BidenGate breaks: Facebook, Twitter censor the Whitehouse as “unsafe”, but FBI did nothing?

Hard to say what’s bigger in the October Surprise. Joe Biden gets caught lying in an alleged pay-for-play scandal, Facebook and Twitter do naked political censorship to influence the US election in a “Digital Civil War” , or that the FBI was given all the information last year and didn’t say a thing.

Everything the Democrats accused Trump of doing they were apparently doing themselves.

US House Judiciary Committee publishes Hunter Biden secret Ukrainian email story in full

Michael Smith news:

Hunter Biden introduced his father, then-Vice President Joe Biden, to a top executive at a Ukrainian energy firm less than a year before the elder Biden pressured government officials in Ukraine into firing a prosecutor who was investigating the company, according to emails obtained by The Post.

Joe Biden says he’s “never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings.”

Donald Trump in the NY Post:  Vice President Biden, you owe the people of America an apology because it turns out you are a corrupt politician,”… “The Biden family treated the vice presidency as a for-profit corporation, flying around the globe, collecting millions of dollars from China and Ukraine and Russia and other countries.”

Trump said the reporting indicates, however, that “Joe Biden has been blatantly lying about his involvement in his son’s corrupt business dealings.” “These emails show that Biden’s repeated claim that he has never spoken to Hunter about his business dealings were a complete lie,” Trump said. “He’s trying to cover up a massive pay for play scandal at the heart of his vice presidency.”

“Hunter was being paid for access to his vice-president father, who was specifically put in charge of Ukraine and Russia,” Trump said. “It’s a corrupt family. Joe Biden personifies the selfish and corrupt globalists who got rich and powerful at your expense.”

Radioactive? Facebook won’t even let The NY Post, a major US Newspaper, share its own article

Facebook jumped so fast, they were stopping it spreading before their own “fact-checkers” even come up with a reason:

Facebook has reduced the distribution of a New York Post story containing bombshell information indicating that — contrary to his previous denials — Joe Biden allegedly did meet with an adviser to the board of Burisma while he was vice president, arranged by his son Hunter, who was then working as a lobbyist for the company. Twitter followed suit soon after, labeling links to the story “unsafe.”

The emails were found on a computer dropped off for repair 18 months ago. The service was never paid for or the laptop retrieved. The repair shop couldn’t say who dropped off the lap top, but it had a sticker from the Beau Biden Foundation, and after all, the contents include emails from and to Hunter and even films that appear to show him in highly compromising “intimate” action. The owner alerted the FBI who seized it last December, but apparently didn’t do anything else. The repair shop kept a copy of the hard drive and gave it to Rudy Giuliani.  Apparently there’s a lot more to come.

The ABC says the authenticity is disputed but has no information other ad homs against Steve Bannon or Guiliani. So far the Biden camp have not disputed that the emails are real, and nor have the FBI. Biden’s campaign point to a recent Republican-led Senate investigation that found “no evidence of wrongdoing on Mr Biden’s part with regard to Ukraine.” Though obviously, that investigation didn’t have these emails.

Joe Biden, NY post, Emails, graft, corruption, headlines, censorship.

Things that are “unsafe” to see three weeks before the US election.

The Legacy media think this censorship is so laudable they use it as evidence that the BidenGate emails are meaningless. Here’s MSNBC “fighting for free speech”:

And now we have Wednesday’s Post article, which is so thin that Twitter has blocked people from accessing or sharing it. Even Facebook, not known for swift action, is slowing the story’s spread on its platform.

“Not known for swift action” indeed. Facebook was happy to let people promote any baseless allegation about Donald Trump. It’s supposed to be a platform, not a publisher.

The Players: The Ukrainian gas firm is “Bursima”. Vadym Pozharskyi is an adviser to the board of Burisma. He approached Hunter Biden (Joe’s son) in 2014 “asking Hunter for “advice on how you could use your influence”. Hunter was given a job with Bursima for $50k a month or even more.

The new emails come in a large trove and show Pozharsky thanking Hunter for inviting him to D.C. ” giving an opportunity to meet your father and spent [sic] some time together.”

Less than eight months after Pozharskyi thanked Hunter Biden for the introduction to his dad, the then-vice president [Biden] admittedly pressured Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko and Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk into getting rid of Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin by threatening to withhold a $1 billion US loan guarantee during a December 2015 trip to Kiev.

I looked at them and said: I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money,” Biden infamously bragged to the Council on Foreign Relations in 2018. “Well, son of a bitch. He got fired.”

Facebook is just an arm of The Democrats:

Sohrab Amhari, NY Post: If ‘unreliable’ is the issue, why did social media never block anti-Trump stories?

“Andy Stone, a member of Facebook’s p.r. team, said, “We are reducing [the Post story’s] distribution on our platform.” Before joining the social-media giant, Stone worked for Democratic Sen. Barbara Boxer and the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, yet he insisted that Facebook’s action was “part of our standard process to reduce the spread of misinformation.” Right.”

Twitter  describe the allegations against Biden as “unsafe”. (Unsafe for Twitter perhaps?)

Twitter are locking out the WhiteHouse Press Secretary,  Kayleigh McEnany, for sharing the story. Even the office of the leader of the free world has no free speech.

Twitter and Facebook don’t just have a vested interest in getting corrupt Big Gov elected, it’s practically their business model.  The last thing the Tech Giants want is  to “Drain The Swamp Trump” to get reelected:

From Air Force One before the rally, Trump tweeted he wanted to repeal the companies’ protection under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, for operating as publishers rather than neutral hosts of third-party content.

