Huge? Pennsylvania State House and Senate resolution to overturn certified result

Jenna Ellis shares to Newsmax TV a huge development for the Trump team – regarding the PA state legislature’s rights against “corrupt election officials.”

A band of 26 Pennsylvania House lawmakers are circulating a memo seeking support of a proposed resolution declaring the state’s certification of presidential electors and other statewide election results to be “in dispute”.

Declaring the results of statewide electoral contests in the 2020 general election to be in dispute, a group of House Republican lawmakers have announced their intention to introduce a resolution calling for Gov. Tom Wolf and Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar to withdraw their certification of the Nov. 3 election results in the presidential and other statewide contests.

In Pennsylvania, the Republicans control the House and Senate. Rudy Guiliani and the Trump team presented a compelling case with witnesses and evidence of voter fraud at the Senate Hearing on Wednesday. So much so that many Republicans are galvanized.

However they may not get time to vote on this:

CBS Pittsburgh: The resolution has not yet been voted on by either the state House or Senate. It is not expected to get a vote before lawmakers’ terms end on Monday.

Lt. Gov. John Fetterman told KDKA last week that if the votes are not certified in Pennsylvania by Monday, Nov. 30, there will be no members of the state House and half the state Senate will not be in office as that is when their terms expire.

Jenna Ellis says that Governor (a Democrat) does not have the power to stop this. The sole power resides with the House and Senate. It is a constitutionally designated role. In theory (according to her) they are able to override this corruption.

Apart from the incredibly tight timing, there is potentially the problem of a few last RINO’s who may not join in the vote.

Doug Mastriano on Newsmax

Grant Stinchfield Interviewing

There are 700,000 mail in ballots that were never posted out

Mastriano cites the corruption in 1994. There was so much cheating Federal District threw out Stinson’s reelection result and awarded the seat to the Republican. Marks (R) versus Stinson (D),

If they stop certification of the votes that means the 20 electoral college votes won’t go to Joe Biden they will go to Donald Trump. If neither candidate gets 270 votes by December 14, then the USA is headed for a Contingent Election in the House in early January which Trump will likely win.

One state has done it, others will find it easy to follow. Trump’s team hope to repeat the process next in Arizona.

Curiously, several Republicans from both Pennsylvania were invited to the White House after the hearing on Wedsnesday. Similarly some from Michigan were invited to the White House on Nov 20th. And nobody said anything about it afterwards. h/t Bill C.

Where the heck are the Media?

Tonight on the news we heard about the case Trump lost in PA, but not the one he won, not the remarkable explanation by Judge McConnell, and not the extraordinary, historic move by the State representatives to overturn the result, and never ever the long lists of election fraud.

Don’t hunt for clues or information, or even coherent sentences from the Twitterati commentariat. Though it’s a good place to see what kind of mass blindsiding may be coming.

History is unfolding and the media are actively hiding it.

The people voted for Biden in Pennsylvania

[Last time I looked Seedy was not the Supreme Court and didn’t get to decide which votes were legal — Jo]

The Federal USA judges in Pennsylvania threw out Trumps voter fraud case. So now Trumps trying to have the voters will dismissed by their ( Republican ) state house representatives. Just to make sure that the people vote as they’re ‘supposed to’ ! Jo this sort of thing was the special skill of the dictatorial Communists in former ages. And Jo you’re endorsing the same sort of dictatorial anti-democratic BS ! I thought you believed in DEMOCRACY Jo. Instead it turns out you believe in Trumps right to Rule ! Bugger !

[Hardly. This IS Democracy. The people voted for the House and Senate and their job is to make sure State Elections are not lying cesspits of corruption. See The US Constitution – Jo]

The people of Pennsylvania voted for Republican House and a Republican Senate. These elected representatives are doing their best to overcome obvious undeniable corruption. Exactly as the US constitution allows and expects them, and as the voters of PA have asked them too.

Democracy is not what happens when Venezuelan dictators design cheating software so they can’t lose elections. Let’s all say “Dominion!”

So far Seedy has no comments related to the 11,000 reports of irregularities, the eye witnesses, the death threats, the video footage or the statistical data of vote dumps, the vote flipping or the Dominion hackable holes. Nor to the bullying and tossing out of Observers, the refusal to honor a Court Order to let them in, or the Sherif to enforce the court order.

These are historic extraordinary times. Please find a place, Seedy, to discuss things you are interested in instead of cluttering these discussions.

The same people now calling Trump a sore loser spent 4 years pushing the ‘Russian collusion’ mantra when Trump won. Besides, if an election was held and there were numerous reports of irregularities with multiple sources of evidence backing those allegations up, why wouldn’t you investigate?

The Dems shouldn’t be worried at all if the media’s account is true.

The issue is not whether the People of Pennsylvania voted for Biden or Trump.

The issue is that they voted under conditions recently changed in 2019 by the Legislature ( Act 77), where said changes directly violate the Pennsylvania State Constitution.

      https://legalinsurrection.com/2020/11/pennsylvania-state-judge-halts-certification-finds-likelihood-mail-in-balloting-procedures-violate-pa-constitution/

” According to Petitioners, the legislature did not follow the necessary procedures for amending the Constitution before enacting Act 77 which created a new category of mail-in voting; therefore, the mail-in ballot scheme under Act 77 is unconstitutional on its face and must be struck down.”

Thus, the election results cannot be “Certified” until these issues are resolved.

