Swamp is terrified of Trump’s legal cases. Resorting to Big Dollar ostracism, cancel culture to drive out lawyers

Bullying works. Time to fight back:

Humans are a gregarious species. Never underestimate how powerful bullying and social ostracism  can be — even on adults — especially on smart and wealthy adults near the top of the pecking order. Indeed, the pecking order position is the problem. Those with something to lose, who are trained in universities in everything but how to stand up for themselves, fold faster than the truck drivers and steel workers Donald Trump represents. Those who don’t care about the pecking order, because they are far from the top, also don’t care if uppity legal circles ridicule them. But those inside the elite circles of power do.

The Swamp is terrified of Trump’s legal challenges

Trump is so dangerous to the Swamp they are prepared to spend big money to target anyone who helps him. Once upon a time, representing a President would be great for advertising and gaining new clients. The Swamp bluster is trying to reverse that.

One of Saul Alinsky’s rules for radicals (to win by destroying civil debate) is to isolate “the target”. In this case Trump is “the Target” and activists have managed to isolate him from one or two of his long standing legal teams. Trump has worked with some of these legal firms for years, and they’ve earned more than $20 million from working with the President. But when an activist group puts up half a million dollars to tar their name with advertising and put their clients on the spot, the clients then lean on the legal firms.

If Media Didn’t Think Trump Could Win, It Wouldn’t be Targeting his Lawyers

Daniel Greenfield

Why go all-out, launching a boycott campaign targeting Jones Day, and doxxing lawyers, if the whole thing is futile? If Trump can’t win, then conservatives are just wasting money that won’t be spent on protecting the Senate majority in Georgia?

What’s behind all the hollow slogans about “protecting democracy”?

The obvious answer is two admissions.

1. President Trump has a case. Enough of one for Democrats, and their media and legal allies to be worried.

2. The Democrats have something to hide.

Fight back against this ostracism and cancel culture — stand up against it

Forget the popcorn and get to work. All the people on Trump’s team need moral, social and financial support. They need a river of positive emails telling them how brave they are, and how useful their work is. They need people actively defending them in the public sphere. We’re in an information war, so even just passing on news to get around the censorship is useful.

Bullies are stopped sometimes when just one impartial onlooker speaks and pops the bubble. It’s all front. Their smug toxic bluff will fold if it meets resistance. Indeed (see below) one legal firm hasn’t pulled out. They are representing the GOP, not Trump, but the media are still pretending they’ve declared they aren’t supporting Trump.

Turn the tables:

  1. Those who won’t support due legal process support electoral fraud.
  2. Those who won’t support a legal challenge against the Biden win don’t think Biden won legally.
  3. If Biden won by legal votes, no one would object to a full audited recount.
  4. Healing means showing Trump voters that Biden won legally. Those who don’t support the legal battles feed the anger and division.
  5. All sides of legal battles deserve legal representation. Why are the Biden team so frightened they want to stop that?
  6. Pursuing election challenges is not “undermining the rule of law,” but an exercise in law, as attorneys should especially know.
  7. The true undermining of the rule of law is the hounding of lawyers based on the clients they accept.

So the cancel culture ad money falls on an unprepared target, and gets leveraged by clients afraid they will be isolated and targeted next. It’s all so predictable. The Alinsky crowd don’t attack Trump directly because he is prepared. Strategically, they push two-degrees of separation out on an open door, and the peripheral easy targets put the pressure on the first degree of separation:

Blowback against Trump campaign law firm targets clients, recruiting

Reuters: On Tuesday, The Lincoln Project, a group of anti-Trump Republicans, said it will spend $500,000 on ads targeting Jones Day and a smaller law firm working for Trump, following a Monday New York Times report citing dissent among Jones Day’s senior attorneys over its election work for Republicans.

In tweets online, the group, co-founded by conservative lawyer George Conway, who is the husband of former Trump counselor Kellyanne Conway, has encouraged lawyers and clients to abandon Jones Day.

One law firm recruiter, who asked not to be named for fear of exposing the identities of clients, said three Jones Day attorneys were, as of Wednesday, looking to leave because their clients do not want to be associated with the firm.

Law students are easy meat because they haven’t been taught the things that matter:

Law students from U.S. schools including Harvard and the flagship university for Jones Day’s home state Ohio are also mobilizing against the firm. Some are considering a boycott, said Molly Coleman, a 2020 Harvard Law School graduate and executive director of the law student and attorney network People’s Parity Project.

