direct Presidential control. Game over for the rabid left…my guess is they will go after the rioting hard left and thier financiers….and you know what? People will cherr it on. Special Forces do extractions and hunt and kill missions in hostile environments…

If I was a hard core leftie, Id be leaving the country…..

        Get your popcorn here….

Greta’s wall may get some other usage before this is all over. There looks to be sufficient activities to throw the whole thing up into Congressional delegations, which are majority Republican. It’s going to get mean and nasty.

        M Sewage
Rudi Giuliani and Sidney Powell have a lifetime of accomplishments that makes intelligent people believe they would not ruin their reputations by making up tall tales.

You, on the other hand, present a comment of repeated character attacks with no attempt, not even the slightest attempt, to refute anything they have said.

The Georgia “manual recount”, you probably did not know, because you don’t know much, could only determine if all the votes were recorded in the totals.

The recounts could not match all the illegal votes. The illegal votes could not be caught unless there was signature matching of the ballot envelope and signatures on file with voter registration. That would require handwriting experts. A computer could be set to accelt any signature that was spelled right.

In addition, a person who registered to vote, but was not eligible to vote, but voted anyway, would not be caught by a hand recount.

Many other acts of election fraud would not be caught by a hand recount.

In fact, absentee mail in ballots encourage fraud … and the obvious hatred of Trump, as in your comment, encourages Democrats to commit voting fraud to get rid of Trump, and think they were doing the country a favor.

The world would be better off without leftists.

Trump’s greatest accomplishment was causing leftists in the U.S. to reveal their great love for socialism, their hatred of free speech, and their refusal to debate any of their beliefs, except with character attacks … and your November 20 7:44pm comment is a perfect example of repeated generic character attacks. I would NEVER do that.

Have a nice day, M Sewage

The obvious conclusion from all this froth & bubble is that the USA is not a democracy.
And possibly has not been for a long while.
      A crooked political game !
Is this USA civilisation something that Australians want to be ‘infected’ by ?
      No !
The Covid pandemic is enough infection for one year.

You’ll need to do better than that KK.

We have an electoral system that’s world’s best practice (with the one weakness of no voter ID being required). We have an Electoral Commission that ensures consistency in all federal and state/territory elections.

We have a rule of law that – with the exception of Victoria – works with integrity.

We have anti-corruption commissions and similar across all state and territory governments.

We have a free press that (with the exception of their ABC and their Fairfax comrades) gives the truth a pretty good run.

We have a Westminster system where the Judiciary and the Executive are separated and an independent non-political Head of State who has the power to resolve significant political issues in a democratic way.

We have an independent federal Auditor-general that answers not to government but to the Parliament. And, accordingly, ensures proper financial management practices are followed and where not, has the power and motivation to expose the illegalities.

So, tell us how “we already have our equivalent of this U.S. control system at work”?

Making the allegation is nothing more than a cheap and low shot.

          Evidence please.

I think you’ve gone a bit too far there and missed the main point, which is that All is not rosey in the Australian garden.

What you are mostly describing is an Australia from fifty years ago.

The only reasonably functional part of our land is the voting system, but even there the main partis control who gets to be a candidate and upon election they’re simply a public face.

What goes on when in government is mostly related to grabbing as much as you can.

This system is highly evident in what’s gone on in NovoCastria over the last few election cycles and is seen at all levels: local government, state and federal.

Sixty years ago it was relatively safe to walk the streets because most of the danger had been identified and was behind bars. Not so today, so much for the courts.

Our once world best education system is another example of failed woki leadership and governance. We now trail West Kyrgistan in basic schooling according to world rankings. The less said about universities the better.
I’ll stop there, but one more example. Consider the plight of our first nations people. Have they been well served by “government” over the last fifty years.

“Making the allegation is nothing more than a cheap and low shot.

            Evidence please.”

Just got back and saw your summary again.

            In heavy print. Bizarre.

Evidence that All is not well with Australia’s management is right in front of you.

Governments have used the baseless concept that human origin CO2 is “dangerous” to introduce the equally baseless concept that solar panels and windmills are somehow pure and effective and cheap.

None of that is true but no politician or court is willing to test that “truth”.

The use of university plants/chancellors to crush the truth is a regular occurrence with three very prominent victims now tallied.

Peter Ridd is the most recent. You seem to imply that the courts and university admins have given Peter justice.

            Don’t think so.

There’s something wrong when the truth about global warming can be so ruthlessly crushed.

