Rudy Guiliani: The lawsuits will start Monday

If you have nothing to hide, you allow inspection.

Right now the Biden “Victory” entirely depends on ballots that no one was allowed to inspect. This election is not over. Spread the word.

Rudi Guiliani:

50 – 60 pollwatchers will testify that they were uniformly deprived of their right to view the mail in ballots.

There was no inspection of any mail in ballots. None.

No Republican got a chance to look at that ballot. Not a single one…

It’s unheard of, it’s unconstitutional, andwe will be bringing an action challenging that.

This is outrageous.

The same fraud was done in Pittsburg involving 300,000 ballots that were not observed by a Republican. And also in Georgia, North Carolina.

Rep Jim Jordan scathing of the Dem corruption:

“The only thing we had wrong in that report was that it’s worse than we thought.”

“”The first time in American history where you have a party systematically set out to win an election AFTER the election””

From Nov 5th. Trump Readies To Go FULL ANIMAL on the Democrats and EXPOSE Their CORRUPTION!!!

Posts coming in quick succession now. See Hammer and Scorecard: Are CIA programs designed to interfere in foreign elections being used in the US now? if you havent already.

What Rudy Guiliani did for New York was incredible.

Maybe he’s about to do something equally amazing for the whole of the USA.

    Here’s hoping.

Something Big is about to Happen!

This was an email topic I received from a friend who is very interested in a Trump Victory. He is not a reader of the JoNOva blog, but follows a lot of other sites,

      I hope he is right.

Is Trump a Buffoon, A Moron, An Idiot. A Populist Rable Rouser! A lot of people (ie MSM) want to think that.
      Or is he a strategist?

Howell Woltz adds some more detail.

Tonight I had a strange phone call from my sister who lives in Queensland and she was pleased because Trump was going to get another four years. I thought she was nuts because the media today announced the result and I said she must know something I didn’t. She doesn’t follow Jo’s blog either. Clearly she had read the same link.

This deception of the public runs deep.
CNN was very deceptive in showing Biden at 253 and Trump at 213 for the last few days when in actual fact, Trump was at 268 and still winning while waiting for the counting to flip at the end.
      https://www.newsmax.com/josepheschmitz/electoral-count/2020/11/06/id/995773/
Can’t have the public think that for themselves in what is actually playing out.

I am beside myself with “Anger” over how our british Media has been be-littling / berating Trump all the time, and now with Biden – he is the best thing since sliced bread – if you like sliced bread.I’m sick of it already – sung to same tune as Climate change. Trump has to win.

If not, it is the certain end of the US and Western Civilisation in general.

The billionaire socialists and their armies of useful idiots will fulfill the tyrannical plan they have been working on for at least 60 years.

And it all happened because conservatives and classical liberals remained silent. And the Left never missed an opportunity to expand the scope of their evil.

This is a significant turning point.

If it fails and OBiden is the president then we are further down the hole of woke civilisation.

Look at the last decades of destruction in Europe from the EEU and the calamitous state of the U.K.

Then, as a class example of where we’re going with Trump:

We are on the brink of collapse if Trump is retired.

The CNN/MSNBC announcement that Biden has won is nothing more than another attempt to intimidate Republican supporters/politicians into submission.

Pennsylvania is THE crucial state. Rudy Giuliani didn’t mention that in 2019 the PA legislature passed a law (Act 77) that makes 8pm on election day the deadline for all votes — including absentee/postal — to be accepted by the Office of the County Board of Elections. So if 160,000 Biden ballots just happen to miraculously appear at 4am of the following day, they are automatically invalid and should be excluded from the count.

A few weeks ago the PA Supreme Court suddenly changed that law by a vote of 4:3 along party lines Dem:Republican (they are elected judges) in apparent anticipation of some absentee vote skulduggery. It decreed that if a ballot was post-marked on election day and received up to 3 days later, it was still valid. This was challenged.

The appeal case was brought before the election to the US Supreme Court which said it couldn’t rule while Amy Barrett was being appointed, but a single Justice ruled that there was enough evidence to support a case that the PA Court had breached the US Constitution.

Thus, pending the full USSC ruling in that case alone, the vote count in PA is FAR from a given conclusion as it was already under challenge before the election, and not by Trump. The ballot count CANNOT be resolved until the USSC has ruled on the changes. It is effectively sub judice. For Biden/CNN/MSNBC to claim that the election result has been settled in Biden’s favour would be at best pure bluster; at worst a pure lie.

For our PM and for Boris to fall so eagerly for this stunt says a lot about their political acuity. Boris does have some excuse as he no doubt feels he has to grovel to Biden to get his US free trade deal over the line in the Brexit battle. Morrison has no such excuse. In any case he should ignore Joe and congratulate President Harris, as I’m sure that will be the real outcome of the election given a couple of months for her to sideline Joe and take the reins. If the Dems win I give her until about April when they will conveniently decide that Joe can’t even find button to flush the toilet, let alone the nuclear button.

The press don’t crown the President [Where did they find the word “coronate”?] the electors do that.

Al Gore contested his election for approx. 36 days before SCOTUS brought that appeal to an end.