Jones Day gets a revenue of $2 billion a year and employs 2,500 attorneys. It’s the fifth largest firm in the USA.

While many have claimed it has said they won’t represent Donald Trump, the firm actually said “Jones Day is representing the Pennsylvania GOP “:

The Republican Party of Pennsylvania, through Jones Day, has sought review in the United States Supreme Court on the ground that the order is unconstitutional because it usurped the Pennsylvania General Assembly’s plenary authority to determine election procedures including the deadline for absentee ballots. The United States Supreme Court is currently deciding whether to grant certiorari. Four justices agreed with our client’s position, and voted to grant a stay, indicating that they believed there was a fair prospect of review and reversal by the Court. Three justices have issued a statement that there is “a strong likelihood that the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s order violates the U.S. Constitution.” On November 6, Justice Alito ordered Pennsylvania election officials to segregate ballots arriving after the statutory deadline to preserve the issue and to have a record of the vote with and without the segregated ballots.

This case presents an important and recurring rule-of-law question under the U.S. Constitution. Indeed, on November 9, 17 states filed amicus briefs supporting this cert petition and asking the U.S. Supreme Court to grant review.

Jones Day will not withdraw from that representation.

Jones Day expects that the media will correct the numerous false reports given the facts set forth above, all of which were readily verifiable in the public record.

There is huge pressure on some of the USA’s top legal firms to pull out of defending Donald Trump:

Porter Wright Morris & Arthur, the law firm leading the Trump campaign’s efforts to challenge the presidential election results in Pennsylvania, abruptly withdrew from a federal lawsuit that it had filed on behalf of the campaign. That followed a similar move by an Arizona law firm that was representing the Republican Party as it challenged that state’s results.

And on Friday, a top lawyer at Jones Day, which has represented Mr. Trump’s campaigns for more than four years, told colleagues during a video conference call that Jones Day would not get involved in additional litigation in this election.

The moves by the law firms are the latest blows to Mr. Trump’s efforts to use a barrage of litigation to challenge the integrity of the election results. Some lawyers at Porter Wright and Jones Day had become increasingly vocal about their concerns that the work their firms were doing was helping to legitimize the president’s arguments. One Porter Wright lawyer resigned in protest over the summer.

The law firms found many excuses:

Some senior lawyers at Jones Day, one of the country’s largest law firms, are worried that it is advancing arguments that lack evidence and may be helping Mr. Trump and his allies undermine the integrity of American elections, according to interviews with nine partners and associates, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to protect their jobs.

Heckling is more important than millions of dollars:

Money is money, but lawyers are human and being disinvited to dinner parties, excised from social events, and losing customers is a major and real threat.

Ed Morrisey: Jones Day has earned more than $20 million doing business with Trump, his campaigns, and the RNC over the last five years, $4 million in this year alone. That’s a lot of income, and it pays more than a few salaries. Yet this seems to be the bigger concern among some of its attorneys:

In recent days, two Jones Day lawyers said they had faced heckling from friends and others on social media about working at a firm that is supporting Mr. Trump’s efforts.

A lawyer in Jones Day’s Washington office felt that the firm risked hurting itself by taking on work that undermined the rule of law. “To me, it seems extremely shortsighted,” the lawyer said.

Ed Morrisey: That in itself is nonsense. Pursuing election challenges is not “undermining the rule of law,” but an exercise in law, as attorneys should especially know.  The true undermining of the rule of law is the hounding of lawyers based on the clients they accept.

A lot of what is going on now is pure Psy Ops. It’s an information war for the moral high ground. Don’t underestimate how important it is for the people on the Good side to get in this battle, rather than just be a spectator. The moral high ground matters — there are real consequences. If people feel dejected they are less likely to fight back, less likely to donate, and less likely to attend a mass protest. If 70 million Americans wear a MAGA hat every day until the final result was called, it matters.

    Swamp Is Terrified!

I hope that is true. A lot of them should go to Prison, and may do so if Trump is successful. Treason is a heinous crime!

‘A lot of what is going on now is pure Psy Ops.’
All of what is going on right now is an attempted coup, and the fight against that coup.
We can now quite easily equate ALL msm with Pravda. The msm is already on the other side of the coup. So are the deep state, universities, large businesses. The office of the presidency and the US Senate stands between a free world and world communism/fascism. It’ll be interesting to see if there is an ‘unexpected’ Republican loss for the Senate run-offs in Georgia.
Unlike during the 20th century, there will be nothing against which to compare world communism.