Trump threatens their Big-Government protection racket, and an anti-trust case might break them up.

Big Tech and Big Media have been censoring skeptical scientists for years. Now they censor major media outlets and even The Whitehouse. As long as they do this, sharing the censored news is just a public service announcement.

What is science without free speech….

And where was the FBI?

h/t David E, BruceC, Another Ian, Orson, Ian Hilliar and HelenD.

UPDATE: ConservativeTreehouse have more images and ask useful questions about who took the photos on this laptop and whether there was some blackmail intent about the photos of “explicit acts”.

Did the FBI and U.S. Attorney in Delaware bury the laptop in order to stop the information from surfacing?  Was U.S. Attorney General Bill Barr aware this laptop and content was in the custody of the Delaware USAO?

Who took the pictures and videos of Hunter Biden and what where they going to be used for?  Was this a corrupt Ukrainian effort to compromise U.S. officials; or are there Russian interests involved?

So many questions….

Thank you, I have and will continue to do so. T

The back story of the foundation and growth of Suckerberg’s empire is also one of … um …
a certain lack of morality/honesty too.

So watching the anti-“Social” media lining up with the Democraps is not surprising. Not surprising
at all. Sometimes I’m surprised that American money is not ink free, so much of it is laundered.

Ah! Time to feel the Schadenfreude! The glee at the guilty graft-ridden corruptoCrats getting exposed!

This sight limited Mac repairman shall be feted a national Hero for exercising good conscience after the corrupt FBI let him and the nation down again. And MAGAProps to the saviour of New York for assisting another rescue, former New York City Mayor Giuliani, for this story’s timely exposure!

And dear Joanne — you have provided your readers from abroad the most concise, accurate and even elegant condensation of this heinous crime family tale. Read it again, my fellow Americans, and vote accodingly:

The obvious question to Facebook and Twitter is why they never censored the Russian collusion lies against Trump, even after the hoax was uncovered, but censor a very plausible story against Biden that came from a trusted media outlet ?.

IMO – If Trump does lose this election, he should invest in a new Trump search engine to replace Google, a new social media site to replace Facebook and a new public chat app to replace Twitter. Revenge would be sweet 🙂

I wouldn’t say the FBI have been ‘AWOL’ … they’ve had the laptop since December 2019, yet nothing was said about it during the entire Trump impeachment scandal. This one piece of evidence would’ve stopped Schiff and his goons in it’s tracks.

The FBI sat on it! … not knowing that Guiliani had a copy of the hard drive.

And they seized Congressman Anthony Weiner’s laptop from the NY Police who wanted to prosecute the Clintons for their many separate private trips to Jeffrey Epstein’s ‘sex island’ with underage girls. The Chief of NY police said he would arrest them. It was Weiner’s laptop and his ex-‘wife’ is Huma Abadin, Hilary Clinton’s private assistant since she was 18 and when Hilary was Secretary of State. So you can only conclude Huma gave her old laptop to Weiner. She may have erased everything, but only the directory entries. It was all still there! And the State Department secret communications. The laptop has also vanished. The difference is the original owner kept a copy of the hard drive. I wonder if the NY Police Department did the same?

There is much more to come from both laptops, including photos. But not if the FBI can find it first. And of course Jeffrey Epstein committed suicide and the TV outside his cell just broke at the same time.

        House of Reps now asking the question to Wray (FBI Director);

        1) Was the FBI in possession of the laptop and hard drive that was documented in the New York Post article?
        2) Did the FBI take any steps to authenticate the laptop, hard drive, and data that was uncovered?
        3) Did anyone at the FBI brief officials at the Department of Justice or at the White House about this laptop or hard drive at any point since December 2019?
        4) Why did the New York Post have the information about this laptop and hard drive before the American people?

We request answers to these questions by Thursday, October 22, 2020 at 5 PM.

They could ask about the massively incriminating Abadin/Weiner/State Department Lenovo laptop while they were at it. And the connected suicide of Jeffrey Epstein, which clearly was not a suicide.

Giuliani is one of Trumps personal lawyers, they have been on top of this since late last year.

Steve Bannon disclosed the existence of the hard drive in late September.
Giuliani went to the Ukraine right after the call the crazies impeached Trump over.

The story that FNC relates about the Mac repair shop owner is that his sight is poor. And that he believes it was Hunter who dropped of the laptop for repair because of water damage.

Exploring the contents, he realised it importance and his messages to a few US Senators generated no replies. Therefore he contacted the FBI,

But with all the unfairness of the Democrats going on over the Supreme Court nominee vetting of Judge Amy Coney Barret, he acted. Justice was being denied, again it seemed

Another reason was that he feared for his own life!

This story has legs. The actions of the Big Tech Oligarchs ensures it will. Plus, the coming exposes from further contents.

And the intimate videos on it sure seem to seal the deal that this is, indeed, material from Hunter Biden’s own private possession. There’s nothing like salacious and illicit drug use to generate gossip to bypass the political censors and ensure the spread of this story.

    Wow.

What is science without free speech….

Indeed, Jo, what could it be other than very bad science?

But kudos to Amy Coney Barrett for refusing to discuss a question from Kamala Harris … ““climate change is happening and it’s threatening the air we breathe and the water we drink” since the question was every bit as contentious and political as the asker intended it to be. I see that the left wing media has spun the judges informed answer as climate change scepticsm or even denial when that is not what was said.

God help America if the Democrats win next month because no one else will.

If the Dems win, I think you will have civil war as people finally realize they have effectively elected communists into power.