Fair’s fair, Trump has the same right to the courts.

I was sickened when Morrison rushed to congratulate Biden, showing him to be the groveller he is.

Then to add insult to injury he then claimed he wanted to work with Biden on climate change??? This was not required and stupid. Morrison has no idea and clearly still does not realise that the Greens and Leftists will never ever vote for him or any Liberal/National/LNP candidate. No thought for his own constituency, like me, with a small business dependent on the manufacturing sector, which will be destroyed by such stupid virtue signalling. I think I am going to be sick….

    • #
      Murray Shaw

Correct, the SC of PA does not have the power to change the election rules, only the Legislature. USSC Judge ruled on this and ordered the voted\s that were received after 8pm on the 3rd to be kept separate. The full USSC will rule on the Trump campaign claim and will most definitely rule this voted invalid. Biden loses PA.

The way I see it is if voter fraud is as widespread as it appears but Trump still fails to get the courts to overturn the fake results then all hell will break loose in the streets. This time it will be the supporters on the right that will take matters into their own hands. It won’t matter if it’s right or wrong to do so given violence should never be condoned. However, we are dealing with human emotions that are running high at the moment. Of course, if Trump does manage to win then the left will go crazy and violence will still prevail. The only way to avoid violence is for Trump to simply walk away right now, but of course it doesn’t appear to be a real option given it’s not his style to give up so easily. Good luck America.

I would imagine Jo has quite a number of posts and articles from US sites that dig very deep into the machinations of the radical Left and what they have planned for when PDJT is legally declared POTUS.

90% of our populace have no earthly idea what’s been going on beneath the radar…

They see the riots and deplore them, but they are just the proviral tip of the iceberg. These scum, backed by multinationals, big banks (remember when Chase and Bank of America publicly announced support for Burn Loot and Murder?) almost all Democrats in both houses and turncoat “Republicans” openly, or covertly either cheer or quietly support them..

But even that same 90% of that group are still unaware of the deep plans they have for my country. (That is a subject for another time.)

When Trump wins all hell will break loose. And that’s an understatement.

But these shock troops and Brownshirts haven’t a clue what they are in for…

I thank God we have our 2nd Amendment. There are tens-of-millions of gun owners with hundreds-of-millions of guns (think the last # from the ATF was 600,000,000…)
who are law abiding patriots and, when for just cause, will not only defend themselves, their families, their towns and ultimately do whatever is necessary for their country.

Trump may have won the election, however, Biden has won the count. The system will protect itself until it becomes untenable and that tends to happen when those at the top are so out of touch with those at the bottom that welfare will no longer buy them off. Right now there is no appetetite for civil war in the USA, if the
irregularities cannot be resolved by legal means then neither side trusts the system and goal will be to game it in their tribes favour knowing the other side is cheating.

More seriously do Americans know what they voted for when they slected “Not Trump”? Biden is degenerating with old age and it is a reasonable assumption he will not see out his term otherwise why did Pelosi revive article 25 of the constitition? A California Democrat then takes the position, that person is a diversity hire*, is not popular with the Democrat base having polled 2% in the primaries and gotten her clock cleaned in the vice presidential debate. The identity politics she represents is abhorent to most voters.

*From my own experience in industry in recent years diversity hires in management are seldom competent for the role they are hired and usually get moved sideways (and out) or paid off to move out. Many companies have set quotas for female hiring and promotion in the current environment, that benefits some women when their talent stack matches the companies business goals, What I’ve observed this is seldom the case based on current hiring practice. In industry people work around the problem which is why you see diversity hires getting sidelined and their true purpose, of corporate virtual signalling by ticking the diversity box exposed. These diversity gigs will only last as long as company profit margins support them.

Rant aside, it does appeaar that the turnout did not favour Democrats over all, they did not flip any state governments, lost seats in the house reducing their majority an were not able to dislodge Republican senators they had targetted despite dumping millions of dollars into campaigns against them. It is likely the Republicans can make further gains in the mid-term elections to erode their margins. Biden may be able to re-activate the Paris agreement, there is no cash without it going through the congress and senate. I reckon atrophy will be the signature of the Biden presidential administration as they appoint the old Obama cronies to the administration, the house is likely to kick back on the radical elements of anything they do with the midterms in view.

With the MSM blessing (if I can use that word), Biden wastes no time:

Biden to issue ruthless Brexit ultimatum in first phone call with Boris – ‘Sign deal now!’

JOE BIDEN will hand Boris Johnson a brutal ultimatum in his first phone call to the British Prime Minister as US president-elect, with an order for the UK to back down from their Brexit demands.
    https://www.express.co.uk/news/politics/1357674/Brexit-News-Joe-Biden-Boris-Johnson-Barnier-Nigel-Farage-EU-latest-news-vn

Boris is in a difficult situation, as we are all in the UK 🙂 , as he knows just how important implementing Brexit is to Democracy here in the UK (and for HIS career). And the EU hasn’t budged: it still won’t treat us as a sovereign nation. Negotiations have dragged on well past the nth deadline. It’s becoming a habit!