Simultaneously, the PA Legislature is moving to rescind permission granted to the Governor’s Office in 1938. Previously, the Legislature ALONE allocated Electors for the Electoral College. It appears the Legislature believes that sufficient evidence of fraud exists and that the Governor cannot be trusted, so the Legislature is reclaiming their authority. That’s an issue that has yet to play out.

Suffice to say that the PA Election is NOT Decided nor Certified, nor are there yet Official Results.

Well, the PA Supreme Court “just” ruled that legal challenges to the PA Legislature violating the PA Constitution “waited too long to object” and therefore this objection is rejected, with prejudice, meaning no further objections will be allowed.

        https://twitter.com/Elaijuh/status/1332823176120832006?s=20

That’s a cute way to cut off challenges.

I smell a rat. What they imply is that their “perception” of a waiting period is arbitrary and capricious. Methinks the US Supreme Court will reverse them. Why? Because otherwise, the State Constitution is meaningless if any Legislature can do whatever they wish and, in effect, permanently change their own Constitution without ever actually, legally, changing it, simply by waiting until a Judge decides “well, you objecting guys waited too long”. There is no precedent time period of delay affecting an unconstitutional act by a legislature. Seems like artifice to me.

Act 77 was passed on 31 Oct 2019. 1 yr and 3 days prior to the recent election. How convenient.

Oh well. The US moves closer to inevitable insurrection, day by day. Time to stock up on popcorn.

I disagree. Not just “a cute way to cut off challenges”, and in no way “their “perception” of a waiting period is arbitrary and capricious”. The law is clear – the plaintiffs filed their complaint past the statutory period for challenging the constitutional merit of Act 77. Under the well established doctrine of laches, relief is barred “when a complaining party is guilty of want of due diligence in failing to promptly institute an action to the prejudice of another”.

The statutory deadline for challenging the constitutional merit of Act 77 expired on 28 April 2020 (not an “arbitrary or capricious” waiting period). It is clear the Petitioners had no issues with Act 77 until after the 2020 election (worth noting that 2 elections were held in the meantime), when their preferred candidate clearly did not secure most of the votes.

The Pa. Supreme Court put it best by stating that “Having delayed this suit until two elections were conducted under Act 77’s new, no-excuse mail-in voting system, Petitioners—several of whom participated in primary elections under this system without complaint — play a dangerous game at the expense of every Pennsylvania voter. […] Unsatisfied with the results of [the 2020 election], they would now flip over the table, scattering to the shadows the votes of millions of Pennsylvanians. It is not our role to lend legitimacy to such transparent and untimely efforts to subvert the will of Pennsylvania voters. Courts should not decide elections when the will of the voters is clear”.

It is worth reminding also that to date there has been no convincing case or evidence that even a single vote was cast in a fraudulent way. In that regard, the Pa. Supreme Court confirms that the complaining party “have failed to allege that even a single mail-in ballot was fraudulently cast or counted”.

Further, the Pa. Supreme Court even questioned the legitimacy of seeking a relief that involves throwing out millions of votes that have been cast in good faith, stating that “… to persist in seeking to overturn the result of any election by legislative putsch is a fool’s errand — and an arguably unconstitutional one at that”.

I would invite everyone to go and read the Court Opinions (all quotations in this comment are taken from the court’s opinions available online at the Pa. Supreme Court website). Either the Petitioners are acting in bad faith, or they are supremely incompetent at law. Or both.

Corrected: There has been no evidence nor proof that these elections were conducted fairly.

In a normal election it’s possible to prove that most votes were legal. That fraud was minor.

Ball’s in your court. Why did they block observers, deny access? Make last minute rule changes? Rush the certification?

Correct Jo. I believe in US Election related law it is not up to the claimant to prove the votes are illegal but the other side must prove the votes are legal, when it comes down to the “contest” in court.

Burden shifting is not appropriate here. A prima facie case of fraud has not been made, the courts keep repeating there is no evidence that even a single ballot was cast fraudolently, and the state has already certified the votes. The latter alone raises the standard of proof significantly. Lawyers for the petitioners have already tried burden shifting, with no success. President Trump has twit-tried it, which is in itself an inherent concession of hopelessness.

If we really are looking for subtle hints of legitimacy, let’s not forget that manual recounts (where made) have confirmed the original results. But if that does not matter either, then we cannot even agree on first principles.

To your last point – there is no ball, and there is no court. The questions you pose are red herrings – would you run a court challenge with them? Only the words of judges count here.

If only the Democrats hadn’t stopped the counts in five states, thrown out observers, and refused to let them back in, eh? Now they can’t prove the votesw were legal. There is no burden shifting going on. The rules are clear for an election. The Dems broke them and it is obvious to anyone watching the footage of observers being kicked out.

Manual recounts mean nothing if the signatures were not checked (by both sides) and illegal ballots were mixed in with legal ones.

Biden won the popular vote by over 6 million. Arguing the legality over a small number of votes even where the intent of the voter is clear does not alter the fact that the majority of voters prefer Biden to be their next president.

Simon, what is the relevance of the total popular vote when the election is not decided by a total popular vote?
Four years ago when Trump lost the total popular vote it was not relevant, and nothing has changed since to make it relevant.

“If only the Democrats hadn’t stopped the counts in five states, thrown out observers, and refused to let them back in” – Again, red herrings. None of this has anything to do with, let alone proves that, any one ballot was cast fraudulently. The burden is still on the challengers to show that. So far, no evidence (none) that any one ballot was cast fraudulently. It is not me saying it, it is the judges.