I don’t know how that is regulated in the USA. Here in Australia the firm could be subject to a complaint for withdrawing from a case and the practitioners could lose their licence to practice. The ethical standard for lawyers is not very high but it does include representing your client to the best of your ability.

As you’re entitled, but how does that work in practice?
Do you ask every business owner about their political views before any dealings with them?
How do you cope with banking? presumably they have customers who may not share your political views?
Is your business so robust that you can take the time and effort to filter who you deal with based purely on political preference?

Do you interview the business owner, supermarket manager, and all the staff before shopping there?
Do you interview a restaurant owner, manager, and the staff before eating there?

Given that the majority of people do not have extreme political views (despite media coverage to the contrary), how do people actually react when you say “we aren’t doing business with you because your political views are not the same as ours”?

How can you say you will filter your dealings based on mild differences in moderate political views when the chances are you have a lot of products made in China, and in other countries where human rights abuses are well documented? I doubt there are any of us that can say they have not in some way, contributed to this.

Fair enough, James. But one can at least take the trouble to be informed, and also have your own set of standards of what’s right or wrong and act accordingly as far as humanly possible. It is also important to stand up to harassment and bullying otherwise there will be nothing left for all of us and it will be the little guy who will be screwed first and most.

Because he is better at it than the average man? 🙂

Donald Trump casts himself as a protector of workers and jobs, but a USA TODAY NETWORK investigation found hundreds of people – carpenters, dishwashers, painters, even his own lawyers – who say he didn’t pay them for their work.

              https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/politics/elections/2016/06/09/donald-trump-unpaid-bills-republican-president-laswuits/85297274/

Donald Trump often boasts on the presidential campaign trail that hardball tactics helped make him a successful businessman, an approach many voters say they admire. Those tactics have also left behind bitter tales among business owners who say he shortchanged them.

A review of court filings from jurisdictions in 33 states, along with interviews with business people, real-estate executives and others, shows a pattern over Mr. Trump’s 40-year career of his sometimes refusing to pay what some business owners said Trump companies…

Trump fought on a grander scale with the individual contractors who built his Atlantic City Casino, the Trump Taj Mahal, in 1990.

The hotel was finished just before a recession brought Trump to the edge of financial ruin. He would eventually take the Taj Mahal into bankruptcy. But first he asked to pay the contractors 30 cents on the dollar, according to Charles Sperry, the president of Baring Industries, which had a multi-million dollar contract to provide kitchen equipment like stoves, walk-in freezers and countertops.

“It’s not that common to just come back and unilaterally start slicing off the big percentages of contracts and saying ‘we’ll settle out for this, you can take it or leave it,’” Sperry said.

One of the more startling moments in Monday night’s presidential debate was the one where Donald Trump appeared to admit that one of his business secrets is an unsavory one: He stiffs his contractors.

That Trump frequently follows such a practice has long been alleged in the press, with Trump issuing muddled responses—half denial, half admission. But what many Americans may not realize is that the prospect of a businessman systematically reneging on his promises as a negotiating strategy—known as “selling out one’s goodwill”—is a recognized danger of the way our contract law works. Fortunately, it’s one that few business people actually exploit, for several reasons.

Thanks for that well referenced expose of President Trump’s approach to business. It will come as nosurprise to the many who have not been taken in by his rhetoric and who are aware that he doesn’t always tell the truth. It will be interesting to see, in due course, whether his claims of unfair/illegal practices by officials responsible for the distribution, receipt and counting of the votes cast are considered valid by the judiciary. At the moment it appears many are not

One inportant point about the bankruptcy of Trump’s Tan Mahal property –
In the US, when a company is liquidated the people or organizations that are owed money are paid from the proceeds of the liquidation in a particular order, and each tier must be fully paid out before the next tier is paid ANYTHING.
The first people who are paid are the secured creditors. This would be the bank if there is a mortgage, and the bondholders if any.
Unsecured creditors are paid next. This would be bank lenders, employees, the government if any taxes are owing, suppliers and unsecured bondholders.
The last group who are paid is the stockholders.
Obviously, I don’t know all the circumstances here, BUT – if Trump specifically asked to pay the contractors at 30 cents on the dollar before tbe banmruptcy was declared, tben be he was making sure that they were paid at least a plrtion of tbe full amount owed AHEAD OF the secured creditors. If he bad not done this, tbe contractors as unsecured creditors would have had to stand in line BEHIND they secured creditors, and they may well have been paid nothing at all. He was probably aware of this at tbe time.
              Just something to think about.