The first thing the Dems will do is outlaw firearm ownership. It will get seriously ugly at that point as americans realize whats going on and will fight tooth and nail for thier freedoms. Maybe its a fight that was always coming as the US has become complacent and ignorant of the long march of communists through all aspects of American society.

@steve, Not all of us are complacent nor ignorant (BTW, thanks for the slur).

Millions of us Trump voters are all too aware of the threat of Communism in our midst. It’s now been brought home to many more with the rise of antiFa who openly declare it.

Since you aren’t an American you could at least have the courtesy of refraining from statements of that ilk.

I do not think that Original Steve was casting a slur. As a Wyoming Yank (our motto: “Welcome to Wyoming. Consider everyone armed.”) I took no offense to the comment about complacency and ignorance. Quite frankly, I agree. To many people are ignorant (some willfully so) and WAY to many are complacent. If it is changing, and I hope it is, then Biden/Harris will go down in a landslide, and Pelosi will be up on charges of corruption as well.

          A couple of weeks will tell the tale … … … … …

Thanks Vlad. Wyoming seems like a nice place, I’d like to vist one day.

I figured its worth making a point generally that despite what some people might think, I have the highest respect for the USA. I see pleasing levels of concern and involvement in politics and civics you often dont see elesewhere, and a determined willingness to take bad stuff to task directly. Its the non nonsense approach that has made the USA the superpower it is.

Expanding on previous thoughts, it seems the Left has taken a multi pronged approach ( across the whole planet ) to subverting most of all countries civic institutions, especially the education sector, which is critical to brainwashing students and future voters into socially and democratically corrosive Leftist thought patterns.

What I do see is that somtimes people dont seem to join the dots – they see individual actions of PC, militant leftist thugs, and mainstreamed leftist political parties but maybe dont tie it all back to its communist roots under the surface, which appears to be driving the current attempted militant marxist revolution currently under way in the USA.

PC is clever – it appears to be just thought control using marxism as a template. Militant leftist thugs appear to be the ones looting and burning cities in the US currently ( and we have our own brand here, but they wear suits and sit in politics… ) and then you have mainstreamed political parties who throw bullying tantrums and refuse to concede defeat and appear to have basically threatened to burn the country down because they cant get their own way like petulant, delinquent children.

I have quite a few US friends, many of whom have openly said they are Trump voters, and I’m cool with that. In fact I dont really care who votes for what – thats thier right and I support that and will always defend their right to free speech, even if I dont like whats being said, as its the cornerstone for Democracy. What I cant tolerate, regardless of their background, is anyone who does illegal stuff – they deserve jail time, especially if they threaten peoples right to a quiet life and quiet enjoyment of their own country.

Interestingly, all through uni and beyond, I have enjoyed the company of an incredibly diverse range of friends across the political, religious, lifestyle and social ranges, which is great because you can see peoples’ points of view. I also think its worth repeating that you can agree to disagree on things and still be friends, what is most critical is being allowed to voice your opinion, as thats the cornerstone of freedom and liberty.

              Greetings to you, O.S.:

Should the opportunity to visit ever come up, plan to do your visit in either May or September.

Second largest city: Casper (where I live), energy capital of the State; largest city: Cheyenne, our State Capitol; a nice place, but tends to be a ‘bedroom community’ for the Ft. Collins-Denver-Boulder-C. Springs-Pueblo Front Range Metroplex, and is trending ‘socialist’ (liberal in Yankee parlance).

Trump won the state in ’16 with 68% of the vote (making us #2 to West Virginia at 68.5% of the vote), and may hit 75 – 80% next month. Not that we’re an Electoral College powerhouse (three votes, total!). Least populous State of the 50 (or 57, if you listen to Barack Hussien) at just under a half-mil. Brutal winters, sizzling summers, and all the friendly people you could ever hope to meet. Brew pubs are slowly becoming more prevalent. A company out of Sheridan, where rifle manufacturer Weatherby recently relocated after fleeing California, makes a brown “Saddle Bronc” ale that I really like. Just the barest hint of sweet, as it slides over the taste buds … … …

When I attended my undergrad Geology/Geophysics program, we had two grad students from New Zealand in the department. They were truly a delight, and from what I could tell, enjoyed their stay in the States. Before finishing, and returning to NZ, they traveled extensively throughout the Rocky Mountain West, up into Canada (as subjects of the Crown, I would suspect they were welcomed there as well), and if memory serves, a short foray into Mexico one winter, between semesters. Of course, this was the 70’s, and things were somewhat different back then.

I suppose that if things do NOT go well on 03 November (04 for y’all Down Under), the previously used initials of “BC” and “AD” will come to mean

              “B.C.” = Before Covid

              “A.D.” = After Donald

              Regards to all,

Howdy from Windy Wyoming, Another Ian:

Well, OK, I do not think I actually was ‘hiding’ anything. I did state that the winters are brutal, and that is mostly due to the incessant wind. Cold, yes; snow, yes; but the wind(s) can and do induce some form of insanity in too much of the population (myself included) [and note that I finally managed to spell “too” correctly this time, unlike my previous post].

Very often, when someone is considering moving to certain parts of Wyoming, one of the first things the ‘native’ population (been here 40 years, moved here from Salt Lake City, Utah, so I’m “almost native”) will tell the prospective resident is about the wind. No one hides it; we take pains to let potential residents know that they are in for hurricane-force winds (oooops!!!! sorry, typhoon-force winds) without mercy.

As we like to say, “The wind does NOT blow in Wyoming. It’s just that Nebraska SUCK!S!!!!!” Typo intentional to see if I can bypass moderation.