That’s the sort of administration I was trying to highlight.

A couple of years ago in northern Russia there was the tragedy of 10,000 carribou, I think it was, died of cold. These animals weren’t wild so the fact that those looking after them got caught out and couldn’t save them points to something unusual.

I mention this because despite it and the recent freezing winters in much of the USA, Australia’s politicians still push the global warming alarm .

Australia’s current capacity to function is seriously disappointing and nothing like the rosey theoretical picture you have painted.

                Ok,

                Here is exhibit 1.
                https://www.dw.com/en/frankfurt-used-as-remote-hacking-base-for-the-cia-wikileaks/a-37841830

It is said that the servers were retrieved from a site in Frankfurt, using in part US Military personnel.
Who they were is still obscure but I may come to that tomorrow.

One of the questions in my mind was; how did the raid occur without incurring the wrath of the German Government. I think the reason is now clear. The raid occurred on US Sovereign territory (ie the US Consulate in Frankfurt). If, as Wikileaks says, it was a CIA operation then the operatives must be known to the CIA and probably the US Military (which was providing cover).

Wikileaks says that the CIA used the site for’Remote hacking’. If that included foreign elections, as alleged by Sidney Powell, why not the US election itself?

I think the CIA was blind sided. I am looking for evidence there,

                Exhibit 2.
Acting Defence Secretary Chris Miller makes changes to the command and reporting functions of the US special forces.
                https://www.mcclatchydc.com/news/nation-world/national/national-security/article247251164.html

The change is presented a streamlining the command structure. Really! It looks a lot more like the special forces no longer report to the Joint Chiefs of Staff (Gen Mark Milley -chairman). Why would an acting Defence Secretary make such a change during a transition period of Government?

My first thought was that the change was needed to facilitate the raid on the US Consulate in Frankfurt, but it seems to have been made subsequent to that event. So now I am thinking that Trump wants the special forces to do something without informing the Joint Chiefs.

Like Hunter Biden’s lap top from hell, which the FBI had for 6 months prior to it being exposed from copies prudently made. And now, even after it was exposed over a month ago, the FBI and DOJ are still AWOL.

Scare the crap out of people with claims of catastrophic system failure then get the pumped up punters out in the streets and donating to the legal fund.

These allegations and law suits are getting thrown out left right and centre including in Republican States. The problem is that the Repbulicans actually did well in the House of Reps, OK in the Senate and the Presidential result reflects the polling but with a reality check regarding the margins.

If the Dems had rigged the election using this software etc then you would think they would have at least secured the senate. A hand count in Georgia simply confirmed the result except for 1200 or so votes. So much for the fake count software.

Graeme, Trump was ignoring the Covid pandemic and having big campaign events.
Biden did not ignore the pandemic.
n fact it was a major part of his campaign was that Trump was being incompetent on the Covid pandemic.
And thus Biden was not encouraging live attendance at his campaign rallies.
Similarly he was encouraging mail in voting.

Lance posted an important comment on this site earlier today on the US Constitution and days remaining to resolve this issue (or not). His summary:

“I seriously doubt the Legal Challenges will be resolved in the remaining days:

18 days remain until each Governor is required to Certify his State’s Electoral Votes.

24 Days remain until the electoral votes must be read in the Congress.

27 days remain until DNI must file the election interference report.

    These dates cannot be changed.

It is going to be interesting, no doubt. But it will happen on the schedule defined by the Constitution. Like it or not.”

Are time constraints a serious problem for Trump?

The states in question have republican legislatures and I think it is the legislatures that have the last word. If the vote is in serious dispute and cannot be confirmed then that state sends no electors. If that happens in enough states then neither candidate crosses the threshold of 270. BTW The state legislature has constitutional power to tell it’s electors who to vote for if the vote is deemed invalid, and after Hillary’s aborted attempt to coax electors to be “unfaithful” they don’t have the choice to be faithless.

If that happens each state has one vote in the house and a clear majority of states have republican run houses.

Maybe we won’t All be rooned!

Any reporting about Trump now includes comments and phrasing that suggests he’s a liar, mentally unglued, near to a raging breakdown, in complete turmoil, etc. His entire successful first term has had to fight a steep up-hill battle against a relentless MSM.

MSM narrative is why we have such a divided public right now. The people that see through the MSM bias, love Trump. The people that do watch the MSM especially CNN and MSNBC are for the most part completely brainwashed by the constant echo chamber. To demonstrate that just try to initiate a conversation with anyone that dislikes Trump. You’ll hear the same accusations: Liar, unglued, unfit, etc. If you offer a different viewpoint you’ll quickly find them screaming at you. It’s the same with climate change acolytes.