“There is no burden shifting going on” – of course there is not – it is still for the challengers to credibly show there was fraud/conspiracy etc. in court – so far, all legal attempts from the Trump campaign and third parties have yet to show anything worth defending from.

“Now they can’t prove the votes were legal” – In court, they do not have to. No challenge so far has even passed the threshold of giving the presumption that anything fraudulent/irregular went on to such an extent that thousands of votes would have to be invalidated.

“The Dems broke them” – no judge has found that any rule was broken in any way that would be decisive to overturn the outcome of the election.

“Manual recounts mean nothing if the signatures were not checked (by both sides) and illegal ballots were mixed in with legal ones” – observers from both parties were allowed to (and did) check the recount of each and every ballot. But maybe they were all part of the conspiracy. If anything, there were many instances of republican observers obstructing the recount.

An election that ‘CAN’ be questioned has failed. It’s all about trust.

That’s why they have been done the same way for centuries. The only time the ballot is out of sigh of observers from all sides is the few seconds when the voter is in the booth.

You come into the voting station ID yourself in front of multiple witnesses/observers.
Have your name crossed off the votes list – in front of those same people.
Be handed 1 ballot in front of those people. Step into the booth and fill it out.
Come out and place 1 ballot into the secure ballot box in front of the same witnesses/observers.
There can be NO dispute that you’re who you say you are, and that you’ve only cast 1 vote.

Same thing with the counting, ballots are NEVER out of sight of witnesses/observers from all interested parties.

The next step on from loss of trust in an election, is blood in the streets.

      Hi Seedy,
It was made clear in Pennsylvania that more people voted by mail than were recorded as having returned their ballot by mail!, and that was only the beginning of the fraud. The eye witness testimony of behavior in some vote counting venues was so bad that rated as worse than 3rd world (an opinion of an expert who had overseen ballots in Afghanistan).

Faced with these issues which indicated that *democracy* had failed utterly (and false ballots could not be sorted anymore from the genuine), the protection of the Republic requires the protections of the US constitution to be used. The US was founded as a Republic.

It is not about Trump. You will find the PA lawmakers will be speaking of the Republic. If fraud prevails then it is the opening for a dictatorship where power is not vested in the will of the people as set out in the Constitution.

As all have observed it is better to secure a voting system before the vote than to afterwards try to secure it as democratic (one legal vote for one legal person)! The principle in PA, based on historical precedent, is that the vote cannot be given to the one who cheated.

PS.None can explain the discrepancy in Biden votes as he has statistically impossible clusters of them (some in areas where there is a 300% turnout) and not much elsewhere and he lost all but one of the bell-weather predictor states (statistically impossible).

          Totally agree.

It’s completely incorrect to run a poll when it has the serious flaws described above.

Something needs to be changed in our societies to restore trust in the voting process: without a reset in voting practice we are lost; this is the Tipping Point and it must be acknowledged as an opportunity to change things for the better.

We can’t survive without this change because in the past the existing arrangements have given us the yokes of : CAGW, bow to CO2, Covid19, stay in lockdown and put your arms out, and with the European Catastrophe it is not an exaggeration to see the collapse of western society.

Problem is, nobody is accountable, it’s always someone else’s fault.

    Morning,
For 4 years & 3 weeks, the party in the US. called “The Democrats” has been anything but democratic!
One survey in the last 10 days has said that 30% of Democrats think that Trump was fraudulently beaten.
17% of Democrats now say that they would vote the other way … American Thinker.com.
45% of Democrats now say that they hither-to haven’t heard of any of the Biden (& family) scandals.
Clearly the Democrats are a disgrace to their fore-bears.
I have no doubt people like; FDR., Truman & Kennedy would be ‘rolling in their graves’!
I hope they’re really proud of the depths to which they have sunk? (Although I’m pretty sure they are!)
I can’t help but often think to the verse in the bible, which says; pride comes before the fall.
The party has clearly gone way too left to be credible to the main-stream, and after this high-water mark, it possibly will spend at least a decade in the “political wilderness”.
( Only time will tell! )

Executive Orders 13848 and 13849 signed in 2018 by Trump under National Emergency auspices which continue to this day.
The EO’s establish very severe penalties for election interference including asset forfeiture, seizing bank accounts, cutting off all electronic forms of banking, etc. in addition to making Federal Felony crimes. Serious stuff.

Anyone, anywhere, who violated 13848 , US or Foreign, can be sanctioned, arrested, tried, convicted and imprisoned. That includes those who hacked voting systems, provided equipment or software, etc and those who participated in the use of such things. Trump set up a trap in 2018 and will soon execute the trap.

Perhaps the crux of the matter is were the Dominion voting machines connected to the internet or not? According to some they were and others they were not. If it can be proven in the US Supreme Court that they were connected in even just one state and the votes were manipulated to swing the result over to Biden then apart form it breaching certain laws, it means the results of all the states that used that system have to be in serious doubt and thus rejected. In that case they have no alternative other than to go to the one state one vote method on deciding who won the election. I am of course no lawyer but I would have thought that would be the most sensible outcome. I am not talking here about whether they can be connected to the internet. Even if they can be it doesn’t mean they were. That would be like saying because we can use a pencil to record our voting intentions on a ballot paper they can be erased and made to favour another person. No, an actual flipping of a state has to be proven using remote access to the machines. Alas, that may be impossible to prove. Let’s wait and see.