                I’m sure that will put this post into moderation … … … … …

                Or not … …

                Best wishes for everyone,

Definitely NOT a bad choice, Robert R. You can get everything from the sub-tropical Gulf Coast environment/climate, to some mid-high desert country in the far west of Texas (near New Mexico), and just about everything else in between.

Plus the history (Civil War and Alamo and all that … ). Some friends just moved to Houston in hopes of applying at NASA. I did the humidity thing a number of years ago, and decided that the high desert ( > 1500 metres ) was for me, despite the bitterly cold winters.

Good fishing in the Gulf, and NO, it is NOT destroyed by all of the oil rigs in the Gulf. To hear the local warmunists, you’d think the Gulf was a cesspool of floating oil, dead and dying fish and molluscs, and aquatic mammals dying on ‘porpoise’.

                Sorry, couldn’t resist … … …

        And not just America!

Extreme communist Jeremy Corbyn, leader of the UK Labor party. They infiltrate an organization like Labor or the Democrats and not a single one of them is a communist. Of course. No one is a communist.

Our own Dear Leader Daniel Andrews who has done his own private and illegal deal with the Chinese Communist Party, completely outside the Australian Constitution where like America, foreign affairs are the exclusive right of the Federal government.

And he has used the Chinese flu to legislate for his own private army with powers not retrained by the law at all. Plus in his second term of 6 months of absolute power, he is again using the Chinese flu as his cover. It has been a total shutdown of the Victorian government and cabinet and he has all the senior public servants on his side. His ‘Progressive’ department head Eccles wanted to introduce a new order with infinite money and no oversight.

Luckily Eccles was caught but Andrews is still being protected by many of his appointees and all his ministers are still lying. And the judicial inquiry (not trial) he set up to cover his tracks has backfired because everyone can see and knows who is responsible for the deaths in Victoria including the bushfires.

There was a reason Public Service head Eccles lied three times under oath and no one is asking why? “It seems I did make that call”, as if he didn’t know that. Now Eccles cannot remember what he said. But the SMSs before and after the call make it clear. He should be prosecuted under the laws passed by his boss, which means he is also guilty of 800 counts of manslaughter.

Lock them all up. It’s not just America which is under siege. And Climate Change is running out of steam, so we are down to bio weapons to disrupt Western democracies, strangely the only countries punished and spending trillions in hard currency to prevent the perfectly natural rise of CO2. Show me a Green politician who is not a devoted Communist and I will catch the tooth fairy.

Sure, but it is against the very spirit of Federalism and the Constitution even though the Constitution is silent on such matters, mainly because of our history as independent colonies. However that has evolved in the last century.

            Consider

            and in particular

“Since Australia’s coming of age in the international community, there is no
doubt that the federal executive possesses full capacity to conduct Australia’s
relations with foreign countries. This power includes making, terminating, and
            performing treaties; declaring peace and war; annexing and ceding territory;
seizing land or goods as conquest; appointing ambassadors; and so on.

As one High Court judge has stated in relation to treaty-making, “the federal executive,
through the Crown’s representative, possesses exclusive and unfettered treatymaking power“.
In short, the power conferred by the Constitution on the executive enables it to undertake all
executive action appropriate to the spheres of responsibility vested in the Commonwealth,
including the conduct of relations with other countries.”

and there is the general principle that if the Federal government and State Governments disagree in law, Federal law overrides State law. So while the Dear Leader presumes to bypass the Federal government and make treaties as an independent State, he is simply trying it on. And that may explain entirely why he refused the assistance of the (Federal) army with the consequent deaths of 800 people.

This is also behind the Russia scam against Donald Trump. As in all Federations, the states retain all their own powers. Health, Police, Education and nearly everything except International affairs, defence, currency, bonds, duties and international trade.

So to get the FISA board to allow spying on the Trump campaign, they lied to the FISA court that they had corroborating evidence on the Pee dossier, evidence they knew was simply Steele leaking to the press. Otherwise they had nothing at all.
But as it was International, they could use the act to bypass the Fourth Amendment and what was done by Strzok and Comey et al., up to the Clintons, Biden and Obama will see them all facing long jail terms. And the Steele dossier itself was sponsored by Clinton through Fusion GPS. 40 people were jailed over Watergate. This is much bigger.

Our Dear Leader can get involved and assist all the private trade deals he likes but not commit the state of Victoria, which is not a business at all, directly to trade deals or international trading. A government can only raise taxes and spend them on its citizens. International business is an exclusive Federal right and alone issues Bonds to fund International debt and the Federal deficit. Victoria is not a commercial entity for doing business directly overseas. I would suggest that as the first state to do so, so called ‘Green Bonds‘ are Andrew’s attempt to start trading overseas directly using ‘Climate Change’ as a cover and raising money directly overseas. And the Belt and Road is the next step. Morrison is right to shut it down as illegal overreach. And the High Court will support Morrison.

Unless Andrews wants to secede and create his own Communist state with his own army, navy, airforce, currency and Victorian bonds, his empire is bound by Federal laws and exclusive rights in international matters. I suspect Morrison will deal with the “Green Bonds” when the place settles down.

so much writing to read but I found one word in there. “Australia”

              there is no
doubt that the federal executive possesses full capacity to conduct Australia’s
              relations with foreign countries.

This does not exclude the state executive doing the same on the state’s behalf. Where they intersect is where things get mangled. A deal like the one Victoria has with China could be problematic for Australia’s international relations/policy though this does not mean it is illegal or was done in an illegal way. It will be interesting to see how this pans out.