    “Where’s the evidence?”

Well, here’s a start. Source: an affidavit filed on 17 November by election-fraud expert, Russ Ramsland. After a forensic examination of voting patterns in Michigan, he concluded:

2/ “My colleagues and I… have studied… the November 3, 2020, election results. Based on the significant anomalies and red flags that we have observed, we believe there is a significant probability that election results have been manipulated within the Dominion/Premier system in Michigan.”

3/ “There are a stunning 3,276 precincts where the Presidential Votes Cast compared to the Estimated Voters based on Reported Statistics ranges from 84% to 350%… reveals 431,954 excess ballots.. This pattern strongly suggests that the *additive algorithm* was activated.”

4/“Until the tabulated voter turnout reached approximately 83%, Trump was generally winning between 55% and 60% of every turnout point. Then, after the counting was closed at 2:00 am, the situation dramatically reserved itself, starting with a series of impossible spikes.”

5/ “The final red flag is perhaps the greatest. In the data are 4 spikes totalling 384, 733 ballots allegedly processed in a combined interval of only 2 hours and 38 minutes. This is physically impossible given the available equipment at the 4 reference locations.”

Check it out at Gateway Pundit.

“Therefore, President Trump has been elected by default for a second term beginning January 20, 2021.
      ………
“As soon as the first court decisions are handed down against the Democrats regarding the extraordinary amount of voter fraud and election theft, the preliminary electoral result will be vacated immediately. Jo, if I may, a couple of quotes from history that should illuminate the the incredible coup-de-tat that is taking place in the USA:

“A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear.”
    Marcus Tullius Cicero

“Treason doth never prosper, what’s the reason? For if it prosper, none dare call it treason”

    ******EVIDENCE********

I appreciate those asking for evidence are intellectually lazy, with that in mind i have tried to do as much leg work as possible.

The below link is to the Michigan voting data, THE Michigan voting data

    https://www.waynecounty.com/documents/clerk/nov20_votestats.pdf

Firstly let me set the scene, Trump was winning this state when republicans were told “go home we are stopping the count until the next day” Unbeknownst to them 173K votes appeared in the dead of night and were counted by the Democrats without Republican observation. Some may say this is against the rules invalidating the vote which is very true but we are looking for evidence of fraud so lets move on.

Page 1 to 92 shows the following data:

Precinct/Registered voters/ Cast vote/Voters cast/ % Turnout This is great info for the data guys and it shows us great detail in the voting trends, from page 92 onward we have the AVCB data. AVCB means Absence Voter Counter Boards or simply absentee vote, each absentee vote should be accounted for by a precinct however in this case we have thousands of votes which tell us:

    Precinct (AVCB)/Registered voters (0)/ Cast vote(Xn)/Voters cast(Xn)/ % Turnout (N/A)

    Questions:

1, How can you have an absentee vote with zero registration?
2, How can you have absentee votes not tied to a precinct?

And finally how can you ascertain this is a valid vote without this information?

Getting back to the mysterious 173K vote ballot, if you (and i know you wont) count how many AVCB vote there are the grand total comes to…………………………………………………………..drum roll……………………………………………………………………..more drum roll……………………………………………wow this must be important………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….. yes you guessed it 173.000 votes. Coincidence? I think not.

Sp we have 173K mysterious votes appear in the middle of the night that cannot be traced fo rverification and two brave people refused to certify the vote and the a$$hole left that —YOU represent have dne nothing but abuse and vilify.

No matter what the result you will you will never win the onservative movement will not allow the tryanny you peddle to take root in this country or any other free and democratic society.

Some more numbers/discrepancies in the attached.

What are those anomalies and red flags? Paragraph 11 explains:

Another statistical red flag is evident is evident in the number of votes cast compared to the number of voters in some precincts. A preliminary analysis using data obtained from the Michigan Secretary of State pinpoints a statistical anomaly so far outside of every statistical norm as to be virtually impossible. … There were at least 19 precincts where the Presidential Votes Cast compared to the Estimated Voters based on Reported Statistics exceeded 100%.

There is a screen shot of the list of 19 precincts in the attached article.

Paragraph 17, continuing in the same vein, says:

Wayne County uses Dominion equipment, 46 out of 47 precincts/townships display a highly unlikely 96%+ as the number of votes cast, using the Secretary of State’s number of voters in the precinct/township; and 25% of those 47 precincts/townships show 100% turnout.