…Trump specifically asked to pay the contractors at 30 cents on the dollar before the bankruptcy was declared, then be he was making sure that they were paid at least a portion of the full amount owed AHEAD OF the secured creditors.

Nope, he was stiffing ’em for years and years. His standard mode of operation. The man is cold-bloodedly completely amoral and without empathy.
There are hundreds of stories like this one.
Bear in mind the Taj Mahal first declared bankruptcy in 2009, ten years after this:

My relationship with Trump began in 1989, when he asked me to supply several grand and upright pianos to his then-new Taj Mahal casino in Atlantic City. I’d been running a music store for more than 30 years at that point, selling instruments to local schools and residents. My business was very much a family affair. (My grandsons still run the store.) And I had a great relationship with my customers — no one had ever failed to pay.

I was thrilled to get a $100,000 contract from Trump. It was one of the biggest sales I’d ever made. I was supposed to deliver and tune the pianos; the Trump corporation would pay me within 90 days. I asked my lawyer if I should ask for payment upfront. He laughed. “It’s Donald Trump!” he said. “He’s got lots of money.”

But when I requested payment, the Trump corporation hemmed and hawed. Its executives avoided my calls and crafted excuses. After a couple of months, I got a letter telling me that the casino was short on funds. They would pay 70 percent of what they owed me. There was no negotiating. I didn’t know what to do — I couldn’t afford to sue the Trump corporation, and I needed money to pay my piano suppliers. So I took the $70,000.

a rich, hard dealing man who fires people probably has a few enemies. But he also has a lot of friends.

One thing you can be sure of in life, is that rich men, whether hard dealing or not, do have a lot of friends.

I know you think he is a ‘genius as a negotiator’ Jo, but I know from experience any bloody idiot can be a ‘genius negotiator’ when they are in a position of strength, and hold all the cards, and have lawyers retained on staff. I have seen it time and again, and it is simply a matter of being ruthlessly amoral.

Now, be honest, it is pretty hard to see how a man supplying grand pianos somehow didn’t do a good job? This man was straight up robbed, and it nearly ruined his business.

All evidence is that this has been standard practice for Trump, and I have seen others do the same and really screw over small contractors when cashflow is tight, and they do it without hesitation or the slightest sign of empathy.

While acceptance within elite circles is used to control those at the top, the powers behind this also use the ‘Useful Idiots’ principle to control the masses. Many left-wing activists are nothing more than attack dogs let off the leash when required. The restrictions on free expression increasingly forced upon us are not the product of enlightened reasoning. They’re a surrender to bullying.

The adage “Go woke go broke” comes to mind. The MSM must be doing themselves great damage by running an anti Trump campaign. They have committed themselves to Biden, as has our PM, and they should be feeling a little edgy because when their boy is declared a loser they will have to explain what went wrong. I can see subscriptions being cancelled as the online bloggers and newspapers take over. Facebook and Twitter will be subject to anti trust legislation when Trump gets his next four years and their monopolies will be shattered. There are a lot of very rich people about to lose. And will ordinary Democrats really support a leadership that is shown to be corrupt and duplicitous? Those gutless law firms might lose clients from both sides.

Whilst the allegations remain unaddressed there can never be any way forward. If the Dems proclamations of healing the country and bringing people together were genuine, they would be falling over themselves to put the minds of their opponents at rest by allowing these concerns to be openly and fairly heard and disproved in court. The only reason people would prevent this resolution is because they know or fear that the elections were fraudulent.

You cannot have a 2 tier world where ‘the right’ are denigrated/denied justice for wanting substantial allegations investigated, yet ‘the left’ prosecutes vague rumours remorselessly and never accepts losing. You cannot have open dishonesty/corruption of the likes of the Clintons and Biden families ignored, whilst ‘nothing burger’ allegations are relentlessly thrown at the likes of the Trumps.

Would you ban an ancient graphic symbol for what some bad people did with it?
If so, seems to me red circles oughta go (oh, wait that wasn’t white people).
A tattooed BLM protester with a hammer sickle flag no problem?