Jerome Corsi, PhD, author of so many books across so many domains, is a PhD Constitutional scholar (not a JD) and today offers a stunning Master’s Class in how President Trump will win in Congress — and how Democrats are scrambling to blackmail selected individual Members to get tied delegations to switch to Biden.

My take on this video is if it’s true the Democrats know they have a high probability of losing the election via SCOTUS and that they are now blackmailing selected individual members to get delegations to switch to Biden to block Trump, AND the public are told the truth about all this then civil war is almost a sure thing. It will be dependent on whether the public are well informed and whether they give a damn that they have just had a Venezuela style election. Still not sure about all this and only time will reveal whether any or all of this is in fact real. I’m starting to bight my fingernails.

Jerome Corsi is easy to listen to. He sticks to a clear line of reasoning despite constant interjection from the interviewer. Very easy video to watch though.

He makes some salient points on the State legislatures and their motives. If PA legislature does dismiss the vote then they are braver than Corsi believes.

      80

    • #
      RickWill

Corsi’s approach is to take the case straight to the supreme court on the basis that Trump voters were not given equal rights on Election Day. That is unconstitutional and could be swayed simply on preponderance of statistical evidence rather than actual fact.

There will be an e-book released on Monday to explain this approach. Trump should get favourable treatment at the the Supreme Court. Corsi states that Justice Thomas would welcome the opportunity to have a case for Biden before him.

Corsi indicates that Trump should aim for a ruling before 14th December – the clock is ticking.

If the PA legislature dismisses the vote on similar grounds then that will support any arguments for Trump voters in the Supreme Court – really interesting next two weeks.

The intricacies of all the challenges, lawsuits, affidavits etc. are difficult to keep track of. Just taking an overview and I know all this stuff has been talked about but it’s good to get away from the legals now and again.
Leaving out California and New York where BTW Trump increased his vote by 33% and 7% respectively
Fact 1/ The incumbent, maligned, vilified and pilloried by all and sundry, especially almost all the MSM increases his vote count by 17%.
Fact 2/ The Challenger, generally regarded as perhaps the most uninspiring and lacklustre in history but presented as the benign and gentle old soul who just loves everyone, increases his Party’s vote by 24% compared to his female predecessor.
Fact 3/ Despite being constantly branded as a racist, the incumbent increases his share of ethnic minority votes.
Fact 4/ A total of 18 out of the 19 bell weather counties, which have picked the winner for decades got it wrong.
Some are arguing that the Democrat vote was for the black female vice presidential candidate but this does not equate to facts 2 and 3 above.
Any rational thinking would suggest this result requires forensic scrutiny.

Jerome Corsi, linked at #8, provides a path straight to the Supreme Court. He will publish an e-book on Monday regarding that path. He gives it a very high chance of success within the required time frame.

The other path is through State legislature but PA is the only State where that is in motion.

While time is running out, as I understand it, the Supreme Court has to confirm the decision of the Electoral College.

So Donald Trump may leave the White House and go home but he is still US President until the inauguration.

Which is why stopping the appointment of another fair and conservative and literal constitutional, non activist judge in Amy Comy Barrett was seen as absolutely critical to the whole scheme. It was as clear at the time. Like the fear Trump would not concede and that Biden would, the perpetrators were scared of the power of the Supreme Court if there was no concession.

Serious doubt about the validity of the votes in a number of critical states may be raised in the Supreme Court which may decide not to validate the decision of the Electoral College if widespread fraud can be proven. And the Constitution has allowed for a tie breaker in such circumstances. Like all tie breakers, it is simple, short and final.

    130

    • #
      RickWill

What Corsi is recommending is that there is no need to “prove” fraud. The Supreme Court has made a previous ruling on unconstitutional voting based on statistical analysis of data rather than actual proof of rigging. In that case the ruling left the vote stand because the statistical evidence indicated it would not change the result.

The PA legislature are not looking to “prove” fraud either. They were presented with enough evidence to show that Trump voters and officials were treated differently in selected voting venues. It was unfair – unequal rights; meaning unconstitutional. Individually, many PA senators stated that they had been contacted by constituents who were mistreated on Election Day.

The corralling of Trump observers at some election venues supports the one sided nature of the election officials in key precincts.

If Trump had favourable legacy media, the story would be different.

The rallies clearly demonstrated the high level and visible support for Trump. The momentum is building to call out the election rigging.

I agree. It is sad to see how the US had to come to all this where one court can decide who wins and if enough of the public don’t like the final decision, right or wrong, will very likely resort to civil war. It could have all easily been avoided if they used genuine “watermarked” paper ballots only and proper scrutiny from both sides during the collation and counting processes.

        80

        • #
          TdeF

The fraud does not have to be proven in a court. There is not enough time anyway which is part of the calculation. All that is needed is alleged fraud or illegal voting with substantial evidence and quite sufficient to overturn or even just invalidate the result.

Fraud is common in elections but if it is likely or even possible to reverse the result the founders allowed for a quick solution rather than a second election. They may only need reasonable doubt. It is then a Constitutional matter which is precisely why the Supreme Court exists.

“While time is running out, as I understand it, the Supreme Court has to confirm the decision of the Electoral College.”

You need to understand the process better.