Here’s the problem: the townships and precincts listed in paragraphs 11 and 17 of the affidavit are not in Michigan. They are in Minnesota. Monticello, Albertville, Lake Lillian, Houston, Brownsville, Runeberg, Wolf Lake, Height of Land, Detroit Lakes, Frazee, Kandiyohi–these are all towns in Minnesota. I haven’t checked them all, but I checked a lot of them, and all locations listed in paragraphs 11 and 17 that I looked up are in Minnesota, with no corresponding township in Michigan.

Evidently a researcher, either Mr. Ramsland or someone working for him, was working with a database and confused “MI” for Minnesota with “MI” for Michigan. (The postal code for Minnesota is MN, while Michigan is MI, so one can see how this might happen.) So the affidavit, which addresses “anomalies and red flags” in Michigan, is based largely, and mistakenly, on data from Minnesota.

A postscript: has Mr. Ramsland inadvertently stumbled across evidence of voter fraud in Minnesota? I seriously doubt it. The venues in question are all in red Greater Minnesota, not in the blue urban areas where voter fraud is common.

They never present the well known arguments we discuss here, especially the huge vote switch and lost numbers. If those numbers are wrong, or innocent, just say how? Trump tweeted about them so it is not like they are unknown, just not mentioned. Stonewalling is not a counter argument.

Georgia just did a hand recount of 5 million votes.
Zero machine induced errors were found.
A few human errors in strong republican countries meant some ballots were not counted.

Georgia did not even check signatures.

Surely it is impossible to check signatures on a recount.
The nature of the vote is supposed to be anonymous.

Once signatures are checked and votes are removed from the envelopes, that is the last time the two are associated. After that you just have bundles of tabulated votes.

…. but I’m pretty sure you all know that, right? And Rudy knows that, right?
This one is obviously just one more hyped up story for the uneducated mobs.

      1) I have been reading your blog since I got interested in climate science 10-12 years ago (can’t remember when you started your blog). So I am sincere when I said I used to respect your opinion. Not any more. You can choose not believe me but I don’t really care. It just proves how delusional you have become if you think everyone who disagrees with you is a liar.

      2) You statement on signatures is deliberately misleading. Georgia law requires that a signature and id check be done when you apply for the ballot and again when the ballot is received. Once the ballot is opened it is separated from the envelop because Georgia law protects the secrecy of everyone’s ballot. This means it is not possible to check the signatures a third time during the audit nor is reasonable to expect the signatures to be checked a third time. More importantly, the same problem exists with walk in ballots. Do we really know that poll workers properly checked the id of all of the walk in ballots? If you want to audit the signature checks a third time you should be demanding that the records of the walk in id checks be audited as well. Why aren’t you?

Dearest Tim, can I suggest you try to differentiate yourself from the other 30 people in the last week turn up with the same pattern– that they’re dedicated fans, never commented or emailed, they use a free anon email address. Like you they really enjoyed all my posts pointing out how corrupt and unscientific the collectivist policies are for 12 years, but this one time, for the first time, they think Biden and the globalists deserve the benefit of the doubt, the assumption it was a fair election, especially when there is “no evidence”, or words to that effect. Despite the hundreds of affidavits and mathematical improbabilities they say we should wait for evidence.

As to signatures in Georgia, thanks for the extra detail. Perhaps you should advise the Georgia Governor of how it works. He thinks it’s worth doing a sample audit of the signatures
Georgia Governor Calls for Audit of Signatures on Ballot Envelopes

““It’s important to note that this audit only looked at ballots, not the signatures of the absentee applications or the signatures on the ballot envelopes,” Kemp said, adding that he would encourage Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to address concerns about the signatures. “It seems simple enough to conduct a sample audit of signatures on the absentee ballot envelopes and compare those to the signatures on applications and on file at the secretary of state’s office.””

As for the great signature checks in GA — like so many other states they chucked out the Rep observers. So they should chuck out all the votes that couldn’t be checked as they came in.

    Some words need emphasis here:

Breitbart has the 9 key points from this press conference:

Observers were allegedly prevented from watching mail-in ballots being opened.
Allegedly unequal application of the law in Democratic counties
Voters allegedly arrived at the polls to discover other people had voted for them.
Election officials were allegedly told not to look for defects in ballots, and to backdate ballots.
Ballots casting votes for Joe Biden and no other candidates were allegedly run several times through machines.
Absentee ballots were accepted in Wisconsin without being applied for first.
There were allegedly “overvotes,” with some precincts allegedly recording more voters than residents, among other problems.
Voting machines and software are allegedly owned by companies with ties to the Venezuelan regime and to left-wing donor George Soros.
The Constitution provides a process for electing a president if the vote is corrupted.