Do I have this right? Trump calls the election a fraud and theft, so as to engineer a situation of where Biden’s votes are declared illegal. It then falls on Republican Majority State Senates (political elites?) to cast their electoral college votes for Trump.
    Trump gets his second term.
What is to stop the Republicans doing exactly the same thing next time?
The Federal Electoral Commission has declared this election legal and legit.. No mass fraud has been discovered anywhere. Just wild ad how accusations, which get thrown out daily. Oddly our very own Jo Nova leads the war cry. To battle!
How’s your faith in democracy going? Hey, who needs it? Trump doesn’t.

Hmm. What would stop election fraud in 2024? How about Voter ID, cleaned rolls, no mail in ballots posted en masse. No electronic voting.

Ross, it is not disputed that ballots were received and counted AFTER the deadline. That is why the court ordered them to be separately counted. The law is not murky on this subject- it is crystal clear.

The Federal Election Commission could not make that claim in good faith. It is simple propaganda and they are contributing to (dare I say aiding and abetting) fraud.

Regarding our ABC‘s reporting of the March for Trump today.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=roHZzidW4MU

I have watched this 5.5min clip three times thinking I might have missed crucial information the first time, but so far I have not found the missing piece. See if you can find it.
My summary of this clip is:
Trump has claimed the election has been stolen. Media pundits called victories for Biden in several states and many Trump supporters think those pundits were mistaken. Many Trump supporters believe ballot audits and court cases which haven’t finished yet regarding election irregularities will in due legal course overturn the reported Biden wins in several states. Many people who voted for Biden consider this a long shot. Hundreds of thousands of Trump supporters from across the USA have converged into Washington D.C. to hold a demonstration that Trump is the rightful winner of the election. The crowd walked from the White House down Pennsylvania avenue to the Supreme Court, then Capitol Hill, then returned to the White House. The situation was “remarkably peaceful”. Only 40% of protesters were wearing masks which presents an increased Covid19 transmission threat when they return home.
That is the gist of the report.

Now look at the headline and title of the video in ABC’s youtube channel. “Thousands rally behind President Donald Trump’s false election claims”

Where in this report did any person, either interviewee or interviewer or anchor, say or imply that Trump’s claims are false?

Because it does seem that the word “false” is some extra spin that was injected by the ABC head office long after the report had been filed and the video had been cast. It is not derived from anything in the video.

    200

    • #
      Analitik

They also did their best to spin the attacks by the BLM and Antifa mobs as being mutual acts of violence rather than the cowardly assaults of gangs against small groups of people who had an opposing point of view

      • #

I was surprised by the ABC coverage tonight. Was 400% better than the last two weeks, so I’d give it a 4 out of 10. Much better than expected. They didn’t use the phrase “baseless claims” once (at least I don’t recall it).

It makes me wonder if they got some pushback for their PRAVDA coverage so far.? Do I hope too much…?

SBS though showed one violent incident which was the fault of a Trump protester and didn’t mention anything else.

        160

    • #
      Mark D.

This kind of injected spin has been rampant throughout DJ Trumps term as president. Blatant misrepresentations across most all the media. I listen to his outstanding speeches (most of them are) and then turn on the news reports afterword. I conclude that they have no desire to report accurately. The Media only want to tear him down.

Sadly this technique is effective. One only has to briefly converse with a Biden supporter (or Trump hater) to confirm that the constant false reporting has been effective at brainwashing.

      It is frightening really.

Millions of votes have been harvested by fraud. Spread the load 70million people want to help.. Institutions of many types have been used to steal votes. A wide spread effort should contact mny of those voters and expose their vote theft. The dead are simple to prove but the cognitively impaired were a huge source of false votes. The numbers of people ovr 90 is not believable. That becomes more substantial evidence. than the sworn declarations that provide leads as to where these ballots were ‘stolen’ Knock on doors and compile lists of people obtaing multiple votes and votes for people that had left the residence. What everyone doesn’t know due to the media spin, is that President Trump played his ace in the whole card. His nuclear option that with having the supreme court, he can tie this up in courts until after December 10 and keep the the count below the 270 needed to win.
So, even later Biden actually took the higher count, too late. He is still President under the Constitution law.