      Election is held.
      Votes are counted.
State legislatures appoint and direct EC voters.
EC Voters present their votes to the senate.
Senate accepts such votes as they deem reliable and count them.

Each state is allowed by the federal constitution to run their voting system as they see fit, providing only that they adhere to constitutional conditions and federal law mandates, which are, other than dates etc, in general terms and fairly broad.

Courts can be asked to adjudicate on matters of state law and so on, which can affect election outcomes at state level.

But where it gets interesting is:

      1) State legislators have the sole responsibility for EC voter selection and direction to those voters under the federal constitution

      2) If a state has NOT finalised its EC voter status by “Safe Harbour” day (this time, 6th Dec), they lose their right to send EC electors

      3) The (fed) senate must accept the votes – they can refuse for any reason, including concern about fraud etc. And they do this on Jan 6.

      4) If there are insufficient EC votes cast and accepted such that no one candidate obtains 270 EC votes, there is a “contingency election” where (fed) house delegates (one per state) vote for who will be president.

So, IF sufficient states are unable or unwilling to certify their elections and/or otherwise do not send EC voters, OR if the federal senate believes that such electors are “unreliable”, there may not be sufficient EC votes for either candidate to get 270 EC votes – if PA, MI and NV all present no EC votes, then as things currently stand, Biden can only get 269 votes.

If there is sufficient kerfuffle about some states results being potentially illegal, the fed senate could reject such votes as well, with the same outcome.

Furthermore, if there is an argument in any state about who is to send and instruct the electors, the federal constitution says that the state legislators are the arbiters – this matters in PA, for instance, where state law allows for the Sec. State to appoint EC electors, but the state house may disagree, and I believe the federal senate would be obliged to accept the house direction.

Now, for a contingency election, this is a house vote (for president – vice president is decided by a senate contingency election), BUT it is important to remember that it is one vote per state, and presumably a majority of house members in that state would be required. While the Dems have an absolute majority in the house, in terms of states, the Republicans have a majority of states( 26 pre-election, 29 post-election), so DJT would presumably win.

It MAY be Trumps strategy to FORCE a contingency election by tying up several states such that their own constitutions and laws prohibit them from certifying the election result, which could result in them not sending EC voters at all. This would be a perfectly legal and constitutional thing to do, but the result would be political chaos that would make the last 4 years look like a picnic.
I don’t think Trump cares much for how he is seen in this regard – if it forces states to clean up their election laws and processes to prevent such a “disaster” from happening again, I believe Trump would consider that a “win”, even if he ultimately lost the election.

The Sidney Powell cases are a completely different matter. Given what she did for Gen Flynn when she was just “angry” about his treatment, and that she has stated she is “furious” over this, I can’t wait to see it all unfold – buying popcorn!

That’s assuming as Coris explained in the video link I posted earlier the Democrats who are supposedly now scrambling to blackmail selected individual Members to get delegations to switch to Biden fail to bribe enough of them when it comes to that point of one state one vote. It would be prudent if such blackmails are being made those being blackmailed should all get together and report it to the public and the appropriate law enforcement agencies, even if it means some will lose their jobs if the allegations are true. This is how dirty the game might have become. It’s sickening even to think even one delegate can be bribed let alone a whole swag of them to block Trump.

Another wonderful commentary on this momentous event, Jo.

It was the outright warmist lies that awakened me to the psyop that the media was running and their inclination to collectively engage in such a deceit and on a global basis to harm all nations.

“History is unfolding and the media are actively hiding it.”

This propensity for deceit now many are starting to see.

“Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.” (Matthew 7:20)

The court of public opinion is now in session.
The court of laws is underway.
The court of justice is being prepared, of that I am sure.

This is the way it has always been. We have been told for an epoch.
It seems to me we are witnessing a lesson of biblical scale afoot.

“Bread obtained by falsehood is sweet to a man,
But afterward his mouth will be filled with gravel.”

As a (somewhat) manic beancounter I view election results from an accountant’s perspective. That is, despite possible inaccuracies, would I sign off the achieved result as a true and fair view of the actual result?
In deep blue states like California & New York it is easy. Any discrepancies due to genuine miscounts or procedural irregulaties will make no difference. Similarly in the deep red states such as Montana, Alabama & Tennessee. It is in the marginals that the election is decided & here the auditors sign-off is crucial. More particularly in the marginal states such as Michigan & Pennsylvannia, the vote was split between deeply red smaller counties & deeply blue very large counties. The opportunity for irregular activities that might swing the election lay in the Democrat cities. The alleged discrepanies by the GOP lawyers (backed up by sworn affidavits) are far greater than the margin of Biden victory. If such anomalies existed in the accounts of a major business, the auditors would refused to sign off until they had investigated further. The onus here would be on those who produced the results.
IMO the alleged problems are numerous. These include (but are not limited to)
    1) Lack of verification of validity of (and separation of) mail-in ballots.
    2) Lack of identification of voter registrations too recent to be on the voter lists at the polling station.
    3) Exclusion of GOP monitors from observing the vote count, whether total or partial by distancing.
    4) Lack of an audit trail within the voter counting software between the scanned votes counted and the produced results. This includes (but is not limited to) full records of manual adjustments, including sign-off by at least a 4-eyes (2 person) principle.
    5) An audit trail of system outages, to ensure the data at reboot is identical to the data at shutdown.
    6) That IT audit procedures are in place & carried out to ensure the integrity & security of the voter counting systems. That includes, but is not limited to, every system user has a unique login with every system entry identified to their account.