The most important one is the very first: Breitbart
Bannon (executive chairman of Breitbart News at the time) stated in 2018: “The real opposition is the media. And the way to deal with them is to flood the zone with shit.”

I’m not a law person but what seems to be missed by a great number of commentators’ opinions in the MSM, on blogs, farsebook, and twitterers is that sworn affidavits presented to a court of law is evidence.

    From https://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/affidavit

Affidavit A voluntarily sworn declaration of written facts. Affidavits are commonly used to present evidence in court. see, e.g. Edenfield v. Fane, 507 US 761 (1993).

    From https://www.wisegeek.com/what-is-a-sworn-affidavit.htm

A sworn affidavit is most commonly used in a court case for the purpose of providing evidence about facts pertaining to the case. It may also be used to validate documentary evidence, such as an official record. In some circumstances, an affidavit is entered into evidence at a court trial in place of the affiant’s sworn testimony.

Indeed this is common to most countries that have derived some aspects of their statues from English law. In Australia (from https://lawhandbook.sa.gov.au/ch13s07s08.php )

Evidence given to courts is divided into sworn evidence and unsworn evidence. Sworn evidence is given when someone takes an oath or makes an affirmation before giving evidence [s 4 Evidence Act 1929 (SA)]. Unsworn evidence is evidence that is given without the obligation of an oath first being taken or an affirmation being made.

So both Rudy Giuliani and Sydney Powell do have evidence, as voluntary given affiants’ sworn testimonies, evidence which (just like physical evidence) can be tested to verify it’s bona fidis by the law courts.

    30

Affadavits can be used when the information is otherwise unattainable. If we’re talking bout living and breathing Americans, then generally they will be expected to take the stand to provide evidence, to put them under oath and allow crossexamination.

Quote from the *republican* judge tossing out Trump last large suit in Pennsylvania:

One might expect that when seeking such a startling outcome, a plaintiff would come formidably armed with compelling legal arguments and factual proof of rampant corruption, such that this Court would have no option but to regrettably grant the proposed injunctive relief despite the impact it would have on such a large group of citizens. That has not happened,” Brann added. “Instead, this Court has been presented with strained legal arguments without merit and speculative accusations, unpled in the operative complaint and unsupported by evidence.

That is his 30th loss in court.

What is it going to take to convince you people that Trump is a con-man seeking to sow chaos by manipulating his followers because he can’t accept that he lost?

BTW: signature arguments aside: the Georgia hand audit of 5 million machine counted ballots does prove beyond any reasonable doubt that these election machines count the votes accurately. Any claims of corrupt machines based on dodgy statistical analysis should be treated like a Mannian paleo-reconstruction.

[Tim, why are you compelled to so vigorously argue when these things will work themselves out? Are you afraid of something worse than a fraudulent vote result? Do you love Joe Biden so much that you are willing to tolerate all possibility of dishonesty in getting his win?] ED

The GA Audit proves nothing. We already know that the machines can change the paper ballot record after the last time the voter sees it. So crooked e votes match crooked paper. So what? Ballots and envelopes were separated without observers. The question is not “did they cheat” it’s “how much”?

As I posted before on Nov 13 2020 (before you started reading the site perhaps?)

Dominion Electronic Voting machines can change the ballot later
Georgia is counting the paper votes by hand. But even then, the Dominion voting machines may already have compromised that count too. Does a paper ballot printed by a Dominion machine mean anything at all? Georgia has more Dominion machines than anywhere else.

Professor Andrew Appel, an election security expert explains “The image cast evolution (ICE) voting machine has the physical ability to to mark votes onto the Ballot AFTER the last time the voter sees the ballot and that’s a DISASTER”. The machine both marks the ballot and then scans it.

“If the machine is hacked, they can install software that marks votes on the ballot after the last time the voter see’s it,… the whole paper trail can be compromised.

You are also wrong about the Trump cases. Most were filed by angry citizens, not the Trump team.

PS: Voting machines should be treated like Mannian Bristlecone claims. Any skeptic would know that.