Lawyers will have divided views but the Trump account would be supported by 70 million voters who are either chumps or deplorable. To potentially have loyal support from 70 million people who are probably victims of all types of class actions would be invaluable. There must be a few firms that can see the marketing upside to advising President Trump no matter what your political views. In fact if a law firm supported Trump even in the face of activist opposition I would interpret that approach as being consistent with the sought of team I would like to have fighting my legal battles, even if politically I support Biden

Yes, lawyers and elections exist to avoid the alternatives.

Fair enough that a lot of people tend to hate lawyers but that legal system is holding society together. This kind of doxing attack against lawyers is really an attack on the legal system as a whole.

Even someone accused of the worst crime deserves the opportunity of a legal defense … that’s such an ingrained principle in Western civilization … once that’s gone we don’t have much of a civilization anymore.

Yep, even Weinstein and Epstein (the monsters) were able to get legal representation.

Trump’s crimes seem to be delivering for the people of America as he had promised, with jobs that Obama said were gone for ever. Record employment, including for minorities. Junking old trade agreements that skewered American business. Tackling the CCP and their unfair trade practices + IP theft. Signing peace deals in the ME that helps contain Iran. He worked his butt off with those rallies, while Biden snoozed in his basement.

We know something stinks about this election. The evidence is being gathered. Now we suspect why it was that Biden was able to do minimal campaigning. Even when he did he couldn’t draw a crowd big enough to fill a bus.

Trump apparently does not get access to a legal right that has been afforded to predators and paedophiles…weren’t they both Democrat supporters BTW? No legal rights for President Trump according to the disgusting, dishonest and morally decrepit radicals in the left and legacy media.

Is this an infringement against his civil rights?

Are all conservatives in future to be denied this basic right in addition to going on those ‘lists’ for subsequent intimidation and persecution?

It the legal process had gone through smoothly, then the loser (whoever that might be) would have good reason to accept it.

Sadly however, the process has ALREADY been interfered with … after these doxing attacks who can say what might have happened with a fair process.

You see how that works? More interference means more reason for the loser to escalate instead of accepting the result. After all, if someone can get to the lawyers, then who knows who else might have been gotten to? Do you start to understand why the people who think they might win should be the FIRST ones to insist on a super duper clean process with absolutely no interference? The more confident you are, the more you should be willing to demonstrate perfectly clean hands.

I don’t think this tactic of attacking the lawyers will work. President Trump put it in the courts and hasn’t dropped the suits. All it takes is one from a different firm to slap in an appeal or some other thing.
President Trump is the master of being sued and look how long the courts played around with his tax returns. He knows the courts extremely well and the Election has a very tiny time in courts time to fail.
Many times you hear the phrase” You have 30 days to object my decision” Object that and go to appeals court…December 10 is indeed a very short timeframe.

Here’s a “limey’s” view of this election, bu first, the money quote:
    *****
I don’t need to spell out the numbers of Americans with guns, but I do need, apparently, to point out that the anger of millions of armed Americans is being stoked to stratospherically dangerous levels and that these angry people are justifiably enraged. Many of you watching this video will hear my words resonate with your thoughts, and many supporters of the 2nd Amendment will right now be saying that the main, overriding reason for the 2nd Amendment is not to shoot deer but to defend America against a tyrannical government. Perhaps now is a good moment to say that in times of war our dead soldiers are always politely remembered for having died in the defence of democracy, but the dying part was never their intention. Their intention was to very impolitely kill the aggressors who wanted to impose a tyranny upon them and here we are today, in late 2020, looking at a scenario which consists of a tyrannical coup d’état in the face of a hundred million armed and angry Americans who are convinced their democratic rights have been trampled upon and subverted.
    *****
There are ~ 600,000,000 leagal guns of all types in the hands of ~ 65,000,000 Americans (both figures from the ATF, through which ALL gun sales must be cleared through).

Anyone here think that a sizable number of that cohort would take ANY sort of gun-grab by Biden’s minions lying down? And no, that is not a rhetorical question.

If Trump wins as he rightfully should if fraudulent votes can be removed, I hope those involved in this coup of the United States are tried and serve serious jail time if found guilty (20 years+ would be appropriate). Also, I hope he gets Section 230 protection of social(ist) media platforms removed (which is already the subject of an executive order of his) because they are obviously publishers, not common carriers like a telephone service which is the basis of the section 230 protections.