These audit procdures are in place in large multinational corporations and many smaller ones. Should they not also be in place to elect the leader of the free world & the premier superpower?

      https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2020/11/republicans-plan-occupy-georgia-state-house-response-secretary-state-ordering-dominion-voting-machines-wiped/

As far as I can follow and quoting from the article, the chain of events goes like this:

      1. Georgia Secretary of State Raffensperger claims that he was ordering them to be reset ahead of the senate runoff election, but a reset would wipe all votes from the general election — the results of which are still being hotly contested by the Trump campaign.

      2. The deletion had been temporarily stopped on Sunday, when Judge Timothy C. Batten, Sr. issued an order to freeze ALL Dominion voting machines in the state of Georgia

      3. Judge Timothy C. Batten, Sr reversed course within hours.

      4. A federal judge ordered officials not to reset the machines.

      5. The volatile and unknown situation has lead to Republican activists and organizers to call for a full on occupation of the Georgia State House on Monday — as well as protest at the Secretary of State’s house.

      # # #

Question: will we see an armed occupation similar to the coronavirus lockdown protest at Michigan’s state capitol building in May?

The issue is not whether Trump’s case has merit. This is the biggest election fraud in US history and a coup.

The issue is that no or few people in positions of power or the judiciary seem to care.

The corruption runs deep and getting rid of the evil-doers was what Trump was referring to when he talked about “draining the swamp”.

Sadly, Trump was either naive with respect to the amount of corruption or too soft, despite being a tough talker (such as not getting rid of non-performer Bill Barr) or both.

This has all happened because free thinkers of the Right such as conservatives remained silent for decades while the Left never stopped and fulfilled Rudi Dutschke’s plan conceived in the 1960’s of “the long march through the institutions”. Today the Left have infested all government, educational, military, charity and business institutions, not to mention even conservative political parties such as the US Republicans or Australian Liberals.

Excellent video from ‘Zooming in With Simone Gao’ interviewing PA legislator Frank Ryan following the Hearing in Pennsylvania this week. He clearly sets out the issues to be dealt with, the problems involved in doing so and possible options to make it happen.

    Thoroughly recommended!

What I find so utterly staggering in all this is the plain fact that the US democarcy is a freaking shambles at an implementation level. You have states who fiddle with electorate boundaries to their hearts content, you have different rules for voter registration and a long history of frustrating the registration of certain ethnoc/cultural groups who as citizens are otherwise eligible as awell as different rules for voting and counting votes in each state even when voting for a federal representative or national president.

Forget all the hoo haa allegations about cheating, the shambles looks like a cheats paradise if you ask me. E pluribus, pluribus. What a joke. Its about time the yanks took a good hard look at themselves. Unfortunately they are so far up themselves with their puffed up pride that is highly unlikely.

A mate of mine who is a merchant banker with projects on the go in West Africa, Canada and the US tells me the US is the most corrupt place to do business. Having a good look at their political carry on it is clear as to why. Its a made for shyster’s system it seems to me.

PS I think this ‘voter fraud’ thing is BS, a fraud in itself but I guess the issue really is that it is not implausible. In this country it would be just laughed out of any pub in the country thanks to our sytems. No high tech scanning and voting machines supplied by spivs with a key to the decision maker’s back door, just rock up ID and sign in, vote with a tick or numbers and put it in the box. I once voted ‘no f&*%$#g dams in the Franklin River referendum and guess what, it was counted (as ‘informal’). ‘Informal’ won the day and everyone knew it.

          In Reply to Howell’s comment.

I have zero symptom for the evil plotters who were controlled by the Chinese and who will be directly and publicly implicated in the 2020 Chinese plan to incapacitate the US, which has failed.

Trump said, last week in an interview: “But I think that there will be a lot of things happening between now and the 20th of January, a lot of things.”

Trump said, Fox phone interview yesterday: “By the way, if Republicans allow it to happen, you’ll never have another Republican elected in the history of this country at a Senate level or at a presidential level. You’ll never or at the House level.”

The idiot evil plotters have left a complete record of their plot on the Frankfort server. It is surreal how much organized evil stuff is on that server. There is evidence of a second Chinese advance biological agent used in the US.

The Frankfort server info is the greatest find in intelligence history. The US now have a smart adaptive plan which will and is taking full advantage of this and all other intel.

The US Milt have an advanced AI that makes the US team that is defending the US from the 2020 attack on the US, unbeatable.

The US Milt and the Chinese Milt, have both independently, had a significant advancement in ‘AI’ technology. The Chinese have isolated their AI.

          https://richardsonpost.com/howellwoltz/19050/trump-will-win-heres-why/

Howell said: ‘They’ are definitely enemies of the United States and its Constitution—but also of all free people….. ….When 71 of precincts out of just one city (Milwaukee, Wisconsin) have more votes than voters (up to 350%) that’s all one needs to know.

When this fraud is precisely repeated in six Democrat stronghold states using the same methods and the same Tech Oligarch’s cash (Zuckerberg), it is a coup d’etat.