No. Just read the opinion of the High Court judge and the High Court rules on Constitutional matters.

“the federal executive .. possesses exclusive and unfettered treatymaking power“.

Nothing murky or mangled or problematic there. What Dictator Dan is attempting is closer to treason.
Victoria is not a country, even if he has crowned himself absolute dictator.

No it was not a crime. Simply not legal and it will be undone by the Federal government. Andrews has no power to sign Victoria up to the Chinese Belt and Road and should not be acting as King of a country. It is not legal in the sense of legally binding. We Victorians deserve better than a dictator who presumes he can ignore the law. And his Omnibus act is appalling.

And having offices overseas to assist trade, not embassies is not illegal and no one suggests they are. It just seems a huge waste of money and duplication compared to people attached to embassies. These offices though have no power to do business directly in other countries and commit the people of Victoria or the State of Victoria as a trading entity.

And acting as tourist centres for Victorian MPs travelling the world, looking for business? I was invited on such a Victorian junket to visit the centres in Italy with John Button. 200 people went, mainly public servants. We were needed just for credibility, so I walked out of the meeting. It was more about having a very nice, prestigious all expenses paid with staff holiday traveling around Italy on special trains. It may not be illegal, but it should be improper and total waste of our money. We have embassies to do this job and they are needed for many other functions, not just entertainment and overseas holidays for MPs and public servants.

I read the Senate Intelligence Committee report on Hunter Biden and associates which was pretty damning in itself, although it was not definitive on whether or not his father was in on the influence buying racket. While there was a lot of circumstantial evidence, Joe’s claims that he knew nothing seemed to carry extra weight. He may know nothing now, but he knew about it then.

One of the more interesting items was that Burisma fired Hunter from the board as soon as Trump was elected. They certainly knew why they hired him, Hunter even admitted in an interview that he would not be on any board if his last name wasn’t Biden.

At the risk of being ferociously thumbed down, lets face it, its not like Trump is some kind of borna again virgin when it comes to influence peddling and giving jammy jobs to his family.

As for the mechanics of the US ‘democracy’ just remember that a democracy only works when the mechanics of the system actually faciltate free and fair elections that allow all persons eligable to vote to readily do so and does not throw down every bit of furniture to frustrate them doing so or to negate or otherwise discount their vote. Compared to say this country the US system is a shambles and the fact that they are having to choose between Trump and Biden evidences just one dimension of that let alone the court cases, polling station shutdowns, blatant gerrymandering of electorates etc.

Remember also that there are countries out there that label themselves ‘People’s Democratic Republics’ yet they are about as undemoctaric and austocratic as possible, have no real connection to ‘res publica’, that is ‘rule by the people’ and are not established for the benefit of the people in any real day to day sense but for the party/thuglord/warlord/whatever ‘elites’. Looking at the US gun laws, health system, police ‘system’ (28,000 different forces FGS) perhaps tells the real story of that country and its clapped out pre industrial constitution serving long held vested interests.

Biden is 79 years old. He has a history of pay for play. Why did Hillary have her own server? Pay for play. A private server enabled her to hide it from freedom of information act requests from outside groups looking for corruption. Explains why her staff phones were wiped digitally clean after the freedom of information request got through the Democrat legal blocks.

In any other country, that has an independent judicial and an independent press (the US does not), Biden would have been charged and would have be forced out of the Democratic party for pay for play (dozen different schemes and relatives involved) and would not be eligible to run for office.

It does not matter… It is too late for politics to save the US.

If this scenario does not change, Trump logically cannot win the US election.

The Democrats have gone all out to cheat by harvesting ballots and by mass cheat schemes (double, triple voting, dead people voting, and non US citizens voting) and have said that if the election is close, they will assume Trump must have cheated, and will riot and us all legal methods to stop Trump.

The US press was been and are currently almost 100% anti Trump which is different than being pro Democrat. Almost no coverage of Biden’s corruption issues.

Trump cannot change this scenario. There are only 19 days until the US election.

I am looking for evidence of new players in the game.

I am looking for a sudden change in CNN. New ‘News’ anchors, that are suddenly interesting in cover stories that matter and that have facts. The HCQ story has legs.

It isn’t just the USA that has problems fending off the Socialism and Globalism playing out before everyone’s eyes.

AU, GE, GB, etc, ALL are being plundered and having their citizen’s Liberties compromised by willing and complicit politicians.

Hunter Biden is simply an egregious example of how far it has gone, and mostly, without notice.

Trump is “re setting” the Globalist, UN, and International Corporation, schemes. They take great exception to that.

US has been plundered for 50 years. AU as well, but not quite as long.

If you want to understand how this works, a decent explanation is here:

    https://theconservativetreehouse.com/2020/10/15/understanding-what-foreign-governments-are-purchasing-from-the-bidens-there-are-trillions-at-stake/

AU has seen itself go from Free and Prosperous to financial/energy/liberty ruin in a decade.

Termites never sleep. They undermine everything 24/7/365.

The price of Liberty is Eternal Vigilance. ( Thomas Jefferson, among others, dating to 1790 )

Liberty is more than being unchained. It is the ability to Think, Speak, Do, Imagine, Create, without political restriction.

Look at what the “Status Quo” has brought forth: Globalism, Wars, Marxism/Socialism/Nazism, P.C., AGW, NewSpeak, etc.

The Status Quo only exists because of complacency, deception, and laziness at the behest of greed and ignominy.

USA will be just fine. It might be ugly, violent, expensive, counterproductive, and disruptive, but we’ve done that before.

    And where was the FBI?