Tractor rallies in Holland, demonstrations and riots near the arc de Triomphe; All following imposed immigration wokeness/empathy that has seen decent hard working people subjected to uncontrolled, ruthless physical and sexual abuse and suicide missions that killed some and terrified the rest.

There will be a breaking point.

Yeah except anericans are armed, and that changes things.

It only needs one killed puppet master to bring the others to heel….

Dont forget this is a spiritual battle prinarily…the Left, in addition to making all sorts of debased and awful stuff legal, keeps the pressure on the population like the good useful idiots they are.

As one Pastor who understands whats going on, any woke pastors will be the first killed, as they are no longer needed as leftist judas sheep. Then the Left comes after the uncompromising pastors and believers. At some point we will need to make a stand for God, and it may be horrible to endure, but the alternative is appeasing a demonic entity, and thats just not acceptible.

Does anyone here still believe the earlier reports that Trump organised an elaborate Sting operation to catch these perpetrators of fraud in the act. It is looking increasingly unlikely the longer the legal challenges drag on.

The real question is how do we know if people are speaking out against this abuse? I no longer have any faith in the MSM to report honestly and freely. People may well be up in arms about it, but have been censored by twitter, google and facebook, but we will never know thanks to them and the swamp media.

The rally in DC is a start. We have to remember that DC is 95+% Democrat so those 200,000+ people would have come from outside DC —they had to make a significant effort to do that.

If any of this were true, why are prominent Republicans advising Trump to concede, e.g.
John R. Bolton, Mr. Trump’s former national security adviser
Lt. Gen. H.R. McMaster former Trump national security adviser
John F. Kelly, Mr. Trump’s former chief of staff
    Gov. Asa Hutchinson of Arkansas
    Gov. Mike DeWine of Ohio
Anthony Scaramucci, former White House communications director

All that said, it seems that the Democrats are up to their old tricks and the recount is going pretty much the same as the original count. The Democrats running the hand count in some critical sectors are refusing to allow Republican scrutineers anywhere near enough to the counters to actually verify that all votes are legitimate.
The US really does need a better system of controlling how elections are handled. Hopefully, this will all be recorded on video and used as evidence that a different system is required to ensure a fair and open count, and to get a properly supervised count done.
As usual, the Left demonstrates that there is no limit to how low they are prepared to stoop – even in the face of public exposure.

There are suggestions of compiiling lists of Trump supporters. Seems comparible with Lenin, Stalin, Moa and Hitler. They were all’socialists. The National Socialists invaded the Russians. Whilst the current suggestion is to prevent employment that seems like Hitler only avoiding Jewish business. Al lthe listed socialists mudered millions. I feel for the WW2 veterans who have had their votes stolen by modern weapons (MSM ACADEMIA, SHOW BUSINESS etc). They did not risk their youth to have the freedom they fought for stolen by deception and fraud.

Whilst I appreciate sensitivity about bundling National socialists with communist socialists I disagree. Fascism, nazis and democratic socialists are all steps towards the communism they all pretend to detest. In the current US the intention is more obvious. Steal the presidency, and similarly the senate. Then stack the Supreme.court. Goodbye democracy. They have already stopped free speach. Their propaganda runs news, social media and show business. That is socialim with one party elections. That is communism. If Hitler won WW2 his socialism would have taken over business. WW1 the Germans won the Eastern front by using Lenin. Academics claim fascisms is not communism. It does not take much thought knowing that power corrupts to see that Hitler would have taken all capitalists out as he did the Jews. I stand by what I wrote and insist that Hitler was a socialist intent on the state taking over business as soon as the war was over. He had already destroyed German democracy. Where are the Jewish assets Nazis stole? The Democrats are coming for American”s privacy.

How sweet to be a voter in the new Biden-Harris regime! Apparently, the following criteria are acceptable/enforceable:
    1. You are entitled to receive an absentee vote application irrespective of whether or not you requested one.
    2. Democrat-run vote-counting centres can sign off in the late night of the election, but then welcome the arrival, in the early hours of the next morning, of very large numbers of ballots, all of which favour their party.
    3. In Democrat-run states, Republican scrutineers can be ordered from, or barred from observing, the vote-counting. Or else they are located deliberately so far from the process as to be ineffective, with zero right to challenge that ruling.
    4. In certain Democratic-run states, there is no requirement for a voter’s signature to match the one that is on his/her record.
    5. Multiple votes can carry the same signature.
    6. A mail-in vote received after the election date can be stamped at a date earlier than the election so as to qualify as a valid vote.
    7. Electoral rolls can and do contain the names of former voters who are no longer with us.
    8. Dead people’s votes are acceptable, irrespective of how long ago the “voter” passed away.
    9. Voting machines can reverse the vote intentions of citizens.
    10. You need not be a current resident of a state in which you cast your vote.
Given all of this, can you understand why about 73 million US voters feel that the election is bogus?