Full transcript of bombshell interview: Gen. Michael Flynn, Gen. Thomas McInerney with Brannon Howse – Identity of KRAKEN revealed

    Michael Flynn:

I say all that and on one hand and the other hand as I just described, we have clear paths to victory for this President. Frankly, he’s going win Pennsylvania. He’s going to win Arizona. He’s going to win Georgia. He’s going to win Nevada. He’s going to win Michigan. The other one that he’s probably going to pull in is Wisconsin too, because there’s a discrepancy in Wisconsin of 130,000 vigilant ballots that they just found, they just discovered. There’s a lot of things happening and it’s all, to me, it’s all positive. I was asked today on a scale of 1 to 10, who will be the next President, and I said, 10 it’ll be Donald Trump. It’ll be president Trump. There’s no doubt in my mind that he won this election hands down in a landslide, probably somewhere between 350 and 400 electoral college votes.

What we have seen is over, and I know this, over the last probably two decades and probably longer, I can give you a little bit of a history lesson in that, but I won’t. But over the last couple of decades, what we have seen is a complete shift in how fast I believe that communist China in their long-term plan decided that to sort of move up their plans to become the global superpower, sole global superpower on the planet. Their sort of plan was by about the middle of this century that we’re in right now, and I believe when during the last 2016 election, when they didn’t get the candidate that they needed and the kind of ideology that they saw America moving towards, they were not going to allow 2020 to happen, and so now what we have is this theft with mail in ballots. The theft with this software, Smartmatic software and Dominion, these dominion systems.

These are systems that are not owned by this country. They’re owned by other — they were introduced into this country. How can we say as the United States of America, how can we say that we accept a system that is not made in this country and in many cases, the ballots aren’t even tallied in this country? How can we say that here in this country that we accept that?

    Brannon Howse:

Let me just stop you there General because you just said something very interesting. You just said that who has just opened up the kraken, and then you just described what the kraken was. We all know the term because of a Sydney Powell using it, but you just said what it is. Can you back up on that?

    General Mclnerney:

Yes. Sidney got the term kraken. It was actually the nickname of the 305th military intelligence battalion, and that has been her source along with other sources that Mary and I know about, but we don’t want to talk about. We’re getting the different sources that are relaying this, but the important thing is they identified, now get this, they identified China, Iran and Russia as being involved in this and manipulating the vote.

In addition, the US special forces command seized a server farm in Frankfurt, Germany, because they were sending this data from those six states through the internet to Spain and then into Frankfurt, Germany. Special operation forces seize those that facility so they have those servers and they know all this data they are providing.

    Brannon Howse:

Did that go down without incident? did that seizure go down without incident?

    General Mclnerney:

Well, I’ve heard it didn’t go down without incident, and I haven’t been able to verify it. I want to be careful in that. It’s just coming out, but I understand my initial report is that there were US soldiers killed in that operation. Now, that was a CIA operation, and so that’s the very worrisome thing. Did that occur because of what Mary and I and Allen were notifying on the Sunday and the Monday in different networks that this was going to happen, that they were using hammer and scorecard, and so they decided to bounce it overseas, so the server farms and the hammer and scorecard we’re using in the continental United States, couldn’t be used? I don’t know that. In any case, it makes it more vulnerable because when you start moving that kind of data overseas, other people look at it,

    Brannon Howse:

But you are saying that was a CIA facility, and that was where the server was taken from by these special forces, was a CIA facility in Germany.

    More Pop Corn

Situation Update – Nov. 28th – ART OF WAR: How Trump won the election BEFORE Nov. 3rd… now it’s just playing out for all to see

In that order, Trump declared a national emergency, meaning the 2020 election took place under a national emergency order. This allowed Trump and white hat elements inside the DoD to set up a SCIF and monitor the election theft happening in real time. Trump allowed the Democrats to steal the election, in other words, so that they would entrap themselves in a grand scheme of treason and cyber warfare that would ultimately lead to the downfall of the entire Democrat party.

Trump then dispatched DoD personnel to raid server farms in Frankfurt, Barcelona and Toronto, acquiring the physical servers that recorded all the digital proof of the election fraud. These servers, along with results from Kraken, the DoD’s cyber warfare information gathering system, were handed over to DIA cyber crimes and counterterrorism analysts, who produced irrefutable, bombshell evidence that was turned over to Sidney Powell for use in her lawsuits. Powell is going to roll out these military intelligence witnesses during the trials, sending shockwaves around the world.

Trump, it turns out, is running an “Art of War” scenario on the Democrats. He feigns weakness where he has strength. He feigns strength where he is weak. He attacks in unexpected ways, and he already planned the full victory of this entire election battle long before the election even began. Democrats vastly underestimated Trump because they believed their own characterizations of him as a “stupid” person. So they carried out wholesale, brazen election theft under the assumption that Trump was too stupid to notice, while in reality, Trump had laid the trap for them to walk right into. And emboldened by their own arrogance and lust for power, they fell for it.

And the Germans. with their Chancellor really not some one who is known for having any respect for Trump, is keeping real quiet about Trump sending in specialist troopers to commit what could be an act of war on German territory so that what, not to upset the timing of Trumps well planned entrapment of the Democrats ??? I find it hard to decide how much of this whole election situation is facttual, how much is fiction, how much is fantasy and/or just plain lies ?
I am not even sure that time will reveal the truth ?
Anyone who followed the shooting down of MH17 over the Ukraine will be familiar with the final court outcome due to the indisputable facts that were eventually filtered out dispite the multiple attempts to deflect investigations.
The Russian involvement was obvious, but their methods of preventing that being established consisted of releasing multiple streams of false “information/clues” to confuse and miss lead the investigators and the world media.
That was a much smaller “event” compared to the US election, but the tactics of miss information was very effective if only in terms of delaying the outcome for years.
..and even now, 6 years on, justice has yet to be achieved there !