If hundreds of people cheating to stop a “Nazi Racist Billionaire” is an unbelievable conspiracy what is 11,000 people reporting problems with votes and signing affidavits? Why is Dominion closing offices, why are their engineers based in Serbia? Why are whistleblowers coming forward even though they are afraid for their lives?

You are the one posing an unbelieveable conspiracy. All those people — “liars”?

Democrats believe in “a means to an ends” and their DJT irrational hate makes it easy to believe that noble cause corruption might lead many astray.

All it takes for mass delusion is a religion. “No rational foundation” indeed.

JoNova you did a surprisingly good job expanding this website into COVID, which is science related, and U.S. Election Fraud, which is not.

Also a big risk when the election fraud complaints and high percentage of absentee ballots were unprecedented — the two are related — so who could possibly be an expert on the subject.

I fear six weeks after the election is far too little time to investigate and delay the electors … and even worse, with no prosecutions for November 3, the Georgia Senator run-off will be won by two Democrats. Not honestly, of course, but Democrats want power, not honest elections. It would be amazing if they failed in Georgia with that run-off election — it’s their last battier to a no filibuster rule, packed supreme court, socialist nation.

Considering the lying, fake charges and character attacks on Trump for the past five years, only a fool would expect an honest run-off election in Georgia.

Trump has had two great accomplishments, in my opinion:
      — He forced Democrats to show us what socialists and horrible people they are, and
      — He fast tracked several COVID vaccines, that I hope will work.

Unfortunately, Trump fought the Deep State Democrats, and the Deep State Democrats won.

    Evidence?
In these post Justice Brett Kavanaugh hearing days,we are operating under the stated rules of the Demons..I mean Democrats.
All we need ,to leap straight to judgement,is an accusation by a credible female accuser.

This was good enough for our progressive comrades infesting the Democrat Party,Media and other effete elites.
We told them they would not like these new rules.
So This lawyer is definitely female, certainly credible by normal human standards and accusations she is making..

So straight to the hanging we shall proceed,as approved by all our lefty idiots..

Slow Joe Biden is the beneficiary of corrupt practises, intending to deny American Citizens their civil rights.
So ,under the Progressive Rules, that means death by firing squad, with his fair trial occurring much later..

Funny how stupid evil people are.
The naked lust for power is an automatic reason to reject persons seeking positions of authority.
The fool and the bandit confuse the power of a position of public trust and shun the responsibility, believing they shall rule, rule people who only gave grudging consent to being governed.

Same fools who are abusing the current pandemic, where a flu with 98-99 % probability of survival ,is a “international crisis”.
The bright side is this Wuhan Flu has focused the spotlight on bureaus of serial incompetents and the quivering politicians who seek to hide behind “the experts”.
    The “cure” for covid?
    Fire all civil servants.

More 9/11 truther nonsense. Any evidence that shows your inane conspiracy theories to be wrong is met is even more complex and implausible conspiracy theories.

There is ZERO evidence that machines in Georgia did not correctly count votes.

As for your insinuation: yes I am worried that the Trump’s demagoguery will trigger crisis as the court cases play out and Biden is confirmed but Trump’s sheeple resort to violence. I already see people on these blogs claiming that judges can’t be trusted because they keep tossing out these ridiculous suits. I see today that Trump observers in Wisconsin are acting in bad faith trying to toss out as many ballots as possible (one apparently argued that an entire bag of ballots be tossed out because they were folded).

The most pathetic thing about Trump supporters is how little they care about protecting the right of everyone’s right to vote and have their vote counted. If they can find an excuse to throw out a legal ballot due to a technicality they will. Crap like this is why I feel Trump supporters are the most morally bankrupt people I have ever encountered.

    Hi Jo

Just a word of caution on accepting what Sydney Powell is putting out. She is a high end lawyer used to dealing with big government and corporations. She is more than likely using a tactic of making big claims, hinting at the possession of evidence and hoping that a whistle-blower from the inside will provide what she is looking for. What you might call a fishing expedition.

If she has the evidence for what she says she would have put her claims in one of the many law suits being run, yet she hasn’t. Nor has she presented this evidence to the press in any form. Tucker Carlson, to the outrage of his viewers, warned about what Powell was up to last week calling on her to stump up some substantial proof of her claims. So far nothing. She may be on to something big but until evidence is presented we should not hold out too much hope.

Um…..nothing has changed except desperate and shrill Left wing supporters turn up more frequently, trying to discourage us enjoying the coming legal furestorm which, in all likelyhood, will burn the Left to the ground as a political force for multiple generations….