It is unlikely that anyone or any agency (whatever) will be able to reverse the Harris/Biden election.
Election commissions and local authorities might see some consequences, and told to do better next time.
Expect Joe to become president, serve until after 4th of July activities or there about, and be replaced by Harris prior to the fall session (September) of Congress.
Harris then will nominate a Vice President – likely already decided when she was picked (for no known reason) as Joe’s running mate.

Basically you get a printed receipt for your authenticated vote and a custom printed ballot paper. This is how it works:

        https://voatz.com/security-and-technology/

        1 Ballot Receipt
After voting, you’ll get a ballot receipt that’s anonymized and password-protected so you can verify your selections.

        2 Paper Ballot
A paper ballot is generated and printed at the jurisdiction for tabulation alongside all other ballots.

        3 Blockchain Data
All votes are secured as “transactions” on the blockchain as an anonymous, immutable record that can be audited.

Socialism is 15th. century feudalism fighting against Democratic Capitalism – against The Enlightenment. Socialism has 2 forms – i) bourgeoisie socialism (fascism) and ii) proletariat socialism (communism). Communism is about turning the populace into factory fodder. That’s what they did in China. It’s also about creating single companies with a monopoly. The company manufacturing Mao suits had 100% of the market. T shirts and jeans being the western equivalent.

God gives everyone free will. Ultimately it is up to the individual to exercise their power of good or evil. Despite election fraud, a large number of voters still chose the ways of evil by voting for the socialists. Had more people not have been so weak and evil minded, the socialist would still not have been (possibly) elected. And in this age of the Internet, there is absolutely no excuse of ignorance. Even given the control of the media by the Billionaire Socialists, the truth is still available for those who want to look.

All true but the sad reality is most people are asleep, clueless, or just don’t give a damn. That’s why people should do their own research, but that predicates that the individual has an open and objective mind and will decided on the available evidence honestly, which we all know is more often than not an illusion. If fact, many voters will vote for “their” party regardless of how bad or c0rrupt the politicians are in that party. In any democratic election we end up with the government the people deserve, good or bad.

Having the legacy media, Billionaire Socialists and Biden himself (or at least whomever tells him what to say) declare him President before it is official is a clever psychological trick to make it seem as though a Harris presidency is a done deal when in fact there is no official result. It is intended to boost resistance to any court or administrative action by Trump.

If the President and VP choice came down to a vote by the House of Reps and the Senate I think Trump would definitely accept being VP. He could make Biden’s life hell (or at least that of his controllers) and could work to minimise the damage Biden does. There is also the possibility that if Biden dies or is removed under the 25th, Trump could then assume his rightful position as President.

    Time for a reality check:
There have been 31 recounts in the last 20 years. Only three races have been overturned in that time and in each case the final margin was only shifted by between 239 and 440 votes. There is no way that Trump could overturn results in multiple states, Biden is too far ahead. Georgia is the only state where a recount could change things.

This not historically comparable. Here we have dumps of hundreds of thousands of votes and many improper actions. Previously the issues were small scale. Surely votes without scrutineers become illegal and must not count. If SCOTUS has integrity and allegaince to the constitution millions of votes have been made illegal by lack of transparency as required by law. Maybe the active preventing Republicans from observation will backfire! A witness filmed a bag of votes being removed from a box after the box had already been emptied. Anybody who says there is no evidence of fraud is untrustworthy.

There seem to be two overlapping issues. First is whether valid votes can be distinguished from invalid votes. Second is what full manual recounts will achieve.

You can’t distinguish valid mail in votes from invalid ones without the envelopes they were delivered in. You can’t distinguish votes which arrived in time from those which didn’t unless they were partitioned. And of course you can’t count votes which have been discarded.

The bad news for transparency appears to be a systematic scrambling of the omelette by those who did not want the omelette to ever be unscrambled or unscrambleable. And what will the state legislatures, state courts do then?

While we are all mulling that over, keep an eye on the senate races. If the dems are able to get the presidency, the congress and the senate then any legislative checks and balances are gone.

Like everybody else I am wishing the invisibly marked ballots story to be true. But when I dwell on it the more plausible it gets – to me. After the 2016 shambles and the ongoing threats to electoral process such an initiative only seems logical and remember that there are entire depts raised up and funded in the last few years to deal with such threats. Is it reasonable to assert that it would be remiss if ballots were not verifiable through such means considering the environment we are in?
Trump Junior – “the media are going to be shocked”.
Trump Senior – has been playing golf and posing with bridal parties. He has also been remarkably restrained by his standards. he keeps saying “legal votes only”. He keeps pressing this point almost calmly.
Voting would need to be formally finished before the acid went on if they have any? But the more I think about it, verifiable ballots using new tech keeps on looking perfectly plausible to me. Here’s hoping.

I would hope the people of the USA have enough trust in their institutions to know that any impropriety will be quickly and justly corrected. Sadly, however, I don’t see an honest face in the highest level of politics almost anywhere you care to look on the planet currently especially in the mainstream parties. That is the problem when party polemic is replaced with consensus everything and only a fake MSM can possibly tell you the difference (or so they say …). We seem to live in an age of the mass conspiracy where truth is being buried as quickly as the MSM can bury it.