My bet is that Russia’s newest effort to keep Donald in power is to feed disinformation via Giuliani and a fake laptop and the FBI knows this. Did the FBI let Giuliani or Trump in on this and if so are they ignoring the advice because it suits them?

This is not on topic. I pretty much retired from trying to farm a decade ago. But I have just read that the price of wool has risen over the last two weeks from a very low level, which was reputed to be CV19 enforced. But there are a lot of causes.

This price rise is reported to have been induced, in part at least, by purchases for Chinese Army uniforms.

It’s a new age where most politicians have done nothing else. Trump, Thatcher, Reagan, Abbott and more had real life experience before they became politicians. But Daniel Andrews, Bill Shorten, Joe Biden, Jeremy Corbyn learned how to get to the top of the slippery pole without achieving anything. Julia Gillard’s buddy Nicola Roxon even managed to be appointed from clerking straight to Attorney General! The Labor party is full of these very low achievers. It’s who you know. And no one believes Joe Biden could tie his own shoe laces.

Action is and has taken place, by players exposing the swamp, by developing purpose built video servers.

[sic]Attention all Patrons and Friends, this message from our friend and producer, Jason Goodman of Crowdsource the Truth
    ***VIMEO ACCOUNT TERMINATED***
Hello everyone, sorry if this was not properly announced. A little more than 12 hours after this video was published, VIMEO terminated Crowdsource the Truth’s account. It is important to remember Barry Diller’s IAC (InterActiveCorp) owns both VIMEO and The Daily Beast which, in the same exact time frame, came out of the gate with a story “debunking” the Falconer’s “conspiracy theory” and besmirching POTUS for having retweeted it.
    https://www.thedailybeast.com/trump-touts-falconers-benghazi-blood-sacrifice-conspiracy-theory
VIMEO’s termination of the account has taken nearly all sponsor exclusive videos offline temporarily. For the next few days an intermediate account will host new videos, and the Crowdsource the Truth sponsor exclusive library will become available again once the new, purpose built video server which has been in development for the past several months is complete. Thank you for your patience in this matter

It is imperative the FBI explains itself, quickly, as to why no response.
In the light of the Russian hoax, it seems to have learned nothing. If it has proof of no criminality, it should say so. It has the appearance of counting down to the election, expecting a Biden win and sweep it all under the carpet. Otherwise, the AG and Durrum need to demand an explanation. There seems to have been no improvement of the FBI, not even a sensitivity to its failings and biases over the Russian hoax, under Christopher Ray and he should be moved on – at the least.

The dirty carrying on by the major legal forces of the USA, along with the misdirections using the Courts, as in FISA and the Flynn case, should concern every US citizen. The US is becoming a very
dangerous place for even ordinary folk in which to reside. If the forces of woke, twitter, facebook and the Courts don’t intimidate one, the use of the FBI, DOJ, CIA, the White House itself
should. If they don’t get you, then Big Business can take your job, the education system can kick you out, or the msm can destroy your reputation. All bases covered.

BREAKING — Lawyer Rudy Giuliani Authenticates the Biden Emails, Reveals Telling Details
On Friday morning in New York City, on the FoxNews programme “Fox and Friends”, the lawyer for the computer repair shop in Delaware that came into possession of the alleged Hunter Biden Email cache explained that he personally withheld some 10 authenticating texts that independently verify that these are indeed what they appear to be: an enormous cache of emails, photos and video from Joe Biden’s son, Hunter.

In a short 5 minute interview, the former Federal Prosecutor of organized crime — including the notorious crime families called the Mafia — puts to rest the providence and the custody chain of this block buster criminal evidence.

Some six months after sharing the original contents of the laptop computer with FBI, Giuliani’s lawyer was contacted by the Mac repairman. After two weeks, his own lawyer took possession. Then Giuliani himself did the same.

Apparently, the computer repairman took offence at how badly Giuliani was treated last year (during the President’s impeachment?), and thus came onto his radar to resource to reach out for help.

Now, that answers the chain of custody issue. Next, Giuliani explains the crucial independent authentication issue and how it ties this cache of documents to specifically to Hunter.

The first are the intimate private photo and video evidence. But more traditionally, Giuliani states that he has personally withheld and kept possession of some ten Email texts concerning a back door appointment that Hunter had with the US State Department for (or with?) the Chinese government.

Phew! Goddamn. As I write here in Auckland, there’s also promising “better than this time in 2016” type polling news via Corey Lewandowski, who has a new book to sell. He joined Trump in 2015 as his campaign manager and an intimate on the trail, one of perhaps 5 in January 2016 staffers (an unconventionally tiny barnstorming sized staff, which is highly likely to be the key reason the Hillary-Obama-Deep State conspiracy to sabotage the Trump Presidency with a paid to play with Putin story failed). I’ll post this brief optimistic note in unthreaded, shortly.

It’s one hour after the Giuliani interview and FoxNews F&Fs tout his further claim of Hunter Biden ties to Chinese Intelligence setting up an office together. Furthermore, Giuliani states that this creates dangerous national security holes for our adversary to exploit. FoxNews tells us that the Biden camp says that this meeting to arrange office space with Chinese authorities never took place.

Giuliani went on with four to six more charges based on the document cache: continual crack cocaine use over 5 years, making Hunter a blackmail national security risk, is only the other most relevant theme at the moment.

This interview will soon appear online and I will link to it when it does. Another vital source of analysis will come very soon from pundit Dan Bongino. Bongino was a New York City cop and retired from the US Secret Service during the Bush and Obama years.