Somebody posted recently that Xi has shortened his original claim to world domination by 2050 and is now saying it will be within this decade; would his favourite Hollywood movie be The Manchurian Candidate, the 1962 version deepfaked so Ray Shaw gets Hunter Biden’s face?

According to Hamilton & Ohlberg, Hidden Hand page 154, there’s been free transfer of information between Silicon Valley and the CCP since at least 1989 when the Silicon Valley Chinese Engineers Association (SCOBA) was created. Interesting year 1989…

New reports about election manipulation read like a Tom Clancy novel

On Friday, a retired top Air Force intelligence analyst stated with certainty during an interview that special forces had secured a CIA-run facility in Germany that had computers showing election manipulation. If this report is real, we are witnessing the biggest coup attempt, sabotage, and treason in American history. No matter what, though, because this report is out there and comes from serious people, it deserves serious investigation.

I have no idea whether this raid happened. Its having taken place, however, is consistent with my ruminations about Trump’s peculiarly-timed shake-up at the Pentagon: Firing defense secretary Mark Esper and replace him with Christopher Miller, a special forces man; moving special forces into their own command, rather than having them function as subsets of other military branches; and firing potentially disloyal members of the civilian Defense Policy Board. These actions indicated that Trump was clearing the decks for something big.

In this post, I’ll sum up the most recent reports about events in Germany, although without taking any stand as to their veracity because I can’t take a stand. I don’t know enough.

Is it me, or does that sound just like a military-techno thriller? That doesn’t mean, though, that it’s untrue. After all, if I hadn’t lived through the coup attempt against Trump, the tech tyrants’ censorship against conservatives from the president on down, and the general lunacy of 2020, but had instead read all that in a book, I would have pronounced the book too far-fetched.

Additional corroboration for Adams’ report comes from Lt. General Thomas McInerney, who did an interview with the WVW Broadcast Network. During the interview, he stated (beginning at 41:45) that he too had heard reports about events in Germany.

      Yeah.
Sounds exactly like the usual setup for a classic strongman military coup.

Whether or not that sounds like a good idea to you will depend on your opinion of the purported genius of Donald Trump and his offspring.

A “strongman” military coup is headed by one of the top military leaders. Trump has put those very generals and admirals in the US military offside with his criticism of how they refuse to pull back US involvement all over the world.

I heard the CIA Frankfurt server is the biggest find in intelligence history and the US Milt are now leading the investigation into an alleged CIA/FBI conspiracy to directly interfere in and to cover-up the interference in the US 2020 election.

I heard that Milt investigative team will make announcements early January. That is a long time to wait for Trump and for us! As noted above, there is also talk about the detection of a second advance biological weapon use in the US.

      https://themarshallreport.wordpress.com/2020/11/21/trump-orders-useucom-to-seize-scytl-servers-in-germany/

President Trump’s Forces used a military unit attached to USEUCOM (United States European Command) to get a CIA computer facility to hand over evidence in Frankfurt Germany. By using this method, with U.S. law enforcement present to take custody of the evidence, that evidence is now under the control of the Department of Justice through US Attorneys. Because of the way it was obtained, it can all be used in court or other judicial proceedings.

Both the head of the CIA, Gina Haspel, and the head of the FBI, Christopher Wray were not informed of the operation taking place in advance. Both of them had been aggressively working to undermine and sabotage the Trump Administration.

Why Hasn’t Kamala Harris Resigned From the U.S. Senate Yet?

But, she could. And given the contested nature of the election results, a resignation from the U.S. Senate by Kamala Harris would be an incredibly bold and symbolic move that would tell the country that the Biden-Harris team is 100 percent confident that they are the legitimate victors of the 2020 election.

    But, no resignation has occurred.

It’s not as though her vacancy would potentially alter the balance of the U.S. Senate. California Governor Gavin Newsom, a Democrat, would appoint her successor to serve out the remainder of her Senate term.

if Kamala Harris resigned immediately, it’s safe to say that Newsom will appoint a reliably radical left wing Democrat to serve out the remainder of her term. Regardless of the outcome of the Georgia runoff elections, Harris’s seat would be quickly be filled. So, that’s a non-issue.

If I were on Team Biden, I’d be suggesting that Kamala Harris resign from the U.S. Senate immediately. Could you think of a more definitive and symbolic act that would project confidence in the legitimacy of the results of the election? I can’t. Joe Biden selecting people for his administration doesn’t mean anything. He’s not, in any legal sense, the president-elect. But Kamala Harris resigning from the U.S. Senate would be a significant demonstration of confidence that the results of the election were legitimate.

But, something tells me that won’t happen. Trump’s legal team has challenges going on in multiple states, and they’ve collected an extraordinary amount of evidence that they say will be revealed over the next couple of weeks. Perhaps the reason we’re not getting the demonstration of confidence in the results of the election from Kamala Harris is that they are waiting for the legal challenges. And for Kamala, that’s a safe move. As much as the media is trying to downplay the significance of Trump’s legal challenges and the accusations of voter fraud, these issues will eventually get their day in court. If the Trump team has the goods this election may not be over yet… and maybe Kamala would rather play it safe than give up her seat in the U.S. Senate prematurely.