This Executive Order went under the radar of the Democrats. After reading this it tells me President Trump’s team are making sure all their “ducks are in a row” before an all out attack takes place. Maybe some of the swamp have become aware of it and hence Jo’s headline.

That’s extremely interesting in light of a report the other day that the reason for Trump’s sudden sacking of Defence Secretary Mark Esper on Nov 10th — without clarification at the time — was due to Esper’s refusal to enforce the Insurrection Act if it was deemed necessary in the wake of the election. I had assumed it was to combat Antifa thugs on the streets, but this article brings a whole new perspective to the machinations behind the scenes.

Perhaps it is of significance that Christopher C. Miller, Director of the National Counterterrorism Centre, was named as Esper’s replacement.

Sorry I can’t find that report ATM.

According to Sir John Glubb, the average age of empires is about 250 years. The US is 244 years old and its possible tragic demise sadly fits that pattern if the Harris coup is successful.

Ah. The old good versus evil thing. It’s funny to watch the progression of blog posts on this by Nova. Starts out being adamant that Trump was duped out of a 2nd term and ends up a case of “taking the moral high ground” in exercising the extent of the electoral system. Never mind that appears in fact that Trump and co. have actually just created a false conspiracy of election fraud so that they can fleece millions of Americans for donations to later line the pockets of Trump and his oligarchs. Never mind that, even if you accept (I don’t) that the Dems were over zealous in holding Trump to account for his actions in office that you should make the same claim that they were “doing due diligence”. Never mind that the right wingers, even having been given evidence that the Russians interfered in the 2016 election, still claimed it was Democrat sour grapes.

Why not just admit the truth that everyone apart from your paying bunch of Group Think pals can see from a mile off – you were wrong. There was no electoral irregularities outside the normal handful. And you were played for a fool by the Trumpers along with millions of others. And that even when he telecast that was what he was going to do from more than a year before the election.

Alinsky has certainly spawned partisans who will stop at nothing. This time they are up against someone who doesn’t fear the ruthless tactics they employ. It is why they have thrown everything at him. Most would have crumbled by now, but Trump is teflon coated. Must drive them crazy.

He certainly is an unusual and unexpected champion of freedom and equality. But there it is – & we should all be grateful for it.

      Chris,

I agree with your comment. Trump is buying time.

I believe the US Military have a solution to the current US crisis.

15 years ago, in a book written by a senior US economist, non-fiction writer… …. discussed his involvement in a Military team whose job has to identify nonstandard foreign country threats to the existence of the US.

The US military have a plan to address all (almost all) foreign existential threats to the US. The Military 10 years ago….. …..started to develop a computer based system to address the collapse of the US political system at a Federal level and US currency collapse.

Assuming, there is hard classified evidence of China state interference at the highest level in the Dems and if there is… then there likely is also evidence that the sudden change in all news outlets in the world and the release of the manufactured covid virus is part of some Chinese plan. Which the CIA did nothing about which would then be evidence of very serious deep state corruption. Sort of like the massive leak of classified information under the Obama administration,

It is likely there would be public support for a temporary change in the US system, while the investigates into the 2020 election interference and investigate and time to remove deep state conspiracies.

I would assume, Republicans are going to monitor all analysis and decisions; however, I believe they have seen the replace the US Fed government ‘system’ work and it reaches logical, practical options that would be impossible because of special interests.

So to keep the Dem supporters from going crazy the Reps, have agreed that non-political is the only possible approach now and this is the best/only solution to the current US crisis.

The rule based ‘system’ that replaces Congress/President, by non-political people, who have assigned roles and who are rotated out of their position to stop corruption, that operates non-political, and that prioritizes spending/issues using based on logic and reason and that address the deficit.

A military AI system (there have been recent advance in AI technology and this system has improved) which has developed for this job, will do some of the analysis and will check and certify all analysis.