Therefore, Bongino is eminently capable of breaking down the significance of Giuliani’s revelations with the expert authority of his personal career experience on his nearly daily hourlong podcasts; listen online for free.

    Stay tuned. More to come.

Wow. There is so much detail in this brief Fox and Friends 8 minute interview with Giuliani. There are MULTIPLE ways in which he has authenticated the Hunter Biden emails!

THE Most shocking and damning admission is the fact that when Hunter’s lawyer caught rumours of the laptop, he called the Mac Repairman’s business and asked for his client’s laptop back!

That the FBI were informed about the laptop with serious incriminating emails on senior public figures, but did nothing-
Elaboration, they did one thing, the FBI seized the laptop.

The shop owner, having an opinion about the FBI, had already made a copy of the disk.

Another issue, was the laptop and contents private property?
No, the repair shop made efforts to contact the person who brought it in, there was no response so they concluded correctly that the status was – abandoned.
That wipes out the Fbook etc legal justification for covering up.

Read somewhere that the law in the States regarding items left at a repair shop if not claimed or paid for by a 90 day period, that item then becomes property to the repair shop owner.

Emails from a former business associate of Hunter Biden’s inner-circle who’s serving time in prison for a 2016 investment scheme reveal that Hunter and his colleagues used their access to the Obama administration to peddle influence to potential Chinese clients and investors – including securing a private, off-the-books meeting with the former Vice President

these emails are completely unconnected to the Hunter Biden emails released by the New York Post.

Jo, MAJOR UPDATE for you …

In Stunning Reversal, Twitter No Longer Blocking NY Post Biden Article

In a spectacular, and humiliating, reversal for Twitter which two days ago sparked an unprecedented scandal with its blatant pro-Democrat censorship and dissemination ban of the “bombshell” NY Post article confirming Joe Biden’s connections to both Ukraine and China, Twitter said it would no longer block the NY Post story about Hunter Biden.

Old Ozzie, it appears there was a company controlled by 3 people, of whom young Biden was one. It has been found guilty of some sin. One of the three is in gaol. One is to be sentenced. The third whom I leave to your imagination to identify, runs free with no charges laid. That apparent anomaly evidently has stirred up the person in gaol who has verified the emails and produced more of his own by signing away his privacy control to Fox (Fox News, Hannity this morning). It should be noted that I believe something like 22million have already voted early which could be a saving grace for the Biden-Harris couplet.

Friday in the US is ending, and not only do more Biden laptop documents show that Slow Joe traded influence to sprinkle wealth on himself and his family, but now a new cache of 26,000 “business” documents from Hunter’s convicted and already imprisioned associates demonstrate a Vice President nexus of graft and pay to play crime.

The first part comes from FoxNews and the Hunter laptop computer; the second comes from a man’s email account tossed into prison for fraud in a 2016 case where Hunter escaped prosecution and these emails show Vice President Joe Biden as their business model hub.

The second part comes from yet another prosecuted and convicted associate of Hunter Biden, and access to a new set of 26,000 emails of their business activities.

Back to the first. According to FOX News, one of the people on the email chain has corroborated the authenticity of the emails. FOX News reported:

One of the people on an explosive email thread allegedly involving Hunter Biden has corroborated the veracity of the messages, which appear to outline a payout for former Vice President Joe Biden as part of a deal with a Chinese energy firm.

One email, dated May 13, 2017, and obtained by Fox News, includes a discussion of “remuneration packages” for six people in a business deal with a Chinese energy firm. The email appeared to identify Hunter Biden as “Chair / Vice Chair depending on agreement with CEFC,” in an apparent reference to now-bankrupt CEFC China Energy Co.

The email includes a note that “Hunter has some office expectations he will elaborate.” A proposed equity split references “20” for “H” and “10 held by H for the big guy?” with no further details. Fox News spoke to one of the people who was copied on the email, who confirmed its authenticity.

Sources told Fox News that “the big guy” is a reference to the former vice president. The New York Post initially published the emails and other controversial messages that Fox News has also obtained.”

    https://www.foxnews.com/politics/hunter-biden-china-email-source-verifies

Now to the new source of emails. One Bevan Cooney, already in prison for fraud and conspiracy, has granted outsiders access to his email account.

Apparently, this former business associate of Hunter Biden — who also sat on the Board of Directors of Burisma, the Ukrainian energy company — is frustrated that both he and another convicted man named Archer have both taken the fall, while Hunter has escaped punishment.

This means that two Americans on the Burisma Board have been convicted but that Hunter Biden was not even prosecuted. Yet, as Peter Schweizer explains, Hunter’s name and his father Joe are sprinkled throughout them.

Breitbart has the breaking story from Hannity tonight, with audio of the segment at the link:

On Friday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s “Hannity,” Breitbart News senior contributor and Government Accountability Institute President Peter Schweizer stated that the emails obtained from Hunter Biden’s one-time business associate, Bevan Cooney, show “a veritable United Nations of corruption” and that 2020 Democratic presidential nominee former Vice President Joe Biden, “as vice president of the United States, was a center point. It was almost the planet around which these business activities moved.”

Schweizer said, [relevant remarks begin around 3:40] “[W]hat those emails show, the 26,000 show, we’re working our way through them, is a wide net of using the Biden name, using access to the White House, serving — Hunter serving as the pipeline to the administration as means to help their clients and gain clients. The names that come up in this are the Chinese, the Russians, the Ukrainians, the Kazakhs. It’s a veritable United Nations of corruption. And what it demonstrates is that Joe Biden, as vice president of the United States, was a center point. It was almost the planet around which these business activities moved.”

    https://www.breitbart.com/clips/2020/10/16/schweizer-hunter-biden-had-united-nations-of-corruption-and-joe-biden-was-the-planet-it-moved-around/

My thoughts about these still emerging developments lead to this dramatic earthquake:
If Biden is elected president, he will be impeached soon enough

Sure, Democrats may still hold the House, but the margin is small and 20 votes can be shamed to turn the outcome.

IMPEACHMENT will result from the now hydra headed document stream of Biden’s corruption from holding high elected office.

First the Hunter Biden laptop. Now his two convicted of fraud “business associates” yield another 26,000 email tranche of documents that show Slow Jow as the nexus of influence peddling with the ChiComs, and multiple other nations.

The Marxist Media cannot prevent exposure of the Obamunist Banana Republic that Barack presided over. Count on it.

More dumpster dive details of the Bevan Cooney, Hunter Biden and Democrat candidate for President Joe Biden:

    https://libertyunyielding.com/2020/10/17/that-was-quick-judge-in-case-of-devon-archer-associate-cooney-who-turned-over-emails-to-journos-is-spouse-of-mueller-prosecutor/

On Friday, it was reported that a man named Bevan Cooney, who was linked with the tribal bonds fraud on which Hunter Biden’s Rosemont Seneca partner Devon Archer was convicted in 2018, had turned over “access to his Gmail account” to journalists Matthew Tyrmand and Peter Schweizer. Cooney was also convicted in the tribal bonds case.

This is producing revelations from the Cooney email account about Hunter Biden’s activities.
The timing is interesting. Cooney reached out to Schweizer and Tyrmand in 2019, according to Schweizer’s account on Friday at Breitbart.

Cooney’s involvement, being highlighted at just this time, throws into strong relief the decision of the U.S. Second Circuit Court of Appeals on 7 October 2020 to deny Devon Archer his request for a new trial, in connection with that fraud scheme.

Be sure to read the Schweizer article at Breitbart so you can properly contemplate what the FBI was either uninterested in or chose to do nothing with. The little previewed so far looks detailed and unmistakable, as evidence.

But this post is about something else.

The links on the government side

The new-trial case for Devon Archer was presided over by Judge Ronnie Abrams of the U.S. District Court for the SDNY. She vacated the judgment against Devon Archer, a jury conviction obtained in her court in June 2018 at the same time as Cooney’s. She had also sentenced Cooney in 2019 (see the DOJ announcement linked above). The federal prosecutors for the SDNY [Manhattan or the Southern District of New York] appealed Abrams’s decision on Archer, leading to the appeals court reversal this month.

Following the appeals court ruling, Abrams sent Archer on for sentencing on 28 January 2021.
Abrams’s husband is Greg Andres, one of Robert Mueller’s top prosecutors on the special counsel team. Andres was also a witness for the prosecution in the Paul Manafort trial in T.S. “C’mon man!” Ellis III’s court – the U.S. Court for the Eastern District of Virginia – in August 2018. (The U.S. Attorney for the EDVA prosecuted the Manafort case.) Andres’s chief role with Mueller was reportedly investigating Manafort.

Moreover, Judge Ronnie Abrams’s brother, Dan Abrams, is the chief legal affairs anchor for ABC News, and hosts The Dan Abrams Show on SiriusXM.

Now, it’s by no means clear that the Abrams ruling on Devon Archer’s request for a new trial was to the benefit of people who might want to stifle the emergence of Bevan Cooney’s Gmail account. So that, pe se, is not the point.

The point is that the U.S. federal government had every reason to know that associates of Hunter Biden, who himself had obtained a lucrative deal with a Ukrainian gas company, were being prosecuted for a massive fraud scheme – with one participant, Devon Archer, identified in both activities – at the same time the U.S. federal government was probing the partly contemporaneous dealings of Paul Manafort and Rick Gates in Ukraine with an electric cattle prod.

The Ukraine-involved network of Russian and Ukrainian oligarchs – personalities well known to the syndicate crime investigators at the DOJ and FBI – was present in both story lines.

Yet we are supposed to accept it as straightforward that afterward, the ephemeral Trump connections were pursued, while the Biden-Archer connections were not.

Apparently, we’re not supposed to turn a hair that a pair of spouses shows up making key government decisions between 2017 and 2020. We’re to take it on faith that they were disinterested, and unpolluted by any untoward biases or prejudicially-managed knowledge stovepipes. They, and the DOJ and FBI, both worked cases linked through the tunnel of the Ukraine-Bidens-2016 nexus, and we’re to be satisfied with which connections were pursued (Andres and the Mueller probe) versus which ones weren’t (Abrams and the Biden associates case).

Get real. Structurally – forget the individual personalities – this has a gaping vulnerability at its core. We’ve got too many people married and otherwise related to each other, participating in decisions about defendants and political targets that to the reasonable person look linked, and biased in the extreme. There are good reasons not to trust what’s going on in our federal law enforcement organizations, and the possibility that even some experts in the field may say this is no big deal is one of them.

The presumption cannot possibly be in favor of this spousal link being irrelevant. That one’s going to require rigorous proof, to restore the public’s trust.

Did I say dumpster dive? Or maybe dumpster fire is more accurate.

The whole thing is a spider’s web. Can the web be unwound, and eventually the truth will out? There is something stinky about the Biden family’s involvement with Russia…but remember, Trump is not an angel either, when it comes to business practices. In my opinion, this election is between “The Devil you know” (Trump) versus the “Devil you don’t know” (Biden). At this time, I would go with the former (somewhat reluctantly).
